Claims (10)
1. A gear shifting reminding control method for a manual transmission gearbox of a commercial vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps:
on the basis of the vehicle working condition information, calculating to obtain the corresponding relation among the gears, the engine rotating speed and the accelerator pedal opening degree on the premise of low oil consumption;
acquiring the current engine speed of a vehicle in the running process of the vehicle;
obtaining a target gear and a target accelerator pedal opening degree based on the corresponding relation among the gear, the engine rotating speed and the accelerator pedal opening degree according to the obtained engine rotating speed;
and performing gear shifting reminding and/or accelerator adjustment reminding based on the current gear and the target gear, the current accelerator pedal opening and the target accelerator pedal opening.
2. The shifting reminding control method for the manual transmission gearbox of the commercial vehicle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the vehicle working condition information comprises the speed ratio of each gear of the gearbox, the radius of a tire, the speed ratio of a drive axle and a universal characteristic curve.

The method for shift reminding control of a manual transmission gearbox of a commercial vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the corresponding relationship among the gears, the engine speed and the accelerator pedal opening under the premise of low oil consumption is obtained by calculation, and specifically comprises the following steps:
and calculating and storing the corresponding relation among the gears, the engine rotating speed and the accelerator pedal opening on the premise of low oil consumption according to the gear speed ratio of each gear of a gearbox of the vehicle, the tire radius, the drive axle speed ratio and the universal characteristic curve in a software simulation mode.
4. The shifting reminding control method for the manual transmission gearbox of the commercial vehicle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that:
before carrying out shift reminding and/or throttle adjustment reminding, the method further comprises the following steps: if and only if the precondition is met, carrying out gear shifting reminding and/or throttle adjustment reminding, otherwise, not carrying out gear shifting reminding and/or throttle adjustment reminding;
the precondition is that the vehicle has a tendency to continue accelerating, the power of the vehicle is not reduced after the shift operation, and the engine speed is in a low fuel consumption region of the universal characteristic curve after the shift operation.
5. The shifting reminding control method for the manual transmission gearbox of the commercial vehicle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: and carrying out gear shifting reminding and/or throttle adjustment reminding through a vehicle instrument.

when the current gear is inconsistent with the target gear, gear shifting reminding is carried out;
when the current gear is consistent with the target gear, no gear shifting reminding is performed;
when the opening degree of the current accelerator pedal is inconsistent with the target opening degree of the accelerator pedal, performing accelerator adjustment reminding;
and when the opening degree of the current accelerator pedal is consistent with the target opening degree of the accelerator pedal, no accelerator adjustment reminding is carried out.
7. The shifting reminding control method for the manual transmission gearbox of the commercial vehicle as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that:
and during the gear shifting reminding period, the current gear of the vehicle is obtained, and if the obtained current gear of the vehicle is consistent with the target gear, the gear shifting reminding is stopped.
