Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a user order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: the device comprises an acquisition module 11, a dividing module 12, a judgment module 13, a first generation module 14, a second generation module 15 and a processing module 16.
The obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain address data of a user order. The first generating module 14 is configured to generate a first similarity according to the address field of the designated level and generate a second similarity according to the address field of the previous level of the designated level if it is determined that the address fields of the multiple levels include the address field of the designated level. The second generating module 15 is configured to calculate a third similarity and a fourth similarity according to the address fields of the multiple levels if the determining module 13 determines that the address fields of the multiple levels do not include the address field of the specified level. The processing module 16 is configured to process the user order according to the first similarity and the second similarity. And processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: a first query module 17.
The first query module 17 is configured to query whether the historical inventory data includes an address field at a specified level, and if the historical inventory data does not include the address field at the specified level, trigger the first generation module 14 to perform the steps of generating the first similarity according to the address field at the specified level and generating the second similarity according to the address field at the level higher than the specified level.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 16 specifically includes: a first judgment sub-module 161, a second judgment sub-module 162, and a transmission sub-module 163. As shown in fig. 4:
the first determining sub-module 161 is configured to determine whether the first similarity is greater than or equal to a first threshold, or is greater than or equal to a second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, or is smaller than the second threshold.
The second determining submodule 162 is configured to determine whether the second similarity is greater than or equal to a third threshold value if the first determining submodule 161 determines that the first similarity is greater than or equal to the second threshold value and smaller than the first threshold value.
The first sending submodule 163 is configured to send the user order to the installer client if the first judging submodule 161 judges that the first similarity is greater than or equal to the first threshold; if the second judgment sub-module 162 judges that the second similarity is greater than or equal to the third threshold, sending the user order to the installer client; if the second judgment sub-module 162 judges that the second similarity is smaller than the third threshold, the user order is saved; if the first judging sub-module 161 judges that the first similarity is smaller than the second threshold, the user order is saved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first generating module 14 specifically includes: a first calculation submodule 141 and a second calculation submodule 142.

An extracting module 18, configured to extract a set number of address characters from the address fields of the multiple levels;
the second query module 19 queries whether the historical stock data includes a continuous set number of address characters, and if the historical stock data does not include the continuous set number of address characters, triggers the second generation module 15 to execute the step of processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 16 further includes: an extraction submodule 164, a third decision module 165 and a fourth decision submodule 166. As shown in fig. 4:
an extraction sub-module 164 for extracting a specified multiple of a set number of consecutive address characters from the plurality of levels of address fields; the continuous set number of address characters is the same as the specified multiple of continuous set number of address characters minus 1 character at most;
a third determining submodule 165, configured to determine whether the third similarity is greater than or equal to the first threshold, or is greater than or equal to the second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, or is smaller than the second threshold;
a fourth determining submodule 166, configured to determine, by the third determining submodule 165, whether the third similarity is greater than or equal to the second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, whether the fourth similarity is greater than or equal to the third threshold;
the sending submodule 163 is further configured to send the user order to the installer client if the third similarity determined by the third determining submodule 165 is greater than or equal to the first threshold; if the fourth judgment submodule 166 judges that the fourth similarity is greater than or equal to the third threshold, the user order is sent to the installer client; if the fourth judging submodule 166 judges that the four similarities are smaller than the third threshold, the user order is saved; if the third determining sub-module 165 determines that the third similarity is smaller than the second threshold, the user order is saved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second generating module 15 specifically includes: a third computation submodule 151 and a fourth computation submodule 152.

In the technical scheme of the user order processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the address data of a user order is divided into a plurality of levels of address fields by obtaining the address data of the user order, a first similarity is generated according to the address fields of the specified level and a second similarity is generated according to the address fields of the previous level of the specified level according to the result of judging whether the address fields of the plurality of levels comprise the address fields of the specified level, and the user order is processed according to the first similarity and the second similarity; or calculating a third similarity and a fourth similarity according to the address fields of the multiple levels, and processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity, so that the retrieval efficiency of the address data is improved, the order placement by the user is facilitated, and the processing efficiency of the user order is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, where each step of the embodiment of the user order processing method is executed by controlling a device where the storage medium is located when the program runs, and an embodiment of the user order processing method that can be applied to a case is specifically described.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a server, including a memory and a processor, where the memory is used to store information including program instructions, and the processor is used to control execution of the program instructions, and the program instructions are loaded and executed by the processor to implement the steps of the user order processing method. Embodiments of the user order processing method described above are described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the server 1 of this embodiment includes: the processor 21, the memory 22, and the computer program 23 stored in the memory 22 and capable of running on the processor 21, where the computer program 23 when executed by the processor 21 implements the method applied to the user order processing in the embodiment, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated herein. Alternatively, the computer program is executed by the processor 21 to implement the functions of the models/units applied to the user order processing apparatus in the embodiment, which are not described herein again to avoid redundancy.
The server 1 includes, but is not limited to, a processor 21, a memory 22. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 4 is merely an example of the server 1 and does not constitute a limitation of the server 1 and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine certain components, or different components, e.g., the server 1 may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 21 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 22 may be an internal storage unit of the server 1, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 1. The memory 22 may also be an external storage device of the server 1, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the server 1, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 22 may also include both an internal storage unit of the server 1 and an external storage device. The memory 22 is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the server 1. The memory 22 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a Processor (Processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A method for processing a user order, the method comprising:
acquiring address data of a user order;
dividing address data of a user order into a plurality of levels of address fields;
judging whether the address fields of the multiple levels comprise address fields of a specified level or not;
if the address fields of the multiple levels comprise the address fields of the appointed level, generating a first similarity according to the address fields of the appointed level and generating a second similarity according to the address fields of the last level of the appointed level, and processing the user order according to the first similarity and the second similarity;
and if the address fields of the multiple levels do not comprise the address fields of the appointed level, calculating a third similarity and a fourth similarity according to the address fields of the multiple levels, and processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity.
2. The method of processing a user order according to claim 1, wherein generating the first similarity according to the address field of the designated level and generating the second similarity according to the address field of the previous level of the designated level further comprises:
inquiring whether the historical stock data comprises an address field of a specified level;
and if the historical stock data does not comprise the address field of the specified level, executing the steps of generating the first similarity according to the address field of the specified level and generating the second similarity according to the address field of the previous level of the specified level.
3. The user order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said processing the user order according to the first similarity and the second similarity comprises:
judging whether the first similarity is greater than or equal to a first threshold or greater than or equal to a second threshold and smaller than the first threshold or smaller than the second threshold;
if the first similarity is judged to be larger than or equal to a first threshold value, the user order is sent to an installer client;
if the first similarity is judged to be greater than or equal to a second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, judging whether the second similarity is greater than or equal to a third threshold;
if the second similarity is judged to be larger than or equal to a third threshold value, the user order is sent to an installer client;
if the second similarity is smaller than a third threshold value, the user order is saved;
and if the first similarity is smaller than a second threshold value, saving the user order.
4. The user order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said generating a first similarity according to the address field of the specified level comprises:
acquiring an address field of a specified level, wherein the address field of the specified level comprises address characters of the specified level;
calculating the number of characters of the address characters of the specified level, which is the same as the number of characters of the address characters of the corresponding level in each historical stock data;
according to formula Ai=Xi/YiCalculating a first address similarity, X, corresponding to each historical inventory dataiFor the same number of characters as the address characters of the corresponding level in each historical stock data, YiThe number of address characters of the corresponding level in each historical stock data;
selecting the maximum address similarity from the corresponding first address similarities of the plurality of historical stock data as the first similarity;
the generating of the second similarity according to the address field of the previous level of the specified level includes:
acquiring an address field of an upper level of a specified level; the address field of the previous level of the specified level comprises an address character of the previous level of the specified level;
calculating the number of characters of the address character of the upper level of the specified level and the number of characters of the address character of the corresponding level in each historical stock data;
according to formula Bi=Mi/NiCalculating a second address similarity, M, corresponding to each of the historical stock dataiFor the same number of characters as the address characters of the corresponding level in each historical stock data, NiThe number of address characters of the corresponding level in each historical stock data;
and selecting the maximum address similarity from the corresponding second address similarities of the plurality of historical stock data as the second similarity.
5. The method of processing a user order according to claim 1, wherein calculating a third similarity and a fourth similarity according to the address fields of the plurality of levels further comprises:
extracting a set number of address characters from the address fields of the plurality of levels;
inquiring whether the historical stock data comprises a continuous set number of address characters;
and if the historical stock data does not comprise the continuous set number of address characters, executing the step of processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity.
6. The user order processing method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein said processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity comprises:
extracting a specified multiple of a set number of consecutive address characters from the plurality of levels of address fields; the continuous set number of address characters is the same as the specified multiple of continuous set number of address characters minus 1 character at most;
generating a third similarity according to the continuous set number of address characters of the specified multiple;
generating a fourth similarity according to the continuous set number of address characters;
judging whether the third similarity is greater than or equal to a first threshold value or is greater than or equal to a second threshold value and smaller than the first threshold value or is smaller than the second threshold value;
if the third similarity is judged to be larger than or equal to a first threshold value, the user order is sent to an installer client;
if the third similarity is judged to be greater than or equal to the second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, judging whether the fourth similarity is greater than or equal to the third threshold;
if the fourth similarity is judged to be larger than or equal to a third threshold value, the user order is sent to an installer client;
if the four similarity degrees are judged to be smaller than a third threshold value, the user order is saved;
and if the third similarity is smaller than a second threshold value, storing the user order.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein generating a third similarity from a specified multiple of a consecutive set number of address characters comprises:
calculating the number of the characters of which the address characters are the same as the address characters in each historical stock data in the specified multiple and the number of the address characters in the specified multiple;
according to formula A1i=X1i/Y1iCalculating a third address similarity to each historical inventory data, X1iFor the same number of characters as the address character in each historical stock data, Y1iThe number of address characters in each historical stock data;
selecting the maximum address similarity from the third address similarities of the plurality of historical stock data as the third similarity;
the generating a fourth similarity according to the continuous set number of address characters includes:
calculating the number of the continuous address characters with the set number and the number of the characters with the same address characters in each historical stock data;
according to formula B1i=M1i/N1iCalculating a fourth address similarity to each historical inventory data, M1iFor the same number of characters as the address character in each historical inventory data, N1iThe number of address characters in each historical stock data;
and selecting the maximum address similarity from the fourth address similarities of the plurality of historical stock data as the fourth similarity.
8. A user order processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring address data of a user order;
the dividing module is used for dividing the address data of the user order into a plurality of levels of address fields;
the judging module is used for judging whether the address fields of the multiple levels comprise the address fields of the appointed level or not;
the first generating module is used for generating a first similarity according to the address field of the specified level and generating a second similarity according to the address field of the previous level of the specified level if the judging module judges that the address fields of the multiple levels comprise the address field of the specified level;
the second generating module is used for calculating a third similarity and a fourth similarity according to the address fields of the multiple levels if the judging module judges that the address fields of the multiple levels do not comprise the address fields of the appointed level;
and the processing module is used for processing the user order according to the first similarity and the second similarity and processing the user order according to the third similarity and the fourth similarity.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the user order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A server comprising a memory for storing information including program instructions and a processor for controlling the execution of the program instructions, characterized in that the program instructions are loaded and executed by the processor to implement the steps of the user order processing method of any of claims 1 to 7.
