acquiring a preset neural network model, and acquiring a preset restaurant internal image and table state data corresponding to the internal image;
generating a corresponding training set through the restaurant internal image and the table state data, and training the neural network model through the training set;
and establishing the image recognition model according to the neural network model.
3. The restaurant information management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of outputting the current table usage information, the restaurant information management method further comprises:
determining a table identifier corresponding to the current image;
and determining the dining table use state of the dining table corresponding to the dining table identification according to the current dining table use information.

The information management method for a restaurant according to claim 3, wherein the current table usage information includes a number of customers and a table top status of a table corresponding to the current image, and the step of determining the table usage status of the table corresponding to the table identifier according to the current table usage information specifically includes:
determining that the service state of the dining table is a customer-waiting state based on that the number of customers is equal to zero and the condition that the dining table is provided with orderly tableware is adopted;
determining that the dining table using state is a table waiting state based on that the number of the customers is equal to zero and the table top state is an empty table;
determining the service state of the dining table as a state of waiting for receiving the table on the basis that the number of the customers is equal to zero and the table top state is that messy tableware and/or dishes are placed;
and determining the dining table using state to be a dining state based on the fact that the number of the customers is larger than zero or the table top state is that dishes are placed.
5. The restaurant information management method according to claim 3, further comprising, before said obtaining a current image of the restaurant interior:
determining a map of the restaurant according to the drawing file of the restaurant, wherein the map comprises the dining table position of the dining table and the number of diners corresponding to the dining table;
and displaying the use state of the dining table at the position of the dining table corresponding to the dining table identification on the map.
6. The restaurant information management method according to claim 5, wherein the map includes a plurality of dining areas, any one of the dining areas includes a plurality of tables, and the restaurant information management method further includes:
determining occupancy rates of the dining tables in any dining area, wherein the occupancy rates are ratios of the number of the dining tables in the dining area, the using states of which are dining states, to the total number of the dining tables in the dining area;
generating push information for the dining area with the lowest occupancy rate;
wherein the push information comprises a dining table number.
7. The restaurant information management method according to claim 5, further comprising:
in response to a selection operation, determining a target table corresponding to the selection operation;
and generating a travel route for the dining table position corresponding to the target dining table on the map.
8. The information management method for a restaurant according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of obtaining a current image of the interior of the restaurant specifically includes:
acquiring a current image of the interior of the restaurant at predetermined time intervals;
and deleting the current image based on the similarity between the current image and the previous image being more than or equal to 90%.
9. An information management apparatus for a restaurant, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor configured to implement the computer program when executing the computer program, the information management method of the restaurant of any of claims 1-8.
