Abstract
The invention discloses an industrial internet mark analyzing method, which comprises the following steps: the active identification carrier initiates an identity authentication request; the security access control platform initiates a registration request to the enterprise node; the enterprise node obtains the unique identification registration information and stores the unique identification registration information in a national top level node through an industry second level node; the security access control platform writes the identification registration information into the active identification carrier; the intelligent data acquisition unit acquires various data of the injection mold, generates a database and sends the database to the active identification carrier; the active identification carrier sends the database to a mold management cloud platform; a query request is sent to a recursion node through a client, the recursion node sends an addressing request to a secondary node, and a national top node provides identification registration information for the client; the recursive node sends an identifier resolution request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node provides a database for the client. The method for analyzing the industrial internet identification effectively improves the monitoring strength of the injection mold and realizes the full life cycle management of the injection mold.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an industrial internet mark analyzing method.
Background
In recent years, the injection molding industry in China is continuously and rapidly developed, the intelligent, automatic and informatization levels of injection molding factories are continuously improved, injection molding production data are increasingly huge and widely distributed, and enterprise updating and repairing of large-scale integral application become increasingly difficult as new demand lines are continuously increased. At present, in the injection molding production process, the information acquisition and monitoring management of an injection mold are not enough, the production management is difficult to be more precise and strict, the operation conditions of the injection mold cannot be accurately controlled in real time to be summarized, transmitted, analyzed and displayed, and the real-time monitoring management of industrial production data is lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an industrial internet mark analyzing method, which effectively improves the monitoring strength of an injection mold and realizes the full life cycle management of the injection mold; and, be favorable to real-time accurate control injection moulding production condition.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design an industrial internet identifier parsing method, including:
after an active identification carrier arranged on an intelligent data acquisition unit is initially powered on and activated, an identity authentication request is initiated to a security access control platform;
the security access control platform receives the identity authentication request, then performs matching, and initiates a registration request to the enterprise node after successful matching;
the enterprise node receives and audits the registration request, if the audit is passed, unique identification registration information corresponding to the active identification carrier is obtained, then the enterprise node issues the identification registration information to the security access control platform, the enterprise node submits the identification registration information to an industry secondary node, and the industry secondary node stores the identification registration information in a national top level node;
the security access control platform receives the identification registration information and then sends and writes the identification registration information into the active identification carrier;
the intelligent data acquisition unit acquires various data of the injection mold, processes the acquired data, generates a database and sends the database to a corresponding active identification carrier;
the active identification carrier receives the database, sends the database to the mold management cloud platform through the security access control platform, and stores the database by the mold management cloud platform;
when a user inquires the identification registration information, the recursive node is used as an inquiry inlet, an inquiry request is sent to the recursive node through the client, the recursive node sends an addressing request to the second-level node after receiving the inquiry request, the second-level node forwards the addressing request to the national top-level node, and the national top-level node provides the corresponding identification registration information for the client after receiving the addressing request; and the recursion node sends an identification analysis request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node receives the identification analysis request and then calls a corresponding database from the mold management cloud platform and provides the database for the client.
Preferably, the active identifier carrier determines whether identifier registration information sent by the security access control platform is received in a predetermined time, and if the identifier registration information is not received, the active identifier carrier continues to initiate an identity authentication request to the security access control platform.
Preferably, the database includes injection mold base information and injection mold operating condition parameters.
Preferably, the injection mold basic information includes a name and a model specification of the injection mold.
Preferably, the operating state parameters of the injection mold include the mold closing times, the molding cycle, the position information and the mold internal pressure of the injection mold.
Preferably, the active identification carrier includes a universal integrated mobile communication module, a universal integrated circuit card and an MCU chip.
Preferably, the client comprises a mobile terminal and a desktop terminal.

the enterprise node receives and audits the registration request, if the audit is passed, unique identification registration information corresponding to the active identification carrier is obtained, then the enterprise node issues the identification registration information to the security access control platform, the enterprise node submits the identification registration information to an industry secondary node, and the industry secondary node stores the identification registration information in a national top level node;
the security access control platform receives the identification registration information and then sends and writes the identification registration information into the active identification carrier;
the intelligent data acquisition unit acquires various data of the injection mold, processes the acquired data, generates a database and sends the database to a corresponding active identification carrier;
the active identification carrier receives the database, sends the database to the mold management cloud platform through the security access control platform, and stores the database by the mold management cloud platform;
when a user inquires the identification registration information, the recursive node is used as an inquiry inlet, an inquiry request is sent to the recursive node through the client, the recursive node sends an addressing request to the second-level node after receiving the inquiry request, the second-level node forwards the addressing request to the national top-level node, and the national top-level node provides the corresponding identification registration information for the client after receiving the addressing request; and the recursion node sends an identification analysis request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node receives the identification analysis request and then calls a corresponding database from the mold management cloud platform and provides the database for the client.
And the active identification carrier judges whether identification registration information sent by the security access control platform is received in preset time, and if the identification registration information is not received, the active identification carrier continues to initiate an identity authentication request to the security access control platform.
The database includes injection mold base information and injection mold operating condition parameters.
The injection mold basic information includes the name and model specification of the injection mold.
The operating state parameters of the injection mold comprise the mold closing times, the molding cycle, the position information and the mold internal pressure of the injection mold.
The active identification carrier comprises a universal integrated mobile communication module, a universal integrated circuit card and an MCU chip.
The client comprises a mobile terminal and a desktop terminal.

1. An industrial internet identification analysis method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after an active identification carrier arranged on an intelligent data acquisition unit is initially powered on and activated, an identity authentication request is initiated to a security access control platform;
the security access control platform receives the identity authentication request, then performs matching, and initiates a registration request to the enterprise node after successful matching;
the enterprise node receives and audits the registration request, if the audit is passed, unique identification registration information corresponding to the active identification carrier is obtained, then the enterprise node issues the identification registration information to the security access control platform, the enterprise node submits the identification registration information to an industry secondary node, and the industry secondary node stores the identification registration information in a national top level node;
the security access control platform receives the identification registration information and then sends and writes the identification registration information into the active identification carrier;
the intelligent data acquisition unit acquires various data of the injection mold, processes the acquired data, generates a database and sends the database to a corresponding active identification carrier;
the active identification carrier receives the database, sends the database to the mold management cloud platform through the security access control platform, and stores the database by the mold management cloud platform;
when a user inquires the identification registration information, the recursive node is used as an inquiry inlet, an inquiry request is sent to the recursive node through the client, the recursive node sends an addressing request to the second-level node after receiving the inquiry request, the second-level node forwards the addressing request to the national top-level node, and the national top-level node provides the corresponding identification registration information for the client after receiving the addressing request; and the recursion node sends an identification analysis request to the enterprise node, and the enterprise node receives the identification analysis request and then calls a corresponding database from the mold management cloud platform and provides the database for the client.

The method for analyzing the identity of the industrial internet according to claim 1, wherein the active identity bearer determines whether the identity registration information sent by the security access control platform is received in a predetermined time, and if the identity registration information is not received, the active identity bearer continues to initiate the identity authentication request to the security access control platform.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the database includes basic information of injection mold and operation status parameters of injection mold.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the injection mold base information includes a name and a model specification of an injection mold.
5. The method for resolving the industrial internet mark as claimed in claim 4, wherein the parameters of the operation state of the injection mold include the number of times of mold closing, the molding cycle, the position information and the mold internal pressure of the injection mold.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the active identifier carrier comprises a universal integrated mobile communication module, a universal integrated circuit card and an MCU chip.
7. The industrial internet identity resolution method of claim 6, wherein the client comprises a mobile terminal and a desktop terminal.
