The home care server can determine a service keyword for the serviced person according to a dialogue recognition result of voice information generated in the service order execution process, and determine the service keyword as a keyword collected by the home care terminal when the service order is executed, so as to determine a service item and service duration of next service for the serviced person according to the service keyword, and further generate a corresponding service order.
In the embodiment, when the home care terminal detects that a target service order in the displayed service orders is selected, the service information corresponding to the target service order is obtained, the service content and the prompt information are generated according to the service information, and the service content and the prompt information are displayed, so that service staff can be reminded to provide corresponding services for users according to the displayed service content and the prompt information, and the service quality of home care is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is further provided a method for generating a service order for home care, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the home care server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
and S502, acquiring a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to the serviced personnel.
The service schedule is a service schedule established for the serviced person by the home care service provider when the serviced person himself or the relatives of the serviced person buy the home care service, and information such as service frequency, service items, service duration, service staff and the like for providing the home care service for the serviced person is recorded in the service schedule. The service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service.
In one embodiment, after receiving the service order completion information sent by the home care terminal, the home care server obtains the service schedule of the serviced person and the corresponding session identification result when the service order is executed, and determines the corresponding identification keyword according to the identification result.
S504, generating service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords.
The service information is related information related to the next service, and includes information of service items, service time, service personnel and the like, and may also include attribute information of the service personnel.
In one embodiment, after acquiring a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to a serviced person, a home care server determines a scheduled service item and a scheduled service duration of a next service according to the service schedule, determines an extra service item, an extra service duration and an extra cost of the next service according to the service keywords, determines a serviced person with care qualification according to the scheduled service item determination and the extra service item, and generates service information according to each determined service item, service duration, related cost and the serviced person.
In one embodiment, the home care server may further obtain a historical service order and corresponding evaluation information of the serviced person, determine a service item and a service time according to the service schedule and the service keyword, and determine the service person according to the historical service order and the evaluation information. The method comprises the steps of determining service personnel according to the evaluation information of a historical service order, specifically determining at least one service personnel with the qualification of executing a next service item according to the historical service order and the evaluation information, and then selecting the service personnel with the highest evaluation grade as the service personnel at the next service according to the evaluation grade corresponding to each service personnel.
S506, the service information is sent to the contact person terminal of the served person.
And S508, receiving the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal.
The contact terminal of the served person is a terminal corresponding to a contact of the served person stored in the home care server, and the contact of the served person may be the served person himself or a relative of the served person or other persons related to the served person.
In one embodiment, after the home care server generates the service information, the home care server obtains a contact identifier corresponding to the serviced person and sends the generated service information to a contact terminal corresponding to the contact identifier. After the contact terminal of the serviced person receives the service information, the contact of the serviced person can modify and confirm the content of the service information through the contact terminal, the contact terminal of the serviced person obtains the confirmed service information, and the confirmed service information is returned to the home care server. The modification of the content of the service information may be to adjust service items or service duration, to request replacement for service personnel, to remark the information of the requirement, and the like.
And S510, generating a service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal.
In one embodiment, after receiving the confirmation information returned by the contact terminal, the home care server confirms whether the service staff needs to be replaced according to the confirmed service information, if so, determines the service staff with care qualification again according to the plan service item determination and the additional service item, generates service information according to each determined service item, service duration, related cost and service staff, and executes S506; and if not, directly generating a service order according to the confirmed service information, so that the generated service order is issued to the home care terminal when a service order acquisition request sent by the home care terminal is received.
In the above embodiment, the home care server obtains the service schedule and the service keywords corresponding to the serviced person, generates the service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords, sends the service information to the contact terminal of the serviced person, receives the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal, and generates the service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal, where the service keywords are keywords collected by the service host or the mike box of the home care terminal when the service is last served, so that the generated service order can better meet the requirements of the serviced person, and further improves the service quality of home care.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2, 4 and 5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2, 4 and 5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a service order acquiring apparatus for home care, including: a biometric acquisition module 602, an identity acquisition module 604, an information sending module 606, an information receiving module 608, and an information display module 610, wherein:
the biological characteristic acquisition module 602 is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the service personnel through the service host of the home care terminal;
an identity obtaining module 604, configured to obtain a service staff identifier corresponding to the biometric feature when the biometric feature matches the preset feature library;
the information sending module 606 is configured to generate a service order obtaining request according to the service staff identifier, and send the service order obtaining request to the home care server;
an information receiving module 608, configured to receive a service order issued by the home care server based on the service order obtaining request;
and an information display module 610, configured to display the service order according to a preset format.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the system comprises a served person identifier acquisition module, a home nursing terminal and a server identification acquisition module, wherein the served person identifier acquisition module is used for acquiring a served person identifier corresponding to the home nursing terminal;
the information sending module is further configured to:
and generating a service order acquisition request according to the served personnel identifier and the service personnel identifier.
In the above embodiment, the home care terminal acquires the biological characteristics of the service personnel through the service host of the home care terminal; when the biological characteristics are matched with the preset characteristic library, acquiring a service staff identifier corresponding to the biological characteristics; generating a service order acquisition request according to the service personnel identification, and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server; receiving a service order issued by a home care server based on a service order acquisition request; the service order is displayed according to the preset format, so that service personnel qualified for executing the home care service order can be guaranteed to obtain the service order, and then corresponding home care service is executed according to the service order, and the service quality of home care is improved.
In one embodiment, the home care terminal comprises a service host and a microphone box, wherein the service host and the microphone box are provided with a microphone array, and the device further comprises:
the voice information acquisition module is used for acquiring voice information through the microphone array;
the voice information identification module is used for identifying the voice information to obtain an identification result;
the awakening module is used for judging whether the identification result is matched with the awakening keyword or not; and if so, entering a working state to collect the biological characteristics.
In the above embodiment, the home care terminal is in the dormant state when not entering the operating state, the home care terminal in the dormant state collects the voice information through the microphone array in real time, identifies the voice information, obtains the identification result, judges whether the identification result is matched with the awakening keyword, and if so, the home care terminal enters the operating state to collect the biological characteristics, so that the power consumption of the home care terminal is reduced, and on the other hand, the home care terminal is ensured to be awakened quickly and accurately to enter the operating state.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the service information acquisition module is used for acquiring service information corresponding to a target service order when the target service order in the displayed service orders is detected to be selected;
the service content generation module is used for generating service content and prompt information according to the service information;
and the information display module is also used for displaying the service content and the prompt information.
In the embodiment, when the home care terminal detects that a target service order in the displayed service orders is selected, the service information corresponding to the target service order is obtained, the service content and the prompt information are generated according to the service information, and the service content and the prompt information are displayed, so that service staff can be reminded to provide corresponding services for users according to the displayed service content and the prompt information, and the service quality of home care is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a service order generation apparatus for home care, including: a service acquisition module 702, a service information generation module 704, a service information sending module 706, a confirmation information receiving module 708, and a service order generation module 710, wherein:
a service obtaining module 702, configured to obtain a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to serviced staff; the service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service;
a service information generating module 704, configured to generate service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords;
a service information sending module 706, configured to send service information to a contact terminal of a served person;
a confirmation information receiving module 708, configured to receive the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal;
and the service order generating module 710 is configured to generate a service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal.
In one embodiment, the service information includes service items, service time, and service personnel, and the apparatus further includes:
the historical information acquisition module is used for acquiring historical service orders of the serviced personnel and corresponding evaluation information;
the service information generation module is further configured to:
determining service items and service time according to the service schedule and the service keywords;
and determining service personnel according to the historical service orders and the evaluation information.
In the above embodiment, the home care server obtains the service schedule and the service keywords corresponding to the serviced person, generates the service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords, sends the service information to the contact terminal of the serviced person, receives the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal, and generates the service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal, where the service keywords are keywords collected by the service host or the mike box of the home care terminal when the service is last served, so that the generated service order can better meet the requirements of the serviced person, and further improves the service quality of home care.
For specific limitations of the service order acquiring device for home care, reference may be made to the above limitations of the service order acquiring method for home care, which are not described herein again; for specific limitations of the service order generation apparatus for home care, reference may be made to the above limitations of the service order generation method for home care, which are not described herein again. The modules in the home care service order obtaining device or the home care service order generating device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a home care terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of service order acquisition for home care. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a home care server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing data for generating service information. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of service order generation for home care.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 8 or 9 are merely block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: collecting biological characteristics of service personnel through a service host of a home care terminal; when the biological characteristics are matched with the preset characteristic library, acquiring a service staff identifier corresponding to the biological characteristics; generating a service order acquisition request according to the service personnel identification, and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server; receiving a service order issued by a home care server based on a service order acquisition request; and displaying the service order according to a preset format.
In one embodiment, the home care terminal comprises a service host and a microphone cartridge, the service host and the microphone cartridge having an array of microphones disposed thereon, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causing the processor to perform the steps of: collecting voice information through a microphone array; recognizing the voice information to obtain a recognition result; judging whether the recognition result is matched with the awakening keyword or not; and if so, entering a working state to collect the biological characteristics.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a served person identifier corresponding to a home care terminal; when the computer program is executed by the processor to generate a service order acquisition request according to the service person identifier, the processor is caused to specifically execute the following steps: and generating a service order acquisition request according to the served personnel identifier and the service personnel identifier.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: when a target service order in the displayed service orders is detected to be selected, acquiring service information corresponding to the target service order; generating service content and prompt information according to the service information; and displaying the service content and the prompt message.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to the serviced personnel; the service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service; generating service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords; the contact person terminal which sends the service information to the serviced person receives the confirmed service information returned by the contact person terminal; and generating a service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal.
In one embodiment, the service information includes service items, service times and service personnel, and the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a historical service order of a serviced person and corresponding evaluation information; when the computer program is executed by the processor to generate the service information according to the service schedule and the service keyword, the processor is caused to specifically execute the following steps: determining service items and service time according to the service schedule and the service keywords; and determining service personnel according to the historical service orders and the evaluation information.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: collecting biological characteristics of service personnel through a service host of a home care terminal; when the biological characteristics are matched with the preset characteristic library, acquiring a service staff identifier corresponding to the biological characteristics; generating a service order acquisition request according to the service personnel identification, and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server; receiving a service order issued by a home care server based on a service order acquisition request; and displaying the service order according to a preset format.

In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: when a target service order in the displayed service orders is detected to be selected, acquiring service information corresponding to the target service order; generating service content and prompt information according to the service information; and displaying the service content and the prompt message.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to the serviced personnel; the service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service; generating service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords; the contact person terminal which sends the service information to the serviced person receives the confirmed service information returned by the contact person terminal; and generating a service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal.
In one embodiment, the service information includes service items, service times and service personnel, and the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a historical service order of a serviced person and corresponding evaluation information; when the computer program is executed by the processor to generate the service information according to the service schedule and the service keyword, the processor is caused to specifically execute the following steps: determining service items and service time according to the service schedule and the service keywords; and determining service personnel according to the historical service orders and the evaluation information.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A service order obtaining method for home care is applied to a home care terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting the biological characteristics of the service personnel;
after the biological characteristics are successfully matched with target characteristics in a preset characteristic library, acquiring a service staff identifier corresponding to the biological characteristics;
generating a service order acquisition request according to the service personnel identification, and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server;
receiving a service order issued by the home care server based on the service order acquisition request;
and displaying the service order according to a preset format.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the home care terminal comprises a service host and a microphone cartridge, each of the service host and the microphone cartridge having a microphone array disposed thereon,
before the collection of the biological characteristics of the service personnel, the method further comprises the following steps:
collecting voice information through the microphone array;
the service host identifies the voice information and obtains an identification result;
and after the identification result is successfully matched with the awakening keyword, entering a working state to acquire the biological characteristics.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a service order acquisition request according to the service person identification, sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server, comprises:
acquiring a served person identifier corresponding to the home care terminal;
and generating a service order acquisition request according to the served personnel identification and the service personnel identification, and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after displaying the service order in the predetermined format, the method further comprises:
after receiving an instruction for selecting a target service order in the service orders, acquiring service information corresponding to the target service order;
generating service content and prompt information according to the service information;
and displaying the service content and the prompt information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the collecting the biometric characteristic of the attendant further comprises, prior to:
the home care server acquires a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to the serviced personnel; the service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service;
the home care server generates service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords;
the home care server sends the service information to a contact terminal of the served person;
the home care server receives the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal;
and the home care server generates a service order according to the confirmed service information returned by the contact terminal and stores the service order in advance.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein generating service information according to the service schedule and the service keyword comprises:
acquiring a historical service order of the serviced person and corresponding evaluation information;
generating service information according to the service schedule, the service keywords, the historical service orders and the evaluation information, wherein the service information comprises service items, service time and service personnel;
and determining service personnel according to the historical service order and the evaluation information.
7. A service order acquisition apparatus for home care, the apparatus comprising:
the biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the service personnel;
the service personnel identification acquisition module is used for matching the biological characteristics acquired by the biological characteristic acquisition module with target characteristics in a preset characteristic library, and acquiring service personnel identifications corresponding to the biological characteristics after the biological characteristics are successfully matched with the target characteristics in the preset characteristic library;
the information sending module is used for generating a service order acquisition request according to the service staff identifier acquired by the service staff identifier acquisition module and sending the service order acquisition request to a home care server;
the information receiving module is used for receiving a service order issued by the home care server based on the service order acquisition request;
and the information display module is used for displaying the service order according to a preset format.
8. An apparatus for generating a service order for home care, the apparatus further comprising:
the service acquisition module is used for acquiring a service schedule and service keywords corresponding to the serviced personnel; the service keywords are keywords collected by a service host or a microphone box of the home care terminal during the last service;
the service information generating module is used for generating service information according to the service schedule and the service keywords acquired by the service acquiring module;
the service information generating module is used for generating service information of the contact person terminal of the person to be served;
the service information receiving module is used for receiving the confirmed service information which is confirmed and fed back by the contact terminal to the service information sent by the service information sending module;
and the service order generating module is used for generating a service order according to the confirmed service information received by the service information receiving module and pre-storing the service order.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5, 6 to 7.
10. A home care terminal comprising a service host and a microphone box, the home care terminal comprising the respective modules of the apparatus of claim 7, the respective modules being embedded in hardware in the home care terminal or stored in software in a memory of the home care terminal for invoking the respective modules to perform the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
