Claims (10)

1. A monitoring and early warning method for service data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of sales personnel related and managed by a manager according to the manager;
obtaining sales data corresponding to each of the plurality of salesmen from a database, wherein the database comprises a plurality of sub-databases, and each sub-database is used for storing sales data of different service types;
acquiring difference data of the sales data and preset performance assessment target data;
obtaining target salesmen of which the difference data is less than or equal to a preset threshold value from the salesmen;
and generating early warning prompt information according to the target salesman and the difference data, and sending the early warning prompt information to a management terminal, wherein the early warning prompt information is used for prompting a manager of the management terminal that the sales data of the target salesman is about to reach the standard.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring target sales data corresponding to the target salesman according to a preset corresponding relation between the salesman and the sales data;
extracting first sales information from the target sales data, wherein the first sales information comprises one or more of insurance products sold most frequently, customer careers purchased most insured times and customer age intervals purchased most insured times in the target sales data;
and sending the first sales information to the management terminal and the personal terminal of the target salesman for the management staff of the management terminal and the salesman of the personal terminal to view.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring second sales information from the target sales data, wherein the second sales information comprises a first mapping relation among customer information, associated customer information and purchased insurance products;
and sending the first mapping relation to the management terminal and the personal terminal for the management personnel of the management terminal and the sales personnel of the personal terminal to check.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
determining a first insurance product with the largest purchasing insurance number corresponding to the client with the largest purchasing insurance number according to the first sales information;
acquiring customer information and/or associated customer information corresponding to the first insurance product according to the first mapping relation;
and sending customer information and/or associated customer information corresponding to the first insurance product to the management terminal and the personal terminal of the target salesman.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
determining the client age interval with the maximum purchase insurance times according to the first sales information, and acquiring a second insurance product with the maximum purchase insurance times of the client in the client age area;
acquiring customer information and/or associated customer information corresponding to the second insurance product according to the first mapping relation;
determining first target customer information with the largest insurance purchasing times according to the customer information and/or the associated customer information corresponding to the second insurance product;
and sending the first target customer information to the management terminal and the personal terminal for the management personnel of the management terminal and the sales personnel of the personal terminal to view.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring customer information with the largest number of times of insurance purchase, wherein the customer information comprises the occupation and the age of a customer;
determining second target customer information with the same occupation and age of the customer according to the customer information;
according to a preset corresponding relation between the salespersons and the customer information, the salespersons corresponding to the second target customer information are determined;
and sending the salespersons corresponding to the second target customer information to the management terminal and the personal terminal of the target salesperson for the management personnel of the management terminal and the salesperson of the personal terminal to view.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the warning prompt message to a management terminal, the method further comprises:
generating an incentive picture according to the target salesman, a preset picture template and the difference data;
and sending the incentive picture to the personal terminal of the target salesman.
