The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer execution instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer execution instruction, the information processing method of the embodiment of the method is realized.
The computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in the apparatus.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring a target user identifier; the target user identification is a user identification distributed to a target user when information corresponding to a service event of the target user is stored; the target user is a user of an application call center;
acquiring user information corresponding to the target user from a packaging assembly according to the target user identifier, wherein the user information carries event information formed by events corresponding to the target user;
inputting the user information corresponding to the target user into a trained event processing model for processing to obtain a processing result of the event information corresponding to the target user, wherein the event processing model is obtained by inputting user training information corresponding to a training user into a convolutional neural network model for training;
generating a processing result report according to the processing result of the event information corresponding to the target user;
the acquiring user information corresponding to the target user from the packaging component according to the target user identifier includes:
inquiring attribution information corresponding to the target user identification from a packaging assembly according to the target user identification; the attribution information comprises local city information and attribution equipment to which the target user belongs;
determining target attribution equipment where user information corresponding to the target user identification is located and authority corresponding to the target user according to the attribution information;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the target user identification from the target attribution equipment based on the authority and the access mode of the target attribution equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, from the target home device, user information corresponding to the target user identifier based on the authority and the access mode of the target home device includes:
based on the access mode of the target home device, an application instruction component inquires subscription information of the target user from the target home device;
the application interface component accesses a database gateway corresponding to the target attribution equipment to acquire account opening information of the target user;
the application operation component analyzes the service function, the service authority and the event information of the target user;
and the application database component summarizes the signing information of the target user, the account opening information of the target user, the service function, the service authority and the event information of the target user to obtain the user information of the target user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the target user identifier comprises:
and acquiring the target user identification through the visual interface.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, before the obtaining the target user identity:
and packaging data corresponding to each attribution device by using an automatic RAP technology of the application software process to obtain a packaging assembly, wherein the packaging assembly comprises an instruction assembly, an interface assembly, an operation assembly and a database assembly.
5. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory such that execution of the computer-executable instructions effects the steps of:
acquiring a target user identifier; the target user identification is a user identification distributed to a target user when information corresponding to a service event of the target user is stored; the target user is a user of an application call center;
acquiring user information corresponding to the target user from a packaging assembly according to the target user identifier, wherein the user information carries event information formed by events corresponding to the target user;
inputting the user information corresponding to the target user into a trained event processing model for processing to obtain a processing result of the event information corresponding to the target user, wherein the event processing model is obtained by inputting user training information corresponding to a training user into a convolutional neural network model for training;
generating a processing result report according to the processing result of the event information corresponding to the target user;
the processor, when executing the computer executable instructions, further implements the steps of:
inquiring attribution information corresponding to the target user identification from a packaging assembly according to the target user identification; the attribution information comprises local city information and attribution equipment to which the target user belongs;
determining target attribution equipment where user information corresponding to the target user identification is located and authority corresponding to the target user according to the attribution information;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the target user identification from the target attribution equipment based on the authority and the access mode of the target attribution equipment.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the processor when executing the computer executable instructions further performs the steps of:
based on the access mode of the target home device, an application instruction component inquires subscription information of the target user from the target home device;
the application interface component accesses a database gateway corresponding to the target attribution equipment to acquire account opening information of the target user;
the application operation component analyzes the service function, the service authority and the event information of the target user;
and the application database component summarizes the signing information of the target user, the account opening information of the target user, the service function, the service authority and the event information of the target user to obtain the user information of the target user.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer-executable instruction is stored therein, which when executed by a processor, implements the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
