Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new vehicle final assembly, in particular to a calibration method and a calibration device of TPMS (tire pressure monitor System) for new vehicle final assembly.
Background
During the high-speed driving of the automobile, the tire failure is the most worried and difficult to prevent by all drivers and is also the important reason for the occurrence of sudden traffic accidents, and according to statistics, 70-80% of the traffic accidents occurring on the expressway are caused by tire burst. The prevention of tire burst has become an important issue for safe driving.
The advent of TPMS systems is one of the most desirable solutions; the TPMS is an English abbreviation of a real-time Monitoring System of automobile Tire Pressure, is mainly used for automatically Monitoring the Tire Pressure in real time when an automobile runs, gives an alarm on the air leakage and low air Pressure of the Tire to guarantee the driving safety, and is a life safety guarantee early warning System for drivers and passengers; the TPMS system mainly comprises two parts: the remote tire pressure monitoring system comprises a remote tire pressure monitoring module arranged on an automobile tire and a TPMS controller arranged in an automobile cab; the remote tire pressure monitoring module directly installed in each tire comprises a tire pressure sensor and a tire temperature sensor, and for convenience of expression, the remote tire pressure monitoring module is hereinafter referred to as a tire sensor; the tire sensor modulates the measured signals and transmits the signals through high-frequency radio waves (RF); the TPMS controller receives signals transmitted by the TPMS monitoring module, and displays pressure and temperature data of each tire on an instrument and a central control screen according to the corresponding tire sensor ID for a driver to refer to; if the pressure or the temperature of the tire is abnormal, the TPMS controller sends out an alarm signal according to the abnormal condition to remind a driver to take necessary measures.
In a new vehicle assembly workshop, because an original vehicle assembly production line is not provided with a TPMS tire calibration device, as shown in FIG. 1: the TPMS tire is required to be conveyed to an installation station through a tire conveying line, and the ID calibration operation of the tire sensor of each tire is completed at a specific station after the whole vehicle is assembled, namely the production process comprises the following steps: tire conveying-whole vehicle assembly-tire sensor ID calibration, but the following disadvantages exist:
firstly, as the existing car assembly workshop of an automobile manufacturer, particularly an automobile manufacturer mainly using a pick-up truck, is not provided with a TPMS tire calibration device originally, and a few new cars with TPMS tires are provided, the tire sensor ID calibration station is idle for a long time, and manpower and material resources are wasted;
secondly, the existing tire sensor ID calibration station calibrates the tire sensor ID of each tire after the entire vehicle is assembled, and since the appearances of two tires in the same orientation (for example, two front wheels or two rear wheels) are identical, a worker cannot judge whether the two tires are reversely mounted by naked eyes, an error is easily generated when the tire sensor ID is calibrated after the assembly is completed, so that the tire pressure displayed on the central monitor does not correspond to the tire at an actual position, and a great potential safety hazard is caused;
thirdly, because the existing tire sensor ID calibration station is calibrated after the whole vehicle is assembled, the tire sensor ID calibration station occupies a large area which is as long as about 8 meters, and 4 TPMS IDs corresponding to the tire positions are required to read the antenna plates, so that the great resource waste is caused.
