In a fifth aspect, based on the vehicle data processing methods of the first and second aspects, an embodiment of the disclosure provides a vehicle data processing method applied to data interaction of a vehicle, a terminal device and a server, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:

502 the server acquires user behavior data of a vehicle corresponding to a first account, and classifies the user behavior data according to a preset classification label;

506, the server receives a user publishing message sent by a terminal device corresponding to a first account, acquires the user behavior data corresponding to the category label by using the selected category label, and sends the acquired user behavior data to the terminal device corresponding to the first account;
507, the terminal device corresponding to the first account receives the user behavior data of the first account sent by the server, and issues the user behavior data;
508 the terminal device corresponding to the second account sends a data sharing request of the user behavior data to the server;
509, the server receives and stores the user behavior data carried in the data sharing request; confirming that a user logs in through the second account on any vehicle, and sending the user behavior data to the vehicle on which the user logs in through the second account;
510, the vehicle corresponding to the second account receives the user behavior data sent by the server, and distributes the user behavior data to a corresponding application program.
According to the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure, the vehicle corresponding to the first account can upload the user behavior data to the server, the server stores the user behavior data in a classified manner according to the preset classification tags, and the terminal device corresponding to the first account can send the classification tags selected when the user issues the message to the server, so that the server obtains the user behavior data corresponding to the selected classification tags from the pre-stored user behavior data of the first account and sends the user behavior data to the terminal device corresponding to the first account, and the terminal device corresponding to the first account is convenient to issue the user behavior data. After seeing the user behavior data issued by other accounts, the second account can send a data sharing request of the user behavior data (such as user row data issued by the first account) which is considered to be required to be shared to the vehicle of the second account to the server, so that the server can share the user behavior data for sharing and issuing to the vehicle corresponding to the second account. The user does not need to manually download the user behavior data on the network into the vehicle, and the user behavior data released on the network can be conveniently downloaded and applied to the vehicle. a receiving unit 62, configured to receive a classification tag that is selected when a user issues a message and is sent by a terminal device corresponding to a first account;
an obtaining unit 63, configured to obtain the user behavior data corresponding to the classification label;
a sending unit 64, configured to send the obtained user behavior data to the terminal device.
In some embodiments, the sending unit 64 is further configured to, after classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification tag, send the preset classification tag to the terminal device corresponding to the first account before the classification tag selected when receiving the user publishing message sent by the terminal device corresponding to the first account and acquiring the user behavior data corresponding to the classification tag.
In some embodiments, the receiving unit 62 is further configured to receive a data sharing request of user behavior data sent by a terminal device corresponding to the second account;

the sending module 642 is configured to confirm that the user logs in through the second account on any vehicle, and send the user behavior data to the vehicle where the user logs in through the second account.
In some embodiments, the sending module 642 is configured to send the published user behavior data to a corresponding application of a vehicle corresponding to the second account.
In some embodiments, the sending unit 64 sends the user behavior data to the terminal device to enable the terminal device to issue.
The vehicle data processing device provided by the embodiment of the sixth aspect may be configured to execute the vehicle data processing method provided by the embodiment of the first aspect or the second aspect, and the related meanings and specific implementations may refer to the related descriptions in the embodiment of the first aspect or the second aspect, and will not be described in detail here.

an acquisition unit 71, configured to acquire a category label associated with user behavior data of the first account;
a sending unit 72, configured to send the classification label to a server;
a receiving unit 73, configured to receive the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
In some embodiments, the collecting unit 71 is further configured to receive a label sent by the server when the classification is stored.
In some embodiments, the sending unit 72 is further configured to send the data sharing request for sharing the user behavior data issued by a third account to the server, so that the server sends the user behavior data issued by the third account to the vehicle corresponding to the first account according to the data sharing request.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus further comprises:
the issuing unit 74 is configured to issue the user behavior data after receiving the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
The processing device of the vehicle data provided by the embodiment of the seventh aspect may be configured to execute the processing method of the vehicle data provided by the embodiment of the third aspect or the fourth aspect, and the related meanings and specific implementations may refer to the related descriptions in the embodiment of the third aspect or the fourth aspect, and will not be described in detail here.
In an eighth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the apparatus where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the vehicle data according to the first aspect or the second aspect. Or, the apparatus in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the vehicle data according to the third aspect or the fourth aspect when the program runs.
The storage medium may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
In a ninth aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a server comprising a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; the program instructions when executed perform the method of processing vehicle data according to the first aspect or the second aspect.
In a tenth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a terminal device, including a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; the program instructions when executed perform the method of processing vehicle data of the third or fourth aspect.
In an eleventh aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a vehicle data processing system, including: a vehicle, a terminal device and a server; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the vehicle corresponding to the first account is used for sending user behavior data to the server;
the server is used for acquiring user behavior data of a vehicle corresponding to a first account and classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification label;
the terminal device corresponding to the first account is used for acquiring a classification label related to the user behavior data of the first account and sending the classification label to the server;
the server is used for receiving a classification label selected when a user issues a message and sent by terminal equipment corresponding to a first account, acquiring the user behavior data corresponding to the classification label, and sending the acquired user behavior data to the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account;
and the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account is used for receiving the user behavior data of the first account sent by the server.
In some embodiments, the server is further configured to, after classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification tag, send the preset classification tag to the terminal device corresponding to the first account before receiving the classification tag selected when the user issues a message sent by the terminal device corresponding to the first account and acquiring the user behavior data corresponding to the classification tag;
and the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account is also used for receiving and storing the classification label sent by the server.
In some embodiments, the terminal device corresponding to the first account is configured to publish the received user behavior data after receiving the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
In some embodiments, the terminal device corresponding to the second account is configured to send a request for data sharing to the server;
the server is further used for receiving a data sharing request sent by the terminal device corresponding to the second account; according to the data sharing request, sending the user behavior data for sharing and releasing to a vehicle corresponding to the second account;
and the vehicle corresponding to the second account is used for receiving the user behavior data sent by the server.
In some embodiments, the server is configured to receive and store the user behavior data carried in the data sharing request; and confirming that the user logs in through the second account on any vehicle, and sending the user behavior data to the vehicle on which the user logs in through the second account.
In some embodiments, the vehicle corresponding to the second account is used for distributing the user behavior data to a corresponding application program.

Claims (18)

1. A method of processing vehicle data, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps of collecting user behavior data of a vehicle corresponding to a first account, and classifying the user behavior data according to preset classification labels;
receiving a classification label selected when a user issues a message sent by terminal equipment corresponding to a first account, and acquiring user behavior data corresponding to the classification label;
and sending the acquired user behavior data to the terminal equipment.
2. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein after classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification tag, before obtaining the user behavior data corresponding to the classification tag, the method further includes:
and sending the preset classification label to the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account.
3. The processing method according to claim 1,
and the user behavior data sent to the terminal equipment is used for enabling the terminal equipment to issue.
4. The processing method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
receiving a data sharing request of user behavior data sent by terminal equipment corresponding to a second account;
and sending the issued user behavior data to a vehicle corresponding to the second account according to the data sharing request.
5. The processing method according to claim 4, wherein sending the issued user behavior data to a vehicle corresponding to the second account according to the data sharing request includes:
receiving and storing the user behavior data carried in the data sharing request;
and confirming that the user logs in through the second account on any vehicle, and sending the user behavior data to the vehicle on which the user logs in through the second account.
6. A method of processing vehicle data, the method comprising:
collecting a category label associated with user behavior data for a first account;
sending the classification label to a server;
and receiving the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
7. The processing method of claim 6, further comprising:
sending a data sharing request for sharing the user behavior data issued by the third account to the server, so that the server sends the user behavior data issued by the third account to the vehicle corresponding to the first account according to the data sharing request.
8. The processing method of claim 6, wherein after receiving the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account, the method further comprises:
and issuing the user behavior data.
9. An apparatus for processing vehicle data, the apparatus comprising:
the classification unit is used for acquiring user behavior data of a vehicle corresponding to a first account and classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification label;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the classification label selected when the user issues the message and sent by the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the user behavior data corresponding to the classification label;
and the sending unit is used for sending the acquired user behavior data to the terminal equipment.
10. An apparatus for processing vehicle data, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a collecting unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the collecting unit is used for collecting classification labels related to user behavior data of a first account;
a sending unit, configured to send the classification label to a server;
a receiving unit, configured to receive the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
11. A server, the server comprising a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; the program instructions when executed perform the method of processing vehicle data of any one of claims 1 to 5.

A terminal device, the terminal device comprising a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; the program instructions when executed perform the method of processing vehicle data of any one of claims 6 to 8.

A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein an apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the vehicle data according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when the program is executed, or the apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the processing method of the vehicle data according to any one of claims 6 to 8 when the program is executed.
14. A system for processing vehicle data, comprising: a vehicle, a terminal device and a server; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the vehicle corresponding to the first account is used for sending user behavior data to the server;
the server is used for acquiring user behavior data of a vehicle corresponding to a first account and classifying the user behavior data according to a preset classification label;
the terminal device corresponding to the first account is used for acquiring a classification label related to the user behavior data of the first account and sending the classification label to the server;
the server is used for receiving a classification label selected when a user issues a message and sent by terminal equipment corresponding to a first account, acquiring the user behavior data corresponding to the classification label, and sending the acquired user behavior data to the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account;
and the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account is used for receiving the user behavior data of the first account sent by the server.
15. The processing system of claim 14,
the server is further configured to send the preset classification tag to the terminal device corresponding to the first account before the server is used for classifying the user behavior data according to the preset classification tag and receiving the classification tag selected when the user publishing message sent by the terminal device corresponding to the first account is received and obtaining the user behavior data corresponding to the classification tag;
and the terminal equipment corresponding to the first account is also used for receiving and storing the classification label sent by the server.
16. The processing system according to claim 14, wherein the terminal device corresponding to the first account is configured to issue the received user behavior data after receiving the user behavior data sent by the server from the first account.
17. The processing system of claim 16,
the terminal device corresponding to the second account is used for sending a data sharing request of the user behavior data to the server;
the server is further used for receiving a data sharing request sent by the terminal device corresponding to the second account; according to the data sharing request, sending the user behavior data for sharing and releasing to a vehicle corresponding to the second account;
and the vehicle corresponding to the second account is used for receiving the user behavior data sent by the server.
18. The processing system of claim 17,
the server is used for receiving and storing the user behavior data carried in the data sharing request; and confirming that the user logs in through the second account on any vehicle, and sending the user behavior data to the vehicle on which the user logs in through the second account.
