Logistics settlement method and system suitable for fragile product transportation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fragile product transportation, in particular to a logistics settlement method and a logistics settlement system suitable for fragile product transportation.
Background
The logistics settlement link of the traditional manufacturing industry of fragile products such as ceramics is loose and disjointed, and the informatization development level is not high. The main table has the following components: on one hand, carriers need to be arranged by carriers when the operators pick up goods from manufacturers, and firstly, various logistics entrustments mostly adopt paper versions, so that logistics settlement is outside the system, mistakes and omissions are easy to occur, and effective monitoring is lacked; secondly, operators do not know the conditions of on-site goods picking and regional standards, deviation between a scheduled goods picking vehicle and an actually required vehicle is easy to occur, and dissatisfaction or even complaint of each link on price, service process and result guarantee is easy to occur; also, the logistics settlement cost is high due to the limitation of the logistics means or channels selected by the operator. On the other hand, when the manufacturer carries out logistics, the manufacturer can not form a database of the carrier or the driver when facing a large number of goods carrying drivers from all over the country, so that the quality of the logistics transportation process can not be controlled; ceramic products belong to logistics targets which are fragile, pure and heavy, and have relatively low additional value, damage responsibility caused by the transportation process is not clear, and disputes and denilation are easy to occur. Meanwhile, for enterprises, the extensive logistics settlement can not provide the most basic data support for enterprise production, marketing, storage and analysis, comprehensive budget and enterprise decision, and does not bring up benefit creation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a logistics settlement method suitable for transporting fragile articles such as ceramic tiles, comprising the steps of:
step 1: signing periodic transportation contracts among manufacturers, logistics companies and carriers, and inputting transportation contract information and corresponding carrier files into a logistics settlement system;
step 2: when an order starts, an operator inputs goods picking request information into a distribution system, a logistics settlement system and a TMS system synchronously receive the goods picking request information, a logistics company selects a carrier according to the goods picking request information and carrier archive information, then the selected carrier arranges the driver to pick up goods and deliver, the TMS system generates logistics delivery information, and the logistics settlement system acquires the logistics delivery information;
and step 3: when a driver arrives at a manufacturer warehouse for picking up goods, a logistics company prints delivery bill information generated by the goods picking request information and the logistics distribution information, and delivers the paper delivery bill obtained by printing to the driver;
and 4, step 4: the driver delivers, and the driver sends the delivery note to the operator to sign for confirmation when the delivery is finished;
and 5: the driver takes a picture of the signed delivery note, uploads the obtained delivery note picture to a logistics settlement system, and sends the signed delivery note back to a logistics company;
step 6: the logistics settlement system automatically generates settlement information according to the transportation contract information, the logistics distribution information and the delivery bill information, and the logistics company edits the settlement information by combining the delivery bill or the delivery bill photo after signing;
and 7: the logistics company examines and approves the made settlement information and makes a settlement report;
and 8: the logistics company sends the settlement report which ensures no error to the manufacturer;
and step 9: the carrier makes an invoice according to the delivery note information and the delivery note photo and provides the invoice for the manufacturer, and the manufacturer checks and settles the invoice provided by the carrier through a settlement report sent by the logistics company and pays the fee after the invoice is checked to be correct;
step 10: and summarizing and analyzing the logistics situation to form a report for the manufacturer to determine the transportation contract of the next period and/or screening the stored carrier archive information.
Therefore, the logistics settlement system collects the information sent by the manufacturers, the operators, the logistics companies and the carriers, so that the settlement information can be automatically generated, all the parties can edit and approve the automatically generated settlement information in combination with the actual goods delivery situation reflected by the delivery bill photo, all the parties can conveniently master the whole transportation process, the responsibility of the transportation process when the transportation process is damaged is determined, and data support is provided for the subsequent manufacturer decision. Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the drawings and the following embodiments are illustrative of the invention only and are not limiting thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, the logistics settlement method for fragile goods transportation of the present invention comprises the following steps.
Step 1: the manufacturer, the logistics company and the carrier sign periodic transportation contracts (for example, a paper periodic transportation contract can be signed online), and the logistics company inputs the contract content and the corresponding carrier file into the logistics settlement system. Specifically, the transportation contract is divided into a delivery contract and a carrying contract, the manufacturer and the logistics company sign the delivery contract, the delivery contract is used for the manufacturer to entrust the logistics company to deliver the goods, and the logistics company and the carrier sign the periodic carrying contract, and the carrying contract is used for the logistics company to entrust the delivery task to the carrier. Therefore, in the contract period, the goods picking and settlement mode and the price are subject to the contract, so that the settlement rule has fixity. Moreover, since different carriers are suitable for different service types (for example, carrier a provides marine service, carrier B provides short-distance service, etc.), the number of the carrier contracts may be multiple, that is, the logistics company makes a carrier contract with different carriers, so that the logistics company can select a suitable carrier to accept logistics distribution according to the picking request information of the carrier. The contents of the shipping contract and the carrying contract include, but are not limited to: contract number, contract name, contract start and stop date, settlement type, transportation type, invoice type, client code, project code, end area, start tonnage, end tonnage, audit state, product variety, product model and product specification. And uploading the signed contract to the logistics settlement system by the logistics company, and uploading the corresponding carrier file information to the logistics settlement system.
Step 2: when an order is started, a carrier inputs goods picking request information into a distribution system, a logistics settlement system and a TMS system (namely a logistics transportation management system, hereinafter also referred to as a TMS logistics system) synchronously receive the goods picking request information, a logistics company selects a carrier according to the goods picking request information and carrier archive information, then the selected carrier arranges a driver to pick up goods and deliver the goods, the TMS system generates logistics delivery information, and the logistics settlement system acquires the logistics delivery information. Specifically, the logistics settlement system is in communication connection with a distribution system used by an operator and a TMS logistics system used by a logistics company, and the rest systems can synchronously receive information uploaded to any system. After receiving the picking request information in the TMS logistics system, the logistics company selects a proper carrier to carry out logistics distribution by combining the contents such as the product quantity, the transport distance and the like in the picking request information and the carrier archive information stored in the logistics settlement system. Then, the carrier arranges the driver to pick up and deliver goods according to the initial tonnage and other contents in the pick-up request information, and simultaneously manually inputs driver file information into a logistics settlement system. It should be noted that, in the case where a plurality of vehicles are required to be distributed, a plurality of drivers need to be arranged. The logistics distribution information is generated by the actions of the logistics company selecting the carrier, the carrier arranging the driver to pick up goods, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, each driver registers and inputs driver profile information in a driver reservation system (not shown) in communication with the logistics settlement system in advance, and the logistics settlement system acquires the driver profile information in the driver reservation system. It should be noted that since the driver scheduled by the carrier may not have been previously registered in the driver reservation system, the carrier still enters driver profile information manually at the time of scheduling the driver. In the case that the driver scheduled by the carrier is not registered in the driver reservation system in advance, after the driver is scheduled by the carrier, the driver needs to register in the driver reservation system in advance before picking up goods and reserve the arrival time to the manufacturer, and the logistics settlement system acquires the driver profile information formed at the moment.
And step 3: when a driver arrives at a warehouse of a manufacturer to pick up goods, the logistics company prints delivery bill information generated by the pick-up request information and the logistics distribution information, and delivers the paper delivery bill obtained by printing to the driver. The delivery slip information includes a delivery slip number, a requested delivery date, a contract issuance address, a destination address, a carrier name, a document status (i.e., whether printed or not), a receipt status, a license plate number, a driver's name and phone number, cargo information, and the like. And under the condition that a plurality of vehicles need to be distributed due to more goods, generating delivery lists with the number corresponding to the number of the vehicles, wherein the vehicles correspond to the delivery lists one by one.
And 4, step 4: the driver carries out the delivery, and the driver gives the delivery bill to the operator to sign for confirmation when the delivery is completed.
And 5: the driver takes a picture of the received delivery slip, uploads the obtained delivery slip picture to the logistics settlement system, and sends the received delivery slip back to the logistics company (for example, the delivery slip picture can be sent back to the logistics company), and the delivery slip picture reflects that the goods actually correspond to the delivery receipt certificate, which is an important basis for settlement processing by using the following method.
Step 6: the logistics settlement system automatically generates settlement information according to the transportation contract information, the logistics distribution information and the delivery bill information, and the logistics company edits the settlement information by combining the delivery bill or the delivery bill photo after signing. Specifically, the logistics settlement system automatically generates settlement information of a single order according to the transportation contract information, the logistics distribution information and the delivery order information, wherein the settlement information reflects the whole logistics cycle condition of the order. And the logistics settlement system also displays the delivery bill photo and the generated settlement information for the logistics company to check, and the checking content includes but is not limited to the delivery settlement amount, the carrying settlement amount, the total weight, the order information, the carrier information and the driver information. Wherein, part of the check content is directly obtained from the information in the logistics settlement system, and the rest part of the check content is obtained by calculating the information in the logistics settlement system. For example, the order information is directly obtained from the pick-up request information; the carrier information and the driver information are directly obtained from the logistics distribution information corresponding to the pick-up request information. The total amount and the total weight are generated by summarizing according to the delivery bill information; the delivery settlement amount and the delivery settlement amount are calculated and generated based on the contract and the delivery slip information. Then, the distribution company edits and stores the settlement information based on the delivery slip photograph and the actual situation of the distribution job, thereby updating the settlement information. The contents to be edited include sign-in difference (for example, breakage of transportation process), additional processing cost, and periodic settlement (collective settlement for all transportation information of the same carrier on the same day/week/month).
And 7: the logistics company sends a settlement specialist to examine and approve the settlement information, ensures that the settlement is correct, and summarizes the settlement information to make a settlement report. And when the settlement is approved, the settlement specially-assigned personnel checks the settlement information, and the checked contents include but are not limited to settlement type, transportation type, delivery settlement amount, total weight, order information, carrier information and the like.
And 8: the logistics company sends the settlement report to the financial department of the manufacturer for the manufacturer to check.
And step 9: and the carrier makes an invoice according to the delivery note information and the delivery note photo and mails the invoice to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer checks and settles the invoice mailed by the carrier through a settlement report sent by the logistics company and pays the fee after the invoice is checked to be correct.
Step 10: the logistics company collects and analyzes the logistics situation based on the requirements of manufacturers to form a report. The reports are divided into summary and analysis categories. Summary-type reports include, but are not limited to, generating logistics reports from dimensional summaries of quarterly, annual, carrier, etc. The analysis category includes, but is not limited to, generating a delivery timeliness report, and a receipt timeliness report. Therefore, through data analysis, a manufacturer can determine whether a periodic transportation contract is signed or not through the formed report, and can also screen the carrier file information and the driver file information in the logistics settlement system through the report so as to eliminate carriers or drivers which do not meet requirements. Namely, data support is provided for the budget and decision of manufacturers.
The logistics settlement system suitable for fragile goods transportation of the present invention is explained below.
The logistics settlement system is in communication connection with a distribution system used by an operator and a TMS logistics system used by a logistics company, and the rest systems can synchronously receive information uploaded to any system.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the logistics settlement system suitable for fragile goods transportation according to the present invention comprises the following structure: a shipping contract module comprising a first database for storing shipping contract information and a second database for storing carrier profile information. The transportation contract information comprises delivery contract information and carrying contract information, and the transportation contract is signed through offline paper and is input into the logistics settlement system by a logistics company. The delivery contract is a contract which is signed by the manufacturer and the logistics company and is used for entrusting the goods to the logistics company for delivery by the manufacturer. The carrier contract is a contract made by the logistics company and the carrier for the logistics company to entrust the shipping task to the carrier. The contents of the shipping and carrier contracts include, but are not limited to: contract number, contract name, contract start and stop date, settlement type, transportation type, invoice type, client code, project code, end area, start tonnage, end tonnage, audit state, product variety, product model and product specification. Further, the transportation contract is a periodic contract, for example, assuming that the period is one year, the contract needs to be renewed every year, that is, the shipping contract information in the first database needs to be updated every year. The logistics company uploads the signed contract to a first database of the settlement system, and simultaneously uploads the corresponding carrier archive information to a second database of the logistics settlement system, so that the carrier archive information stored in the second database can also comprise a plurality of carrier archive information contents.
And the logistics operation module comprises a third database for storing the goods picking request information, a fourth database for storing the logistics distribution information and a fifth database for storing the driver file information. The logistics operation module is used for receiving the goods picking request information of the operator by the logistics company, carrying out logistics distribution according to the goods picking request information and storing the goods picking request information. Specifically, the operator sends the pickup request information through the distribution system, the logistics settlement system and the TMS system synchronously receive the pickup request information, and the logistics settlement system stores the pickup request information in the third database. After receiving the picking request information in the TMS logistics system, the logistics company selects a proper carrier to carry out logistics distribution by combining the contents of the picking request information, such as the product quantity, the transport distance and the like, and the carrier archive information stored in the second database. Then, the carrier arranges the driver to pick up the goods and deliver the goods according to the initial tonnage and other contents in the pick-up request information, and simultaneously manually records and stores driver file information in a fifth database. It should be noted that, in the case where a plurality of vehicles are required to be distributed, a plurality of drivers need to be arranged. The logistics company selects the carriers, arranges drivers to pick up goods and other action information as logistics distribution information, and stores the logistics distribution information into the fourth database.
In a preferred embodiment, the logistics operation module is in communication with a driver reservation system, which is configured to reserve the manufacturer for the arrival time in advance after the driver is designated by the carrier and before the driver arrives at the manufacturer's warehouse site. Each driver registers in the driver reservation system in advance and records driver file information, and the logistics operation module acquires the driver file information and stores the driver file information into the fifth database. It should be noted that since the driver scheduled by the carrier may not have been previously registered in the driver reservation system, the carrier still enters driver profile information manually at the time of scheduling the driver. In the case that the driver scheduled by the carrier is not previously registered in the driver reservation system, after the driver is scheduled by the carrier, the driver needs to be registered in the driver reservation system in advance before taking the goods and reserve the arrival time to the manufacturer, and at this time, the formed driver profile information is stored in the fifth database.
And the delivery bill module is used for storing the delivery bill information and the delivery bill photo. The delivery bill is a paper bill printed with delivery bill information, and the delivery bill information is generated according to the delivery request information and the logistics distribution information. The delivery bill photo is a photo of the delivery bill signed by the operator after the driver delivers the goods, and the delivery bill photo reflects that the goods actually correspond to a delivery receipt certificate, and is an important basis for settlement processing by using the following settlement processing module.
The settlement processing module comprises an inquiry unit, an editing unit and a storage unit. The query unit is connected to the transportation contract module, the logistics operation module and the delivery order module, and is used for acquiring transportation contract information, logistics distribution information, delivery order information and delivery order pictures, and automatically generating settlement information of a single order according to the transportation contract information, the logistics distribution information and the delivery order information, wherein the settlement information reflects the whole logistics cycle condition of the order. And the inquiry unit displays the delivery bill photo and the generated settlement information for the logistics company to check, wherein the check content comprises but is not limited to the delivery settlement amount, the carrying settlement amount, the total weight, the order information, the carrier information and the driver information. Wherein, part of the check contents are directly obtained from the information stored in the transportation contract module, the logistics operation module or the delivery list module, and the rest of the check contents are obtained by calculating the information stored in the transportation contract module, the logistics operation module or the delivery list module.
The editing unit is used for editing the settlement information according to the delivery bill photo and the actual situation of the logistics operation, and the specific editing contents comprise sign-in difference (such as breakage of the transportation process), additional processing fee and periodic settlement (the transportation information of the same carrier on the day/week/month is collected and the total settlement is carried out). The editing operation is performed by a logistics company.
The storage unit is used for storing the edited settlement information, and updating the settlement information when the storage is successful.
The operator is aware of the goods and the amount of settlement of the goods by making a delivery slip, a delivery plan, and a delivery contract. When the manufacturer and the carrier carry out logistics settlement, on one hand, the carrier checks the settlement information according to the goods-taking request information and the delivery bill picture and then mails a payment invoice to the manufacturer for settlement; and on the other hand, the financial affairs of the manufacturer are checked and settled according to the payment invoice sent by the carrier and the settlement report provided by the logistics company.
And the examination and approval module is used for displaying the settlement information for the logistics company settlement specialist to check, and after the settlement information is confirmed to be correct, the settlement information passes examination and approval. Specifically, the contents of the collation include, but are not limited to, the settlement type, the transportation type, the shipping settlement amount, the carrier settlement amount, the total weight, the order information, the carrier information, and the like.
And the report module is used for summarizing and analyzing the logistics settlement and forming a report. The method is particularly divided into a summarizing unit (namely a statistical unit) and an analyzing unit. The summarizing unit summarizes all the logistics settlement summarizing tables, including but not limited to summarizing and generating logistics reports from dimensions such as seasons, years, carriers, operators and the like. The analysis unit analyzes each logistics settlement summary table, including but not limited to generating a delivery timeliness rate report, and a receipt timeliness rate report. The manufacturer can decide whether to sign a periodic transportation contract or not through the formed report, and can also screen the carrier file information stored in the second database and the driver file information stored in the fifth database through the report to eliminate carriers or drivers which do not meet requirements. That is, the reporting module can provide data support for the budget and decision of the manufacturer.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit of essential characteristics thereof, the present embodiments are therefore illustrative and not restrictive, since the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims rather than by the description herein, and all changes that fall within metes and bounds of the claims, or equivalence of such metes and bounds thereof are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
