Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the drawings are described in detail below.
In order to facilitate understanding and explaining the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the following first describes the background art of the embodiments of the present application.
The ATM is an electromechanical integrated device and can replace the work of bank counter personnel. The user transacts cash deposit, cash withdrawal, credit balance inquiry, account transfer and other services at the ATM of some places. The user will typically choose an ATM that is close to him to handle the traffic. Drawing money from an ATM is a common practice for users operating in ATMs.
At present, cash is regularly distributed to an ATM of a bank by a escort vehicle for a user to withdraw. However, the cash amount in the ATM is insufficient, and the time for the escort vehicle to make a payment to the ATM of the bank is not reached yet. If the target ATM selected by the user is just the ATM with insufficient cash balance, the user for withdrawing money cannot know the actual balance of the ATM in time, so that the user withdraws money from and to different ATMs, and inconvenience is caused to the user. Meanwhile, bank personnel cannot know the actual balance of the ATM in time, so that the bank personnel cannot replenish cash in time, and normal operation of the bank is affected.
In order to solve the above problem, the present application provides an ATM status monitoring method, which is applied in a block chain system, and includes: and acquiring balance information and address information of the ATM within the current time and the preset range. Determining a first ATM from ATMs within a preset range, wherein the balance in the first ATM is less than a first preset credit threshold. And sending first prompt information to the first user terminal, wherein the first prompt information comprises balance information and address information of the first ATM, and the first prompt information is used for prompting that the balance of the first ATM is insufficient. The second ATM is determined from the ATMs within the preset range. And sending second prompt information to the first user terminal, wherein the second prompt information comprises balance information and address information of the second ATM, and the second prompt information is used for prompting a first user corresponding to the first user terminal to transact services on the second ATM.
In order to facilitate understanding of the ATM state monitoring method provided in the embodiment of the present application, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary application scenario of the ATM state monitoring method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
In actual application, balance information and address information of the ATM101 in the current time and the prediction range are acquired, and the acquired information is uploaded to the block chain system 102. The blockchain system 102 determines a first ATM from the ATMs 101 within a predetermined range, wherein a balance in the first ATM is less than a first predetermined credit threshold, i.e., the balance in the first ATM is insufficient.
The block chain system 102 sends a first prompt message to the first user terminal 103, where the first prompt message includes balance information and address information of the first ATM, and the first prompt message is used to prompt the first user terminal 103 that the balance of the first ATM is less than a first preset limit threshold, that is, prompt the first user terminal 103 that the balance of the first ATM is insufficient.
The block chain system 102 determines a second ATM from the ATMs 101 within the preset range, and sends a second prompt message to the first user terminal 103, where the second prompt message includes balance information and address information of the second ATM, and the second prompt message is used to prompt a first user corresponding to the first user terminal 103 to transact a service on the second ATM.
By sending the information of insufficient balance of the first ATM to the first user terminal 103 and then sending the related information of the second ATM to the first user terminal 103, the first user of the first user terminal 103 can know the ATM of insufficient balance and the ATM for withdrawing money in time, thereby avoiding the situation that the first user withdraws money from and to different ATMs, and improving the user experience.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the schematic diagram shown in fig. 1 is only one example in which embodiments of the present application may be implemented, and the scope of applicability of embodiments of the present application is not limited in any way by this framework.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, the following describes an ATM state monitoring method provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a flowchart of an ATM status monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include S201 to S205:
s201: and acquiring balance information and address information of the ATM within the current time and the preset range.
The block chain system acquires the current time, the balance information and the address information of the ATM within a preset range. In particular, the current time may refer to an instant time. The preset range refers to a certain range around the first user terminal, and in some embodiments, the preset range is a range divided by taking the first user terminal as a center. In other embodiments, the preset range is a range defined by the first user of the first user terminal. Of course, the preset range may be adaptively modified according to actual requirements, and the preset range is not limited herein.
In specific implementation, the balance information of the ATM within the current time and the preset range is the number of the cash left in the ATM. The address information of the ATM within the current time and preset range is the specific position information of the ATM.
S202: determining a first ATM from ATMs within a preset range, wherein the balance in the first ATM is less than a first preset limit threshold value.
After the block chain system acquires the current time, the balance information and the address information of the ATMs in the preset range, the block chain system determines the ATM with insufficient balance from the ATMs in the preset range, namely the first ATM. The ATM in the preset range with insufficient balance is the ATM with the balance smaller than the first preset limit threshold value.
In some embodiments, the daily withdrawal value and the number of persons withdrawing the ATM daily can be queried from the historical data of different ATMs, and the daily per-person money-drawing value of the ATM can be calculated. It will be appreciated that the daily dollar value for different ATMs will vary from region to region. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the first pre-determined credit threshold may be 105% to 110% of the daily value of money paid by the ATM. That is, when the balance in the current ATM does not satisfy 105% to 110% of the per-person money-drawing value of the ATM, it is determined that the balance of the current ATM does not satisfy the first preset quota threshold, that is, the balance of the current ATM is insufficient, and the current ATM is insufficient for the first user of the first user terminal to perform the money-drawing operation. In other embodiments, the first predetermined credit threshold is an upper withdrawal limit for daily ATMs, such as 2 ten thousand dollars.
S203: and sending first prompt information to the first user terminal, wherein the first prompt information comprises balance information and address information of the first ATM, and the first prompt information is used for prompting that the balance of the first ATM is smaller than a first preset limit threshold value.
After the block chain system determines the first ATM, first prompt information is sent to the first user terminal, namely balance information and address information of the first ATM are sent to the first user terminal, so that the fact that the balance of the first ATM is smaller than a first preset limit threshold value is prompted, and the fact that the balance of the first ATM is insufficient is prompted. After the first user terminal receives the first prompt message sent by the block chain system, the first user of the first user terminal does not select the first ATM to carry out services such as money withdrawal and the like under the condition that the first user knows that the balance of the first ATM is insufficient.
S204: the second ATM is determined from the ATMs within the preset range.
The block chain system determines a second ATM from the ATMs within the preset range, wherein the second ATM is an ATM which can satisfy the condition that the first user of the first user terminal withdraws money. In some embodiments, the blockchain system receives a request from a first user terminal, and in response to the request from the first user terminal, the blockchain system determines a second ATM from the ATMs within a predetermined range. The request sent by the first user terminal is an ATM which can realize the purpose of withdrawing money in a preset inquiry range.
Determining the second ATM from the ATMs within the preset range may specifically include:
and determining the second ATM according to the balance information of the ATMs in the preset range and the distance between the ATMs in the preset range and the user terminal. Or the second ATM is determined based on selection information provided by the first user terminal.
It should be noted that, for a request of a first user of the first user terminal to perform a withdrawal service on an ATM with a sufficient balance, the block chain system determines a second ATM from the ATMs within a preset range. The blockchain system may determine the second ATM in two ways. In some embodiments, the block chain system determines the second ATM according to the balance information of the ATMs within the preset range, the distance between the ATM within the preset range and the user terminal, and the specific steps include:
judging whether the balance of the ATM in the preset range is larger than a first preset limit threshold value or not;
determining the ATM with the balance being larger than the first preset limit threshold value as a third ATM;
acquiring address information of a first user terminal;
calculating a first distance between the third ATM and the user terminal based on the address information of the third ATM and the address information of the first user terminal;
the first distances are sorted, and a third ATM for which the first distances satisfy a first distance threshold is determined to be the second ATM.
It can be understood that, the blockchain system determines whether the balance of the ATMs within the preset range is greater than the first preset limit threshold, and determines the ATM within the preset range meeting the first preset limit threshold as the third ATM, so that the third ATM can meet the purpose of drawing money by the first user of the first user terminal. Acquiring the address of the first user terminal, calculating first distances between the addresses of the third ATMs and the address of the first user terminal, sorting all the first distances, and determining the third ATMs with the first distances meeting a first distance threshold as second ATMs. It should be noted that, if the first distance threshold may be 100m, a third ATM having the first distance within 100 is determined as the second ATM. The first distance threshold is not limited, and may be selected according to actual needs.
In other embodiments, the blockchain system receives the selection information transmitted by the first user terminal when receiving the request transmitted by the first user terminal. The blockchain system determines a second ATM from the ATMs within the predetermined range based on the received selection information. Wherein the selection information may be selection information regarding a distance between the ATM and the first user terminal within a preset range and selection information regarding a balance of the ATM within the preset range, for example, the first user terminal sets the selection information to be a distance of 150m from the first user terminal, and the balance in the ATM within the preset range is 4000 yuan. The blockchain system may determine an ATM that satisfies the selection information of the first user, i.e., a second ATM, based on the received selection information.
S205: and sending second prompt information to the first user terminal, wherein the second prompt information comprises balance information and address information of the second ATM, and the second prompt information is used for prompting a first user corresponding to the first user terminal to transact services on the second ATM.
The block chain system sends a second prompt message to the first user terminal besides sending the first prompt message to the first user terminal to warn the first user of the first user terminal that the balance in the first ATM is insufficient, wherein the second prompt message comprises the balance information and the address information of the second ATM. The second prompt message is used for prompting the first user corresponding to the first user terminal to transact business on the second ATM. In some embodiments, the blockchain system determines a second ATM in response to a request from the first user terminal and sends a second prompt to the first user terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides an ATM state monitoring method, which is applied to a block chain system, and can monitor ATM with insufficient balance in a preset range in real time and send related information of the ATM with insufficient balance to a user by performing uplink operation on balance information and address information of the ATM in a current time and a preset range. And the ATM in a proper range or a preset range meeting the requirements of the user can be pushed to the user, so that the condition that the user withdraws money from and to the ATM is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In order to enable bank staff to know balance information of an ATM in time and supplement money for the ATM with insufficient balance in a preset range in time, the embodiment of the application provides another ATM state monitoring method.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a flowchart of another ATM status monitoring method provided in this embodiment of the present application, in some embodiments, the step in fig. 3 may be set after S205, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include S301 to S303:
s301: the distance between the ATM within the preset range and the first ATM is calculated.
Because the balance in the first ATM is smaller than the first preset limit threshold value, in order to replenish the first ATM with the ATM with sufficient balance in the preset range, the distance between the ATM in the preset range and the first ATM needs to be calculated and acquired.
S302: and determining the fourth ATM according to the balance information of the ATMs in the preset range and the distance between the ATMs in the preset range and the first ATM.
And determining the fourth ATM from the ATMs in the preset range according to the balance information of the ATMs in the preset range and the calculated distance between the ATM in the preset range and the first ATM. In particular, the step of determining the fourth ATM is as follows:
judging whether the balance of the ATM in the preset range is larger than a second preset limit threshold value or not;
determining the ATM with the balance being larger than the second preset limit threshold value as a fifth ATM;
calculating a second distance between the fifth ATM and the first ATM based on the address information of the fifth ATM and the address information of the first ATM;
the second distances are sorted, and a fifth ATM with the second distances meeting a second distance threshold is determined as a fourth ATM.
During specific implementation, whether the balance of the ATM in the preset range meets a second preset limit threshold value is judged firstly. The second preset limit threshold value can be set according to the money-taking value of the ATM, and the front-end money-taking value of the ATM can be obtained according to historical data of the ATM. In some embodiments, the second predetermined credit threshold is 105% to 110% of the average daily credit draw of the ATM, and the average daily credit draw of the ATM is the average per person credit draw of the ATM multiplied by the number of visitors to the ATM per day.
And determining the ATM within the preset range with the balance larger than the second preset limit threshold value as a fifth ATM, and initially screening the ATM within the preselected range according to the balance information in the ATM. It is understood that the balance in the fifth ATM is greater than the second predetermined quota threshold, indicating that the fifth ATM can satisfy its own traffic volume outside the day. And in the case that the fifth ATM can be normally used on the current day, a part of balance can be taken out from the fifth ATM to replenish the first ATM.
In order to determine the fourth ATM from the fifth ATMs on the basis that the fifth ATMs all satisfy the second preset credit threshold, a second distance between the fifth ATM and the first ATM may be calculated based on the address information of the fifth ATM and the address information of the first ATM. The second distances are sorted, and a fifth ATM with the second distances meeting a second distance threshold is determined as a fourth ATM. It should be understood that the banknote can be taken from the fifth ATM and the banknote can be replenished to the first ATM on the basis that the fifth ATM meets the second preset quota threshold. Considering a second distance between the fifth ATM and the first ATM, the fifth ATM whose second distance satisfies a second distance threshold is preferentially selected and determined as the fourth ATM. The second distance threshold may be actually selected, and is not limited herein.
S303: sending a third prompt message to the second user terminal; the third prompt message comprises balance information and address information of the first ATM and balance information and address information of the fourth ATM, and the third prompt message is used for prompting the second user terminal to replenish money for the first ATM by using the fourth ATM.
Upon determining the fourth ATM, the blockchain system sends a third prompt to the second user terminal. The third prompting message includes balance information and address information of the fourth ATM, and balance information and address information of the fourth ATM. The third prompt message is used for prompting the second user terminal to replenish the money of the first ATM by using the fourth ATM. Therefore, when the second user terminal determines that the first ATM needs to be refilled after receiving the third prompt message, the first ATM can be refilled by the fourth ATM based on the information of the fourth ATM in the third prompt message. Optionally, the second user terminal is a terminal of a bank worker.
It is to be understood that the second ATM and the fourth ATM may be the same ATM or may be different ATMs.
According to the another ATM state monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the application, bank workers can timely know the insufficient balance condition of the ATM in the preset range, and can timely replenish money for the ATM with insufficient balance when the insufficient balance condition of the ATM in the preset range is known, so that the normal operation of the ATM of a bank is maintained.
