Wherein, the sub-event associated with the current event may be a series of events that occur during the patient's future visit when the current emergency hygiene event occurs, such as: patient visit, etc. The event identifier of a sub-event is an identifier used for distinguishing different sub-events, and the identifier of each sub-event is unique. The sub-event may be determined based on the event identification to obtain target job information corresponding to the event identification from the job information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a sub-event identifier determination process according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the event identifier of the received sub-event may be any one of numbers 1 to 5, and each number uniquely corresponds to one sub-event. And detecting that the current state is an S value, when S is 0, indicating that the current state is a daily state, and when S is 1, indicating that the current state is an emergency state.
If the event identifier of the received sub-event is 1, the corresponding sub-event is a data information acquisition and uploading event, and the operation information comprises acquired data information;
if the event identifier of the received sub-event is 2, the corresponding sub-event is an authority control event, and the job information comprises authority information, wherein the authority information comprises reference information;
if the event identifier of the received sub-event is 3, setting and determining a suspected user index event for the report card by the corresponding sub-event, wherein the operation information comprises report card setting information and index information for determining a suspected user;
if the event identifier of the received sub-event is 4, the corresponding sub-event is a patient diagnosis event, and the operation information comprises medical record template information;
if the event identifier of the received sub-event is 5, the corresponding sub-event is a resource allocation event, and the job information is resource setting information.
For clarity of description, specific sub-events may be used as examples.
When the sub-event is a data information collection and upload event and the job information includes collected data information, see fig. 4.
For example, when S is 0, data collection and uploading in a daily state are performed, for example: the data acquisition platform needs to acquire information once a day, and the acquired data information is the electronic medical record of the patient; and when S is equal to 1, data acquisition and uploading in an emergency state are executed, the data acquisition platform needs to acquire information once every hour, and the acquired data information is supplementary data information related to an emergency sanitary event.
When the sub-event is an authority control event and the job information includes authority information including reference information, see fig. 5.
Illustratively, when S is 0, the setting of the authority in the daily state is performed, only the attending physician of the patient has the authority to access the patient-related information, and at the same time, the access time is generally limited to access during the treatment time or during the working hours, and the parts related to the individual privacy information which are not related to the treatment are protected, for example: relevant information of mental patients; when S is 1, the authority setting in the emergency state is executed, and because the transparency of information needs to be enhanced during the emergency sanitary event, so as to facilitate the tracking, the follow-up visit and the scientific research analysis of related personnel (infectious disease patients, suspected infectious disease patients, healing follow-up patients, close contacts, wounded personnel and the like), the consulting authority of medical personnel can be correspondingly expanded, the personnel for consulting the relevant information of the patients is not limited to main doctors, but also can be medical personnel or researchers of departments associated with the emergency sanitary event, and meanwhile, the consulting time authority can be changed into unlimited.
The privacy protection of the medical information of the patient can be realized through the authority control, and the sharing of the data information of the relevant patient can be realized during the emergency sanitary event, so that the aims of quickly treating and researching the patient in the emergency sanitary event are fulfilled.
When the sub-event sets and determines a suspected user index event for the report card, and the job information includes report card setting information and index information for determining a suspected user, see fig. 6.
Illustratively, when S is 0, performing report card setting in a daily state and determining a suspected user index, namely an infectious disease zero report and undoubtedly similar user index information; and when the S is 1, executing the infectious disease report card in an emergency state and determining indexes of suspected users, selecting an infectious disease report card template according to the emergency health event, automatically acquiring related contents of the infectious disease report card from the electronic medical record and filling other contents of the infectious disease report card, finishing customizing the infectious disease report card to quickly report the infectious disease report, and quickly determining susceptible people according to statistics of the electronic medical record and sending prompts and warnings to medical personnel.
When the sub-event is a patient visit event and the job information includes medical record template information, see fig. 7.
Illustratively, when S is 0, setting the medical record template information as a conventional medical record template, and enabling a doctor to visit the patient by using the conventional medical record template; when S is 1, setting a customized medical record template related to the current event, and at the time of the emergency sanitary event infectious disease A event, writing medical records by a doctor by using the medical record template corresponding to the infectious disease A, issuing medical orders for inspection and examination, and enabling the doctor to quickly complete writing of the medical records and issuing the prescriptions by using an editing control related to medical record information and a prescription editing control related to the medical order prescriptions on the medical record template.
When the sub-event is a resource allocation event and the job information includes resource setting information, see fig. 8.
Exemplarily, when S is 0, the allocation of department and bed resources in a daily state is performed, and only the original first resource and second resource of the hospital need to be set; when S is equal to 1, the resource allocation of departments and beds in the emergency state is executed, and the first resource setting and the second resource setting are additionally carried out on newly-added shelter hospitals, newly-added beds in isolated ward areas and the like, so that the basic configuration unified management of medical resources is realized, and the resource allocation is convenient and fast.

According to the provided target operation information, the patient and/or the infectious disease can be further analyzed and judged, so that the aim of helping medical staff to quickly know information such as illness state and the like is fulfilled, and the current sub-event is executed. When the emergency sanitary event occurs, the medical staff can carry out targeted diagnosis, and finally the aim of executing the sub-event and dealing with the emergency sanitary event can be achieved.
It should be noted that events unrelated to emergency handling of emergency sanitary events can be directly executed without judging the current state before execution.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, if the current state is detected to be the emergency state, the preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state is called; determining at least one target service corresponding to the sub-event from the job information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, so as to obtain target job information based on the target service; based on the target operation information, the sub-event is executed, the problem that the existing medical system does not have a medical treatment mode corresponding to the emergency sanitary event when the emergency sanitary event occurs, and the adaptability to the emergency sanitary event is not high is solved, the medical system simultaneously comprises two modes of dealing with ordinary medical treatment and dealing with the emergency sanitary event, and the working mode corresponding to the emergency sanitary event can be called when the emergency event occurs, so that the emergency sanitary event can be dealt with quickly and accurately in a targeted manner, and the treatment effect of the emergency sanitary event and the technical effect of the emergency guarantee capability of a hospital are improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus applied to an emergency hygiene event according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus includes: a job information retrieval module 310, a target job information acquisition module 320, and a sub-event execution module 330.
The operation information retrieving module 310 is configured to, if it is detected that the current state is an emergency state, retrieve preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state; a target job information obtaining module 320, determining at least one target service corresponding to a sub-event from the job information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, so as to obtain target job information based on the target service; and a sub-event execution module 330, configured to execute the sub-event based on the target job information.
Optionally, when the operation information includes collected data information, the apparatus is further configured to:
when data acquisition request information sent by at least one data acquisition platform is received, acquiring a request identifier in the data acquisition request information;
calling a data acquisition template corresponding to the data acquisition platform based on the request identifier; the data acquisition template comprises common information and supplementary data information; the supplementary data information comprises a data item corresponding to the current event;
and sending the pre-stored data to the corresponding data acquisition platform based on the data acquisition template.
Optionally, when the operation information includes authority information, and the authority information includes a reference authority, the apparatus is further configured to:
setting the reference authority of a target user corresponding to the emergency state to acquire the associated information of each user to be processed based on the reference authority;
the associated information comprises personal basic information and associated medical record information of the user to be processed.
Optionally, when the operation information includes report card setting information and index information for determining a suspected user, the apparatus is further configured to:
extracting common characteristic information of the associated users according to the associated users associated with the current event;
and generating index information for determining the suspected user based on the common characteristic information so as to determine the suspected user based on the index information.
Optionally, when the job information includes medical record template information corresponding to the current event, the apparatus is further configured to:
setting a medical record template corresponding to the current event so as to edit medical record information of each user to be processed based on the medical record template information;

Optionally, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of another information processing apparatus applied to an emergency hygiene event according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus includes: the storage module, the setting and control module and the calling module.
And the storage module is used for storing the related setting content and the control parameters of the device and storing the medical data and the patient data.
The setting and control module is used for adjusting the state of the hospital information system into an emergency state, namely a wartime state, through the front-end interface when an emergent public health event occurs and the hospital information system needs to be converted into the emergency state, and can set various parameters, templates, task lists and the like, wherein the set content corresponds to a sub-event associated with the current event.
Specifically, the setting and control module can be used for data acquisition and sending setting, looking up the setting of patient electronic medical record information, setting of an emergency public health incident report card, setting of the role of medical staff and the like, and can be suitable for setting of an emergency state. The data acquisition and transmission setting corresponds to data information acquisition and uploading events, the electronic medical record information setting for consulting patients and the role setting for medical staff correspond to authority control events, and the emergency public health event report card setting corresponds to report card setting and determines suspected user index events.
The calling module is used for providing partial functional components of the whole hospital information system in the daily state of the hospital, the functional components are related to emergent treatment work of emergent public health events, and related micro-services can be called through the functional components to execute sub-events related to the current events.
Specifically, a doctor can log in the workstation, select each functional component by using the doctor working desktop, and further use the corresponding micro-service. For example, the patient self-describing information collection, the patient self-describing information enhanced collection, the key susceptible population prompt and the use of infectious disease medical record templates can be completed through the medical record writing functional component; the issuing of the inspection items, the enhanced inspection items and the indication prompts are completed through the issuing of the inspection order functional component; the examination item issuing, the enhanced examination item and the indication prompt are completed through the examination order issuing functional component; the prescription of the specific medical advice prescription of the infectious disease is completed through the prescription function component; the critical value management and the critical value management of newly-increased disease seeds are completed through the critical value management functional component; the functional components also comprise electronic medical records, infectious disease reports and the like for consulting patients, and corresponding micro-services can be provided at the same time.
Optionally, if the current state is a daily state, the calling module calls a hospital-wide information system in the daily state of the hospital, including an HIS (hospital information system), a CIS (clinical information system), an LIS (laboratory/clinical laboratory information system), an RIS (radiology information management system), a PACS (medical image archiving and communication system), and the like. If the current state is the emergency state, the wartime hospital information system is composed of a series of micro services for emergency disposal of emergency sanitary events, and provides informatization support for completing emergency disposal of emergency sanitary events.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, if the current state is detected to be the emergency state, the preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state is called; determining at least one target service corresponding to the sub-event from the job information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, so as to obtain target job information based on the target service; based on the target operation information, the sub-event is executed, the problem that the existing medical system does not have a medical treatment mode corresponding to the emergency sanitary event when the emergency sanitary event occurs, and the adaptability to the emergency sanitary event is not high is solved, the medical system simultaneously comprises two modes of dealing with ordinary medical treatment and dealing with the emergency sanitary event, and the working mode corresponding to the emergency sanitary event can be called when the emergency event occurs, so that the emergency sanitary event can be dealt with quickly and accurately in a targeted manner, and the treatment effect of the emergency sanitary event and the technical effect of the emergency guarantee capability of a hospital are improved.
The information processing device applied to the emergent sanitary event provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the information processing method applied to the emergent sanitary event provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, the modules included in the apparatus are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
Example four
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 40 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 40 shown in fig. 11 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, electronic device 40 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of electronic device 40 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 401, a system memory 402, and a bus 403 that couples the various system components (including the system memory 402 and the processing unit 401).
Bus 403 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 40 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 40 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 402 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)404 and/or cache memory 405. The electronic device 40 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 406 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 11, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 11, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to the bus 403 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 402 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 408 having a set (at least one) of program modules 407 may be stored, for example, in memory 402, such program modules 407 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 407 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
The electronic device 40 may also communicate with one or more external devices 409 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 410, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 40, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 40 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through input/output (I/O) interface 411. Also, the electronic device 40 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via the network adapter 412. As shown, the network adapter 412 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 40 over the bus 403. It should be appreciated that although not shown in FIG. 11, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with electronic device 40, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 402, for example, implementing an information processing method applied to an emergency sanitary event provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
EXAMPLE five
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a computer processor, perform a method of information processing for use in an emergency hygiene event.
The method comprises the following steps:
if the current state is detected to be the emergency state, calling preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state;
determining at least one target service corresponding to the sub-event from the job information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, so as to obtain target job information based on the target service;
based on the target job information, a sub-event is executed.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

Claims (12)

1. An information processing method applied to an emergent sanitary event is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if the current state is detected to be an emergency state, calling preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state;
determining at least one target service corresponding to the sub-event from the job information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, so as to obtain target job information based on the target service;
and executing the sub-event based on the target job information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the job information includes collected data information, the method comprising:
when data acquisition request information sent by at least one data acquisition platform is received, acquiring a request identifier in the data acquisition request information;
calling a data acquisition template corresponding to the data acquisition platform based on the request identifier; the data acquisition template comprises common information and supplementary data information; the supplementary data information comprises a data item corresponding to the current event;
and sending the pre-stored data to a corresponding data acquisition platform based on the data acquisition template.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the job information further includes therein authority information including a reference authority, the method comprising:
setting the reference authority of a target user corresponding to the emergency state to acquire the associated information of each user to be processed based on the reference authority;
the associated information comprises personal basic information and associated medical record information of the user to be processed.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the job information further includes report card setting information and index information for determining suspected users, the method further comprising:
extracting common characteristic information of the associated users according to the associated users associated with the current event;
and generating index information for determining the suspected user based on the common characteristic information so as to determine the suspected user based on the index information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the job information further includes medical record template information corresponding to a current event, the method further comprising:
setting a medical record template corresponding to the current event so as to edit medical record information of each user to be processed based on the medical record template information;
the medical record template information also comprises a prescription editing control so as to edit the prescription information in the prescription editing control.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the job information includes resource setting information, the method comprising:
when the current state is detected to be the emergency state, dividing each resource into at least one group, and setting the corresponding relation between each resource in each group and the resource identifier so as to obtain the corresponding resource based on the resource identifier.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
storing the operation information corresponding to the current event into a preset storage module, and acquiring the operation information corresponding to each sub-event in the current event from the storage module when the current state is detected to be an emergency state.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein if it is detected that the current state is an emergency state, invoking preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state comprises:
and when the current state is detected to be updated from the daily state to the emergency state, acquiring operation information which is pre-stored in a storage module and corresponds to the emergency state.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the received sub-event associated with the current event, at least one target service corresponding to the sub-event from the job information to obtain target job information based on the target service comprises:
and acquiring an event identifier of the sub-event, and acquiring target job information corresponding to the event identifier from job information based on the event identifier.
10. An information processing apparatus applied to an emergency sanitary event, comprising:
the operation information calling module is used for calling preset operation information corresponding to the emergency state if the current state is detected to be the emergency state;
the target operation information acquisition module is used for determining at least one target service corresponding to a sub-event from the operation information according to the received sub-event associated with the current event so as to acquire target operation information based on the target service;
and the sub-event execution module is used for executing the sub-event based on the target operation information.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the information processing method as recited in any one of claims 1-9 applied to an emergency hygiene event.
12. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the information processing method as recited in any one of claims 1-9 applied to an emergency sanitary event when executed by a computer processor.
