s1, a superior hospital client accesses a remote outpatient service platform through a network, uploads the outpatient service information of a remote outpatient service to the remote outpatient service platform, and the remote outpatient service platform determines executable outpatient service information.
In the step, a superior hospital (a hospital initiating a remote consultation) performs scheduling on the out-patient doctors in the remote outpatient service, and the submitted information includes the designated out-patient doctors, out-patient dates, out-patient durations and single number source durations.
Fig. 4 shows an expert scheduling page of the remote outpatient platform, after the superior hospital client submits the data of the scheduling information to the remote outpatient platform, the remote outpatient platform compares and detects the date and time period of the remote outpatient doctor with the date and time period of the entire outpatient of the doctor (including the remote outpatient and the ordinary outpatient in the superior hospital) of the data source by querying the data source (database record and associated data source) in the database.
After the data of the scheduling information is submitted, the remote outpatient platform detects the time arrangement of a remote outpatient doctor, if the data conflicts with the scheduled outpatient doctor, the remote outpatient doctor can immediately inform that the data cannot be submitted, and the outpatient data information of the outpatient doctor is given according to the inquired data, so that the operator can be helped to more clearly and effectively schedule the scheduling information and manage the doctor to remotely go out for a visit.
S2, the client side of the subordinate hospital accesses the remote outpatient platform through the network, obtains the outpatient information of the remote outpatient of the superior hospital, and submits an appointment outpatient application based on the outpatient information.
In the step, when a patient is in a visit in a lower-level hospital (a hospital receiving remote consultation), the lower-level hospital acquires scheduling data of the upper-level hospital through a client of the lower-level hospital, selects a remote outpatient doctor, date and remote outpatient time of the upper-level hospital, generates an appointment outpatient application of a relevant remote outpatient, and stores the appointment application in a database of a remote outpatient platform.
S3: when a doctor in a superior hospital visits, the superior hospital client accesses the remote outpatient service platform through the network, and selects a corresponding subordinate hospital client to access the remote outpatient service platform for on-line reception according to the reservation information.
In the step, after the doctor who goes out of a remote outpatient service of a higher-level hospital receives a visit, the client of the higher-level hospital is accessed to the remote outpatient service platform, and patients in lower-level hospitals are called one by one according to scheduling arrangement, that is, the corresponding client of the lower-level hospitals is also accessed to the remote outpatient service platform.
In one scheme, before or during the patient's visit through the remote outpatient service, the lower hospital client uploads the patient's condition data to the remote outpatient service platform, and the upper hospital client accesses the remote outpatient service platform and obtains the patient's condition data.
In one scheme, when a patient needs to be checked and checked during online diagnosis and treatment, a doctor of a superior hospital makes an on-line clinic check and check related documents, and marks the number source of the patient, after the patient performs related check and check according to the related documents in the inferior hospital, the patient initiates a request for continuous online diagnosis and treatment to a remote clinic platform through a subordinate hospital client, the remote clinic platform transmits the request to a corresponding superior hospital client, and the doctor using the superior hospital client continuously accesses the subordinate hospital client to the remote clinic at a selected time.
In a preferred scheme, when the patient needs to perform necessary examination and inspection, the doctor of the superior hospital can open the relevant documents for the outpatient examination and inspection on line, and insert the number source at the end of the number source queue, and the examination/inspection is completed to continue the diagnosis and treatment activities.
In one scheme, if the on-line diagnosis and treatment time of a single patient is less than the preset single source duration, the remaining diagnosis and treatment time of the single patient is accumulated with the remaining diagnosis and treatment time of other patients, and if the accumulated time exceeds a single source duration, a source is added to the end of a source queue of a last remote outpatient doctor of a superior hospital, and the source queue is stored in a database of a remote outpatient platform. In a preferred scheme, during the remote outpatient service process, the inquiry time of a specific patient (generally, 15 minutes for one number source during scheduling) is remained, so that the remote outpatient service doctors of a superior hospital wait, in order to improve the consultation efficiency and save the time of doctors and patients, the remote outpatient service personnel and time are dynamically allocated, that is, the remaining time of each number source is accumulated, if the accumulated time is more than or equal to the time of 1 number source, a number source is added to the last remote outpatient service doctor of the superior hospital at the end of the scheduling list, and the number source is stored in a database.
In another case, if the doctor cannot complete the amount of the remote outpatient service at the designated time because the online diagnosis and treatment time of the patient exceeds the preset duration of the single number source, the unfinished request for the appointment outpatient service of the patient to be treated is transferred to other doctors. For example, when the source-setting time of doctor a is extended and the outpatient service amount cannot be completed in a predetermined time, the doctor a can dynamically adjust the scheduling, and the source-setting can be transferred to doctor B, and when the adjustment is possible, the higher-level hospital can notify the patient online or offline in real time through the lower-level hospital.
In one scheme, the superior hospital can also display the shift record on a page, respectively display a plurality of lists related to the shift record, and respectively display a plurality of doctors and the date and time in the lists inside the lists.
According to the technical scheme, after the remote outpatient service is finished, a remote outpatient service doctor of a superior hospital issues an outpatient service report for reference of a remote outpatient service doctor of a subordinate hospital, the subordinate hospital doctor diagnoses and treats a patient according to a treatment suggestion and a diagnosis suggestion given by the superior hospital doctor, the whole process of the remote outpatient service diagnosis and treatment is operated by the subordinate doctor, and the patient is matched with the subordinate doctor to conduct diagnosis and treatment activities.
The invention aims at performing informatization processing on the whole set of dynamic scheduling scheme to realize remote outpatient service management, and is used for performing efficient and dynamic scheduling management on doctors and time based on informatization.
The management system and the method are a system and a method for carrying out remote outpatient service management scheduling efficiently according to effective time, and two elements of personnel and time are involved in scheduling. The difficulty of scheduling is effectively scheduling personnel and time. In the prior art, personnel and time are not reasonably distributed, and a scheduling scheme for efficiently utilizing time is not provided. The invention is further different from the traditional static internal personnel and time arrangement of the hospital, dynamically allocates personnel and time, and solves the problems of fixed time and low efficiency of scheduling.
