The present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, an architecture of a data backup system provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a backup server 10 and one or more terminal devices. The backup server 10 may be a server or a service device based on internet cloud technology, and provides services such as storage, reading, and downloading of information for enterprises and individuals through the internet, and the most important function is to provide a storage space with a certain space capacity for users. Terminal equipment (terminal device) includes, but is not limited to, a Mobile Station (MS), a mobile terminal device (mobile terminal), a mobile phone (mobile phone), a handset (handset), a portable device (portable device), etc., and the terminal device may communicate with one or more core networks via a Radio Access Network (RAN), for example, the terminal device may be a mobile phone (or referred to as a "cellular" phone), a computer with wireless communication function, etc., and the terminal device may also be a portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-embedded, or vehicle-mounted mobile device or equipment, for example: as shown in fig. 1, the terminal device includes electronic devices such as a smart phone 11A, a computer 11B, a tablet computer 11C, etc., and has a function of storing data, and the terminal device may establish data communication with the backup server 10 through an internet service, for example: data such as pictures and documents uploaded by the terminal device are sent to the backup server 10, and the terminal device downloads the data stored in the backup server 10. As shown in fig. 1, users 12A, 12B, 12C, etc. include businesses and individuals, and interact with the terminal device by means of touch or voice input, for example: setting a backup period for backing up data once a week on the terminal equipment, and when the backup time comes, the terminal equipment sends a message popup to a user.
In order to prevent the loss of the stored data caused by the loss or damage of the terminal equipment, nowadays, users pay more and more attention to data backup, but based on cost consideration, the storage space provided by the backup server to the users is usually only dozens of GB, and the backup of a large amount of unnecessary repeated data only wastes the space of the backup server.
In order to solve the problem of data backup in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for data backup, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of the method for data backup provided in the embodiment of the present application.
And S21, determining the data to be backed up in a preset storage path when the backup triggering condition is met.
In one or more embodiments, the backup trigger condition for the terminal device to perform the data backup operation may be: the method comprises the steps of establishing Wi-Fi connection by the terminal equipment, detecting the backup time or receiving a backup instruction of a user, or combining the situations. The preset storage path may be one or more specified folders preset by a user, one or more specified disk spaces, or the like. When the backup triggering condition is met, the main control unit of the terminal device determines all data in the preset storage path as data to be backed up according to the preset storage path.
For example, the user opens a data backup setting page of the terminal device, and selects the column "backup trigger condition" on the setting page: 1 to 23 days of each week, establishing Wi-Fi connection, and selecting in the column of 'preset storage path': all data in the disk C are stored in a set data backup setting page; the terminal equipment receives a setting instruction of a user and stores the backup trigger condition and a preset storage path; and when the terminal equipment detects that the time is 1 point of the day of the week and detects that the Wi-Fi connection is established, the terminal equipment determines all data in the disk C as data to be backed up.
And S22, screening target data from the data to be backed up.
In this embodiment of the present application, the target data is data that is actually backed up to the backup server, and the data to be backed up is all data in a preset storage path, including: pictures, documents, address lists, video, audio, and other types of data. The data to be backed up has redundancy, for example: similar pictures, documents with different storage paths but completely consistent names and contents, sound recordings completely blank for one or two seconds and the like.
In one or more possible embodiments, a plurality of pictures exist in the data to be backed up, the terminal device matches at least one group of similar picture sets in the plurality of pictures, and a picture with the highest definition in the similar picture sets is taken as a target picture. For example, as shown in fig. 3A, the terminal device determines 9 pictures as data to be backed up in a preset storage path C disk, where the 9 pictures are named as picture 1, picture 2, picture 3, picture 4, picture 5, picture 6, picture 7, picture 8, and picture 9, respectively. In the embodiment of the present application, the principle that the terminal device matches similar pictures may be: firstly, the sizes of the 9 pictures are scaled to be uniform 8X8, 64 pixels are used in total, so that only basic information such as picture color structures, light and shade and the like is reserved, and picture differences caused by different sizes and proportions of a plurality of pictures are abandoned; then, carrying out binarization processing on the 9 pictures, and processing the pictures into black and white pictures with certain gray levels, namely that pixel points of one picture only have gray levels; then processing the color fingerprint of each picture as characteristic information, wherein the processing process comprises the following steps: calculating the gray average value of the 64 pixel points, comparing the gray value of each pixel with the average value, if the gray value of one pixel is larger than the average value, marking as 1, otherwise, marking as 0, and combining the comparison results into a 64-bit integer according to a certain combination rule, wherein the integer is the color fingerprint of the picture; and finally comparing the color fingerprints of each picture, and if the number of different data bits of the color fingerprints of the two pictures is less than 5, judging that the two pictures are similar pictures. The matching method of the similar pictures is not limited in the embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 3B, the terminal device uses the picture 1, the picture 4, and the picture 5 that are matched as similar pictures as a group of similar picture sets to move into the set of the similar picture set 1, and uses the picture 3 and the picture 8 as another group of similar picture sets to move into the set of the similar picture set 2. And finally, the terminal device takes the picture with the highest definition in the 2 similar picture sets as a target picture, wherein the target picture is one of the target data which are actually backed up. In the embodiment of the present application, the calculation of the definition of the picture may be calculated by using a lattice, for example: taking the brightness of each row of pixel points on the picture as a group, calculating the maximum value, the minimum value and the average value of the brightness values of each row of data, and the sum of squares of the maximum value and the average value, the sum of squares of the minimum value and the average value of the brightness values, and adding the sums of squares of the groups to obtain the definition, wherein the larger the definition value is, the clearer the picture is, for example, in a similar picture set 1, the definition of a picture 1 is 53, the definition of a picture 4 is 24, and the definition of a picture 5 is 67, and then taking the picture 5 as a target picture; in the similar picture set 2, if the resolution of the picture 3 is 62 and the resolution of the picture 8 is 45, the picture 3 is taken as the target picture. In another embodiment, the sharpness value may also be calculated by calculating the number of pixels of the picture. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the method for calculating the sharpness. Finally, as shown in fig. 3C, the terminal device takes picture 2, picture 3, picture 5, picture 6, picture 7, and picture 9 as target pictures, and moves the target pictures into the target picture set, where the target pictures are one of the actual backup data.
In one or more possible embodiments, the present application embodiment may further screen out the target picture based on the size of the storage space occupied by the picture, for example: and screening out pictures occupying storage space and having the size not exceeding 100 kb.
In one or more possible embodiments, the data to be backed up further includes a plurality of documents, the terminal device matches at least one group of similar document sets in the plurality of documents, and takes the document with the latest storage time in the similar document sets as the target document. For example, the terminal device determines all the documents as data to be backed up according to the preset storage path C, as shown in fig. 4A, including 5 documents. Then, the terminal device matches at least one group of similar document sets, and the matching algorithm may be that the document names are the same or the repetition rate of the document content is as high as 99%, for example: the terminal device presets data backup in all storage spaces, and a user downloads the same "class address book" document on the Tencent QQ and the enterprise WeChat, but the storage paths of the two social software are respectively two different folders, so that the same file is stored in two by the operation of the user, and when the terminal device performs data backup, the two same files are put into one set, as shown in FIG. 4B, and one similar file set comprises two "class address book" documents. Finally, the terminal device takes the document with the latest saving time in the similar document set as the target document and moves the document into the target document, as shown in fig. 4C. Specifically, the terminal device detects that the storage time of one "class address book" file in the similar document set is 8/25/2020, and the storage time of the other "class address book" file is 8/27/2020, and determines that the latter is a target file, including other documents, and moves the target file into the target document set, where the target file is one of the actually backed-up data.
In one or more possible embodiments, the data to be backed up further includes address book data, and the terminal device compares the address book data with the address book data that was backed up last time. The data of the address book comprises: contact name phone and address, call log, etc.; and then, the terminal equipment filters the repeated part in the address book data compared with the address book data which is backed up last time to obtain the target address book data. For example: the last backup address book data comprises the telephone number of the contact A, the telephone number 1 of the contact B and the total 30 call records, and at the moment, the address book data comprises the telephone number of the contact A, the telephone numbers 1 and 2 of the contact B, the telephone number of the contact C and the total 50 call records; the main control unit filters 30 call records of repeated call records of the telephone number of the contact A, the telephone number 1 of the contact B and the 50 call records in the address book data to be backed up, and the telephone number 2 of the contact B, the telephone number of the contact C and the 20 call records are left as target address book data, wherein the target address book data are actual backup data.
The embodiment of the application has at least the following beneficial effects: based on the algorithm, the terminal device filters the data to be backed up, so that the redundant data is prevented from occupying the space of the backup server, the waste of the space of the backup server is avoided, and the problem that uploading a large amount of repeated data occupies more time and network channels is avoided.
And S23, backing up the target data to a backup server.
The main control unit of the terminal device uploads the target data to the backup server for processing through channels such as a Wi-Fi channel or a cellular data network after screening the data to be backed up. The backup server 10 may be a server or a service device based on an internet cloud technology, and provides services such as information storage, reading, downloading and the like for enterprises and individuals through the internet, the most important function is to provide a storage space with a certain space capacity for users, and the backup server may be a cloud server provided by a third party enterprise, another terminal device, or a security server built by the user.
For example, a user opens a data backup setting interface of a smartphone, and sets a column of "backup trigger condition" on a setting page for selection: after 1 to 23 days of each week are connected with a computer through a data line, selecting the following items in a column of 'preset storage path': the folder named as backup data stores the set data backup setting page; the terminal equipment receives a setting instruction of a user and stores the backup trigger condition and a preset storage path; when the smart phone detects that the time is 1 point every day and the equipment is connected with the computer through a data line, determining all data in a folder named as backup data as data to be backed up, screening target data from the data to be backed up, and sending a backup application instruction to the computer through a data line by the smart phone; the computer receives the backup application instruction, creates a folder for storing backup data on the disk C, and sends a backup application approval instruction to the smart phone through the data line; after receiving the backup application approval instruction, the smart phone packs and sends target data to a computer through a data line; and the computer receives the packed target data and saves the packed target data into a folder of backup data saving of the C disk.
The embodiment of the application has at least the following beneficial effects: based on the steps, after the terminal device performs backup storage on the target data in the backup server, when the user loses or damages the terminal device, important data can be reserved, and the loss of the user is greatly reduced.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another data backup method according to an embodiment of the present application.
And S51, determining the data to be backed up in a preset storage path when the backup triggering condition is met.
In this embodiment of the application, when the backup triggering condition is satisfied, the main control unit of the terminal device first determines a preset storage path range, and then determines that all data in the storage path are to-be-backed up data, and the specific working manner of step S51 may refer to step S21 in fig. 2.
And S52, screening the target data from the data to be backed up.
In this embodiment of the application, the main control unit of the terminal device filters the data to be backed up based on a certain algorithm and rule to screen out the target data, and the specific working manner of step S52 may refer to step S22 in fig. 2.
In one or more possible embodiments, the screening of the target data by the terminal device may also be: detecting the recorded audio, and screening out the blank audio when detecting the blank audio; and performing frame division processing on the stored video, comparing pictures of all frames of the plurality of videos, judging the video to be a similar video if the number of the pictures of the similar or identical frames of the two videos exceeds a certain threshold value, and taking the video with updated storage time as target data.
And S53, backing up the target data to a backup server.
In this embodiment of the application, the main control unit of the terminal device sends the screened target data to the backup server for saving, and the specific operation manner of step S33 may refer to step S23 in fig. 2.
And S54, screening non-target data except the target data in the data to be backed up.
Specifically, after the main control unit of the terminal device screens the data to be backed up, the target data and the non-target data are distinguished. For example, non-target data may include: and (3) screening the picture left after the clearest picture is screened from the similar photo collection, screening the document left after the document with the latest storage time is screened from the similar document collection, or screening the audio with blank space of only one or two seconds, and the like.
S55, classifying the non-target data based on the data type, and moving the classified data into different folders.
In the embodiment of the application, a main control unit of the terminal device divides non-target data into types such as video, audio, documents, pictures, compressed packets and the like, automatically generates a plurality of folders in a specified storage path based on the preset, moves the non-target data into different folders according to file types, and deletes the non-target data in the original storage path. For example: the user specifies that data which is not backed up after the data is backed up each time is stored in the disk A; after the data is backed up, the non-target data in the data to be backed up includes 5 videos, 3 audios, 50 documents and 20 pictures, 4 folders are newly built in the disk a by the main control unit of the terminal device, and are named as "videos to be processed", "audios to be processed", "documents to be processed" and "pictures to be processed", respectively, and the main control unit then moves the 5 videos, the 3 audios, the 50 documents and the 20 pictures in the original storage path into the 4 folders, respectively.
In one or more possible embodiments, the main control unit of the terminal device may further classify the non-target data according to the file size of the non-target data, or classify the non-target data according to the file creation time, automatically generate a plurality of folders in a specified storage path based on a preset rule, and move the non-target data into different folders according to the classification rule.
And S56, reminding the user to process the non-target data according to a preset period.
Specifically, the main control unit of the terminal device sends a reminding message to the user based on a preset period, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding the user to process non-target data without backup. For example: the user opens a data backup setting interface, and selects in a column of 'reminding' on the setting interface: and sending a popup message prompt 72 hours after the data backup is finished, and filling in a column of 'reminding content': if the data which is not backed up exists, whether the cleaning or backup operation is carried out immediately or not is judged, and the selection is carried out in the column of 'reminding again': sending a popup message prompt 72 hours after the first reminding, and storing the setting interface by the user; the terminal equipment receives a setting instruction of a user and stores the content in the setting interface; when the terminal device detects that the data backup is completed and reaches 72 hours, a popup message prompt is popped up on the display screen, and the popup content is as follows: if the data which is not backed up exists, the cleaning or backup operation is immediately carried out.
And S57A, when a cleaning instruction of the user for the non-target data is received, cleaning the target data in response to the cleaning instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can execute the cleaning operation after receiving the prompt message, and the terminal equipment responds to the cleaning instruction to clean the target data when receiving the cleaning instruction of the user. The cleaning may be for all non-target data or for some non-target data. For example: after a user receives a popup message prompt, an 'automatic cleaning' button is arranged at the lower right corner of the popup message prompt, and the user selects 'automatic cleaning'; and the terminal equipment receives the cleaning instruction and moves all the non-target data in the preset storage path into the recycle bin.
And S57B, when receiving a second backup instruction of the user for the non-target data, backing up the non-target data in response to the second backup instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the prompt message, the user may perform a backup operation again, input a second backup instruction to the main control unit, and the terminal device also backs up the non-target data to the backup server in response to the second backup instruction. The backup operation may be for some non-target data, and may be for all target data. For example: after receiving a popup message prompt, a user selects a storage path for searching non-target data, selects data which is considered to be important in the non-target data and selects a backup option; and the main control unit of the terminal equipment receives the operation instruction, selects the non-target data part selected by the user, and backs up the non-target data part to a backup server through a Wi-Fi protocol or a cellular data network.
In one or more possible embodiments, when the terminal device does not receive a processing instruction of a user, the non-target data is automatically cleaned when the storage duration of the non-target data exceeds a preset duration. For example: the user selects in the column "auto clean" of the data backup settings interface: the data storage time exceeds one month, the data is automatically cleaned, and a user stores a setting interface; and the terminal equipment receives the operation instruction, and automatically moves the data into the recycle bin when detecting that the storage time of the data such as a document or audio reaches 30 days.
In one or more possible embodiments, when the terminal device does not receive a processing instruction of a user, but based on a preset threshold of the size of the storage space of the terminal device, the non-target data is automatically cleaned, that is, when the terminal device detects that the storage space is less than a certain value, the non-target data is cleaned in sequence according to the storage time of the non-target file. For example: the user selects in the column "auto clean" of the data backup settings interface: when the storage space is less than 10GB, automatically cleaning data; and the terminal equipment receives the operation instruction, detects the storage time of all the non-target data in the preset storage path when detecting that the storage space is lower than 10GB, starts to clean the non-target data with the longest storage time, and cleans the non-target data according to the time sequence until the terminal equipment detects that the capacity of the storage space is larger than 10 GB.
The embodiment of the application has at least the following beneficial effects: based on the steps, the terminal device performs backup or cleaning operation on the non-target data, so that the problem that important data is wrongly classified into the non-target data due to the screening operation in the steps is avoided, the important data is not backed up and stored, and a user is prompted to clean the non-target data so as to release the storage space of the terminal device.
