In the embodiment, the revision efficiency can be further improved on the basis of ensuring the revision accuracy of the translated text by judging whether the revision content is matched with the preset revision template, acquiring the revision operation and the revision operation content according to the preset revision template matched with the revision content, and executing the operation on the text sentence fragments according to the revision operation and the revision operation content to finish revision.
In an embodiment, the method for revising a translated text may further include: receiving a revision completion notice, wherein the revision completion notice is sent after any text sentence segment in the translation text is revised; and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision completion notice into the revised state.
In the concrete implementation, after the server acquires the quality inspection report, the state of the quality inspection sentence segments in the quality inspection report can be set to be a revised state, the terminal sends a confirmation revision instruction aiming at the quality inspection sentence segments, after the server receives the confirmation revision instruction, the server revises the text sentence segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction, after any text sentence segment is revised, a revision completion notification can be generated, the revision completion notification corresponds to the quality inspection sentence segment, and the state of the quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the revision completion notification can be updated to be the revised state from the to-be-revised state.
For example, the quality inspection report acquired by the server may include a quality inspection period 1, a quality inspection period 2, and a quality inspection period 3, the states of all three quality inspection periods may be set to be revised, the terminal sends a confirmation revision instruction for the quality inspection period 1, the server determines that the quality inspection period 1 corresponds to the text period a in the translation text after receiving the confirmation revision instruction, and after revising the text period a, a revision completion notification may be generated, the server may determine that the revision completion notification corresponds to the quality inspection period 1 in the quality inspection report, and may update the state of the quality inspection period 1 from the state to be revised to a revised state.
In this embodiment, the revision completion notification is received, and the state of the quality inspection sentence fragment corresponding to the revision completion notification is updated to the revised state, so that the quality inspection sentence fragment to be revised and the revised quality inspection sentence fragment in the quality inspection report can be distinguished, the revision condition of the translation text can be conveniently checked, and the revision efficiency and convenience can be improved.
In an embodiment, the method for revising a translated text may further include: receiving a revision rejection instruction corresponding to at least one of the quality testing periods; and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision refusing instruction into the revision refusing state.
In a specific implementation, after the server obtains the quality inspection report, the state of the quality inspection sentence segments in the quality inspection report can be set to be a revision-refusing state, the terminal can send revision-refusing instructions for single quality inspection sentence segments or batch quality inspection sentence segments, after the server receives the revision-refusing instructions, the server can obtain the quality inspection sentence segments corresponding to the revision-refusing instructions, and the state of the quality inspection sentence segments is updated to be the revision-refusing state from the revision-refusing state.
For example, the quality inspection report acquired by the server may include a quality inspection period segment 1, a quality inspection period segment 2, and a quality inspection period segment 3, the states of all three quality inspection period segments may be set to be revised states, the terminal sends a revision rejection instruction for the quality inspection period segment 1, the server determines that the revision rejection instruction corresponds to the quality inspection period segment 1 after receiving the revision rejection instruction, and the server may update the state of the quality inspection period segment 1 from the state to be revised to the revision rejection state.
In the embodiment, the revision refusing instruction corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence segment is received, and the state of the quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the revision refusing instruction is updated to the revision refusing state, so that the quality inspection opinions in the quality inspection report can be refused to be revised, the quality inspection sentence segment to be revised in the quality inspection report can be distinguished from the quality inspection sentence segment refused to be revised, and the revision efficiency and convenience can be improved.
In one embodiment, a method for revising a translated text is provided, which is described by taking an example of applying the method to a terminal, and includes: acquiring user information of a user; verifying whether the user is an authorized user or not according to the user information; if so, identifying the user type of the user.
The user information may be a user name, a user number, a telephone number, and the like of the user.
In a specific implementation, after the terminal displays the initial quality inspection report, the user authority can be determined by verifying the user identity, the terminal can verify the user identity by obtaining the user information, for example, when the user clicks a login button on the initial quality inspection report, the user can be requested to input the identity information such as a user name or a telephone, and the identity information is verified through a login password input by the user, and if the verification is passed, the user can be determined as an authorized user; the terminal can also carry out identity authentication by reading Cookies; for safety, when the user does not operate the quality inspection report page for a long time or clicks the jump link to jump to other pages, if the user requests to log in the quality inspection report page again, the user identity can be verified again. The terminal can verify whether the user is an authorized user or not according to the identity information, for an unauthorized user, only the viewing permission for the translation text can be opened, the translation text cannot be edited or annotated, and if the user is an authorized user, the terminal can further identify the user types including an internal user and an external user according to the identity information.
In the embodiment, the user information of the user is obtained, whether the user is an authorized user is verified according to the user information, if yes, the user type of the user is identified, illegal tampering of the quality inspection report by an unauthorized user can be avoided, and the reliability of the quality inspection report is ensured.
In one embodiment, the method for revising translated text further includes: if the user type is an external user, opening the viewing, editing and annotating permissions of the user; and if the user type is an internal user, opening the viewing, editing, commenting, confirming and refusing the revision permission of the user.
The internal user may be an internal operator of the language service provider, such as an internal interpreter, an internal quality inspection or an internal PM (Project manager), and the internal user may perform a quality inspection operation through an internal software system (e.g., an online translation software system) of the enterprise.
The external user may be a customer-side user, a customer-side quality inspection person, an acceptance person or a customer-side PM, and the external user usually does not use a software system of a language service provider, but performs quality inspection work in a manner of offline annotation and the like.
In specific implementation, the terminal can identify the user type, different permissions are granted to the user according to the user type, and the user can operate the quality inspection report according to the permission opened to the user type. The user types can comprise internal users and external users, and for the internal users, the viewing permission, the editing permission and the annotating permission for the translated text can be opened to the internal users, and the permission for confirming whether to accept the modification opinions in the quality inspection report can be confirmed; for an external user, viewing rights, editing rights, and annotation rights for the translated text may be opened thereto.
In the embodiment, if the user type is an external user, the viewing, editing and annotating permissions of the user are opened; if the user type is an internal user, checking, editing, commenting, confirming revision and refusing revision permission of the user are opened, the use permission of the user can be opened according to the user type, illegal editing of the translated text by an external user is avoided, and the reliability of the translated text is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a method for revising a translation text is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S301, acquiring a quality inspection report;
step S302, receiving a confirmation revision instruction aiming at the quality inspection report;
step S303, acquiring a first quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the revision confirmation instruction;
step S304, obtaining target revision contents according to the revision contents corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragments;
step S305, acquiring a sentence segment identifier of the first quality inspection sentence segment;
step S306, determining the first text sentence segment from the translation text according to the sentence segment identification;
step S307, revising the first text sentence fragment according to the target revision content.
Step S308, receiving a revision completion notification;
step S309, updating the state of the quality inspection period corresponding to the revision completion notification to the revised state.
Step S310, receiving a revision refusing instruction corresponding to at least one quality inspection period;
step S311, updating the state of the quality inspection period corresponding to the revision-refusing instruction to the revision-refusing state.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In order to facilitate a person skilled in the art to further understand the embodiments of the present application, a method for revising a translated text will be described below with reference to a specific example, and the method for revising a translated text may include the following steps:
step S10, when generating HTML quality inspection report, marking the source information of sentence segment in the quality inspection report, wherein the source information includes but not limited to GUID, file ID, task ID and authorized personnel information, the source information can be stored in the label attribute, and can also be stored in hidden or invisible elements;
step S20, verifying user identity or authority, including but not limited to using user login, Cookies, and user identity maintenance mechanism, for example, a user can log in through a login button on a quality inspection report to complete identity verification, and can also confirm the login and authority of the user by reading information stored in Cookies, and for safety, when the user clicks the button to submit data, or when the user clicks a jump link to trigger a jump, the user identity can be verified again;
step S30, if the verification result is an unauthorized user, only content viewing can be provided, and editing and annotation of the translated text are not provided;
step S40, if the verification result is an authorized user, the internal user or the external user may be further identified;
step S50, if the recognition result is an external user, the editing and annotating authority of the translation can be opened, and after the external user edits or annotates the translation, the quality inspection state can be changed into a quality inspection opinion to be confirmed;
in step S60, if the recognition result is an internal user, editing, annotating and confirming revision rights for the translation (including confirming revision for single sentence and confirming revision for batch sentence) can be opened, and direct jump to corresponding sentence fragment of editor for manual processing is allowed. After the internal user edits or annotates the translated text, the quality inspection state can be changed into a quality inspection opinion to be confirmed;
step S70, when the internal user confirms the revision of the sentence, the following steps may be performed: step S71, triggering the single sentence submitting function when pressing the button of 'confirming the single sentence change'; step S72, sending sentence fragment source information (e.g. GUID) and the current latest translation or annotation to the background; step S73, after the background receives the data, the corresponding translation or annotation is updated in the database by using the latest translation or annotation according to the GUID; step S74, the background returns a message of successful modification; step S75, after receiving the message of successful modification, the foreground changes the quality inspection state of the corresponding sentence into 'quality inspection opinion implemented';
in step S80, when the internal user confirms and revises the batch sentence fragment, the following steps can be executed: step S81, triggering batch submitting function when pressing down the 'confirm batch change' button; step S82, determining the sentence section with the state of "quality inspection opinion to be confirmed"; step S83, sending the source information (e.g., GUID) of these periods and the corresponding current latest translation or annotation to the background; step S84, after the background receives the data, each corresponding translation or comment is updated in the database by using the latest translation or comment according to the GUID; step S85, the background returns a message of successful modification; in step S86, the foreground receives the message of successful modification and changes the quality inspection status of the corresponding sentence into "quality inspection opinion has been implemented".
It should be noted that the quality inspection report may carry a jump link for directly jumping to a corresponding sentence segment in the Translation text, and when the quality inspection opinion in the quality inspection report is complex and context needs to be checked in the Translation text or reference information needs to be looked up (for example, Translation Memory, TM), Term Base, TB, ScreenShot (SS), other Translation requirements, etc.), an internal user may jump to the corresponding sentence segment in the editor by clicking the jump link in the quality inspection report, so as to check the context information and the reference information in the editor, thereby avoiding manual positioning query and improving work efficiency.
In the embodiment, the source information of the sentence fragments is recorded in the quality inspection report, so that the revising efficiency of the translated text can be improved, the external user can directly revise the translated text or add the comments to the quality inspection report, the external user can directly feed back the quality opinions, the internal user can confirm the translated text and submit the revising in batches, the internal user can quickly repair the quality defects, the external user can implement the high-priority revising opinions of the external user in batches, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the translated text can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, there is provided a translated text revision apparatus 400 comprising: a quality inspection report acquisition module 402, a revision instruction receiving module 404, and a translated text revision module 406, wherein:
a quality inspection report acquisition module 402, configured to acquire a quality inspection report, where the quality inspection report includes a quality inspection sentence fragment and revision contents corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence fragment; the quality inspection sentence segments correspond to text sentence segments in the translation text;
a revision instruction receiving module 404 for receiving a confirmation revision instruction for the quality inspection report;
and a translation text revision module 406, configured to revise the text segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction and the revision content.
In one embodiment, the translated text revision module 406 is further configured to obtain a first quality inspection period corresponding to the confirmation revision instruction; and revising the first text sentence fragment corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment.
In an embodiment, the translated text revision module 406 is further configured to obtain a target revision content according to a revision content corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment; acquiring sentence segment identification of the first quality inspection sentence segment; determining the first text sentence segment from the translation text according to the sentence segment identification; revising the first text sentence fragment according to the target revision content.
In one embodiment, the revised text revision module 406 determines the revision instruction as a click instruction for a target button displayed at a position corresponding to the first quality control period.
In one embodiment, the translated text revision module 406 is further configured to determine a quality inspection period with revised contents in the quality inspection report as a second quality inspection period if the confirmation revision instruction is received; and revising the second text sentence fragment corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment.
In one embodiment, the translated text revision module 406 is further configured to determine whether the revised content matches a preset revision template; acquiring revision operation and revision operation content according to the preset revision template matched with the revision content; and performing operation on the text sentence fragment according to the revision operation and the revision operation content to finish the revision.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned device 400 for revising translated text is further configured to receive a revision completion notification, where the revision completion notification is sent after the revision of any sentence segment in the translated text is completed; and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision completion notice into the revised state.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned device 400 for revising translated text is further configured to receive a rejection revision instruction corresponding to at least one of the quality inspection sentence fragments; and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision refusing instruction into a revision refusing state.
For the specific definition of the translated text revision means, reference may be made to the above definition of the translated text revision method, which is not described herein again. The respective modules in the above-described translation text revision apparatus may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is for storing translation text revision data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a translation text revision method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: obtaining a quality inspection report, wherein the quality inspection report comprises quality inspection sentence segments and revision contents corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence segment; the quality inspection sentence segments correspond to text sentence segments in the translation text; receiving confirmation revision instructions for the quality inspection report; and revising the text sentence segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction and the revision content.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a first quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the confirmation revision instruction; and revising the first text sentence fragment corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: obtaining target revision contents according to the revision contents corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence segments; acquiring sentence segment identification of the first quality inspection sentence segment; determining the first text sentence segment from the translation text according to the sentence segment identification; revising the first text sentence fragment according to the target revision content.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: the confirmation revision instruction is a click instruction for a target button, and the target button is displayed at a position corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: if the revision confirmation instruction is received, determining a quality inspection sentence segment with revision contents in the quality inspection report as a second quality inspection sentence segment; and revising the second text sentence fragment corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: judging whether the revision content is matched with a preset revision template; acquiring revision operation and revision operation content according to the preset revision template matched with the revision content; and performing operation on the text sentence fragment according to the revision operation and the revision operation content to finish the revision.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a revision completion notification, wherein the revision completion notification is sent after the revision of any text segment in the translation text is completed; and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision completion notice into the revised state.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: obtaining a quality inspection report, wherein the quality inspection report comprises quality inspection sentence segments and revision contents corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence segment; the quality inspection sentence segments correspond to text sentence segments in the translation text; receiving confirmation revision instructions for the quality inspection report; and revising the text sentence segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction and the revision content.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a first quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the confirmation revision instruction; and revising the first text sentence fragment corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: obtaining target revision contents according to the revision contents corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence segments; acquiring sentence segment identification of the first quality inspection sentence segment; determining the first text sentence segment from the translation text according to the sentence segment identification; revising the first text sentence fragment according to the target revision content.

1. A method for revising translated text, the method comprising:
obtaining a quality inspection report, wherein the quality inspection report comprises quality inspection sentence segments and revision contents corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence segment; the quality inspection sentence segments correspond to text sentence segments in the translation text;
receiving confirmation revision instructions for the quality inspection report;
and revising the text sentence segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction and the revision content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said revising a sentence fragment in said translated text based on said confirmation revision instruction and said revision contents comprises:
acquiring a first quality inspection sentence segment corresponding to the confirmation revision instruction;
and revising the first text sentence fragment corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence fragment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein modifying the first text sentence fragment corresponding to the first quality control sentence fragment according to the modified content corresponding to the first quality control sentence fragment comprises:
obtaining target revision contents according to the revision contents corresponding to the first quality inspection sentence segments;
acquiring sentence segment identification of the first quality inspection sentence segment;
determining the first text sentence segment from the translation text according to the sentence segment identification;
revising the first text sentence fragment according to the target revision content.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the confirmation revision instruction is a click instruction for a target button displayed at a position corresponding to the first quality inspection period.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said revising a sentence fragment in said translated text based on said confirmation revision instruction and said revision contents further comprises:
if the revision confirmation instruction is received, determining a quality inspection sentence segment with revision contents in the quality inspection report as a second quality inspection sentence segment;
and revising the second text sentence fragment corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment according to the revision content corresponding to the second quality inspection sentence fragment.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said revising a sentence fragment in said translated text based on said confirmation revision instruction and said revision contents further comprises:
judging whether the revision content is matched with a preset revision template;
acquiring revision operation and revision operation content according to the preset revision template matched with the revision content;
and performing operation on the text sentence fragment according to the revision operation and the revision operation content to finish the revision.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the quality inspection report includes an initial status of the quality inspection period with the revised content as a to-be-confirmed status; the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a revision completion notification, wherein the revision completion notification is sent after the revision of any text segment in the translation text is completed;
and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision completion notice into the revised state.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving a revision rejection instruction corresponding to at least one of the quality inspection period segments;
and updating the state of the quality control period corresponding to the revision refusing instruction into a revision refusing state.
9. An apparatus for revising translated text, the apparatus comprising:
the quality inspection report acquisition module is used for acquiring a quality inspection report, wherein the quality inspection report comprises quality inspection sentence segments and revision contents corresponding to at least one quality inspection sentence segment; the quality inspection sentence segments correspond to text sentence segments in the translation text;
a revision instruction receiving module for receiving a confirmation revision instruction for the quality inspection report;
and the translation text revision module is used for revising the text sentence segments in the translation text according to the confirmation revision instruction and the revision content.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
