It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description of the present application herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in the specification of the present application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should be further understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As used in this specification and the appended claims, the term "if" may be interpreted contextually as "when", "upon" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection". Similarly, the phrase "if it is determined" or "if a [ described condition or event ] is detected" may be interpreted contextually to mean "upon determining" or "in response to determining" or "upon detecting [ described condition or event ]" or "in response to detecting [ described condition or event ]".
In particular implementations, the mobile terminals described in embodiments of the present application include, but are not limited to, other portable devices such as mobile phones, laptop computers, or tablet computers having touch sensitive surfaces (e.g., touch screen displays and/or touch pads). It should also be understood that in some embodiments, the devices described above are not portable communication devices, but rather are desktop computers having touch-sensitive surfaces (e.g., touch screen displays and/or touch pads).
In the discussion that follows, a mobile terminal that includes a display and a touch-sensitive surface is described. However, it should be understood that the mobile terminal may include one or more other physical user interface devices such as a physical keyboard, mouse, and/or joystick.
Various applications that may be executed on the mobile terminal may use at least one common physical user interface device, such as a touch-sensitive surface. One or more functions of the touch-sensitive surface and corresponding information displayed on the terminal can be adjusted and/or changed between applications and/or within respective applications. In this way, a common physical architecture (e.g., touch-sensitive surface) of the terminal can support various applications with user interfaces that are intuitive and transparent to the user.
In addition, in the description of the present application, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used solely to distinguish one from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of an example of a method of identifying an associated regulation for a letter according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, in step 110, text content conforming to a preset legal text format is extracted from the regulatory class to be identified.
Here, the administration class may include various functions, such as administration, inquiry, attention, etc., issued by an administration layer (e.g., stock exchange, certificate authority, etc.). In some examples of embodiments of the present application, the supervisory class of mail may also include reply mail to the above mail by a listed company and are within the scope of the present application. Further, the regulation text format may represent a text format that needs to be satisfied when a regulation appears in a letter. For example, a letter is generally framed with a title number, and the text format of the title may be the title number.
It should be understood that the legal text format may be equally applicable to other types of content information, for example, the content in the title number may not be the legal title, but may be other content information (e.g., paper documents, etc.), and therefore invalid information (e.g., content information other than the division rule) needs to be filtered out.
In step 120, the extracted text content is respectively matched with a plurality of rules pre-stored in a rule base to determine whether there is a matched target rule.
Here, the number and types of the regulations stored in the regulation library are not limited for the moment, for example, all the regulations currently in effect may be in the regulation library, or various regulations that may be involved in the regulatory class may be in the regulation library.
If the match result in step 120 indicates that there is a matching target regulation, then a jump is made to step 130. If the match result in step 120 indicates that there is no matching target regulation, it may indicate that there is no associated regulation in the letter and the operation may end.
In step 130, the extracted textual content is determined to be a regulation associated with the regulatory class.
In the embodiment of the application, the text format is utilized to find out the potential text content belonging to the regulation in the mail, and then the extracted text content is matched with the regulation library to determine whether the text content belongs to the regulation content, so that the high accuracy of the result can be ensured. In addition, through the secondary query operation, the text content range matched with the rule base can be narrowed, and the processing efficiency is improved.
With respect to step 110 described above, in some examples of embodiments of the present application, it may be identified whether a title number exists in the administration class, and when a title number is identified in the administration class, textual content within the title number is extracted from the administration class. Therefore, the potential content information belonging to the laws and regulations can be extracted from the supervision letter classes by utilizing the laws and regulations that the laws and regulations and the book name number appear simultaneously.
As a further disclosure and optimization of the embodiment of the present application, after determining that the extracted text content is a regulation associated with a regulatory letter, subsequent operations such as highlighting may be automatically performed to remind a user (e.g., a member of a listed company or an investor) to pay attention. In an example of the embodiment of the present application, the extracted text content, such as a highlighted marking rule, may be marked in the supervision letter, so that the purpose of automatically marking the rule text in the supervision letter is achieved, and the rule text is displayed in a more intuitive manner and used in a more convenient manner. Additionally or alternatively, a skip interface can be configured for the extracted text content, and the skip interface is used for being triggered (for example, triggered by clicking by a user, and the like) to skip to the regulation content corresponding to the target regulation, so that the user can quickly browse the specific regulation content and detailed rule entries of the regulation related to the supervision letter, and the user can conveniently and timely make a coping strategy.
FIG. 2 illustrates a flow chart of an example of a method of identifying an associated regulation for a letter according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 2, in step 210, text content conforming to a preset legal text format is extracted from the supervision letter to be identified. For specific details of step 210, reference may be made to the description above in conjunction with step 110 in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
In step 220, the extracted text content is matched with the names of the respective laws in the laws and regulations library, respectively. In one example of an embodiment of the present application, the name of a regulation may be the full name of the regulation. In another example of an embodiment of the present application, the name of a regulation may be the full name, abbreviation, or alias of the regulation, among others.
In step 230, when the extracted text content is included in the name of the first regulation in the regulation library, the first regulation is determined as the target regulation.
Through the embodiment of the application, the extracted content can be directly determined as the target regulation under the application scene that the text content is contained in the name of the first regulation based on the name matching operation of the regulation.
In some application scenarios, the text content may include names of a plurality of regulations, and a target regulation needs to be determined from different regulations (i.e., a second regulation). FIG. 3 shows a flow diagram of an example of determining a target regulation from a plurality of regulations in textual content according to an embodiment of the application.
In step 310, the extracted text content is matched with the names of the respective laws in the laws and regulations library respectively.
In step 320, when the extracted text content includes names of a plurality of second rules, the levels corresponding to the plurality of second rules are compared. Here, each rule in the rule base is respectively configured with a corresponding level, so that level information corresponding to different rules can be obtained in the process of base query operation.
It should be understood that the level information corresponding to different laws and regulations may be fixed, for example, the legal levels of china are classified into five levels, which are, from high to low: constitution, law, administrative and local laws, regulations, departmental regulations and local government regulations.
If the comparison result in step 320 indicates that the levels corresponding to the names of the plurality of second laws and regulations are different, go to step 330. If the comparison result in step 320 indicates that the corresponding levels of the plurality of second laws and regulations are the same, go to step 340.
In step 330, a second regulation corresponding to the highest order among the plurality of second regulations is determined as the target regulation.
In step 340, a sentence containing the extracted text content is acquired, and date information in the acquired sentence is identified.
If the recognition result in step 340 indicates that the date information is recognized, it jumps to step 350. If the recognition result in step 340 indicates that no date information is recognized, it jumps to step 370.
In step 350, it is determined whether there is a second regulation of the plurality of second regulations whose regulation issuance date matches the identified date information. Here, each regulation in the regulation library is configured with a corresponding regulation issue date, and the regulation issue date corresponding to the second regulation may be determined by library query operation.
If the recognition result in step 350 indicates that there is a second regulation with a matching date, it jumps to step 360. If the recognition result in step 350 indicates that there is no second regulation whose date matches, the operation is ended.
In step 360, the second regulation whose regulation issuance date matches the identified date information is determined as the target regulation.
In step 370, an issuance date of the supervisory letter is acquired, and a target regulation is determined from the plurality of second regulations based on the issuance date and regulation issuance dates of the plurality of second regulations. For example, one of the plurality of regulation issuance dates that is closest to the issuance date (for example, the issuance date > the regulation issuance date) may be determined, and the corresponding second regulation may be determined as the target regulation.
According to the method and the device for identifying the letters, when a plurality of rules exist in the extracted text content, the target rules can be determined from the plurality of rules by using the rule orders and the rule issuing dates, and the rules most relevant to the letters can be effectively and accurately identified.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of an example of determining a target regulation matching extracted text content according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, in step 410, industry plate information corresponding to the supervision class is obtained. In an example of the embodiment of the present application, in a case that industry layout information exists in a supervision class, the corresponding industry layout information may be found directly through field extraction. In another example of the embodiment of the present application, in a case where no industry territory information exists in the supervision class, the industry territory information to which a listed company belongs may be obtained by identifying the name of the listed company in the mail.
In step 420, combined content information is determined based on the industry plate information and the extracted textual content.
In step 430, the combined content information is matched with each regulation in the regulation library to determine whether there is a matching target regulation.
Illustratively, the corresponding combined content information is determined in the form of "industry edition block information + extracted text content", and whether the combined content information matches with the name of the regulation in the regulation library or the matching degree may be determined, and the specific matching process may partially refer to or partially refer to the operations described in the above other method embodiments.
It should be noted that some regulations are specifically designed for specific industry editions, and the names (or full names) of the regulations usually carry corresponding industry information, however, the regulations in the letters may adopt an abbreviated manner to omit the corresponding industry information, which may result in a failure in matching the target regulations. By the embodiment of the application, the library query operation is carried out after the industry information is added under the extracted content in the mail, so that the problems can be effectively solved, and the problem that some laws and regulations are omitted and identified can be effectively avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the laws and regulations and the specific laws and regulations related to the mail are automatically bound, the complex processes of manual identification, manual identification and processing and screening are omitted, the relation between the mail and the laws and regulations is clearly displayed, a listed company is helped to quickly locate and know the laws and regulations and detailed rules and items according to the mail, and timely and effective response is made.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing an example of a mail processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 5, the mail processing apparatus 500 includes a mail splitting module 510, a mail question automatic binding rule module 520, a mail question automatic binding rule module 530, and a mail binding rule preview module 540.
The mail splitting module 510 is used to split the content information in the mail. Specifically, the mail splitting module 510 may divide all mails returned from listed companies to the certificate authority and the stock exchange into question contents and return contents according to specific rules. In addition, the reply content can be analyzed, and the paragraph with the book name number content only can be used as the effective reply content.
Specifically, a piece of envelope can be divided into a question part and a reply part, and then the content of the reply part is analyzed to identify whether the paragraph of the content carries the title number. Paragraphs with a title number are determined to be valid paragraphs and paragraphs without a title number are determined to be invalid paragraphs. Furthermore, the effective paragraphs can be integrated and arranged into a new reply content which needs to be automatically bound with the laws and regulations.
The mail question automatic binding regulation module 520 is used for binding the regulation name corresponding to the question content of the mail. Specifically, the mail question auto-binding rules module 520 may parse the question content and identify the content with the book name number as the rules name, matching the identified rules name strip with the rules names in the rules repository. Further, the content information that meets the preset condition can be identified as a regulation name, and corresponding binding operation is performed.
Specifically, the problem content can be analyzed to identify whether the book title number is included or not, if no book title number exists, no operation is performed, and if the book title number is included, the text content inside the book title number is judged as the identification rule content. Furthermore, the identified regulation content is respectively matched with all the regulations in the regulation library.
If the content of the identified regulation is contained in a certain regulation, the content of the book name number is the regulation, and the regulation is bound and marked to be highlighted.
If the content of the identified regulation contains a plurality of different names, the higher-order regulation is preferentially selected, bound and marked to be highlighted.
If the regulations contained in the content of the identified regulations have a plurality of different names and the same level, judging whether dates exist near the name numbers of the books; if the date exists, matching the rule again according to the rule that the date is equal to the rule promulgated by the rule, binding the rule successfully matched, and marking the rule as highlighted; if no date exists, binding the regulation according to the regulation that the letter date is larger than the regulation issuance date and the time difference between the two is minimum, and marking as highlighting.
If the identified rule content does not contain any rule, judging the plate to which the letter belongs according to the related company of the letter problem, matching by utilizing the plate and the rule of identifying the rule content, taking the full name of the completely matched rule, binding, and marking as highlighting.
If the identified regulation content does not contain any regulation, judging the plate to which the letter belongs according to the related company of the letter problem, matching by using 'industry plate information + identified content', and matching the identified regulation content with the alias of the regulation in the law library when the matched regulation is not obtained, taking the full name of the completely matched regulation alias, binding and marking as highlighting.
The mail question automatic binding law module 530 is used for analyzing the question content, and identifying the content which meets the conditions near the content with the book name number as the entry of the law, namely the law. Furthermore, the legal title can be matched with all the legal titles in the legal title library, and the content meeting the conditions is identified as the legal title and bound.
Specifically, the question content portion can be parsed to identify whether it carries a title number "". If the title number does not exist in the question content part, no operation is performed. If the book name number is carried, the sentence with the book name number is analyzed, invalid entry information is filtered, valid entry information is marked, examples of the invalid entry are 'document number (certificate Authority No. 2003<56 >),' date (2019, month 02, 20), and 'company stock on 120 trading days', and examples of the valid entry are '9.7 th entry', 'prescribed 13.3.3 case', 'eighty three entry', 'fourth portion', and the like.
If the laws and regulations in the sentences of the letters appear according to the sequence of the laws and regulations, the laws and regulations are matched with effective item names appearing behind the laws and regulations, the laws and regulations are successfully matched, the laws and regulations are bound, and the laws and regulations are marked to be highlighted.
If the laws and regulations in the sentences of the letters appear according to the order of the laws, the regulations, the laws and the laws in a concentrated order, matching all laws and regulations under the first appeared binding law with the first appeared effective items according to the order, successfully matching the laws and regulations, binding the laws and regulations, and marking as highlighting.
If a plurality of rules with the same name are bound and the laws bound by each rule are consistent, one rule and the binding relationship of the laws can be reserved.
The function binding rule previewing module 540 is used for analyzing the reply content, comparing the rule name identified by the problem with the content of the law bar, if the rule name is the same as the content of the law bar, directly binding the rule bound by the problem, otherwise identifying the content with the book name number as the rule name, identifying the nearby content meeting the condition as the law bar, and matching the rule name and the law bar in the rule library with the corresponding law bar corresponding to the reply, if the rule name and the law bar are different from the law bar, and completely matching and binding the rule name and the law bar.
Specifically, the reply content may be parsed, the text content with the title number may be determined as the identification rule content, and the reply identification rule content may be compared with the question identification rule content. If the answer is the same as the answer, the bound regulation and legal bar of the content binding question are directly bound and marked as highlighted.
If different identification regulation contents exist, the regulation of the reply content is bound again according to the implementation step of the letter problem and marked as highlighted.
After the automatic binding is completed, a preview button is clicked, the implementation situation of the mail binding rules can be previewed, and for example, after the user clicks the highlighted rules, the user can jump to the corresponding page to view the detailed rules in the relevant rules.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the steps in the above-mentioned respective method embodiments may be combined. FIG. 6 illustrates a flow chart of an example of a method of identifying an associated regulation for a letter according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 6, in step 610, it may be parsed whether the text content carries "or not. If "does not hold" in step 610, then nothing is done.
If the text is identified as having a text of "at step 610, then a jump is made to step 620.
In step 620, the identified content in the book is matched against the full names of all the laws in the laws and regulations library.
In step 630, it is determined whether the identified content is included in a part of the legal title. If yes, binding corresponding regulations in the regulation library, and highlighting. If not, then the process jumps to step 640.
In step 640, it is determined whether the identified content contains multiple different levels of regulation. If the identification content contains a plurality of laws and regulations with different orders, the law with the highest order can be taken, the corresponding law in the law library is bound, and the corresponding law is highlighted.
If the determination result in step 640 indicates that the content includes a plurality of rules of the same level, the process goes to step 650.
In step 650, it is determined whether date information exists in the sentence having the symbol "or not. If the date information exists, the date is taken as the rule of the date issued by the rule, the corresponding rule is bound in the rule base, and the highlight display is carried out.
If the judgment result in the step 650 indicates that the sentence in the symbol "does not have date information, it jumps to a step 660.
In step 660, the letter sending date > rule issuing date with the minimum time difference can be taken.
In step 670, it is determined whether the identification content does not include any of the laws in the laws library.
If the determination result in step 670 indicates that the identification content does not include any one of the laws and regulations in the laws and regulations library, the process proceeds to step 680. If the determination result in step 670 indicates that the identified content contains a regulation in the regulation repository, then it jumps back to step 630.
In step 680, the block to which the company associated with the mail issue belongs is combined with the identified content, and the combined content information is matched against all of the laws and regulations in the laws and regulations library.
In step 690, it is checked whether the match was successful.
If the operation in step 690 shows that the match was successful, the rules in the rules library are bound and highlighted. If the operation in step 690 shows that the match is not successful, then a jump is made to step 6100.
In step 6100, the identified content is matched to aliases for all of the laws in the laws and regulations repository.
In step 6110, it is detected whether the alias matching operation is successful. And if the detection is successful in matching, binding the rules in the rule base and highlighting.
If the detection result in step 6110 indicates a failed match, go to step 6120.
In step 6120, no operation is performed.
In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of letter scenes with the information of the laws and regulations are covered, the laws and regulations in the letters can be automatically identified and marked to be highlighted, and the relation between the letters and the laws and regulations is displayed more clearly and intuitively. In addition, regulations are automatically bound, and the complex processes of manual identification and manual processing screening can be omitted. In addition, letters and rules are closely combined, so that the user can conveniently use and check the letters.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a user interface showing an example of how a letter is bound to a regulation according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 8 is a schematic user interface diagram illustrating an example of detailed rules describing regulations according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the laws and regulations in the mail may be automatically highlighted and bound to the corresponding laws and regulations. Furthermore, after the user clicks the highlighted rule, the user can jump to the interface shown in fig. 8, so that the listed company can be helped to quickly locate and know the rule and detailed item according to the mail, and timely and effective response can be conveniently made.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram showing an example of an apparatus for identifying a regulation associated with a mail according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 9, the apparatus 900 for identifying the associated regulation of a mail includes a text content extracting unit 910, a target regulation identifying unit 920, and an associated regulation determining unit 930.
The text content extraction unit 910 is configured to extract text content conforming to a preset regulation text format from the regulatory class to be identified.
