a second judgment unit: the second judging unit is used for judging whether the real-time vital sign information of the first user meets a fourth preset condition;
a thirteenth obtaining unit: the thirteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain a first cut-off instruction if the first cut-off instruction is not satisfied, where the first cut-off instruction is used for the smart medical platform or the nurse station to interrupt the visit of the first contact to the first user.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a fourteenth obtaining unit: the fourteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain first operation information sent by the first contact through the mobile terminal;
a fifteenth obtaining unit: the fifteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain, when the first operation information is a cancel instruction, second operation information sent by the first contact through the mobile terminal;
a sixteenth obtaining unit: the sixteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain video information of the first user in a third time when the second operation information is a request instruction;
a fourth transmitting unit: and the fourth sending unit is used for sending the video information to the first contact person according to the request instruction information.
Various changes and specific examples of the aforementioned patient visiting method based on the smart medical platform in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to the patient visiting device based on the smart medical platform in the present embodiment, and through the aforementioned detailed description of the patient visiting method based on the smart medical platform, those skilled in the art can clearly know the implementation method of the patient visiting device based on the smart medical platform in the present embodiment, so for the brevity of the description, the detailed description is not repeated again.

The electronic apparatus of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Based on the inventive concept of a patient visiting method based on the intelligent medical platform in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a patient visiting device based on the intelligent medical platform, wherein a computer program is stored thereon, and when the program is executed by a processor, the steps of any one of the aforementioned patient visiting methods based on the intelligent medical platform are implemented.
Where in fig. 9 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
The embodiment of the application provides a patient visiting method based on an intelligent medical platform, which is applied to the intelligent medical platform, wherein the intelligent medical platform is in communication connection with a mobile terminal, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining first illness state information of a first user at a first time; judging whether the first user can visit according to the first disease condition information; when the first user can perform visiting, visiting information of the first user is obtained; obtaining first vital sign information of the first user at a first time; determining a visiting scheme of the first user according to the first vital sign information; and sending the visiting information and the visiting scheme to a mobile terminal of a first contact person, wherein the first contact person and the first user have a first intimacy.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (3)

1. A patient visiting method based on an intelligent medical platform is applied to the intelligent medical platform, and the intelligent medical platform is in communication connection with a mobile terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining first illness state information of a first user at a first time;
judging whether the first user can visit according to the first disease condition information;
when the first user can perform visiting, visiting information of the first user is obtained;
obtaining first vital sign information of the first user at a first time;
determining a visiting scheme of the first user according to the first vital sign information, wherein the visiting scheme comprises the following steps:
when the first user meets a first preset condition, setting a visiting scheme of the first user as remote visiting;
when the first user meets a second preset condition, setting the visiting scheme of the first user as video talkback visiting;
when the first user meets a third preset condition, setting the visiting scheme of the first user as the visiting of a patient ward;
sending the visiting information and the visiting scheme to a mobile terminal of a first contact person, wherein the first contact person and the first user have a first intimacy;
wherein the method further comprises:
every interval of a preset frequency, obtaining second vital sign information of the first user at a second time;
obtaining a vital sign fluctuation report of the first user according to the first vital sign information and the second vital sign information;
sending the vital sign fluctuation report to the first contact;
wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining medication information of the first user within a first time and a second time;
obtaining a first influence parameter according to the medication information;
obtaining a first adjusting instruction according to the first influence parameter, wherein the first adjusting instruction is used for adjusting the vital sign fluctuation report;
sending the adjusted vital sign fluctuation report to the first contact;
wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining first identity information of a first user;
inputting the first identity information and the first condition information into a first training model, wherein the first training model is obtained by training a plurality of sets of training data, and each set of training data in the plurality of sets comprises: the first identity information, the first condition information, and identification information for identifying a user's visiting priority;
obtaining first output information of the first training model, wherein the first output information comprises the visiting priority information of the first user;
determining the visiting sequence of the first user according to the visiting priority information of the first user;
obtaining visiting information of the first user according to the visiting sequence of the first user;
wherein the method further comprises:
when the visiting scheme of the first user is video intercom visiting or patient ward visiting, obtaining real-time vital sign information of the first user;
judging whether the real-time vital sign information of the first user meets a fourth preset condition or not;
if not, obtaining a first cut-off instruction, wherein the first cut-off instruction is used for the intelligent medical platform or the nurse station to interrupt the visit of the first contact person to the first user;
after the visiting information and the visiting scheme are sent to the mobile terminal of the first contact person, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining first operation information sent by the first contact through the mobile terminal;
when the first operation information is a cancel instruction, second operation information sent by the first contact person through the mobile terminal is obtained;
when the second operation information is a request instruction, obtaining video information of the first user in a third time;
and sending the video information to the first contact person according to the request instruction information.
2. A patient visiting device based on an intelligent medical platform, wherein the device comprises:
a first obtaining unit: the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining first illness state information of a first user at a first time;
a first judgment unit: the first judging unit is used for judging whether the first user can visit according to the first illness state information;
a second obtaining unit: the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining the visiting information of the first user when the first user can visit;
a third obtaining unit: the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining first vital sign information of the first user at a first time;
a first determination unit: the first determining unit is used for determining a visiting scheme of the first user according to the first vital sign information;
a first transmission unit: the first sending unit is used for sending the visiting information and the visiting scheme to a mobile terminal of a first contact person, wherein the first contact person and the first user have a first intimacy;
the device further comprises:
a first setting unit: the first setting unit is used for setting the visiting scheme of the first user as remote visiting when the first user meets a first preset condition;
a second setting unit: the second setting unit is used for setting the visiting scheme of the first user as video talkback visiting when the first user meets a second preset condition;
a third setting unit: the third setting unit is used for setting the visiting scheme of the first user as the visiting of the patient ward when the first user meets a third preset condition;
a fourth obtaining unit: the fourth obtaining unit is configured to obtain second vital sign information of the first user at a second time every preset frequency interval;
a fifth obtaining unit: the fifth obtaining unit is configured to obtain a vital sign fluctuation report of the first user according to the first vital sign information and the second vital sign information;
a second transmitting unit: the second sending unit is used for sending the vital sign fluctuation report to the first contact;
a sixth obtaining unit: the sixth obtaining unit is configured to obtain medication information of the first user within a first time and a second time;
a seventh obtaining unit: the seventh obtaining unit is configured to obtain a first influence parameter according to the medication information;
an eighth obtaining unit: the eighth obtaining unit is configured to obtain a first adjustment instruction according to the first influence parameter, where the first adjustment instruction is used to adjust the vital sign fluctuation report;
a third transmitting unit: the third sending unit is configured to send the adjusted vital sign fluctuation report to the first contact;
a ninth obtaining unit: the ninth obtaining unit is used for obtaining first identity information of the first user;
a first input unit: the first input unit is used for inputting the first identity information and the first illness state information into a first training model, wherein the first training model is obtained by training multiple groups of training data;
a tenth obtaining unit: the tenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain first output information of the first training model, where the first output information includes the visiting priority information of the first user;
a second determination unit: the second determining unit is used for determining the visiting sequence of the first user according to the visiting priority information of the first user;
an eleventh obtaining unit: the eleventh obtaining unit is configured to obtain the visiting information of the first user according to the visiting sequence of the first user;
a twelfth obtaining unit: the twelfth obtaining unit is configured to obtain real-time vital sign information of the first user when the visiting scheme of the first user is video intercom visiting or patient ward visiting; a second judgment unit: the second judging unit is used for judging whether the real-time vital sign information of the first user meets a fourth preset condition;
a thirteenth obtaining unit: the thirteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain a first disconnection instruction if the first disconnection instruction is not met, where the first disconnection instruction is used for the smart medical platform or the nurse station to interrupt the visit of the first contact to the first user;
a fourteenth obtaining unit: the fourteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain first operation information sent by the first contact through the mobile terminal;
a fifteenth obtaining unit: the fifteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain, when the first operation information is a cancel instruction, second operation information sent by the first contact through the mobile terminal;
a sixteenth obtaining unit: the sixteenth obtaining unit is configured to obtain video information of the first user in a third time when the second operation information is a request instruction;
a fourth transmitting unit: and the fourth sending unit is used for sending the video information to the first contact person according to the request instruction information.
3. A patient viewing device based on an intelligent medical platform, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claim 1 when executing the program.
