Abstract
The invention provides a block chain-based medical evaluation system, comprising: the monitoring system is used for monitoring the consultation room to obtain a monitoring video; the intelligent handheld terminal is used for generating patient evaluation and sending the patient evaluation to the evaluation device; the evaluation device is used for generating a stage monitoring time period and sending the stage monitoring time period to the monitoring system; and generating confirmation information; generating a patient confirmation evaluation according to the confirmation information and the patient evaluation, and sending the patient confirmation evaluation to a supervision device; and the supervision device is used for acquiring the monitoring video and confirming the evaluation of the patient to generate a comprehensive evaluation and uploading the comprehensive evaluation to the block chain network. The invention has the following beneficial effects: through setting up the handheld end of evaluation device and intelligence for the patient need not the evaluation of on the spot, and whole privacy is stronger, more can embody the authenticity of evaluation. And a supervision device is introduced for secondary examination, so that the problem of poor fairness caused by excessive subjective factors of patients can be avoided.

Technical Field

Background
In order to reduce doctor-patient contradiction and improve doctor service quality, medical evaluation is gradually introduced into hospitals nowadays for professional assessment of doctors, and particularly in private hospitals with attention to service quality, the whole service quality of the hospitals is greatly improved, the doctor-patient contradiction is also reduced, and the operation cost is reduced.
However, in the introduction of medical evaluation, there are several problems in the actual use process. If the patient has too many subjective factors for the doctor evaluation, the misjudgment is more, and the medical evaluation is more contradicted in the aspect of the doctor. If the patient feels doubtful about the evaluation system, the patient is afraid of striking and reporting, and the like, the patient is afraid of evaluation in hospitals and mission evaluation.
Therefore, how to improve the fairness of the evaluation, make the medical evaluation mode more private, be convenient for the patient to use, and be very important for the introduction and the wide use of the medical evaluation.

the monitoring device is used for acquiring the monitoring video and confirming the evaluation of the patient to generate a comprehensive evaluation and uploading the comprehensive evaluation to the block chain network;
wherein the evaluation device comprises:
a phase monitoring module, the phase monitoring module comprising a start button and an end button, the phase monitoring time period being generated according to a time difference between presses of the start button and the end button.

the monitoring system is used for monitoring the consultation room to obtain a monitoring video;
the intelligent handheld terminal is used for generating patient evaluation and sending the patient evaluation to the evaluation device; and the evaluation chain is downloaded from the block chain network and displayed. The intelligent handheld end is an intelligent mobile phone or a tablet computer.

the monitoring device is used for acquiring the monitoring video and confirming the evaluation of the patient to generate a comprehensive evaluation and uploading the comprehensive evaluation to the block chain network;
and the equipment backup device is connected with the monitoring system and backs up the monitoring video in the monitoring system.

The stage monitoring module obtains a stage monitoring time period of the whole inquiry process according to the starting time and the ending time, and the evaluation device sends the stage monitoring time period to the monitoring system.
And after receiving the stage monitoring time period, the monitoring system sends the stage monitoring video corresponding to the stage monitoring time period to the stage monitoring module in the monitoring video. And the display module displays the stage monitoring video received by the stage monitoring module. The patient can check the video to determine whether the video is the video of the inquiry stage. If so, the patient generates confirmation information through the confirmation module, and the confirmation module sends the generated confirmation information to the processing module.
After the consultation is finished, the patient can write the patient evaluation through an intelligent handheld end, such as a smart phone, and the consultation process is evaluated. The evaluation mode can be selected from the modes of selecting questions, evaluating characters, scoring and the like. After the patients are scored, the intelligent handheld end sends the patient evaluation to the evaluation device, the processing module binds the patient evaluation and the confirmation information segment, and can also bind the stage monitoring time segment together to generate the patient confirmation evaluation, and the patient confirmation evaluation is sent to the supervision device. The evaluation of holding the end through handheld of intelligence for the evaluation and the doctor of disease keep apart, avoid the disease burden in mind, dare not to make true evaluation.
And after receiving the confirmation evaluation of the patient, the supervision device checks the authenticity of the evaluation by combining the monitoring video obtained from the monitoring system, performs final evaluation after the checking to form a comprehensive evaluation, and sends the comprehensive evaluation to the block chain for storage.
The intelligent handheld end can acquire the evaluation chain from the block chain network and can be used as a basis for judging whether the doctor is selected for diagnosis.
The evaluation chain refers to all the integrated evaluations stored in the blockchain network.

1. A blockchain-based medical evaluation system, comprising:
the monitoring system is used for monitoring the consultation room to obtain a monitoring video;
the intelligent handheld terminal is used for generating patient evaluation and sending the patient evaluation to the evaluation device;
the evaluation device is used for generating a stage monitoring time period and sending the stage monitoring time period to the monitoring system; and generating confirmation information; generating a patient confirmation evaluation according to the confirmation information and the patient evaluation, and sending the patient confirmation evaluation to a supervision device;
and the supervision device is used for acquiring the monitoring video and confirming the evaluation of the patient to generate a comprehensive evaluation and uploading the comprehensive evaluation to the block chain network.
2. The blockchain-based medical evaluation system of claim 1, wherein the evaluation device comprises:
a phase monitoring module, the phase monitoring module comprising a start button and an end button, the phase monitoring time period being generated according to a time difference between presses of the start button and the end button.
3. The blockchain-based medical evaluation system of claim 2, wherein the evaluation device includes:

4. The blockchain-based medical evaluation system of claim 3, wherein the evaluation device includes:

6. The blockchain-based medical evaluation system of claim 5 further comprising a device backup device coupled to the monitoring system for backing up the monitoring video within the monitoring system.
7. The blockchain-based medical evaluation system of claim 6, wherein the smart handheld is a smartphone or a tablet.
8. The blockchain-based medical assessment system according to claim 7, wherein the smart handheld is wirelessly connected to the assessment device.
