In the above, we teach that the selection of the evaluation object can be set according to any one or more of the evaluation number of the commodity, the sales volume, the price, the repurchase rate, and the commodity priority set by the merchant. In another embodiment of the present application, the product priority set by the merchant is used as a selection basis, and the merchant can set a corresponding priority according to the attention degree of each target product, so that when there are a plurality of target products in the order of the customer, the evaluation data of the target product in which the merchant pays more attention can be preferentially obtained. Specifically, when the order of the user includes a plurality of target commodities, the target commodity with the highest priority is selected from the order as an evaluation object according to the priority order of each target commodity preset by the merchant terminal.
For example, the priority order of the target product set by a restaurant through a merchant terminal is as follows: chopped chili fish head, dried radish fried preserved meat, Mao's braised meat and flavored crayfish. In another embodiment of the present application, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, a detailed description is given of a case where the target commodity is not included in the dining order or the target commodity is not set by the merchant at all. For example, the rating score corresponding to the rating number, the sales volume and the selling price of the target commodity M1 are as follows: 80. 50, 60; then, in combination with the corresponding weights, the overall score of M1 is calculated as: 80 x 0.4+50 x 0.3+60 x 0.3 ═ 65. The same method can calculate the comprehensive scores of the rest target commodities M2, M3 and M4. And then selecting the target commodity with the highest comprehensive score as an evaluation object. Similarly, if the catering order of another user does not contain the target commodity, the comprehensive scores of all the commodities in the catering order can be calculated in sequence, and then the commodity with the highest score is selected as the evaluation object. Further, if there are a plurality of items (or target items) included in the order, the item (or target item) having the highest composite score may be randomly selected from the items (or target items) having the highest composite score as an evaluation target.
In another embodiment of the method for evaluating and collecting goods according to the present application, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, after receiving the goods evaluation data fed back by the user terminal, in addition to directly forwarding the goods evaluation data to the merchant terminal, a mode of processing and forwarding the goods evaluation data may also be adopted. Specifically, the commodity evaluation and collection method of the embodiment includes the following steps:

In this embodiment, after receiving the commodity evaluation data fed back by the user terminal, a scheme of further processing and forwarding the commodity evaluation data may be adopted, and the evaluation data of the target commodity is extracted from the commodity evaluation data and sent to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant is helped to acquire the evaluation information of the target commodity, and the evaluation information unrelated to the target commodity is removed.
In any of the above embodiments, the order is a dining order; the target commodity preset by the merchant terminal is signboard dishes, special dishes and/or new dishes of the corresponding merchant. The dishes are the most important dishes of the merchant, so the evaluation data of the important dishes is more important. An evaluation request module 130, configured to, when it is determined that the order includes the target product, push an evaluation request to the user terminal; the evaluation object in the evaluation request includes the target commodity.
Specifically, if it is determined that the order includes a preset target commodity, an evaluation request including the target commodity may be pushed to the user terminal, so as to acquire evaluation data of the target commodity.
An information interaction module 140, configured to receive feedback information of the evaluation request, and send the feedback information to the merchant terminal;
specifically, after the feedback information of the pushed evaluation request is acquired, the feedback information is sent to the corresponding merchant terminal, so that the merchant can know the evaluation data of the target commodity in time, the improvement of the target commodity by the merchant is facilitated, and the purchase rate and the user experience of the target commodity are improved.
In another embodiment of the merchandise evaluation and collection device, as shown in fig. 6, the evaluation request module 130 includes:

The selecting sub-module 131 specifically selects a second preset number of target commodities from the order as evaluation objects according to the evaluation number of each target commodity in the order, and the selecting includes:
the selecting sub-module 131 obtains the respective accumulated evaluation number or the evaluation number of the current day of each target commodity in the order, and selects the target commodity of which the accumulated evaluation number or the evaluation number of the current day meets the preset condition as an evaluation object. When the order does not contain target goods preset by a merchant terminal or the merchant does not preset the target goods:
the selecting sub-module 131 specifically selects a second preset number of commodities from the order as an evaluation object according to the evaluation number of each commodity in the order, and the selecting includes:
the selecting submodule 131 selects, from the order, a commodity whose cumulative evaluation number or evaluation number on the day satisfies a preset condition as an evaluation object. Specifically, for example, a target product with the smallest evaluation number is selected as an evaluation target, or a target product with an evaluation number lower than a set number is selected as an evaluation target.
In another embodiment of the product collecting device of the present application, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments of the device, the analyzing and determining module 120 is further configured to extract the evaluation data of the target product from the product evaluation data received by the information interaction module 140, and send the evaluation data of the target product to the merchant terminal.

According to the method and the device, after the evaluation data of the user are collected, whether the collected evaluation data contain the evaluation information of the target commodity is judged according to the target commodity preset by the merchant terminal, if yes, the evaluation data are pushed to the merchant terminal, and therefore the merchant can be helped to quickly select the evaluation data of the commodity concerned by the merchant. The method and the device are suitable for the situation that the evaluation data acquired by the background is more, and the commodity evaluation data may contain a plurality of commodities or a plurality of service evaluations.
Preferably, in another method embodiment of the present application, on the basis of the above embodiment, when it is determined that the obtained evaluation data of the user includes a target commodity, the evaluation data of the target commodity is further extracted from the commodity evaluation data; and pushing the evaluation data of the target commodity to the merchant terminal.
Thus, the evaluation data sent to the merchant terminal can be prevented from containing evaluation data irrelevant to the target product. For example, in the acquired evaluation data of a certain order from the user, in the order data, besides the target product a, the product B is also evaluated, even the customer service attitude and the like are evaluated, and according to the product evaluation acquisition method of the foregoing embodiment, since the evaluation data of the order includes the target product a, the evaluation data of the order is directly forwarded to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant can view the evaluation data. However, if the product evaluation acquisition method of this embodiment is adopted, the evaluation data of the order may be further extracted, only the evaluation data of the target product of the merchant with a high degree of attention is obtained, that is, the evaluation data part of the target product a in the order is extracted, and the extracted evaluation data of the target product a is pushed to the merchant terminal, so as to help the merchant know the evaluation condition of the product of the merchant with a high degree of attention, and to help the merchant improve the product.
Similarly, based on the same technical concept, the present application also discloses another merchandise evaluation and collection device, as shown in fig. 8, the merchandise evaluation and collection device 200 includes:

a judgment processing module 220, configured to judge whether an evaluation object in the product evaluation data includes a target product preset by a merchant terminal;

In another embodiment of the product evaluation and collection device 200 according to the present application, in addition to the above device embodiments, the product evaluation and collection device 200 further includes:
the information extraction module is used for extracting the evaluation data of the target commodity from the commodity evaluation data when the evaluation object in the commodity evaluation data is determined to contain the target commodity; and pushing the evaluation data of the target commodity to the merchant terminal through the information pushing module.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a product evaluation server according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. On a hardware level, the server device may include a processor 151, one or more communication buses 152, peripheral interfaces 153, and memory 154, although other hardware required for services is also possible. The memory 154 stores processor-executable instructions, and the processor 151 reads corresponding instructions from the memory 154 and then executes the merchandise evaluation collecting method according to any of the embodiments.
The memory 154 may be configured to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the embodiments of the product evaluation collecting method/apparatus in the embodiments of the present application, and the processor may execute various functional applications and data processing by allowing the software programs/modules stored in the memory, so as to implement the product recommending method/apparatus.
Memory 154 may include random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
Finally, the present application also discloses a computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed, implements the steps of the merchandise evaluation collection method according to any of the above embodiments of the present application.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods disclosed above, functional modules/units in the apparatus, may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Claims (15)

1. A commodity evaluation and collection method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring order information submitted by a user terminal;
determining whether the order contains a target commodity preset by a merchant terminal;
when the target commodity is determined to be contained in the order, pushing an evaluation request to the user terminal; the evaluation object in the evaluation request comprises the target commodity;
and receiving the commodity evaluation data fed back by the user terminal, and sending the commodity evaluation data to the merchant terminal.
2. The merchandise evaluation collection method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the quantity of the target commodities contained in the order exceeds a first preset quantity, selecting a second preset quantity of target commodities from the order as an evaluation object; the second preset number is less than or equal to the first preset number.
3. The commodity evaluation acquisition method according to claim 2, wherein when the number of target commodities included in the order exceeds a first preset number, selecting a second preset number of target commodities from the order as evaluation objects comprises:

acquiring the respective accumulated evaluation number or the current day evaluation number of each target commodity in the order;
and selecting the target commodity of which the accumulated evaluation number or the current day evaluation number meets the preset condition as an evaluation object.
5. The method for acquiring commodity evaluation according to claim 3, wherein according to the priority of each target commodity in the order, a second preset number of target commodities are selected from the order as evaluation objects, and specifically the method comprises the following steps:
and selecting the target commodity with the highest priority from the order as an evaluation object according to the priority order of each target commodity preset by the merchant terminal.

judging whether an evaluation object in the commodity evaluation data contains a target commodity preset by a merchant terminal;
and pushing the commodity evaluation data to the merchant terminal when the evaluation object in the commodity evaluation data is determined to contain the target commodity.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein when it is determined that the evaluation object in the product evaluation data includes the target product, pushing the product evaluation data to the merchant terminal specifically includes:
extracting the evaluation data of the target commodity from the commodity evaluation data;
and pushing the evaluation data of the target commodity to the merchant terminal.
