Background
The mobile intelligent terminal becomes an indiscriminate necessity in daily life at present, and many charging products on the market require a user to scan a code to pay a certain amount of money and purchase charging time to achieve the purpose of charging. Some charging products provide charging service after playing advertisements by the products, so that the cost and the use efficiency of advertisement putting are greatly increased, and the purpose of targeted advertisement putting cannot be achieved by the put advertisements. Advertisement equipment cannot be installed in certain specific scenes, for example, electronic screens are forbidden to be placed or advertisements are posted on network appointment cars and taxis, hidden dangers exist in safety of passengers in vehicles when the advertisement equipment is installed on commercial vehicles, the phenomena that the advertisement equipment drops or the passengers collide with the equipment easily occur when traffic accidents or sudden stops are triggered, the responsibility is not well defined due to the fact that the equipment is installed privately, and insurance companies do not claim the advertisement.
There is therefore a need for a system and method for targeted delivery of advertisements to users using shared charging devices without the need for installation of advertising devices.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an advertisement delivery system and method for shared charging equipment, which can directionally deliver advertisements to users using the shared charging equipment without installing advertisement equipment.
Specifically, in one aspect, the present invention provides an advertisement delivery system for a shared charging device, including a shared charging device and a background server;
the shared charging equipment is provided with an identification code for an external mobile intelligent terminal to scan the code to obtain an equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment, and the shared charging equipment and the mobile intelligent terminal receive a charging instruction from the mobile intelligent terminal through wireless connection and charge the mobile intelligent terminal after receiving the charging instruction;
the background server stores advertisement resources for being delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal, receives the equipment identification of the shared charging equipment acquired by scanning the code from the mobile intelligent terminal through a mobile network with the mobile intelligent terminal, and determines the advertisement to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal;
and the charging instruction is sent to the shared charging equipment by the mobile intelligent terminal after the mobile intelligent terminal plays the advertisement delivered by the background server.
Further, the background server further stores a corresponding relationship between the advertisement resource for delivery to the mobile intelligent terminal and the device identifier of the shared charging device, and determines the advertisement to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal according to the received device identifier of the shared charging device.
Furthermore, the mobile intelligent terminal is provided with an application program module, and the device identification of the shared charging device is obtained through the identification code arranged on the code scanning shared charging device and the application program module is opened; the application program module establishes wireless connection with the shared charging equipment by using the wireless connection function of the mobile intelligent terminal, and establishes connection and data transmission with the background server by using the mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal.
Further, the background server also stores the corresponding relation between the advertisement resources for being delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal and the user information of the application program module;
the application program module also acquires user information of the application program module during running and sends the user information to the background server, and the background server determines advertisements needing to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal according to the received user information of the application program module.
Further, the application program module presents a user interaction interface on the mobile intelligent terminal, so that a user of the mobile intelligent terminal can select whether to play the delivered advertisement or select a delivered advertisement list; and the background server confirms the advertisements needing to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal according to the result selected by the user on the user interaction interface.
Further, the shared charging device provides at least one charging interface type of the mobile intelligent terminal, and the mobile intelligent terminal is powered by adopting the corresponding charging interface type according to the received charging instruction.
Further, the charging instruction comprises charging duration, the shared charging device comprises a timing function module, the charging duration is over, and the shared charging device stops supplying power to the mobile intelligent terminal.
Further, the background server counts advertisement playing data of the user information according to the received user information of the application program module.
Further, the application program module also acquires the device identifier and the charging interface type of the mobile intelligent terminal during running.
Further, the background server generates a network address for the stored advertisement resource, and establishes a corresponding relationship between the network address for the advertisement resource and the device identifier of the shared charging device or the user information of the application program module.

On the other hand, the invention provides an advertisement putting method of a shared charging device, which comprises the following steps:
the shared charging equipment establishes wireless connection with an external mobile intelligent terminal;
the background server establishes connection with an external mobile intelligent terminal through a mobile network;
the background server receives the device identification of the shared charging device obtained by scanning the code from the mobile intelligent terminal, determines the delivered advertisement or the advertisement list and delivers the advertisement or the advertisement list to the mobile intelligent terminal;
the shared charging equipment receives a charging instruction from the mobile intelligent terminal to charge the mobile intelligent terminal, the charging instruction is sent to the shared charging equipment by the mobile intelligent terminal after the mobile intelligent terminal plays the advertisement released by the background server, and the charging instruction comprises charging duration.
Further, the background server further stores a corresponding relationship between the advertisement resource for delivery to the mobile intelligent terminal and the device identifier of the shared charging device, determines a delivered advertisement or advertisement list according to the received device identifier of the shared charging device and the relationship between the device identifier of the shared charging device and the advertisement resource, and delivers the advertisement or advertisement list to the mobile intelligent terminal.
Further, an application module is arranged on the mobile intelligent terminal, and when the application module runs, the application module also acquires the user information of the application module, binds the user information of the application module and the device identifier of the shared charging device, and sends the device identifier of the mobile intelligent terminal and the user information of the application module to the background server.
Further, the background server determines the advertisements to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal according to the received user information of the application program module.
Further, the application program module presents a user interaction interface on the mobile intelligent terminal, so that a user of the mobile intelligent terminal can select whether to play the delivered advertisement or select a delivered advertisement list; and the background server confirms the advertisements needing to be delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal according to the result selected by the user on the user interaction interface.
Furthermore, the application program module presents a user interaction interface on the mobile intelligent terminal, so that a user of the mobile intelligent terminal can select the current charging interface type of the mobile intelligent terminal, and the charging interface type selected by the user is received and stored.
Further, the background server generates a charging duration corresponding to the user according to the user information of the application program module, and sends the charging duration to the application program module.
Further, the background server judges whether the user is a new user according to the acquired user information of the application program module.
Further, when the advertisement is played, the application program module sends a charging instruction to the shared charging device with the corresponding device identifier, wherein the charging instruction includes the device identifier of the mobile intelligent terminal, the type of the charging interface and the charging duration.
The advertisement putting system and method of the shared charging equipment have the advantages that:
according to the advertisement delivery system of the shared charging equipment, the mobile intelligent terminal needing to be charged is adopted to download and play the advertisement, so that the delivery cost of the advertisement equipment can be greatly reduced, and advertisement delivery merchants are benefited; the charging service provided by the system is a way for guiding users to broadcast advertisements, so that a new way for broadcasting advertisements is provided for specific places where advertisement positions or electronic large screens cannot be placed; the system can be used on the online taxi appointment or the taxi, when a passenger needs to charge the portable mobile intelligent terminal on the online taxi appointment or the taxi, the shared charging equipment provided by the code scanning vehicle of the mobile intelligent terminal is used for charging after the passenger selectively broadcasts the advertisement, the system accords with relevant regulations, and the passenger does not need to worry about the problems of safety and the like.
According to the advertisement putting method of the shared charging equipment, the mobile intelligent terminal needing to be charged is adopted to play the advertisement, so that the targeted advertisement putting can be realized, and advertisement putting merchants can obtain the maximum advertisement putting effect and income; charging the mobile intelligent terminal without directly paying, and converting the time cost of watching the advertisement on the mobile intelligent terminal into cash cost expenditure through the background server so as to exchange the charging time for a user of the mobile intelligent terminal to obtain benefits; by means of the mode that the background server calculates the broadcast rate and the like, the advertisement putting businessmen can share with the site provider to obtain profits jointly.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention is a shared charging device advertisement delivery system, the system composition is as shown in fig. 1, and the shared charging device advertisement delivery system includes a shared charging device and a background server. The shared charging equipment advertisement delivery system interacts with a mobile intelligent terminal which is provided with and runs an applet (such as an applet in a WeChat) and delivers advertisements at the mobile intelligent terminal. The shared charging equipment is connected with the mobile intelligent terminal through Bluetooth, and the application program accesses the background server through a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal. It can be understood that the shared charging device and the mobile intelligent terminal are also connected in other wireless connection modes.
When the shared charging equipment advertisement delivery system is used, a user of the mobile intelligent terminal scans an identification code (such as a two-dimensional code picture, a bar code and other code scanning pictures) on the charging equipment through the mobile intelligent terminal, Bluetooth connection is established between the mobile intelligent terminal and the shared charging equipment, the mobile intelligent terminal opens an application applet, accesses a background server through a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal to obtain an advertisement to be delivered, plays the advertisement at the mobile intelligent terminal, sends a charging instruction to the shared charging equipment by the application applet on the mobile intelligent terminal after the playing is completed, and the shared charging equipment starts to charge the mobile intelligent terminal.
The shared charging equipment is used for charging the mobile intelligent terminal after receiving the charging instruction of the application applet. The shared charging equipment is provided with an identification code (for example, a two-dimensional code picture, and other code scanning pictures such as a bar code) for the mobile intelligent terminal to scan a code to obtain an equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment. The shared charging equipment is important for targeted advertisement delivery to users using the shared charging equipment without installing advertisement equipment, so that the shared charging equipment shown in figure 2 is arranged on mobile equipment which can provide direct-current power supplies, such as a network taxi, a taxi and the like. The shared charging equipment comprises a power supply end 1, a power supply terminal and a power supply terminal, wherein the power supply end is connected with the vehicle-mounted cigarette lighter and mainly used for supplying power to the shared charging equipment through the vehicle-mounted cigarette lighter socket; the charging terminal 2 is used for providing a charging port of a corresponding type for the mobile intelligent terminal; and the power supply main line 3 is electrically connected with the power supply end and the charging end of the shared charging equipment and used for supplying power from the power supply end to the charging end. The power supply end is connected with at least one charging end through a power main line and comprises a power supply main board, the power supply main board is provided with a Bluetooth module, and external equipment (such as a mobile intelligent terminal) is connected with the power supply main board through the Bluetooth module; the power supply main board selects a charging end to charge the mobile intelligent terminal, so that shared charging is realized; and a timing module is further arranged in the power supply main board, and the charging end stops charging the mobile intelligent terminal after the timing module times to the charging time. The charging end comprises a charging mainboard, and the charging mainboard is respectively connected with a power supply main line and at least one charging wire. The identification code such as the two-dimensional code is arranged on the power supply end or the charging end shell, and the mobile intelligent terminal can be connected with the shared charger by scanning the two-dimensional code to acquire the equipment identification of the shared charging equipment.
The mobile intelligent terminal needing to be charged has a picture display function or a function of playing advertisement videos, a Bluetooth connection function and a mobile network connection function. In another embodiment, the mobile intelligent terminal needing charging is provided with an applet. The application applet acquires the equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment through scanning the identification code set on the code shared charging equipment; establishing Bluetooth connection with the shared charging equipment by using the Bluetooth connection function of the mobile intelligent terminal; and establishing connection and transmitting data with the background server by utilizing a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal.
For example, the applet is set in an application platform with a code scanning function of the mobile intelligent terminal, such as WeChat. A user of the mobile intelligent terminal scans an identification code (such as a two-dimensional code) on the charging equipment through the mobile intelligent terminal, obtains an equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment from the identification code, and opens the application applet. When the application small program is operated, acquiring user information of the application small program; establishing Bluetooth connection between the mobile intelligent terminal and the shared charging equipment; acquiring a device identifier of the mobile intelligent terminal; and accessing the background server through a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal. The application applet sends the device identification of the shared charging device, the user information of the application applet and the device identification of the mobile intelligent terminal to a background server through a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal. The application applet receives the information related to advertisement playing and charging from the background server, and comprises an access address for receiving the advertisement video from the background server, downloads the advertisement video of the access address and stores the advertisement video in the mobile intelligent terminal. In another embodiment, the applet presents a user interaction interface on the mobile intelligent terminal for a user of the mobile intelligent terminal to select whether to play the delivered advertisement or select a delivered advertisement list, and downloads a corresponding advertisement video from the background server according to a result selected by the user on the user interaction interface. In another embodiment, the applet sends charging instructions to the shared charger based on charging related information received from the backend server. If the result of the selection on the user interaction interface is that the delivered advertisement is played, the application applet calls playing software of the mobile intelligent terminal to play the advertisement video stored on the mobile intelligent terminal or presents the advertisement pictures on the mobile intelligent terminal in a wheel-by-wheel picture inserting mode. In another embodiment, the applet further has a timing function, and is used for indicating the shared charging device to stop supplying power to the mobile intelligent terminal when the charging duration is timed out. It can be understood that the applet may also be provided on other application platforms on the mobile intelligent terminal, such as a payment device, a nail, or the like, or may also implement its function through a certain APP on the mobile intelligent terminal. The applet and the APP are both implementation forms of application program modules for realizing the functions of the applet and the APP.
The background server is provided with a database for storing charging data such as video or picture-form advertisement resources and device identifiers of shared charging devices, and generating access addresses (e.g. URL addresses) of the advertisement resources. In another embodiment, the database of the background server may further store a correspondence between the advertisement resource access address and the applet user information. Further, in another embodiment, the database of the background server may further store a corresponding relationship between the applet user information and the charging duration. In another embodiment, the background server may perform statistical analysis on the charging data, for example, statistics on the advertisement playing rate according to the applet user information, so as to adjust the resource for delivering the advertisement to the user, improve the playing rate after subsequent advertisement delivery, and implement targeted delivery. In another embodiment, advertisement playing data such as playing rate after advertisement is delivered is counted according to the device identification number of the shared charging device, so as to obtain advertisement revenue corresponding to the playing rate for a driver of a vehicle in which each charging device is located or a commercial vehicle company (as a site provider).
The background server of the invention is used for storing the advertisement resources and processing the charging data, can be realized by a cloud server independent of the mobile intelligent terminal, and can also be realized by other handheld mobile intelligent terminals accessed to a mobile network, a communication base station, a local computer or server, a network server and other devices with data processing functions.
The shared charging system is particularly suitable for mobile vehicles such as network appointment vehicles and taxis and provides the scenes of charging for passengers after advertisements are played for a short time. The passenger uses the code scanning program in the mobile intelligent terminal to scan the code sharing charging device and is connected with the sharing charging device in a Bluetooth mode, the intelligent terminal reads the identification code, an application applet or an APP of a corresponding application platform is opened, the user can selectively broadcast advertisements after entering the application applet or the APP, the application applet or the APP on the mobile intelligent terminal sends a charging instruction to the sharing charging device through the Bluetooth mode, the sharing charging device starts to charge the mobile intelligent terminal after receiving the charging instruction, the charging is stopped after the specified time or the passenger pulls the charging device off for a certain time, the background server can calculate statistical data such as the playing rate, and the driver or a commercial vehicle company can obtain advertising profits corresponding to the playing rate as a site provider, and the passenger can obtain the benefit of free charging power supplement. It can be understood that the charging instruction may also be sent to the mobile intelligent terminal after being generated by the background server, and then sent to the shared charging device through the bluetooth connection by the applet or APP on the mobile intelligent terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, the advertisement delivery method for the shared charging device according to the present invention is implemented by using the advertisement delivery system for the shared charging device, where a background server stores an advertisement video, generates an access address (e.g., a URL address) of the advertisement video, and establishes and stores a corresponding relationship between the access address and a device identifier of a supported shared charging device. The specific implementation process of the advertisement putting method of the shared charging equipment comprises the following steps:
1, scanning an identification code (such as a two-dimensional code picture, a bar code and other code scanning pictures) of a shared charging device through a mobile intelligent terminal, acquiring a device identifier of the shared charging device, and opening an application applet on the mobile intelligent terminal to establish Bluetooth connection between the mobile intelligent terminal and the shared charging device through the application applet; further, in another embodiment, the applet on the mobile intelligent terminal may further obtain the device identifier of the mobile intelligent terminal and the user information of the applet, and bind the user information of the applet and the device identifier of the shared charging device. In another embodiment, the applet presents a user interface on the mobile intelligent terminal, queries the current charging interface Type of the mobile intelligent terminal, such as Type-C, mini USB or lightning interface, and receives and saves the charging interface Type selected by the user of the mobile intelligent terminal.
And 2, the application applet sends the device identification of the shared charging device to the background server through the mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal. Furthermore, the applet can also send the user information of the applet to the background server through a mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal.
3, the background server determines the delivered advertisement or advertisement list according to the equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment and the corresponding relation between the equipment identifier of the shared charging equipment and the advertisement; furthermore, the background server can also determine the advertisement or the advertisement list delivered to the mobile intelligent terminal using the user information according to the user information of the application applet and the relationship between the user information and the advertisement access address, so as to realize the purpose of targeted advertisement delivery; for the situation that the user information of one applet corresponds to a plurality of advertisement resources, one or a plurality of advertisements can be selected to be launched to the user for watching by adopting the modes of random launching, sequential launching and the like. And the background server sends the access address of the advertisement video to be delivered to the application applet.
And 4, after the application applet receives the access address of the advertisement video to be delivered, acquiring the advertisement to be delivered, and playing the advertisement at the mobile intelligent terminal. Further, before the advertisement needing to be delivered is obtained, the application applet receives the access address of the advertisement video needing to be delivered, and then the user interaction page is displayed on the mobile intelligent terminal. Inquiring whether to play the advertisement to exchange the charging time length, namely, allowing a user of the mobile intelligent terminal to select whether to play the advertisement and the advertisement mode, after the user selects, sending the selection result to the background server, when the user of the mobile intelligent terminal selects to play the advertisement on the user interaction interface, the application applet accesses the access address of the video advertisement through the mobile network of the mobile intelligent terminal, downloads the advertisement video of the access address from the background server, stores the advertisement video in the cache of the mobile intelligent terminal, and plays the advertisement video. Furthermore, the application program presents a user interaction interface on the mobile intelligent terminal to acquire the type of the charging interface of the mobile intelligent terminal. Furthermore, the application small program also acquires the user information using the application small program and sends the user information to the background server.
And 5, the background server generates charging time length information and sends the charging time length information to the mobile intelligent terminal. The background server can also generate the charging duration corresponding to the user according to the acquired user information of the application applet. Further, in another embodiment, the charging duration may be different according to different advertisement resources or user information of the applet, for example, in a plurality of advertisement resources corresponding to the user information of the applet, a first advertisement may be replaced by a ten-minute charging duration, a second advertisement may be replaced by a 20-minute charging duration, a third advertisement may be replaced by a 5-minute charging duration, and the like. In another embodiment, different users may also generate different charging periods, e.g., for old users, a 10 minute charging market is generated, and for new users, a 20 minute charging period is given away, etc. By adopting different charging time length generation modes, advertisement putting merchants can make different marketing strategies according to needs, so that the user group or the user viscosity is enlarged, and better marketing effect and advertisement benefit are obtained. The background server may also generate the charging duration according to the device identifier of the shared charging device.
And 6, the application applet receives information such as the equipment identification of the shared charging equipment and the charging time of the user, and when the advertisement is played, the application applet sends a charging instruction to the shared charging equipment with the corresponding equipment identification through a Bluetooth interface between the mobile intelligent terminal and the shared charging equipment, wherein the charging instruction comprises the equipment identification and the charging time of the mobile intelligent terminal, and the shared charging equipment charges the mobile intelligent terminal according to the received charging instruction. Further, in another embodiment, the applet further obtains the device identifier and the charging interface type of the mobile intelligent terminal during running, the charging instruction includes the device identifier of the mobile intelligent terminal and the charging interface type of the mobile intelligent terminal, and the shared charging device charges the corresponding charging interface of the mobile intelligent terminal corresponding to the device identifier according to the received charging instruction. And when the charging time is over, the shared charging equipment stops supplying power to the mobile intelligent terminal. The timing of the charging process may be performed by an applet or may be performed by a shared charging device. Preferably, the shared charging device is used for timing the power supply of the charging interface type, and compared with the method for timing by using the application program, the method has the advantages that even though the user of the mobile intelligent terminal may forcibly disconnect the Bluetooth connection after the charging is started, the shared charging device can also stop the power supply of the mobile intelligent terminal according to the charging timing information of the shared charging device, so that the situation that the actual charging time is ended is prevented, and the mobile intelligent terminal is still charged due to the fact that the Bluetooth connection between the shared charging device and the application program is disconnected and the timing end information of the application program cannot be received.
It can be understood that an administrator of the background server may also upload the advertisement picture to the background server, and the background server generates an access address (e.g., a URL address) of the advertisement picture, and establishes and stores a corresponding relationship between the access address and the device identifier of the supported shared charging device. And after the application applet downloads corresponding advertisement pictures from the background server, the advertisement pictures are displayed on the mobile intelligent terminal in a wheel-by-wheel picture-inserting mode.
The background server can deliver different advertisements to users of specific application applets, so that the purpose of targeted delivery is achieved, the advertisement delivery effect is better, and the advertiser income is higher. The background server can count data such as charging records, advertisement playing records and the like of the information of the micro credit users, so that the micro credit users can check the data and the data can be referred by advertisers. For example, the background server may also count the advertisement playing rate according to the advertisement playing records of the user of the applet, and provide the count for the advertiser, and accordingly adjust the advertisement putting type and strategy, so that the advertisement putting effect is better.
