Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a remote diagnosis method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a remote diagnosis of a vehicle with a vehicle-mounted ethernet gateway. The remote diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed by the remote diagnosis device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware manner and is integrated in a vehicle for executing the method.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
and S110, the remote diagnosis service terminal determines the diagnosis task of the target vehicle through the diagnosis script file and issues the diagnosis task to the remote diagnosis client terminal in the Ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle.
The diagnostic script file contains a vehicle diagnostic function corresponding to the script, and the ethernet gateway is a core control device of the automobile Network system and is responsible for coordinating the work of protocol conversion, data exchange, fault diagnosis and the like between a Controller Area Network (CAN) bus Network with different structures and characteristics and other data networks.
In order to carry out remote diagnosis on the vehicle, thereby finding out faults and potential safety hazards existing in the vehicle as soon as possible and avoiding traffic accidents, the remote diagnosis service end can determine diagnosis tasks of a target vehicle through the diagnosis script file, the diagnosis script file can be loaded a plurality of times, so that the determined diagnosis tasks can be also a plurality of, and then the diagnosis tasks are issued to a remote diagnosis client in an Ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle through a vehicle-mounted information terminal, so that the remote diagnosis client can download the diagnosis tasks.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the remote diagnosis task can be obtained by analyzing the diagnosis script file, so that the method is more convenient and faster.
And S120, downloading the diagnosis task by the remote diagnosis client, judging whether the mode related to the diagnosis task of the target vehicle meets the preset condition or not by the strategy processing module in the Ethernet gateway controller when the diagnosis task meets the condition of triggering execution and the running state of the target vehicle meets the execution condition of the diagnosis task, and if not, judging that the target vehicle has other conflict diagnosis tasks and the diagnosis task cannot be executed.
The condition for triggering execution may be a timing trigger, or the current running speed of the vehicle reaches a preset value (for example, 20km/h, or other speed values as the case may be), and the like. The speed of the vehicle can be acquired through a vehicle speed interface, the ignition state of the vehicle can be acquired through an ignition interface, and the gear of the vehicle can be acquired through a gear interface.
After receiving the diagnosis task sent by the remote diagnosis server, the remote diagnosis client can download the diagnosis task through a file download module in the ethernet gateway controller. And then the remote diagnosis client determines whether the diagnosis task meets the condition for triggering execution, and if so, judges whether the running state of the target vehicle meets the execution condition of the diagnosis task, for example, judges whether the target vehicle is in a high-speed running state, and if so, does not meet the execution condition of the diagnosis task, and the diagnosis task cannot be executed. When the remote diagnosis client determines that the running state of the target vehicle meets the execution condition of the diagnosis task, a policy processing module in the ethernet gateway controller is further used for judging whether a mode related to the diagnosis task of the target vehicle meets a preset condition, for example, the preset condition may be that the whole vehicle is in a power-on and non-ignition state, no other diagnosis source (such as external diagnosis test equipment or in-vehicle remote upgrading function) is executing diagnosis, the diagnosis mode is opened, the diagnosis transceiving function is normal, and the like, if not, it is determined that the target vehicle has other conflict diagnosis tasks, and the diagnosis task cannot be executed.
Optionally, if the remote diagnosis client determines that the mode related to the target vehicle diagnosis task meets the preset condition through the policy processing module, the remote diagnosis client executes a diagnosis script file in the diagnosis task through a diagnosis agent module in the ethernet gateway controller; and the remote diagnosis client transmits the diagnosis data log and the execution result log of the diagnosis task to a remote diagnosis server.
Specifically, if the remote diagnosis client determines that the mode related to the target vehicle diagnosis task meets the preset condition through the policy processing module, and the diagnosis task can be executed after all the execution related conditions of the diagnosis task are met, the diagnosis script file in the diagnosis task is executed through the diagnosis agent module in the ethernet gateway controller. The diagnosis agent module transmits the diagnosis data log and the execution result log of the diagnosis task to the remote diagnosis client, and then the remote diagnosis client transmits the diagnosis data log and the execution result log to the remote diagnosis server, so that the remote diagnosis server can display the diagnosis result and judge whether the expected result is achieved according to the diagnosis result so as to determine whether the diagnosis task needs to be sent again.
The embodiment of the invention executes the diagnosis task through the diagnosis agent module, synchronizes the diagnosis data and the execution result to the remote diagnosis client in a log output mode, the remote diagnosis client collects all related log outputs and reports the log outputs to the remote diagnosis server in a unified mode, the remote diagnosis function is realized by using the Ethernet gateway as the in-vehicle diagnosis instrument, the modules in the vehicle run in a coordinated mode without the assistance of other modules, the conflict judgment is independently completed, and the diagnosis capability is improved, so the diagnosis result is more accurate.
Further, before executing the diagnostic script file in the diagnostic task through the diagnostic agent module in the ethernet gateway controller, the method may further specifically include: and the remote diagnosis client starts a diagnosis engine, analyzes the diagnosis script file in the diagnosis task, and determines that the version of the diagnosis script file is matched with the version of the diagnosis engine.
Specifically, before the diagnostic script file is executed, the remote diagnostic client starts the diagnostic engine, analyzes the diagnostic script file in the diagnostic task, checks whether the version of the diagnostic script file is matched with the version of the diagnostic engine, and enables the diagnostic script file to be executed smoothly when the version of the diagnostic script file is determined to be matched with the version of the diagnostic engine.
According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the version of the diagnostic script file is matched with the version of the diagnostic engine is determined before the diagnostic script file is executed, so that the situation that the diagnostic script file cannot be executed due to version mismatching can be avoided, the time can be saved, and the misdiagnosis can be avoided.
Furthermore, the ethernet gateway controller further comprises an ethernet diagnosis processing module and a Controller Area Network (CAN) diagnosis processing module; the Ethernet diagnosis processing module is used for realizing the diagnosis of the Ethernet controller and the CAN diagnosis processing module is used for realizing the diagnosis of the CAN controller.
Specifically, the ethernet diagnosis processing module can process a Protocol (DoIP for short) for performing diagnosis communication through a network, so as to diagnose the ethernet controller, and may also perform diagnosis on the ethernet node. The CAN diagnosis processing module is used for processing the bottom layer information of the CAN and diagnosing the CAN controller.
S130, the remote diagnosis client transmits the result that the diagnosis task cannot be executed to the remote diagnosis server.
When the remote diagnosis client determines that other conflict diagnosis tasks exist in the target vehicle and the diagnosis tasks cannot be executed, the result that the diagnosis tasks cannot be executed is transmitted to the remote diagnosis server through the vehicle-mounted information terminal, so that the remote diagnosis server can timely acquire information about whether the diagnosis tasks are executed or not, and information reported by the vehicle-mounted information terminal is sorted and collected.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment includes that firstly, a remote diagnosis service end determines a diagnosis task of a target vehicle through a diagnosis script file, the diagnosis task is issued to a remote diagnosis client end in an Ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle, then the remote diagnosis client end downloads the diagnosis task, when the diagnosis task is determined to meet a trigger execution condition and the running state of the target vehicle meets an execution condition of the diagnosis task, whether a mode related to the diagnosis task of the target vehicle meets a preset condition is judged through a policy processing module in the Ethernet gateway controller, if not, other conflict diagnosis tasks exist in the target vehicle, the diagnosis task cannot be executed, finally, the remote diagnosis client end transmits a result that the diagnosis task cannot be executed to the remote diagnosis service end, and remote diagnosis of the vehicle is realized through a related module in the Ethernet gateway controller and the remote diagnosis service end, the existing remote diagnosis method is improved, the conflict judgment can be realized in the Ethernet gateway, and the accuracy of the diagnosis result is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2A is a flowchart of a remote diagnosis method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is optimized on the basis of the embodiment. Optionally, this embodiment explains a process before the diagnostic task is issued to the remote diagnostic client in the ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle in detail.
Referring to fig. 2A, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s210, the remote diagnosis service end inquires the current state of the target vehicle, determines whether the state of the target vehicle is on line according to the inquiry result, and awakens the target vehicle through the TSP if the target vehicle is not on line and needs to be awakened.
Before the remote diagnosis service end determines the diagnosis task of the target vehicle through the diagnosis script file, the current state of the target vehicle needs to be inquired. At this time, the current state of the target vehicle may be obtained through a vehicle state interface of a Telematics Service Provider (TSP). And then the remote diagnosis server determines whether the target vehicle state is online according to the query result, and if the target vehicle state is not online and the vehicle needs to be awakened, for example, if the current time is three points in the morning, the condition for awakening the vehicle is obviously not met because the vehicle owner may be in a sleeping state. And if the current time is four pm, the condition for waking up the vehicle is met, the target vehicle is woken up through the TSP, and then components related to remote diagnosis are started so as to smoothly execute the subsequent target vehicle diagnosis task.
Optionally, before the remote diagnosis service end queries the current state of the target vehicle, the method may further specifically include: the remote diagnosis server side determines a target vehicle to be diagnosed according to the vehicle information; and the remote diagnosis client initiates a diagnosis connection request aiming at the target vehicle to the remote diagnosis server, and if the remote diagnosis server determines that the diagnosis connection request is not overtime, the establishment of diagnosis connection is completed.
Wherein the non-timeout is not more than the preset time, and the preset time may be set to 20 s.
Specifically, the remote diagnosis server can determine a target vehicle to be diagnosed according to the vehicle information, then the remote diagnosis client initiates a diagnosis connection request for the target vehicle to the remote diagnosis server, if the remote diagnosis server determines that the diagnosis connection request is not overtime, the establishment of the diagnosis connection is completed, and if the remote diagnosis server determines that the diagnosis connection request is overtime, the establishment of the diagnosis connection fails.
The embodiment of the invention can prepare for the execution of the subsequent diagnosis task by completing the establishment of the diagnosis connection in advance.
Further, before the remote diagnosis client side initiates a diagnosis connection request for the target vehicle to the remote diagnosis server side, the remote diagnosis server side initiates a state connection request to the remote diagnosis client side. After acquiring the relevant state of the current vehicle (for example, the vehicle is timed or powered off and the components related to remote diagnosis are started successfully), the remote diagnosis client may synchronize the state result to the remote diagnosis server at intervals of a first preset time (which may be 20 s).
The embodiment of the invention firstly initiates a state connection request to the remote diagnosis client through the remote diagnosis server, so that the remote diagnosis client can check whether the diagnosis connection condition is met after receiving the request, thereby really starting the establishment process of the diagnosis connection when the condition is met.
Optionally, in the process of the diagnosis connection, the remote diagnosis client reports information that the vehicle is currently in the diagnosis connection to the remote diagnosis server, and the reporting interval may be 1 second.
Further, after the remote diagnosis service end completes the establishment of the diagnosis connection, the method may further include: and the remote diagnosis service end sends a diagnosis connection stopping request to the remote diagnosis client end, and disconnects the diagnosis connection after receiving the success of the feedback of the remote diagnosis client end.
Specifically, when the remote diagnosis server has a request for stopping diagnosis connection, the request for stopping diagnosis connection may be sent to the remote diagnosis client, and the diagnosis connection may be disconnected after receiving a success feedback from the remote diagnosis client.
The embodiment of the invention can realize the function of stopping the diagnosis connection by sending the request of stopping the diagnosis connection.
And S220, the remote diagnosis service terminal determines the diagnosis task of the target vehicle through the diagnosis script file and issues the diagnosis task to the remote diagnosis client terminal in the Ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle.
And S230, downloading the diagnosis task by the remote diagnosis client, judging whether the mode related to the diagnosis task of the target vehicle meets the preset condition or not by the strategy processing module in the Ethernet gateway controller when the diagnosis task meets the condition of triggering execution and the running state of the target vehicle meets the execution condition of the diagnosis task, and if not, judging that the target vehicle has other conflict diagnosis tasks and the diagnosis task cannot be executed.
S240, the remote diagnosis client transmits the result that the diagnosis task cannot be executed to the remote diagnosis server.
Specifically, fig. 2B is a schematic structural diagram of a relationship between modules in the method according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2B, the method mainly involves the following related modules:
and the remote diagnosis server is used for managing the vehicle, managing the diagnosis script, issuing the diagnosis task and finishing the sorting and collection of the information reported by the vehicle-mounted information terminal. And the vehicle-mounted information terminal is used for realizing communication between the remote diagnosis server side and the remote diagnosis client side. And the remote diagnosis client is responsible for communication with the remote diagnosis server, processing of a protocol of the remote diagnosis server, processing of diagnosis service logic interaction, diagnosis task synchronization, diagnosis task state uploading, diagnosed related services and the like. And the message security gateway is responsible for processing data communication among various components in the vehicle, including verification of security connection, forwarding routing of communication data and the like. And the file downloading module is used for downloading the executed data file. And the file checking module is used for verifying the legality of the downloaded data file. And the safety monitoring module is used for monitoring the state of each node in the vehicle and reporting the state if the node state is abnormal. And the diagnosis agent module executes the corresponding diagnosis script according to the diagnosis strategy, and judges whether the execution is successful or not and uploads the execution result. And the strategy processing module judges the diagnosis precondition, and part of the diagnosis tasks can be executed only under the strict diagnosis condition limit. The system status monitoring module and the interface data of the system self-diagnosis, for example, when diagnosing the current node status, usually do not acquire the diagnostic data by sending a diagnostic message, and provide other diagnoses of the expandable system, such as the operating status, the system environment information, and the like. And the CAN diagnosis processing module is used for diagnosing the CAN controller. And the Ethernet diagnosis processing module diagnoses the Ethernet controller.
In addition, since the modules related to remote diagnostics are disposed within the ethernet gateway controller, the gateway is required to provide an underlying communication interface to facilitate diagnostic communications by the ethernet or CAN nodes.
It should be noted that, the ethernet controller 1, the ethernet controller 2, and the ethernet controller 3, and the CAN controller 1, the CAN controller 2, and the CAN controller in fig. 2B are only shown in the drawings by way of example, and do not represent that only 3 ethernet controllers and only 3 CAN be used, and there may be fewer or more ethernet controllers and CAN controllers in the actual diagnosis process.
The technical solution provided in this embodiment is that, first, a remote diagnosis service end queries a current state of a target vehicle, and determines whether the state of the target vehicle is online according to a query result, if the current state of the target vehicle is not online and the vehicle needs to be woken up, the target vehicle is woken up through a TSP, then the remote diagnosis service end determines a diagnosis task of the target vehicle through a diagnosis script file, and issues the diagnosis task to a remote diagnosis client in an ethernet gateway controller in the target vehicle, and then the remote diagnosis client downloads the diagnosis task, and when it is determined that the diagnosis task satisfies a trigger execution condition and an operation state of the target vehicle satisfies an execution condition of the diagnosis task, a policy processing module in the ethernet gateway controller determines whether a mode related to the diagnosis task of the target vehicle satisfies a preset condition, and if not, the target vehicle has other conflict diagnosis tasks, the diagnosis task can not be executed, and finally the remote diagnosis client transmits the result that the diagnosis task can not be executed to the remote diagnosis server, so that the successful execution of the diagnosis task can be ensured by timely awakening the target vehicle, meanwhile, the conventional remote diagnosis method is improved, the conflict judgment can be realized in the Ethernet gateway, and the accuracy of the diagnosis result is improved.
