In order to further understand the contents, features and effects of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the multifunctional medical nursing bed of the present invention comprises a bed frame 5 supported by a folding bed leg assembly 7, an inner frame 8 is installed on the inner side of the bed frame 5, a head swing assembly 13 is installed on the head of the inner frame 8, a first turning-over assembly 9 and a second turning-over assembly 11 are installed on the back, a rising assembly 10 is installed on the body, a leg raising assembly 12 is installed on the thigh, and two foot hooking assemblies 14 are installed on the foot.
Wherein, folding footpost subassembly 7 can carry out the control in the aspect of the folding degree, through the folding degree of control folding footpost subassembly 7, can realize setting for the regulation of bedstead 5 overall height. The frame 5 serves as a loading platform for the inner frame 8 and its sub-assemblies, and the inner frame 8 serves as a mounting frame for its respective sub-assemblies.
The head swinging assembly 13 is used for providing a head swinging action function for a patient, the first turning-over assembly 9 and the second turning-over assembly 11 are used for providing a turning-over action function for the patient (the two turning-over assemblies respectively realize the turning-over action towards the left side and the right side), the rising assembly 10 is used for providing a first body rising action function for the patient, the leg lifting assembly 12 is used for providing a leg lifting action function for the patient, and the two foot hooking assemblies 14 are used for providing a foot action function for the patient.
Referring to fig. 3, it can be seen that:
the bed frame 5 comprises a first side beam 5-1 and a second side beam 5-2 which are oppositely arranged, a head cross beam 5-4 is arranged between the middle front parts of the first side beam and the second side beam, and a tail cross beam 5-3 is arranged between the middle rear parts of the first side beam and the second side beam. The inner frame 8 is positioned between the first side beam 5-1 and the second side beam 5-2, and the bottom is supported by the bed head cross beam 5-4 and the bed tail cross beam 5-3. The bed frame 5 and the inner frame 8 can be fixedly connected by a plurality of bolts to fix the two.
In this embodiment, the outer sides of the first side beam 5-1 and the second side beam 5-2 are respectively provided with a front guardrail base 6 and a rear guardrail base 6, each guardrail base 6 is detachably provided with a guardrail 2, specifically, each guardrail base 6 can be provided with a front insertion hole and a rear insertion hole, the guardrail 2 is provided with a front support leg and a rear support leg, and the support legs of the guardrail 2 are inserted into the corresponding insertion holes to realize connection between the guardrail 2 and the guardrail bases 6. Above-mentioned detachable mounting means makes guardrail 2 can load or dismantle as required, and when guardrail 2 loaded on bedstead 5, for the protection of disease provides both sides, when guardrail 2 dismantles from bedstead 5, the side position of being convenient for disease from bedstead 5 was gone up and down the bed.
In the embodiment, a headboard 1 is arranged at the front part of the first side beam 5-1 and the second side beam 5-2, a footboard 4 is arranged at the rear part of the first side beam and the second side beam, and the headboard 1 and the footboard 4 enclose the head position and the foot position of the bed frame 5 to form a complete nursing bed main body part.
Referring to fig. 3, it can be seen that:
the two folding bed leg assemblies 7 are symmetrically arranged in the front-back direction, and when the height of the bed frame 5 is adjusted, the two folding bed leg assemblies 7 synchronously act to realize the lifting or descending of the bed frame 5. It is of course conceivable to make the two folding leg assemblies 7 different in their amplitude of action, so that the bed frame 5 and its accessories are tilted as a whole (turned with the head above the tail or with the head below the tail).
Specifically, the folding bed leg assembly 7 comprises a tilting frame 7-4, the tilting frame 7-4 is made of a metal pipe profile or a metal rod profile through welding and building, a rotating shaft 7-2 is arranged at the top of the tilting frame 7-4, wheel seats 7-5 are hinged to two sides of the bottom of the tilting frame 7-4, a bed leg support arm 7-3 is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft 7-2, two ends of the rotating shaft 7-2 are arranged on shaft seats on the inner sides of a first side beam 5-1 and a second side beam 5-2, a bed leg push rod motor 7-1 is arranged between a cross beam of the bed frame 5 and the corresponding bed leg support arm 7-3 (namely between the cross beam 5-4 of the bed head and the bed leg support arm 7-3 of the folding bed leg assembly 7 below the bed head and between the bed tail cross beam 5-3 of the bed tail and the bed leg support arm 7-3 of the folding bed leg assembly, each wheel seat 7-5 is respectively provided with a front brake roller 7-6 and a rear brake roller 7-6.
The tilting frame 7-4 can be driven to rotate and move around the rotating shaft 7-2 by controlling the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the bed leg push rod motor 7-1, so that the included angle between the tilting frame 7-4 and the bed frame 5 is changed, the height of the bed frame 5 is increased when the included angle between the tilting frame 7-4 and the bed frame 5 is increased, and the height of the bed frame 5 is reduced when the included angle between the tilting frame 7-4 and the bed frame 5 is decreased. In the process of height adjustment, the wheel frame 7-5 and the tilting frame 7-4 are in hinged connection, so that each brake roller 7-6 is kept in direct contact with the ground, and the stability is ensured. The medical nursing bed has the advantages that the brake rollers 7-6 are adopted, the function of parking brake is fully utilized, the nursing bed is positioned by operating the brake rollers 7-6 after the medical nursing bed is moved to the position, random deviation is prevented, and the stability of the nursing process is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, it can be seen that the mattress 3 is formed by splicing a plurality of separate mattress units. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
a head mattress 3-2 is mounted on the head swing assembly 13, and a first head side mattress 3-1 and a second head side mattress 3-3 are respectively mounted on both sides of the head mattress 3-2; a front back mattress 3-4 and a back mattress 3-6 are arranged on the first turnover assembly 9, and a left back middle mattress 3-5 and a right back middle mattress 3-5 are arranged on the second turnover assembly 11; the rising assembly 10 is provided with back mattresses 3-10, the back mattresses 3-10 are positioned between two back middle mattresses 3-5, and the two back middle mattresses 3-5 and the back mattresses 3-10 are positioned between a front back mattress 3-4 and a back mattress 3-6; thigh mattresses 3-7 are installed on the leg lifting assembly 12, shank mattresses 3-9 are installed behind the thigh mattresses 3-7, and first leg side mattresses 3-15 and second leg side mattresses 3-8 are respectively installed on two sides of the thigh mattresses 3-7 and the shank mattresses 3-9; the two leg units 14 are respectively provided with a first leg mattress 3-12 and a second leg mattress 3-13, the first leg mattress 3-11 is provided on the side of the first leg mattress 3-12, and the second leg mattress 3-14 is provided on the side of the second leg mattress 3-13.
Therefore, the first head side mattress 3-1 and the second head side mattress 3-3, the first leg side mattress 3-15 and the second leg side mattress 3-8, the calf mattress 3-9, the first foot side mattress 3-11 and the second foot side mattress 3-14 are fixed, namely are fixedly connected with the inner frame 8, the head mattress 3-2 and the swinging head assembly 13 perform the left-right swinging motion along with the swinging head assembly, the front back mattress 3-4 and the back mattress 3-6 perform the turning motion to one side along with the first turning assembly 9, the two middle back mattresses 3-5 and the second turning assembly 11 perform the turning motion to the other side along with the movement, the back mattress 3-10 and the rising assembly 10 perform the tilting motion, the thigh mattresses 3-7 and the leg raising assembly 12 perform the tilting leg raising motion along with the movement, the first foot mattress 3-12 and the second foot mattress 3-13 respectively follow the two foot hooking assemblies 14 to perform tilting foot movements.
Referring to fig. 4, it can be seen that:
the inner frame 8 is constructed by metal sectional materials, and specifically comprises a cuboid-shaped frame main body which is composed of two groups of transverse outer frame sectional materials 8-2 (two head of the bed and two tail of the bed), two groups of longitudinal outer frame sectional materials 8-4 (two left side and two right side) and upright posts at four corners. Because the length (i.e. span) of the vertical outer frame section bars 8-4 is large, in order to ensure the strength of the structure, a plurality of short upright posts can be arranged between the two vertical outer frame section bars 8-4 at the left side and between the two vertical outer frame section bars 8-4 at the right side for supporting and reinforcing.
A first inner transverse profile 8-3, a second inner transverse profile 8-6 and a third inner transverse profile 8-7 are arranged inside the frame body, wherein the second inner transverse profile 8-6 is closer to the third inner transverse profile 8-7. The outer side of the front transverse outer frame section bar 8-2 is provided with a head section bar 8-1 (two opposite sections), and the outer side of the rear transverse outer frame section bar 8-2 is provided with a tail section bar 8-10 (two opposite sections).
Back inner longitudinal section bars 8-5 (two opposite) are arranged between the first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and the second inner transverse section bar 8-6, leg inner longitudinal section bars 8-8 (two opposite) are arranged between the third inner transverse section bar 8-7 and the transverse outer frame section bar 8-2 of the bed tail, and leg middle section bars 8-9 are arranged between the leg inner longitudinal section bars 8-8.
The front part of the frame body is provided with a front panel 8-11, the bottom part is provided with a bottom panel 8-12, specifically, the front panel 8-11 is fixedly connected with the group of transverse outer frame section bars 8-2 and the upright posts which are positioned at the bed head, and the bottom panel 8-12 is fixedly connected with the transverse outer frame section bars 8-2 and the longitudinal outer frame section bars 8-4 which are positioned at the bottom part. After the inner frame 8 is assembled into the bedframe 5, the bottom panels 8-12 may be fixedly connected to the head cross-members 5-4 and the foot cross-members 5-3 of the bedframe 5 using a plurality of bolts.
The outer end of the bed head section bar 8-1 can be abutted against the inner wall of the bed head plate 1 and fixed by bolts, and the outer end of the bed tail section bar 8-10 is abutted against the inner wall of the bed tail plate 4 and fixed by bolts, so that the structural strength of the whole nursing bed can be further improved.
Thus, referring to fig. 5, the mounting position of the components on the inner frame 8 can be seen: the head swinging assembly 13 is positioned between two head section bars 8-1, the rising assembly 10 is positioned between two back inner longitudinal section bars 8-5, the first turnover assembly 9 and the second turnover assembly 11 are positioned at two sides of the first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and the second inner transverse section bar 8-6, the leg lifting assembly 12 is positioned between two leg inner longitudinal section bars 8-8, and the foot hooking assembly 14 is positioned between two bed tail section bars 8-10.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, it can be seen that:
the first turnover assembly 9 comprises two opposite first turnover support plates 9-1, and a first connecting rod 9-3 is arranged between the outer ends of the two turnover support plates 9-1 so that the two first turnover support plates 9-1 are combined into a whole. The device also comprises a first sliding rail 9-4 with a sliding block, the first sliding rail 9-4 is fixedly arranged on the bottom panel 8-12, and a first push-pull rod 9-2 is arranged between the sliding block and the first connecting rod 9-3. The first screw 9-6 and the first driver 9-7 are also included, the first movable seat 9-5 is fixed on the nut of the first screw 9-6, and the slide block on the first slide rail 9-4 is fixedly connected with the first movable seat 9-5.
As shown in the figure, two first turning-over support plates 9-1 are L-shaped integrally and are respectively positioned at the outer sides of a first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and a second inner transverse section bar 8-6, and the two first turning-over support plates 9-1 are respectively hinged with the first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and the second inner transverse section bar 8-6 at the bending positions by adopting hinged shafts.
Furthermore, the number of the sliding blocks on the first sliding rail 9-4 is two, and correspondingly, the number of the first push-pull rods 9-2 is two. As shown in the figure, the first push-pull rod 9-2 is divided into an inner section and an outer section, and the two sections are connected by a universal joint, wherein the outer end of one section is hinged with the first connecting rod 9-3, and the inner end of the other section is hinged with the corresponding slide block. Thus, when the first driving machine 9-7 drives the first moving seat 9-5 to move back and forth through the first lead screw 9-6, the two sliding blocks move back and forth synchronously, the two first push-pull rods 9-2 generate a push-pull action on the first connecting rod 9-3, and correspondingly, the two first turning support plates 9-1 rotate in an inclined manner by taking the hinge shafts at the respective bending positions as centers, so that the turning action towards one side is realized.
The second turnover assembly 11 comprises two opposite second turnover support plates 11-1, and a second connecting rod 11-3 is arranged between the outer ends of the two second turnover support plates 11-1 to combine the two second turnover support plates 11-1 into a whole. The device also comprises a second sliding rail 11-4 with a sliding block, the second sliding rail 11-4 is fixedly arranged on the bottom panel 8-12, and a second push-pull rod 11-2 is arranged between the sliding block and the second connecting rod 11-3. The device also comprises a second lead screw 11-6 and a second driver 11-7 thereof, a second movable seat 11-5 is fixed on a nut of the second lead screw 11-6, and a sliding block on a second sliding rail 11-4 is fixedly connected with the second movable seat 11-5.
As shown in the figure, two second turning-over support plates 11-1 are L-shaped integrally and are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and the second inner transverse section bar 8-6, and the two second turning-over support plates 11-1 are respectively hinged with the first inner transverse section bar 8-3 and the second inner transverse section bar 8-6 by adopting hinged shafts at the bending positions.
Furthermore, the number of the sliding blocks on the second sliding rail 11-4 is two, and correspondingly, the number of the second push-pull rods 11-2 is two. As shown in the figure, the first push-pull rod 9-2 is divided into an inner section and an outer section, and the two sections are connected by a universal joint, wherein the outer end of one section is hinged with the second connecting rod 11-3, and the inner end of the other section is hinged with the corresponding slide block. Thus, when the second driving machine 11-7 drives the second moving seat 11-5 to move back and forth through the second lead screw 11-6, the two sliding blocks move back and forth synchronously, the two second push-pull rods 11-2 generate a push-pull action on the second connecting rod 11-3, and correspondingly, the two second turning support plates 11-1 rotate in an inclined manner by taking the hinge shafts at the respective bending positions as centers, so that the turning action towards the other side is realized.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, it can be seen that:
the rising assembly 10 comprises two opposite rising support plates 10-1 and two opposite rising support rods 10-2, wherein the rising support plate 10-1 is hinged with the rising support rod 10-2 at the same side at the rear end. The lifting device also comprises two opposite lifting slide rails 10-4, the lifting slide rails 10-4 are fixedly connected with two longitudinally arranged back section bars 8-5 of the inner frame 8, a lifting connecting plate 10-5 is arranged between slide blocks on the two lifting slide rails 10-4, a lifting connecting rod 10-3 is arranged between the front ends of the two lifting support rods 10-2, and two ends of the lifting connecting rod 10-3 are arranged on a shaft seat at the bottom of the lifting connecting plate 10-5.
As shown in the figure, the two rising support plates 10-1 and the two rising support rods 10-2 are L-shaped integrally, the two rising support plates 10-1 are respectively positioned at the inner sides of the two back internal longitudinal section bars 8-5, and the two rising support plates 10-1 are respectively hinged with the two back internal longitudinal section bars 8-5 by adopting hinged shafts at the bending positions.
A push rod motor is adopted to provide power for the rising assembly 10 (not shown in the figure), specifically, the rear end of the body of the push rod motor is hinged with the middle part of the first inner transverse section bar 8-3, and the end part of a piston rod is hinged with the rising connecting rod 10-3, so that when the piston rod of the push rod motor moves telescopically, the two rising supporting rods 10-2 are pushed and pulled through the rising connecting rod 10-3, and correspondingly, the two rising supporting plates 10-1 perform synchronous tilting motion.
Referring to fig. 5 and 9, it can be seen that:
the leg lifting assembly 12 comprises two opposite leg lifting support plates 12-1 and two opposite leg lifting support rods 12-2, and the leg lifting support plate 12-1 is hinged with the front ends of the leg lifting support rods 12-2 on the same side. The leg lifting device also comprises two opposite leg lifting slide rails 12-4, a leg lifting connecting rod 12-3 is arranged between the rear ends of the two leg lifting support rods 12-2, and two ends of the leg lifting connecting rod 12-3 are arranged on shaft seats on sliding blocks on the two leg lifting slide rails 12-4.
As shown in the figure, the two leg lifting support plates 12-1 and the two leg lifting support rods 12-2 are L-shaped integrally, the two leg lifting support plates 12-1 are respectively positioned at the inner sides of the two leg internal longitudinal section bars 8-8, and the two leg lifting support plates 12-1 are respectively hinged with the two leg internal longitudinal section bars 8-8 by adopting hinged shafts at the bending positions.
A push rod motor is adopted to provide power for the leg lifting assembly 12 (not shown in the figure), specifically, the rear end of the body of the push rod motor is hinged with the middle part of the leg section bar 8-9, and the end part of a piston rod is hinged with the leg lifting connecting rod 12-3, so that when the piston rod of the push rod motor moves telescopically, the two leg lifting support rods 12-2 are pushed and pulled through the leg lifting connecting rod 12-3, and correspondingly, the two leg lifting support plates 12-1 perform synchronous tilting motion to generate leg rehabilitation training motion.
Referring to fig. 10, it can be seen that:
the head swing assembly 13 comprises a head swing shaft seat 13-2 fixedly connected with the front panel 8-11, a rotating shaft is arranged in the head swing shaft seat 13-2, and a head swing support plate 13-1 is arranged at the front end of the rotating shaft. The device also comprises a driving motor 13-3, and the rear end of the rotating shaft is in butt joint connection with a motor shaft of the driving motor 13-3. The driving motor 13-3 has a worm gear structure, takes a worm shaft as an output shaft and is in butt joint with the rotating shaft, and the large driving force and the self-locking capability of the worm gear structure are fully exerted.
As shown in the figure, when the driving motor 13-3 drives the rotating shaft to rotate forward/backward, the head swing support plate 13-1 performs a corresponding left-right swinging motion, and since the head of the patient is positioned right above the head swing support plate 13-1 (above the head mattress 3-2 and the pillow), the head of the patient also performs the left-right swinging motion, thereby generating a neck rehabilitation training motion.
Referring to fig. 11, it can be seen that:
the hook component 14 comprises a connecting seat 14-2 fixed with the bed tail section bar 8-10, a hook support plate 14-4 is hinged on the connecting seat 14-2, and a hook support arm 14-3 is mounted on a hinged shaft of the connecting seat 14-2 and the hook support plate 14-4. The foot-hooking push rod motor 14-1 is further included, the end part of a telescopic rod of the foot-hooking push rod motor is hinged with the end part of the foot-hooking support arm 14-3, and the rear part of a machine body of the foot-hooking push rod motor 14-1 can be hinged with the leg section bar 8-9 or the bed tail plate 4.
As shown in the figure, when the piston rod of the foot hooking push rod motor 14-1 extends out, the foot hooking support plate 14-4 rotates clockwise and the included angle between the foot hooking support plate and the bedstead 5 becomes smaller, and when the piston rod of the foot hooking push rod motor 14-1 retracts, the foot hooking support plate 14-4 rotates anticlockwise and the included angle between the foot hooking support plate and the bedstead 5 becomes larger, so that the rehabilitation training action of the foot is generated.
The medical nursing bed also comprises a controller, the controller comprises a necessary control unit, a power supply processing unit and key units, each push rod motor is electrically connected with the control unit, each key corresponds to the control function of the folding bed leg assembly 7, the control function of the head swinging assembly 13, the control function of the first turnover assembly 9, the control function of the second turnover assembly 11, the control function of the rising assembly 10, the control function of the leg lifting assembly 12 and the control functions of the two foot hooking assemblies 14 respectively, and the operation of the corresponding assemblies is carried out through each button.
The operation mode is as follows:
the guardrail 2 at one side is disassembled, and the two folding bed leg assemblies 7 are operated to reduce the height of the bed frame 5, so that a patient can get on the bed conveniently; after the patient gets on the bed and lies down, the side guard bar 2 is installed, and the two folding bed leg assemblies 7 are operated to move to raise the height of the bed frame 5;
(1) rising motion of the upper body
The controller operates the rising assembly 10 to tilt and rise, so that the back mattress 3-10 tilts and rises to drive the upper half of the patient to turn into a sitting posture or a leaning posture; when the rising assembly 10 is operated by the controller to tilt and descend, the patient is restored to the lying posture;
(2) turning over to one side
The first turnover component 9 is operated by the controller to tilt and lift, and as the scapular position of the patient is positioned on the front back mattress 3-4 and the hip position is positioned on the back mattress 3-6, the upper half body of the patient is lifted towards the side when the first turnover component 9 is lifted, so as to realize the auxiliary turnover action towards the side; the first turnover component 9 is operated by the controller to tilt and descend, so that the patient can recover the lying posture;
(3) turning over to the other side
The second turnover component 11 is operated by the controller to tilt and lift, and as the scapular position of the patient is positioned on the front back mattress 3-4 and the hip position is positioned on the back mattress 3-6, the upper half body of the patient is lifted towards the other side when the second turnover component 11 is lifted, so as to realize the auxiliary turnover action towards the other side; the second turnover component 11 is operated by the controller to tilt and descend, so that the patient can recover the lying posture;
(4) head-swinging rehabilitation training action
The controller operates the head swinging component 13 to do reciprocating swinging motion, so that the neck/shoulder position of the patient is rehabilitated and trained;
(5) leg lifting rehabilitation training action
The leg raising component 12 is operated by the controller to do repeated rising-falling actions, so that the knee joint position of the patient is rehabilitated and trained;
(6) foot-hooking rehabilitation training action
The patient's ankle position is rehabilitated by the controller operating the two foot hooking members 14 in repeated raising-lowering movements.
