1. A medical image data sharing method based on a block chain technology and an interplanetary file system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
medical institutions participating in medical image data sharing respectively establish a block chain node and an interplanetary file system node;
acquiring original medical image data regularly for preprocessing, and outputting a result as primary medical image data; further carrying out classification processing, and outputting a result as secondary medical image data;
synchronously uploading the secondary medical image data to an interplanetary file system, and converting the secondary medical image data into an interplanetary file system file;
calculating a hash value of the interplanetary file system file corresponding to the secondary medical image data to generate a hash address;
the hash addresses are sorted and gathered, a hash address library is established and written into a block chain network;
and setting a medical image data sharing platform, and acquiring operation authority by logging in a medical institution, wherein the operation authority comprises sharing medical image data and initiating a medical image data request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preprocessing specifically comprises: according to the judgment standard of the effectiveness of medical image data in the industry, screening is carried out based on three basic parameters of resolution, size and color, and repeated and invalid medical image data are deleted.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the secondary medical image data is sliced when converted into an interplanetary file system, divided into n secondary medical image data blocks and stored as n interplanetary file system objects.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the computed hash value of the secondary medical image data corresponding to the interplanetary file system file is fed back to the medical image data sharing platform during the operation process of sharing the medical image data.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the secondary medical image data is encrypted by a public key of a data source medical institution before uploading to the blockchain network, the hash address library of the corresponding interplanetary file system file of the secondary medical image data is synchronized.

The medical image data sharing method based on the block chain technology and the interplanetary file system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the medical institution registers basic information through the medical image data sharing platform, so as to obtain an account ID, a permission and an attribute determination result issued by the platform, further sends the account ID, the permission and the attribute determination result to a certificate authority CA for verification, and after the verification is passed, the certificate authority CA generates a private key for the medical institution and sends the private key to the medical institution.

The method for sharing medical image data based on blockchain technology and interplanetary file system according to claim 1, wherein the medical institution initiates the medical image data request, and the specific process for further obtaining the target medical image data is as follows: a medical institution serving as a medical image data demand party initiates a medical image data request through a medical image data sharing platform; the medical image data sharing platform analyzes and verifies the medical image data request of the medical image data demand party to acquire the unique identifier of the requested medical image data; after the verification is passed, the medical image data sharing platform initiates a target medical image data request to the blockchain network; after receiving the target medical image data request, the block chain network immediately broadcasts the request to all nodes in the block chain; if the node which achieves the consensus exists and the response of the node is received, calling a first intelligent contract, decrypting a Hash address base corresponding to the requested medical image data by using a private key of a data source medical institution, synchronously sending the Hash address base to a medical image data sharing platform, calling a specific Hash address corresponding to the requested medical image data by the medical image data sharing platform, and then connecting an interplanetary file system for Hash address retrieval to obtain the requested target medical image data; and if no node which achieves the consensus exists, returning a message of requesting invalidity to the medical image data sharing platform.

A medical image data sharing system based on a blockchain technology and an interplanetary file system, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory includes a medical image data sharing method program based on the blockchain technology and the interplanetary file system, and the medical image data sharing method program based on the blockchain technology and the interplanetary file system realizes the following steps when the processor executes the program:
medical institutions participating in medical image data sharing respectively establish a block chain node and an interplanetary file system node;
acquiring original medical image data regularly for preprocessing, and outputting a result as primary medical image data; further carrying out classification processing, and outputting a result as secondary medical image data;
synchronously uploading the secondary medical image data to an interplanetary file system, and converting the secondary medical image data into an interplanetary file system file;
calculating a hash value of the interplanetary file system file corresponding to the secondary medical image data to generate a hash address;
the hash addresses are sorted and gathered, a hash address library is established and written into a block chain network;
and setting a medical image data sharing platform, and acquiring operation authority by logging in a medical institution, wherein the operation authority comprises sharing medical image data and initiating a medical image data request.

The system of claim 8, wherein the system comprises a medical image data acquisition module, a medical image data processing module, a medical image data transmission module, a data storage module, a blockchain management module, a blockchain connection module, a blockchain storage module, an interplanetary file system connection module, and a communication protocol module.
