Description

Program name search support device and program name search support method
The present application claims priority from japanese patent office filed on 3/20/2019, application No. 2019-053657, japanese patent application entitled "program name retrieval assistance device and program name retrieval assistance method", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Technical Field
The present embodiment relates to a program name search support device and a program name search support method.
Background
In general, in AV equipment such as televisions, broadcast programs are searched by using an EPG (Electronic Program Guide: electronic program guide) obtained from broadcast waves. In the case of searching for a broadcast program name using a search keyword, conventionally, a button of a remote controller is operated to input a text to be searched.
In recent years, a speech recognition technology has been put into practical use that recognizes the speech of an operator and operates AV equipment or the like based on the recognition result (for example, refer to patent document 1). For example, when the operator speaks a search keyword toward a remote controller equipped with a microphone, the broadcast program name can be searched based on the result of the voice recognition. Such voice search can be performed in a short time without trouble, as compared with text input search, and thus contributes greatly to improvement of convenience for the operator.
However, in the voice search, there are the following problems: if the program name (character string) obtained as a result of the speech recognition does not match the program name obtained from the EPG, the program search cannot be performed.

Detailed Description
The embodiments are described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the configuration of a program name search system using the program name search support device according to the present embodiment. The program name retrieval system includes a language processing server 1, a broadcast receiving apparatus 2 as a program name retrievable apparatus, and a voice recognition server 3. The language processing server 1, the broadcast receiving apparatus 2, and the voice recognition server 3 are connected to each other via an internet line 4.
The broadcast receiving apparatus 2 receives and plays a program provided by a broadcast operator through radio waves propagated in space, a program provided by a distribution operator through a network such as a cable network or an IP network, and the like. The broadcast receiving apparatus 2 receives an operation instruction from a user via a remote controller (hereinafter, referred to as a remote controller) 21. The broadcast receiving apparatus 2 may be configured to include a recording/playback apparatus that records a received program.
The remote controller 21 includes operation keys (number keys, arrow keys, color buttons, etc.), and a microphone. For example, the user can transmit voice data to the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 via the microphone of the remote controller 21 by a predetermined operation performed on the remote controller 21, such as pressing a microphone button that is one of the operation keys. That is, the user can input an operation instruction to the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 using voice data.
The voice recognition server 3 is a server that provides a cloud-based voice recognition service. The voice recognition server 3 converts voice data transmitted from a device connected to the internet line 4 into text data and outputs the text data.
The language processing server 1 as a program name retrieval assisting apparatus has a processor 11. The language processing server 1 analyzes the text data input from the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 or the speech recognition server 3, extracts the operation contents, parameters, and the like of the broadcast receiving apparatus 2, converts the operation contents, parameters, and the like into a format that can be processed by the broadcast receiving apparatus 2, and outputs the converted operation contents, parameters, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the structure of the language processing server 1. The language processing server 1 includes a character data communication circuit 51, a language data analysis circuit 52, an instruction output circuit 53, a replacement dictionary registration circuit 54, a voice data transmission circuit 55, and a voice conversion circuit 56. The language processing server 1 further includes a storage device such as a new program information database 61 and a replacement dictionary 62.
The functions of the text data communication circuit 51, the language data analysis circuit 52, the instruction output circuit 53, the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54, the voice data transmission circuit 55, and the voice conversion circuit 56 may be realized by software by a CPU (Central Processing Unit: central processing unit) as the processor 11, or may be realized by hardware using an FPGA or the like.
The text data communication circuit 51 as a text data acquisition circuit controls transmission and reception of text data with devices (for example, the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 and the voice recognition server 3) connected to the internet line 4. For example, text data output from the voice recognition server 3 or Electronic Program Guide (EPG) information transmitted from a broadcasting station or the like is acquired. When new program information is acquired from another server not shown, the character data communication circuit 51 registers the new program information in the new program information database 61. The new program information is information of a program having a new program name which has not been acquired so far in the EPG information.
Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of new program information data. The new program information data shown in fig. 3 is registered in the new program information database 61. As shown in fig. 3, the new program information data creates 1 record for each 1 program, and each record includes, for example, 3 items of "program name", reading "as a reading method (hiragana record of the reading method of the program name), and" (information acquisition date "). For "program name" and "reading", data extracted from the new program information acquired by the character data communication circuit 51 is set. For "acquisition date", the date on which the new program information of the record was received from the other server is set.
The language data analysis circuit 52 performs natural language analysis processing such as morpheme analysis and grammar analysis on the character data (text configured as a natural sentence) acquired in the character data communication circuit 51 as necessary, and grasps the semantic content (operation content) of the character data. For example, when character data of "desired to see" is input, the character data is interpreted as meaning "search" "(program name)". If the analysis result includes a program name, it is searched whether or not the program name is registered in the replacement dictionary 62. When registered, the character data of the program name obtained as a result of the analysis is replaced with other character data designated in the replacement dictionary 62 and output.
The instruction output circuit 53 converts the analysis result in the language data analysis circuit 52 into a form that can be processed in the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 and outputs the converted result. For example, in the case of the above-described one example, an operation instruction signal is output to the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 so that a "search" operation with "Σ (program name)" as a keyword is performed.
The voice conversion circuit 56 converts the inputted text data into voice data. The converted voice data is output to the voice data transmission circuit 55.
The voice data transmitting circuit 55 transmits the voice data input from the voice converting circuit 56 to a device (for example, the voice recognition server 3) connected to the internet line 4.
The replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 creates the program name replacement data and registers it in the replacement dictionary 62. Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of program name replacement data. As shown in fig. 4, the program name replacement data creates 1 record for each 1 program, and each record includes, for example, 3 items of "input program name", "replacement program name", and "registration day". The "input program name" is an item corresponding to a program name (text data) obtained by converting the "pronunciation" of the "program name" in the new program information into text data in the speech recognition server 3. The "replacement program name" is set with other text data (specifically, a "program name" in which new program information is set) used in place of the text data registered in the "input program name". The "registration date" is set with the date on which the record is registered in the replacement dictionary 62. The language data analysis circuit 52 refers to the replacement dictionary 62.
Next, a method of creating an alternative dictionary in the language processing server 1 will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an example of the method of creating the replacement dictionary.
First, the character data communication circuit 51 acquires new program information from an external server or the like, and registers the new program information in the new program information database 61 (S1). Next, the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 extracts the program name that becomes the replacement dictionary registration candidate from the new program information database 61 (S2). For example, a program registered in the new program information database 61 after the date when the creation of the replacement dictionary was last performed is extracted. When the date on which the replacement dictionary was last created is, for example, 1 st 11 th 2018, a record having a "date of acquisition" of 2 nd 2018 is extracted, and a program registered in the "program name" of the extracted record is used as a replacement dictionary registration candidate.
The extraction method of the replacement dictionary registration candidate program is not limited to the above method. For example, a flag that can identify whether or not it has been extracted as a replacement dictionary registration candidate may be set in advance for each record in the new program information database 61, and a program registered in a "program name" having a record indicating an unextracted flag may be set as a replacement dictionary registration candidate.
Next, the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 converts the program name extracted in S2 into voice data and outputs it to the voice recognition server 3 (S3). Specifically, first, the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 outputs the extracted program name (text data) to the speech conversion circuit 56. The voice conversion circuit 56 converts the inputted text data into voice data, and outputs the voice data to the voice recognition server 3 via the voice data transmission circuit 55. In the case where a plurality of program names are extracted in S2, one program name is selected from the plurality of program names, and the step of S3 described above is performed.
The process of converting the extracted program name (text data) into voice data is not limited to the voice conversion circuit 56, and may be performed by another server or the like having a voice conversion function capable of receiving text data from the language processing server 1. For example, in the case where the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 has a voice conversion circuit, the program name may be transmitted from the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 to the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 via the text data communication circuit 51 and the internet line 4, and the text data may be converted into voice data by the voice conversion circuit of the broadcast receiving apparatus 2. In this case, the converted voice data is output from the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 to the voice recognition server 3 via the internet line 4.
Next, the text data communication circuit 51 of the language processing server 1 obtains the recognition result of the voice data outputted in S3, that is, the text data converted from the voice data, from the voice recognition server 3 (S4). The character data communication circuit 51 outputs the acquired character data to the replacement dictionary registration circuit 54. The replacement dictionary registration circuit 54 compares the inputted character data with the program name (character data) outputted in S3 (S5). If the two are not identical (no in S5), the character data which has been compared is registered as a new record in the replacement dictionary 62 (S6). That is, a record is newly registered in the replacement dictionary 62, wherein the record sets the program name (text data) output to the speech recognition server 3 in S3 as "replacement program name", the text data acquired from the speech recognition server 3 in S4 as "input program name", and the date on which the registration operation is performed as "registration date".
For example, in S3, voice data obtained by voice-converting the program name (text data) of the "3-year K group" flag, that is, voice data obtained by voice-converting the pronunciation of "sanniankzu" is output to the voice recognition server 3. When the character data of "three-year K group" is input in S4, the two are inconsistent. Therefore, as in the uppermost record of the table shown in fig. 4, a pair of character data of "3-year K group" and "three-year K group" is registered in the replacement dictionary 62 in S6.
On the other hand, in S5, when the input text data matches the program name (text data) output in S3, the registration with the replacement dictionary 62 is not performed, and the process proceeds to S7.
If there are a plurality of program names of the replacement dictionary registration candidates extracted in S2, if a series of steps (S3 to S6) of determining whether to register the replacement dictionary 62 are performed for all the programs (yes in S7), the replacement dictionary creation step in the language processing server 1 shown in fig. 5 is ended. On the other hand, if there is a program name for which a series of steps of the determination of whether to register with the replacement dictionary 62 is not performed (S7, no), the flow proceeds to S8, and one program name is extracted from the unexecuted program names and set as the next determination target program name. For the set program name, steps from one example of S3 to S6 are performed.
In this way, by registering, as the replacement dictionary, a different one of the marks of the program names acquired by voice recognition and the marks of the program names of the Electronic Program Guide (EPG), it is possible to improve the search accuracy when voice search is performed by the broadcast receiving apparatus 2.
For example, in the program name search system shown in fig. 1, the voice search for a specific program name is performed as follows. First, the user inputs, using the remote controller 21 of the broadcast receiving apparatus 2, an intention to search for a specific program name in voice. For example, in the case where it is desired to retrieve the program "BACK STREET KIDS", the user issues "xiangyaokangbackstreetkids" toward the microphone of the remote controller 21 (the "xiangyaokangbackstreetkids" is the pronunciation of the instruction issued by the user).
The broadcast receiving apparatus 2 transmits voice data (for example, voice data of "xiangyaokangbackstreetkids") input from the user to the voice recognition server 3 via the internet line 4. The voice recognition server 3 converts the inputted voice data into text data, and transmits the text data to the language processing server 1 via the internet line 4. For example, "xiangyaokan BACKSTREETKIDS" that is the voice data is converted into "want to see the back treeetkids" that is the text data and transmitted (the text data converted into a combination of kana and kanji in the case of japanese).
The text data input from the voice recognition server 3 is output from the text data communication circuit 51 to the language data analysis circuit 52. The language data analysis circuit 52 performs natural language analysis processing on the inputted text data, grasps the semantic content of the text data, and generates an analysis result. For example, when the text data "want to see backlinetkids" is input, the following analysis result is generated: the operation of "search for" is performed with the program name of "back treeetkids" (in the case of japanese, katakana) as a keyword.
The language data analysis circuit 52 searches whether the program name included in the analysis result is already registered in the "input program name" of the replacement dictionary 62. When the program name is registered, the character data registered in the recorded "replacement program name" is replaced with the program name included in the analysis result. Then, the analysis result after the program name replacement is output to the instruction output circuit 53.
For example, when the program name "back treetkids" (in japanese, katakana) is present in the analysis result, the language data analysis circuit 52 refers to the replacement dictionary 62 to search for whether the program name (text data) of "back treetkids" (in japanese, katakana) is registered as the "input program name". In the case of having been registered, a program name (text data) registered in the recorded "replacement program name" is extracted.
As described above, in the case where the replacement dictionary registration job based on the mark of the EPG has been performed, the record in which the "input program name" is set to "backup tkids" (katakana in the case of japanese) and the "replacement program name" is set to "BACK STREET KIDS" has been registered in the replacement dictionary 62. Therefore, the language data analysis circuit 52 refers to the replacement dictionary 62 and replaces the program name (character string) (katakana in the case of japanese) of "BACK treektkids" of the analysis result with "BACK STREET KIDS". Then, the following analysis result is output to the instruction output circuit 53: the operation of "search for" with the program name "BACK STREET KIDS" as a keyword is performed.
The instruction output circuit 53 converts the analysis result input from the language data analysis circuit 52 into a format that can be processed in the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 and outputs the converted result. In the case of the above-described example, the operation instruction signal is output to the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 so that "BACK STREET KIDS" is "searched" in the program names of the program table (EPG), the video data, and the like.
The broadcast receiving apparatus 2 extracts the program name of the flag "BACK STREET KIDS" from a stored program table (EPG) or the like, and displays it on a search result screen or the like. When the text data output from the speech recognition server 3, namely, "backup treekids" is used as it is and the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 is instructed to search, there is a problem that a desired program cannot be searched for because it is different from the mark ("backup STREET KIDS") in the program table (EPG). In contrast, in the present embodiment, the language processing server 1 replaces the EPG tag with a program name that is different from the EPG tag in the record of the text data output from the speech recognition server 3, and instructs the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 to operate, so that it is possible to reduce search omission caused by the tag inconsistency and to improve the search accuracy in the speech search.
In the above, the case where the broadcast receiving apparatus 2 performs voice search for the program name has been described as an example, but the present invention is applicable to voice search for a program or the like supplied from a distribution carrier via a network such as an internet television.
Several embodiments of the present invention have been described, but these embodiments are shown as an example and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the claims and their equivalents.
