Background
The server is used as a core component of the equipment, and the requirement on stability is very strict, because once the server fails, the whole equipment cannot operate normally. In the prior art, a plurality of trays are arranged in a server cabinet for bearing servers. the rotating connecting part is provided with an opening and closing adjusting groove, the opening and closing adjusting groove is provided with a locking positioning part, an unlocking positioning part and a folding positioning part, the rotating matching piece is abutted to or separated from the locking positioning part, the rotating matching piece is abutted to or separated from the unlocking positioning part, and the rotating matching piece is abutted to or separated from the folding positioning part.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of the retractable tray mechanisms 30 are disposed in the receiving cavity 40 at equal intervals. In this embodiment, the number of the opening and closing tray mechanisms 30 is five, but the number of the opening and closing tray mechanisms 30 is not limited to five, and the number of the opening and closing tray mechanisms 30 may be increased or decreased as needed.

As shown in fig. 5, in particular, the server cabinet 10 having the opening-closing tray structure further includes a linkage spur rack 50, and the linkage spur rack 50 is connected to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 40. The operation principle of the server cabinet 10 with the open-close tray structure is described below (please refer to fig. 1 to 5 together):
the open-close type tray mechanism 30 of the server cabinet 10 with the open-close type tray structure has two working states, when the open-close type tray mechanism 30 is in an open state, the tray body 510 divides the accommodating cavity 40 into a plurality of sub-accommodating cavities 401; the sub-accommodation cavities 401 can be used for supporting servers with smaller volumes, so that the servers are neatly accommodated in the server cabinet 10 with an open-close type tray structure; when the retractable tray mechanism 30 is in the retracted state, the plurality of tray bodies 510 are stacked together, so that the accommodating cavity 40 maintains a larger accommodating space for accommodating a server with a larger volume;
as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, when the open-close type tray mechanism 30 is in the open state, the rotating fitting member 530 abuts against the locking positioning portion 514, at this time, the tray body 510 is stably kept in the open state and locked, at this time, the supporting plate 511 can be used for supporting servers, so as to accommodate the servers in the server cabinet 10 with the open-close type tray structure;
as shown in fig. 4, when the retractable tray mechanism 30 needs to be retracted, the supporting plate 511 is pulled upward, so that the rotating connection portion 512 rotates until the unlocking positioning portion 515 abuts against the rotating fitting piece 530; then, the supporting plate 511 is pulled downward until the positioning portion 516 abuts against the rotation fitting member 530; at this time, the opening-closing tray mechanism 30 is in a closed state, and the accommodating cavity 40 keeps a larger accommodating space and can be used for accommodating a larger server;
as shown in fig. 4, it should be noted that, in the folding process of the retractable tray mechanism 30 transitioning from the state where the unlocking positioning portion 515 abuts against the rotating matching member 530 to the state where the folding positioning portion 516 abuts against the rotating matching member 530, the rotating matching member 530 abuts against the folding guiding portion 517 and then separates; when the rotating matching piece 530 abuts against the folding guide portion 517, the folding guide portion 517 guides the rotating matching piece 530, so that the rotating matching piece 530 accurately and smoothly abuts against the folding positioning portion 516, thereby improving the system stability and reliability of the server cabinet 10 with the open-close type tray structure;
when the foldable tray mechanism 30 needs to be unfolded again, the supporting plate 511 is pulled upwards until the lock positioning portion 514 passes over the rotation fitting piece 530, but at this time, the unlock positioning portion 515 is not in contact with the rotation fitting piece 530, that is, the rotation fitting piece 530 is located between the lock positioning portion 514 and the unlock positioning portion 515; at this time, the supporting plate 511 is pulled downward, so that the locking positioning portion 514 abuts against the rotation fitting member 530, and the retractable tray mechanism 30 enters the unfolded state again and is locked; the server cabinet 10 having the open-close type tray structure can be used for accommodating a plurality of servers with smaller volumes;
it should also be noted that the curved tooth face 518 of the connecting portion 512 is rotated, and the curved tooth face is engaged with the 518 interlocking spur rack 50; thus, when one of the supporting plate bodies 511 is pulled, the other supporting plate bodies 511 also keep consistent actions under the linkage action of the linkage spur rack 50, so that all the opening and closing type tray mechanisms 30 always keep the same state, and the opening and closing type tray mechanisms 30 are convenient to fold and unfold.

the rotating connecting part is provided with an opening and closing adjusting groove, the opening and closing adjusting groove is provided with a locking positioning part, an unlocking positioning part and a folding positioning part, the rotating matching piece is abutted against or separated from the locking positioning part, the rotating matching piece is abutted against or separated from the unlocking positioning part, and the rotating matching piece is abutted against or separated from the folding positioning part;
