Claims (5)

1. A method for project supervision, applied to a project management platform, characterized in that the method for project supervision comprises:
the method comprises the steps of configuring identification information of each participating party company in each stage of overall process project management and operation authority corresponding to each participating party company, wherein the identification information of each participating party company at least comprises the following steps: the operation authority comprises construction party identification information, supervision party identification information, reconnaissance party identification information and design party identification information: viewing rights and modifying rights;
editing an A-stage main plan and an A-stage personal expansion plan, and pushing personal work tasks at a time point corresponding to the plan to a mobile phone terminal according to the A-stage main plan and the A-stage personal expansion plan; the phase a is any one of a number of phases; the main schedule is an engineering schedule corresponding to the A phase and comprises a plurality of planning nodes and a planning time range of the planning nodes; the personal expansion plan comprises personal work tasks created under the A-stage main plan;
setting names and planning time ranges of milestone nodes; the milestone node is one node or a plurality of nodes of the plurality of planning nodes in the main plan;
displaying the comparison of the actual progress and the planned progress; the actual progress comprises actual completion conditions of the plurality of planning nodes; the plan progress comprises plan completion conditions of the plurality of plan nodes;
editing the personal work task and creating a new personal work task; the personal work tasks comprise a work package task and a common task; the work package tasks comprise quality inspection, safety civilization construction inspection, inspection batch acceptance, safety acceptance, side station, reporting and actual measurement tasks; the common task is a task without a standard check item;
editing a preset work item template according to national building construction quality safety standards, wherein the preset work item template comprises witness contents, control points, sample graphs, sample videos, detection zone types, the number of detection zones and the number of in-group detection points;
the method is characterized in that the identification information of each participating party company in each stage of the whole process project management is configured, and the operation authority corresponding to each participating party company specifically comprises the following steps:
configuring the checking authority of the constructor identification information in the decision stage;
configuring the checking authority of the constructor identification information in the reconnaissance design stage;
configuring the checking authority of the constructor identification information in the bidding stage;
configuring the checking authority of the construction party identification information in the construction stage;
configuring the checking authority of the construction party identification information in the completion acceptance stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the reconnaissance party identification information in the reconnaissance design stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the designer identification information in the reconnaissance design stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the construction party identification information in the construction stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the construction party identification information in the completion acceptance stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the supervision party identification information in the construction stage;
configuring the checking authority and the modifying authority of the supervision party identification information in the completion acceptance stage;
editing an A-stage main plan and an A-stage personal expansion plan, and pushing personal work tasks of a time point corresponding to the plan to a mobile phone end according to the A-stage main plan and the A-stage personal expansion plan, wherein the personal work tasks comprise the following steps:
the Project early work progress plan corresponding to the decision stage is imported from the external Project or is built in the system directly;
from the leading-in external Project, the corresponding investigation design work progress plan of the investigation design stage or the direct self-building in the system of the investigation design work progress plan of the investigation design stage;
from importing the external Project, the bidding work plan corresponding to the bidding stage or directly building the bidding work plan corresponding to the bidding stage in the system;
the construction total progress plan corresponding to the construction stage is self-built from the imported external Project or directly in the system;
the completion acceptance work plans corresponding to the completion acceptance stage are self-built from the input external Project or directly in the system;
the editing the personal work task and creating a new personal work task specifically comprises:
filling a preset work item template of the work package task in a mobile phone terminal;
displaying detailed information and reports of the personal work task, wherein the detailed information comprises witness contents, control points, sample graphs, sample videos, detection zone types, detection zone numbers and intra-group measurement points, and the reports are obtained by filling stored data and conclusions of the personal work task at a mobile phone end;
according to the type, the category, the state and the executive personal information, the personal work tasks are displayed in a list manner, and screening and searching according to the information are supported;
and displaying the statistical result of the number of personal work tasks born by each participating party company and departments thereof.
2. The method of project supervision according to claim 1, wherein the editing the personal work task and creating a new personal work task specifically comprises further specifically for:
displaying actual measurement data of the actual measurement point of the historical task, displaying a two-dimensional DWG drawing and a three-dimensional BIM model, and recording the actual measurement data of the actual measurement point in the BIM model.
3. The method of project supervision according to claim 2, wherein the comparison of the actual progress and the planned progress comprises:
when the Gantt chart progress mode is selected to be adopted, progress display is carried out from Gantt chart dimensions;
when the model progress display mode is selected to be adopted, displaying the actual model components and the plan model components at corresponding time points according to a time axis based on the BIM model.
4. A method of project supervision as claimed in claim 3, wherein the setting of the names and planning time ranges of milestone nodes specifically comprises:
with the completion of the master planning node, the state of the node is updated in real time to be any one of completed, neutralized and completed.
5. The method of project supervision according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the method of project supervision further comprises:
identity authentication is carried out on user account information of the method for logging in the project supervision;
auditing a registration application of a user;
setting a performance integral value corresponding to each task;
managing personal data, corporate data, project data, and task data;
binding a two-dimensional design and construction drawing in the system and a three-dimensional BIM model with a unit project;
and automatically generating a supervision log, a daily report, a side station inspection report, an actual measurement report and an engineering acceptance report according to the personal work task and the national construction quality safety standard.
