Claims (8)

1. A college teacher teaching and scientific research data acquisition and management system is characterized by comprising
The data exchange module is used for collecting the existing basic teaching and scientific research data which are dispersedly stored in the background database of each business management system;
the teaching and scientific research database is used for storing various teaching and scientific research related data cleaned and converted by the data exchange module;
the hospital data management module is used for managing various teaching and scientific research related data;
the personal data management module is used for managing various teaching and scientific research related data of a teacher;
the data checking module is used for the teacher to check, preview and submit personal data;
the data auditing module is used for auditing data filled and corrected by teachers by managers;
the service flow management module is used for issuing data filling and checking services, and monitoring and managing the service flow;
and the authority management module is used for distributing the management authority of various data items.
2. The instructional scientific research data acquisition and management system of claim 1 wherein the data exchange module comprises a base database, an exchange tool and an intermediate repository;
the basic database is a core database formed by integrating basic data required by all departments together and core business data generated in the school management process according to standards;
the exchange tool is used for cleaning and converting teacher teaching and scientific research related data which are stored in the basic database and come from other business departments according to standards, and pushing the data to the intermediate database at regular time; and then, according to the use requirement of the system on the data, the data in the intermediate library is synchronized to the teaching and scientific research database in a regular format meeting the requirement of the system.
3. The system for collecting and managing educational scientific research data as set forth in claim 1, wherein the hospital-based data management module is adapted to perform addition, deletion, modification, query, import, and export operations on the data.
4. The teaching and scientific research data acquisition and management system of claim 1, wherein the personal data management module is used for teachers to perform data query, data additional recording and data error correction on personal data;
the data query comprises the query of all teaching and scientific research data participated by the user in the past year, and the data screening query is provided to assist in quickly finding needed data; the data supplementary recording comprises supplementary recording missing data and is provided to a manager for auditing; and the data error correction provides an error correction mechanism of a data field level, and after a teacher starts an error correction mode, the teacher selects a field needing error correction, inputs correct data, provides certification materials and submits the certification materials to a manager for auditing.
5. The system for collecting and managing teaching and scientific research data as claimed in claim 4, wherein the data checking module automatically collects data of specified years to provide a teacher with year data checking and filing service; the method comprises the following steps:
collecting the annual data and providing teacher for checking to confirm whether the data is correct or not;
if the data is correct, confirming; if the data is wrong, the data filling and data error correction functions of the personal data management module are called;
and after the teacher finishes the filled-in check, submitting the annual data by using the data previewing and submitting functions.

The teaching and scientific research data acquisition and management system of claim 1, wherein the data auditing module distributes the data of the additional entry filling and error reporting of the teacher to the administrator for auditing, and comprises an additional entry data auditing sub-module and an error correction data auditing sub-module;
in the additional data auditing submodule, the additional data are from data which are additionally recorded by the teacher in the personal data management module and data which are additionally recorded by the teacher in the data checking module; and the manager audits the additional entry data and enters an audit result, wherein the audit result comprises a pass, a fail and a return: if the data passes the verification, the data is stored as the identified data; if the audit is not passed, the data is stored and put in storage as invalid data; if the audit returns, returning the data to the teacher for modification and then submitting the data;
in the error correction data auditing sub-module, the error correction data is derived from data error correction declared by the teacher in the personal data management module and data error correction declared by the teacher in the data checking module; and the manager audits the error correction data and inputs the audit result, wherein the audit result comprises whether the data pass or fail: if the verification is passed, the error correction field automatically adopts correct data input by the teacher for error correction to cover the original data; if the audit is not passed, the error correction field still adopts the original data and does not change.
7. The teaching and scientific research data acquisition and management system of claim 1, wherein the service process management module comprises a service management submodule, a process management submodule, and a process monitoring submodule;
the service management submodule specifies a service name, a service object, a service release unit, service start time, service end time, data year and service brief introduction, and releases data filling and checking service;
the flow management submodule defines a service flow of the service, sets an audit node and a corresponding audit staff and configures the audit node and the corresponding audit staff; meanwhile, the node audit is automatically associated with data audit, and after data audit is performed by a manager in the data audit module, the node audit is automatically operated to the next node;
the process monitoring submodule is used for checking whether all service objects submit services, whether the teacher who submits the services runs the nodes in the current process, whether the process is finished, and assisting management personnel in monitoring data reporting and checking the progress condition of the services.
8. The teaching and scientific research data acquisition and management system of claim 1, wherein the rights management module is configured with a plurality of stations, wherein a plurality of managers can be set in different stations, and a plurality of data item management rights are configured in different station combinations.
