Claims (10)

1. A response processing method, comprising:
detecting a user state within the door;
determining the working mode of the doorbell according to the user state;
and according to the working mode, responding the visitor out of the door.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein detecting a user status within a door comprises:
collecting sound parameters inside the door; judging whether the sound parameters accord with sound parameter threshold values; determining that the user state in the door is someone if the sound parameter meets the sound parameter threshold; determining that the user state in the door is unmanned under the condition that the sound parameter does not conform to the sound parameter threshold;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
collecting vibration parameters in the door; judging whether the vibration parameter meets a vibration parameter threshold value; determining that the user state in the door is someone under the condition that the vibration parameter meets the vibration parameter threshold value; and under the condition that the vibration parameter does not accord with the vibration parameter threshold value, determining that the user state in the door is unmanned.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to detecting a user status within a door, the method further comprises:
receiving a working mode of a doorbell set by a mobile terminal, wherein the working mode comprises at least one of the following modes: unmanned mode, do not disturb mode, off mode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the operating mode is an unattended mode, and wherein responding to the visitor outside the door according to the operating mode comprises:
obtaining conversation contents of the visitor out of the door, wherein the conversation contents at least comprise a question and answer result of the visitor out of the door to a question preset by a user;
processing the conversation content to obtain a question and answer result of the visitor out of the door;
and recording the question and answer result and a question and answer video and/or calling the user under the condition that the question and answer result is consistent with a preset question and answer result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the operating mode is a do-not-disturb mode, and wherein responding to the visitor outside the door in accordance with the operating mode comprises:
and actively asking and answering the visitor out of the door, and recording a asking and answering result and a asking and answering video.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, further comprising:
and uploading the question and answer results and the question and answer videos to a cloud server so that a user can view the question and answer results and the question and answer videos stored in the cloud server through a mobile terminal.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the operating mode is an off mode, and wherein responding to the visitor outside the door according to the operating mode comprises:
stopping the response processing of the visitor out of the door.
8. A response processing apparatus, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting the user state in the door;
the determining module is used for determining the working mode of the doorbell according to the user state;
and the processing module is used for responding the visitor out of the door according to the working mode.
9. A response processing system, characterized in that it comprises a response processing apparatus as claimed in claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program, when executed, controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the response processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
