However, although current main management software can basically satisfy the conventional management functions of enterprises such as scheduling, attendance checking, financial approval, workflow management and the like, in practical enterprise informatization applications, each set of system often only focuses on one business process management, and enterprises generally need to adopt a manner of combining multiple sets of independent systems to perform different business process management, such as independent systems of attendance checking, reimbursement, customer management, purchase, sale, project management and the like, and employees often have to switch between different systems in work. Similar to non-standard manufacturing, remote project construction, and professional service industry (such as law firm, consulting company) enterprises, the enterprises often have the characteristics of long service period, many working nodes, complex and various working processes, large mobility of project participators and the like, so that the problems of large amount of information fragmentation and working process fragmentation, incapability of effectively collecting related data and documents and the like in the cooperative office process among departments and colleagues are caused. Particularly, when project participants flow, the existing management system often adopts a mode of directly removing information of exited project personnel or directly covering the information by information of substitute personnel, so that past project information cannot be accurately traced when a project has a problem. Therefore, management problems such as disordered work, poor execution, lack of effective supervision and the like are inevitably caused by the splitting and fragmenting work flow.
According to the definition of management science, a project is a one-time task that needs to be completed within a limited resource and a limited time, and specifically, the project can be a project, a service, a research subject, an activity and the like. Therefore, in the enterprise business management, all the works related to the enterprise business activities can be managed as projects. step S1, creating a project;
step S2, creating each task node based on the project, and displaying each task node on the same task axis according to the task execution sequence;
step S3, adding and setting subtask nodes for each task node, wherein the subtask nodes are displayed on the task axis as secondary nodes;
as a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, after the task nodes are created, the main task nodes are used as primary titles and are arranged in an axis line according to the execution order, and the subtask nodes are sequentially displayed below the associated main task nodes in a secondary title form. Preferably, the execution sequence is ordered according to the creation time of the task nodes or the sequence value of the task nodes. The creation of the subtask node does not require any order for the creation of other unrelated main task nodes, and the main task node or the subtask node may be additionally created at any time according to the actual project requirement.
Step S4, creating one or more pieces of work content based on the subtask node. The work content associated with the same subtask node is presented in a list within the work box on one side of the axis, which is typically displayed on the right side of the axis according to common usage practices of those skilled in the art.
In the embodiment of the invention, the main task node is mainly used for indicating the target task, the subtask node is used for indicating the specific task to be executed under the target task, and the work content associated with the subtask node is used for indicating the follow-up record in the execution process of a specific task. The method of the embodiment of the invention also comprises the step of setting the workflow based on the subtask node, wherein the workflow is at least used for setting and managing the operation authority of the project participant of the current subtask node, and the workflow is triggered to take effect after the work content related to the current subtask node is edited.
