Referring to FIG. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of an online document processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The online document processing method may be applied to a server. The online document processing method as shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
in step 101, in response to detecting a first request for an online document, a first control identification is obtained from the first request.
Here, the first request is issued in response to a user triggering a first control, the control identification corresponding to the control.
An online document is understood herein to mean a document that multiple users can browse through at the same time and that they can do some specific processing (e.g., annotating the document, adding a line of content to the document, etc.).
And 102, searching whether the pre-stored corresponding relation information comprises a first control identification.
Here, the pre-storing the correspondence includes: and the control identification and the corresponding relation of the operation content.
Step 103, determining a processing mode for the first request based on the search result.
In steps 101 to 103, after acquiring the first request, the server does not need to determine the user triggering the first control, but only needs to acquire the first control identifier corresponding to the first request, then searches whether the first control identifier is included according to the pre-stored correspondence information, and then determines whether to respond to the first request according to the search result. That is, who the user who can send the first request is can be done without relation, which increases the number of users who can process the document.
In some embodiments, when a user needs to perform a specific process on an online document, some preset controls on the online document may be triggered. Each control may correspond to a specific function (e.g., delete control, delete function corresponding to document, add control, and enhance function corresponding to document), and the user may perform a trigger operation (click operation, double click operation, etc.) on the controls to implement the corresponding function.
For example: when a user clicks a delete control provided within the document, some of the content of the online document may be deleted. For another example, a sending control may be set for the online document, and after the user finishes reading the online document or performs some specific operations on the online document (for example, the online document is a resume template, and when the user finishes filling in a blank area on the resume), a triggering operation may be performed on the sending control, so that the online document may be sent to a specific mailbox. Of course, there are many types of controls provided for online documents, and the specific types of controls are not limited herein, and are merely illustrative for understanding the ideas provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, when a user performs a trigger operation on a first control on an online document, a first request may be sent to the server, and since the number of controls on the online document may be large, the first request may include a first control identifier corresponding to the first control. The control identifier may correspond to the control, that is, the server may determine, through the first control identifier, the first control corresponding to the first request.
In some embodiments, the control and the control identifier may be in a one-to-one correspondence, and the pre-stored correspondence information may include a correspondence between the control identifier and the operation content, that is, the operation content corresponding to each operation control on the online document may be obtained by pre-storing the correspondence information.
In some embodiments, the pre-stored correspondence information may be recorded in a table form, that is, the table records the operation content corresponding to each control identifier, or an obtaining manner of the control content (for example, a call interface of the operation content is recorded, and when the operation content needs to be obtained, the operation content only needs to be called according to the call interface of the operation content).
In some embodiments, logic may be included in the operational content to indicate that the operational control needs to be executed. If a certain operation control is a deletion control, the operation content corresponding to the operation control may include: information indicating a specific deletion position. If a certain online document comprises ten lines of content, a deletion control is arranged on the online document, and the operation content of the deletion control records: when the delete control is triggered, the contents of that row are specifically deleted. Such as: it may be recorded that the last line of the online document is deleted when the delete control is triggered. That is, it can be understood that the logic performed by the control can be determined by the content of the operation.
In some embodiments, since the first control identification in the first request may be erroneous, that is, it may be understood that: the identifier of the first control at this time is not the identifier corresponding to the first control (which may be modified by a lawbreaker). And when the first control identification does not exist in the pre-stored corresponding relation information, the first request at the moment can be represented as a forged request. Correspondingly, when the first control identification exists in the pre-stored corresponding relation, the first request can be represented as a fake request, and at the moment, the first request can be responded.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the user triggers the first control, the first request is sent, the server only obtains the first control identifier from the first request, then searches whether the first control identifier exists in the pre-stored correspondence information, and determines a processing manner for the first request according to a search result. That is, after the first request is obtained, the server does not need to determine the user triggering the first control, only needs to obtain the first control identifier corresponding to the first request, and then can obtain the operation content corresponding to the first control according to the pre-stored correspondence information. In other words, in the process, the processing mode of the first request can be determined only according to the first control identification, and the specific request type, the specific request operation, the trigger of the request and the like of the first request do not need to be determined, so that the phenomenon that the first control is changed can be avoided; the number of users who can process the online document can be increased while the security of the online document is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, step 103 (determining a processing manner of the first request based on the search result) may include step 1031 and step 1032.
And step 1031, responding to the first request in response to the fact that the pre-stored correspondence information includes the first control identification, and determining first operation content corresponding to the first control identification according to the pre-stored correspondence information.
In some embodiments, when the pre-stored correspondence information includes the first control identifier, the first control identifier may be represented, and at this time, the first control may not be changed, so that the first operation content that the first control needs to execute (that is, the first operation content corresponding to the first control identifier) is determined only by pre-storing the correspondence information; and step 1032 is performed.
And 1032, processing the online document according to the first operation content.
In some embodiments, step 103 (determining a processing manner of the first request based on the search result) may include:
and generating prompt information in response to the fact that the first control identification is not included in the pre-stored corresponding relation information.
In some embodiments, the prompt information may be used to prompt a creator of the online document, or an editor of the first control. When the pre-stored correspondence information does not include the first control identifier, it can be represented that the first control may be changed at this time, that is, there may be a control that does not send a molecule to forge an online document. When the creator of the online document or the editor of the first control receives the prompt message, the online document can be quickly processed (protected), so that the security of the online document can be increased.
In some embodiments, the first control identifier may be a deletion control identifier, and step 1032 (processing the online document according to the first operation content) may specifically include:
and determining a deletion area of the online document indicated by the first operation content, and deleting the content in the deletion area.
In some embodiments, the operation content corresponding to the first control is first operation content, and the first operation content may indicate a deletion area in the online document. For example, if the last character of the online document is defined as a deletion area, then when the first control is triggered, the last character in the online document is deleted.
In some embodiments, the deletion area may be set according to actual needs, and the deletion area in the online document is not limited herein, but only needs to be set reasonably according to actual situations. For example, the deletion area may be a certain character in the online document, may be a certain piece of text in the online document, a certain drawing in the online document, and so on.
In some embodiments, the first control identifier is a sending control identifier, and step 1032 (processing the online document according to the first operation content) may further include:
and determining a target address indicated by the first operation content, and sending the online document to at least the target address.
In some embodiments, the online document may be a resume filling template, and when the user fills in the resume, the resume may be sent to a target address (e.g., a company's mailbox, a recruiter talent library, etc.) by triggering the first control.
Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, a control may be added to an online document through steps 301-303.
Step 301, in response to detecting a second request for the online document, obtaining a second user identifier and second operation content from the second request.
Here, the second request is issued in response to the user performing a second triggering operation on the online document.
In some embodiments, when the server receives the second request, it may be characterized that at this point the user may need to add some controls to the online document to enrich the functionality of the online document. For example: the method comprises the steps that a praise control is added to an online document, and after a user reads the online document, if the user feels that the content recorded in the online document is good, the praise control can be performed on the online document, namely, the praise control can be triggered.
In some embodiments, when each user can add a control to the online document, the online document may include many controls, and the content recorded in the online document may be corrupted. Therefore, in order to reasonably protect the online document, part of users can be set to add controls to the online document. Such as: it may be set that only users having editing rights to the online document may add controls to the online document. Therefore, the second request may include second user identifiers, each user has a specific user identifier, that is, it may be determined, through the user identifier, whether the user has an editing right for the online document (that is, it may be determined, through the user identifier, whether the user may add a control to the online document).
In some embodiments, each control has a corresponding function, and the second operation content can be used for recording the function which the control should have. Therefore, after the second request is acquired, the second operation content can also be acquired from the second request.
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B in combination, in some embodiments, the second trigger operation is a preset operation, for example, when the user browses the online document, the user clicks a certain position of the display interface (as shown in fig. 4A), a control set list may appear on the display interface, and may include a control a, a control B, and a control C (as shown in fig. 4B), some controls and functions corresponding to the controls may be pre-stored in the control set list, and the user only needs to select a certain control in the control set list, which may be determined as the second control, for example, when the user may select the control B as the second control, that is, it may be determined that the control B needs to be added to the online document at this time. And the process of the user selecting the control (i.e., the process from fig. 4A to fig. 4B) can be understood as the second trigger operation.
It should be noted that, here, the example is given by browsing the online document on the mobile phone, in a specific embodiment, the user may also browse the online document through a computer, a tablet and other devices, that is, there are many terminal devices that can browse the online document, which is not limited herein, and when different terminal devices are used to browse the online document, the corresponding second trigger operations may be different. Such as: when the online document is browsed through the computer, a user can click a right mouse button to display a control set list, and then controls in the control set list are used as second controls. That is, in this embodiment, the specific type of the second trigger operation is not limited, and only needs to be set appropriately according to the actual situation.
In some embodiments, the user may also define the functionality of the control by himself, and not necessarily select a control from the list of control sets. And at this time, the process of defining the function of the control by the user can be called as a second trigger operation.
Step 302, determining whether to add a second control to the online document according to the second user identifier.
In some embodiments, since not every user may add a control to the online document, it may be determined whether the user has editing rights to the online document based on the second user identification.
In some embodiments, a first identifier cluster may be established for a user identifier corresponding to a user with an editing right, and further, it may be determined whether the user corresponding to a second user identifier has an editing right on the online document by determining whether the second user identifier is an element in the first identifier set. When the second user identifier is determined to be an element in the first identifier set, it may be determined that the user has editing rights to the online document, that is, the second control may be added to the online document. When the second user identifier is determined not to be an element in the first identifier set in response to determining, it may be characterized that the user corresponding to the second user identifier does not have the editing right for the online document, and may only have the reading right for the online document. Therefore, at this point, the second control is not added to the online document.
Step 303, in response to determining that the second control is added to the online document, generating a second control identifier, and correspondingly storing the second control identifier and the second operation content in the pre-stored correspondence information.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the second control is added to the online document, the second control identifier may be generated, and the second operation content and the second control identifier may be stored in the pre-stored correspondence information in a corresponding manner, that is, the function of the second control cannot be changed. When the user triggers the second control, the server acquires the second operation content corresponding to the second control from the pre-stored corresponding relation, so that the behavior of forging the control (changing the function of the control) can be effectively avoided.
In some embodiments, the pre-stored correspondence information may further include a second identification set corresponding to the second control identification, and in the second identification set, a user corresponding to the user identification in the second identification set may trigger the second control (or it may be understood that the user corresponding to the user identification in the second identification set may only show the second control when browsing the online document). For example, the online document is a resume template, and a sending control may be added to the resume template, that is, after the job seeker fills up the resume, the job seeker may click the sending control to send the resume to a specific mailbox. While the interviewer may not display the send control or the interviewer may not click the send control when viewing the resume template. That is, by creating the second identifier set for the second control, the number of users who send requests by triggering the second control can be reduced, and since the user identifiers are limited (that is, the users who can send requests are limited), the online document and the second button can be better protected.
Referring to FIG. 5, in some embodiments, a user may want to delete certain controls in an online document, which may be accomplished through steps 501-503.
Step 501, in response to detecting a third request for the online document, a third user identifier and a third control identifier are obtained from the third request.
Here, the third request is issued in response to a third trigger operation of the third control by the user.
In some embodiments, when the server receives the third request, it may then characterize that the user may want to delete a certain control in the online document at that time. And the control which needs to be deleted specifically can be determined by acquiring the third control identification in the third request. Such as: the online document includes: deleting a control, adding a control and sending the control; if the third control identifier is the identifier corresponding to the sending control, it may be characterized that the user wants to delete the sending control at this time.
In some embodiments, to avoid malicious deletion of controls in the online document, users who can issue the third request may be restricted, i.e., so that some users may issue the third request and some users may not. Such as: an editor of the online document may be set and a third request may be made for the online document.
Step 502, determining whether to delete the third control according to the third user identifier.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the third user identifies that the corresponding user is an editor of the online document, it may be determined that the user has permission to delete the third control. That is, it may be appreciated that when it is determined that the third user identification is an element in the first set of identifications, it may be determined to delete the third control. When it is determined that the third control is deleted, step 403 may be performed.
Step 503, in response to determining to delete the third control, correspondingly deleting the third control identifier and the information corresponding to the third control identifier in the pre-stored correspondence information.
In some embodiments, after determining that the user can delete the third control, the information about the third control in the correspondence information (the third control identification is deleted and the information corresponding to the third control identification is deleted) may be transmitted.
With further reference to FIG. 6, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an online document processing apparatus, which corresponds to the embodiment of the online document processing method shown in FIG. 1, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
