In one embodiment, the top rod 802 is disposed on the base 30, the base 30 is provided with a mounting hole 306 for the top rod 802 to be inserted and extended, and each positioning groove 801 is disposed on the adjustment limiting member 60, when the grinding gap needs to be adjusted, the top rod 802 is firstly retracted into the mounting hole 306 to make the top rod 802 come out of the positioning groove 801, at this time, the adjustment limiting member 60 can rotate and drive the movable adjusting member 40 and the second grinding head 50 to rotate together, and when the grinding gap reaches a desired size, the top rod 802 is then extended out and inserted into the positioning groove 801 corresponding to the top rod 802. After the insertion, the adjustment limiting member 60 is relatively fixed to the seat body 30 and cannot rotate continuously, so that the grinding gap is stable and does not change. When adjustment is needed again, the top rod 802 needs to be pulled out of the positioning groove 801 again.
In another embodiment, the top rod 802 is disposed on the adjustment limiting member 60, the adjustment limiting member 60 is disposed with a mounting hole 306 for the top rod 802 to insert and extend, and each positioning groove 801 is disposed on the base 30, when the grinding gap needs to be adjusted, the top rod 802 retracts into the mounting hole 306 to make the top rod 802 get out of the positioning groove 801, at this time, the adjustment limiting member 60 can rotate and drive the movable adjusting member 40 and the second grinding head 50 to rotate together, when the grinding gap reaches a desired size, the top rod 802 extends out and is inserted into the current positioning groove 801 corresponding thereto, after insertion, the adjustment limiting member 60 and the base 30 are relatively fixed and cannot rotate continuously, thereby achieving the stability of the grinding gap without any change. When adjustment is needed again, the top rod 802 needs to be pulled out of the positioning groove 801 again.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the locking mechanism 80 further includes an elastic member 803 for pushing the top rod 802 toward the direction of the positioning groove 801, the positioning groove 801 is a spherical groove, and one end of the top rod 802 inserted into the positioning groove 801 is a rounded end portion 8021 adapted to the spherical groove. The elastic member 803 is specifically located in the mounting hole 306 for the top bar 802 to extend and retract, one end of the elastic member abuts against the bottom of the mounting hole 306, a circle of raised rings are arranged on the top bar 802, and the other end of the elastic member 803 abuts against the raised rings, so that the trend of pushing the top bar 802 outwards is maintained. The elastic member 803 is a spring fitted on the top bar 802, and may be an elastic rubber pad in the mounting hole 306. The arrangement of the smooth end 8021 of the top rod 802 and the spherical groove enables the spherical groove to overcome the elasticity of the elastic member 803 more easily through the spherical surface to press down the top rod 802 to enable the smooth end 8021 of the top rod 802 to be separated from the spherical groove when the adjusting and limiting member 60 is subjected to the rotating torsion, and the adjusting and limiting member 60 can be rotated to change the grinding gap after the separation; when the adjustment limiting member 60 rotates to another spherical groove, the ejector rod 802 is inserted into the spherical groove again under the elastic force of the elastic member 803 to achieve fixation, and if the grinding gap does not meet the requirement, the ejector rod 802 can continue to rotate, so that the ejector rod 802 is disengaged from the spherical groove again to continue to adjust the grinding gap. Under the design, a user can easily adjust the grinding gap by twisting the adjusting limiting piece 60, and the adjusted ejector rod 802 can automatically fix the adjusting limiting piece 60 under the action of the elastic piece 803, so that the grinding gap is ensured not to be changed, and the grinding machine is more convenient.
The connection of the second grinding wheel 50 to the movable adjustment member 40 will be explained as follows: referring to fig. 7 and 9, the movement adjusting member 40 is provided with a receiving groove 403, and the second grinding wheel 50 is fixed in the receiving groove 403. The second grinding stones 50, fixed in the receiving grooves 403, are moved together with the movement adjusting members 40 to change the gaps between the first grinding stones 10 and the second grinding stones, thereby changing the grinding gaps. Specifically, the movable adjusting member 40 is also provided with a through hole for passing the output shaft 201 of the drive mechanism 20, and the second grinding stones 50 are also provided with a through hole for passing the output shaft 201.

the grinding device further comprises a thread limiting piece 404, wherein the thread limiting piece 404 is fixedly connected with the notch of the accommodating groove 403 through threads, so that the second grinding head 50 is clamped and fixed in the accommodating groove. The circumferential fixation between the second grinding head 50 and the movable adjusting piece 40 is realized through the matching of the rotation limiting convex strip 4031 and the rotation limiting clamping groove 501, so that when the movable adjusting piece 40 rotates, the second grinding head 50 rotates along with the movable adjusting piece 40; the second grinding head 50 and the movable adjusting member 40 are limited along the axial direction by the groove bottoms of the thread limiting piece 404 and the accommodating groove 403, so that the second grinding head 50 and the movable adjusting member 40 are fixed in the axial direction. Specifically, the inner wall of the receiving groove 403 is provided with an internal thread at an end away from the bottom of the groove, the thread limiting member 404 is annular, and an external thread is provided on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and the second grinding head 50 is fixed in the receiving groove 403 by the internal thread and the external thread being matched and fixed.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9 to 11, the grinding apparatus of the present invention further includes a housing 90 enclosing the first grinding head 10 and the second grinding head 50 to separate the first grinding head 10 and the second grinding head 50 from the outside, in order to prevent a situation where a person is injured during grinding. The cover 90 may be fixedly connected to the base 30, or may be fixedly connected to the thread-limiting member 404. Preferably, the cover 90 is fixedly connected to the thread stop 404. More preferably, the housing 90 is integrally formed with the thread stop 404 so that the housing 90 is installed when the second grinding wheel 50 is clamped.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9 to 11, in the present invention, the first grinding head 10 and the second grinding head 50 are both located below the base 30 during grinding, so the cover 90 is also located below the base 30 to cover the two grinding heads, one end of the cover 90 away from the base 30 is provided with a powder outlet 901, that is, the bottom of the cover 90 is provided with the powder outlet 901, the powder generated after grinding falls under the action of gravity and is finally discharged from the powder outlet 901, and a user can place a cup below the powder outlet 901 to receive the fallen powder. In other words, the cover 90 can also play a role of collecting powder to prevent the powder from flying apart, in addition to a protective role.
Further, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 9 to fig. 11, one end of the cover 90 away from the seat 30 is provided with a powder guiding inclined plane 902, and the powder outlet 901 is located at a lower end of the powder guiding inclined plane 902. The powder guiding inclined plane 902 is inclined, and when powder falls on the powder guiding inclined plane 902, the powder slides down along the powder guiding inclined plane 902 and is finally discharged from the powder outlet 901 below the powder guiding inclined plane 902. That is, the powder guiding inclined plane 902 further plays a role in collecting powder, thereby facilitating the discharge of the powder and avoiding the powder from accumulating in the cover body 90 and being difficult to clean.
In addition, the grinding device of the present invention further includes a storage bin 100 for accommodating grinding raw materials, referring to fig. 1, 6, 8 and 10, the storage bin 100 is disposed on the seat 30, during the grinding process, the storage bin 100 is located above the grinding gap, and the seat 30 is provided with a feeding channel 307 for communicating the storage bin 100 with the grinding gap. The ground material may be coffee beans or other material to be ground. The grinding raw material is loaded in the storage bin 100, and when grinding is performed, the grinding raw material enters the grinding gap along the feeding channel 307 under the action of gravity without being manually fed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 6, 8 and 10, the upper end of the storage bin 100 is a material inlet 1001, and the storage bin 100 further includes a bin cover 1002 for closing the material inlet 1001, so as to prevent external foreign matters from entering the storage bin 100. In the present invention, the storage bin 100 and the seat 30 are fixed together, preferably, they are connected together to form a whole.
The first grinding stones 10 and the second grinding stones 50 are arranged one above the other, and the first grinding stones 10 may be positioned above the second grinding stones 50 or may be positioned below the second grinding stones 50, depending on the specific forms of the first grinding stones 10 and the second grinding stones 50. In the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2, 9 to 11, preferably, the first grinding head 10 is a tapered grinding toothed disc, the second grinding head 50 is a circular toothed disc matched with the tapered grinding toothed disc, an output shaft 201 of the driving mechanism 20 passes through the second grinding head 50, the first grinding head 10 is located at a distal end of the output shaft 201, and when grinding is performed, the first grinding head 10 is located below the second grinding head 50.
In one embodiment, the driving mechanism 20 is a motor, and the grinding apparatus further comprises a control device for controlling the start and stop of the motor, and a power supply portion for supplying power to the motor and the control device. The working state of the motor is controlled by the control device so as to control the starting and stopping of the grinding. Specifically, the power supply portion includes a storage battery 203 and a charging interface 2031 for charging the storage battery 203, and the storage battery 203 may be a rechargeable lithium battery. The storage battery 203 is arranged, so that the portable grinding device can be conveniently carried, whether a power supply exists in a use place or not is not required to be considered, and the storage battery 203 can be charged through the charging interface 2031. The control device comprises a control circuit board 204 and a control switch 205, and the control switch 205 can be arranged on the outer surface of the storage bin 100 and is arranged in a button type, and a user can start the motor or stop the motor by pressing the button. In addition, an inner housing 209 is provided to cover the driving mechanism 20, the control circuit board 204 and the battery 203 integrally, and then installed in the storage bin 100, and the upper end of the inner housing 209 is an inclined surface to facilitate the coffee beans in the storage bin 100 to slide down.
The first grinding head 10 and the second grinding head 50 of the present invention are independently detachable, and since the motor of the present invention is controlled by a button, there is a possibility that the button is pressed to start grinding during the detachment to cause injury to a user. To avoid this, referring to fig. 4 and 10, the driving mechanism further includes a longitudinally disposed guide tube 206, a trigger switch 207 disposed adjacent to a lower end of the guide tube 206, and a trigger member 208 movably disposed up and down within the guide tube 206; the trigger switch 207 is electrically connected with the control circuit board 204 and is used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the circuit of the control circuit board 204; when the trigger element 208 is located at an end of the conduit 206 adjacent to the trigger switch 207, the trigger switch 207 is triggered to complete the circuit.
In the invention, the storage bin 100 is arranged at the upper part during grinding, the first grinding head 10 and the second grinding head 50 are arranged at the lower part during grinding, and by arranging the trigger switch 207, the trigger element 208 is positioned at the lower end of the conduit 206 under the action of gravity during normal grinding (the lower end is adjacent to the trigger switch 207 at the moment), and at the moment, the trigger element 208 enables the trigger switch 207 to be communicated with a circuit, so that the driving mechanism 20 can normally rotate. the adjusting limiting part is provided with a limiting part which is matched with the first blocking part for limiting; the adjusting limiting part and the moving adjusting part are detachably and fixedly connected so that the adjusting limiting part and the moving adjusting part can be adjusted in position at the same time, and therefore the limiting part is driven to be close to or far away from the first blocking part; when the limiting part approaches to the first blocking part, the grinding gap is reduced; when the limiting part is blocked by the first blocking part, the grinding gap is the minimum value.
