In one embodiment, after obtaining information of the type of the leaving of the pre-leaving staff, the method further includes: and when the job leaving type of the pre-job leaving personnel is determined to be a non-friendly job leaving type and a non-job-stop investigation type according to the job leaving type information, closing the system permissions of all systems corresponding to the pre-job leaving personnel at the current time point.
In this embodiment, when the job leaving type of the pre-job leaving person is determined to be the unfriendly job leaving type and the non-stop job investigation type according to the job leaving type information, for example, the job leaving type of the pre-job leaving person is determined to be the passive job leaving, at this time, the gray list system closes the system permissions of all the downstream systems corresponding to the pre-job leaving person at the current time point. The closing mode may be that the grey list system generates corresponding closing indication information, and issues the closing indication information to a corresponding downstream system. And the downstream system closes the system authority of the pre-departure staff according to the closing indication information. Therefore, all the permissions of the staff who leave the job in advance can be quickly closed under the job leaving type, and information leakage is avoided.
In an embodiment, S102 further includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining job leaving state information of pre-job leaving personnel, wherein the job leaving state information comprises a job waiting state and a non-job leaving state. When the information of the job leaving state of the pre-job leaving person is the job waiting state, S102 is executed. And when the information of the job leaving state of the pre-job leaving personnel is in a non-job leaving state, determining a system with closed system authority corresponding to the pre-job leaving personnel, and starting the system authority of the system with closed system authority of the pre-job leaving personnel.
In this embodiment, when the pre-job leaving staff determines not to leave jobs in subsequent communications, their leaving status information may be changed in the gray list system. For the gray list system, when the information of the job leaving status of the pre-job leaving staff is the job waiting status, S102 is executed. And when the information of the job leaving state of the pre-job leaving personnel is in a non-job leaving state, determining a system with closed system authority corresponding to the pre-job leaving personnel, and starting the system authority of the system with closed system authority of the pre-job leaving personnel. That is, when the department responsible person or personnel of the pre-separation staff changes the separation status information of the pre-separation staff into a non-separation status in the gray list system, the system authority of the system with the system authority of the pre-separation staff closed is restarted. Specifically, the grey list system generates start instruction information of a system with the closed system authority, and issues the start instruction information to the system with the closed system authority, and the system with the closed system authority restarts the system authority of the pre-departure staff. Specifically, the gray list system provides a data interface service for transmitting the gray list data of the gray list system to a downstream system and timely canceling the system authority of the related system of the pre-departure staff. When the personnel state information of the pre-separation personnel in the gray list system is '0-job', the personnel state information represents the to-be-separated state of the pre-separation personnel, and at the moment, the gray list system judges and issues 'D delete' corresponding authority for closing a downstream system according to the position information and the separation type of the pre-separation personnel; when the issuing system is modified, the D-deletion identifier of the system needs to be issued in real time. And when the personnel state information of the pre-separation personnel in the grey list system is '2-job (recovery)', indicating the non-job separation state of the pre-separation personnel, and issuing 'U opening' to all downstream systems in real time. Therefore, the system authority of the system with the closed authority in the downstream system of the pre-separation staff can be quickly opened under the condition that the pre-separation staff does not determine to separate after the pre-separation staff proposes the separation, the process of manual intervention is reduced, and the system authority management efficiency of the pre-separation staff is improved.
In an embodiment, before S102, the method further includes: judging authority information of a user inputting personal information of pre-departure staff; and when the authority information of the user meets the preset condition, receiving the personal information of the pre-departure staff, which is input by the user. S102 includes: and acquiring position information from the personal information of the pre-departure staff.
In this embodiment, the grey list system assigns user rights to users who log in the system, and only users who have user rights can enter related information into the grey list system. Specifically, when the authority information of the user meets a preset condition, the grey list system receives personal information of pre-departure staff, which is input by the user, and acquires position information from the personal information of the pre-departure staff. The preset condition may be that the authority information of the user is matched with the authority allocation information in the grey list system. Therefore, the management efficiency of the gray list system can be improved.
In order to more clearly illustrate the system authority management method of the pre-departure staff in the above embodiment, a specific implementation is given as follows:
referring to the flow chart of the gray list system shown in FIG. 7: after the employee puts forward the job leaving requirement, the relevant job leaving data of the job leaving personnel is recorded in a grey list system by a department responsible person or personnel (HRBP).
First, the gray list system determines whether the employee's personal identity is in corporate top management or at a high level (where it is not necessary to determine the type of departure). If yes, immediately issuing system authority for closing staff of the downstream system checked by a person in charge of the department or personnel, and closing the system authority of the staff of the downstream system not checked on the date of staff leave.
Otherwise, judging whether the departure type of the employee is 'stop job investigation'. If yes, immediately issuing system authority for closing staff of the downstream system checked by a person in charge of the department or personnel, and closing the system authority of the staff of the downstream system not checked on the date of departure.
Otherwise, whether the job leaving type of the employee is 'active job leaving' or 'negotiation consistent job leaving (agreement of two friendly agreements)'. If yes, immediately issuing system authority for closing part of the system. Specifically, the closing time configured in the configuration table of the grey list system is the system authority of the employee corresponding to the real-time downstream system, and the system authority of the employee of the downstream system with the non-real-time is closed on the day of the employee departure date. Otherwise, the system authority of the staff closing all the downstream systems is immediately issued, namely not of the two leave-job types.
In addition, if the employee is determined not to be out of work after communication, a department responsible person or a person changes the employee state to 'on-duty (recovery)' in the gray list system. And after the state is changed into 'on duty (recovery'), issuing 'U opening' to all downstream systems in real time so as to open the system authority of the employee in all downstream systems. And if the system authority of the employee in the downstream system is not closed before the state is changed, canceling the closing of the system authority of the user in the downstream system.
For example, for a real-time shutdown system in a downstream system, the system authority shutdown of a POS billing system is taken as an example:
1. the three-reason personal reason of the general employees in the group initiatively proposes the departure at 2019.12.01, and the final working day is 2019.12.10, then the system authority of the POS billing system is closed in 2019.12.01 early morning.
2. Employee lie, four, violates company regulations, left job passively, last workday 2019.12.15. And (4) the personnel at 2019.12.14 enter the related data of leave work of lie IV into a gray list system, and on the date of data entry, the system authorities of all the downstream systems of lie IV are closed in real time.
3. And reporting the fifth cause of the staff, stopping the job investigation, recording relevant departure data of the fifth cause into a grey list system by personnel, checking a POS invoicing system, and closing the authority of the POS invoicing system in real time on the day of recording the system.
4. The group high manager A initiatively proposes the departure due to individual reasons 2019.12.01, the last working day is 2019.12.10, personnel enter relevant departure data of the group A into the grey form system and check the POS billing system, the system authority of the POS billing system is closed in real time, and other systems are closed in the early morning of 2019.12.10.
For the closing system on the day of departure in the downstream system, taking the permission closing of the BI report query system as an example:
5. the three reasons of common employees of the group are actively proposed for departure at 2019.12.01, and the final working day is 2019.12.10, then the system authority of the BI report inquiry system is closed in 2019.12.10 morning.
6. The employee lie IV violates the company regulations, leaves the work passively, and enters the data of the leave work related to the employee lie IV into a gray list system on the last working day 2019.12.15 at 2019.12.14, so that all system authorities are closed in real time on the data entry day.
7. Staff wangwan is reported, staff stop work investigation is conducted, personnel enter relevant departure data of wangwan into a grey list system, a BI report query system is selected, the system authority of the BI report query system is closed in real time on the day of entry of the system, and if the BI report query system is not selected, the system authority of the BI report query system is closed on the day of the last working day of departure.
8. The group high manager A initiatively proposes the departure due to individual reasons 2019.12.01, the last working day is 2019.12.10, personnel enter relevant departure data of the group A into the grey form system and check the BI report form query system, the system authority of the BI report form query system is closed in real time, and other systems are closed in the early morning of 2019.12.10.
Related leaving data of staff leaving in advance are recorded into the grey form system, closing processes of system permission of staff leaving conditions and the like are standardized, follow-up work such as work handover and the like is standardized, and effects of confidentiality of sensitive data, safety of the system and the like are achieved. For example:
1. the method has the advantages that the system with high urgency is shortened to the method that all system authorities of employees are closed within at most two hours from the original two days or so; originally, offline EXCEL reports, through summarizing layer by layer, system operation is carried out again at last, time spent by one person for reporting and processing needs about 5 minutes, and a specially-assigned person is needed for processing, manual operation amount in the middle can be reduced through the method, and closing time of system permission is shortened.
2. And (3) permission management and control loss: because the offline reporting is complicated, the permission of the pre-off staff cannot be effectively controlled to be closed, and great risk exists in the permission management of the pre-off staff during off duty. By the method and the device, the safety of system authority management is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The present application further provides a system authority management apparatus for pre-departure staff, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes an obtaining module 10, a determining module 20, a first sending module 30, and a second sending module 40. The acquisition module 10 is configured to acquire position information of a pre-departure employee, and determine a first system of permissions to be closed and a second system of permissions to be closed of the pre-departure employee; the determining module 20 is configured to determine a first time of the first system and a second time of the second system according to the position information; the first sending module 30 is configured to generate first indication information including a first time according to the first time, and send the first indication information to the first system, where the first indication information is used to indicate that the first system closes the system permission of the pre-separation staff at the first time; the second sending module 40 is configured to generate second indication information including the second time according to the second time, and issue the second indication information to the second system, where the second indication information is used to indicate that the second system closes the system permission of the pre-departure staff at the second time.
In one embodiment, the system authority management device for the pre-separation staff further comprises (not shown in fig. 8) an obtaining module, configured to obtain separation type information of the pre-separation staff; the determining module 20 is specifically configured to determine that the first time is the current time and determine that the second time is the time of the day of departure of the pre-departure staff if the pre-departure staff is determined to be a high-level manager according to the position information; and if the pre-job leaving personnel are determined to be non-high-level managers according to the job position information, determining the first time and the second time according to the job leaving type information.
In one embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to determine the first time as the current time and determine the second time as the time of day of the job leaving of the pre-job-leaving person when the type of the job leaving of the pre-job-leaving person is determined to be the type of the job-stop survey according to the information of the type of the job leaving.
In one embodiment, the system authority management apparatus for pre-departure staff further includes (not shown in fig. 8) a reading module, configured to read configuration information of a pre-configured system configuration table, where the configuration information includes system information of a third system and a third time of the third system, system information of a fourth system and a fourth time of the fourth system; the obtaining module 10 is further specifically configured to determine, from the system configuration table, that the third system is the first system according to the system information of the third system, and determine that the fourth system is the second system according to the system information of the fourth system; the determining module 20 is further specifically configured to determine, when the type of the job leaving of the pre-job leaving person is determined to be a friendly job leaving type representing that the pre-job leaving person has no dispute and leaves, that the third time is the first time and that the fourth time is the second time from the system configuration table.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for managing system permissions of pre-job-leaving personnel further includes (not shown in fig. 8) a closing module, configured to close the system permissions of all systems corresponding to the pre-job-leaving personnel at the current time point when it is determined that the job leaving type of the pre-job-leaving personnel is an unfriendly job leaving type and a non-job-stopping survey type according to the job leaving type information.
In one embodiment, the system authority management device for the pre-departure staff further comprises (not shown in fig. 8) a state acquisition module and a judgment module; the state acquisition module is used for acquiring the job leaving state information of the staff who are expected to leave the job, and the job leaving state information comprises a job waiting state and a non-job leaving state; the judging module is used for executing and acquiring the position information of the staff who leaves in advance when the information of the state of leaving of the staff in advance is in the state of waiting to leave the staff, and when the information of the state of leaving of the staff in advance is in the state of not leaving the staff, the system with the closed system permission corresponding to the staff who leaves in advance is determined, and the system permission of the system with the closed system permission of the staff who leaves in advance is opened.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for managing system permissions of pre-departure staff further includes (not shown in fig. 8) a receiving module, configured to determine permission information of a user who enters personal information of the pre-departure staff, and receive the personal information of the pre-departure staff, which is entered by the user, when the permission information of the user meets a preset condition; the obtaining module 10 is further specifically configured to obtain position information from personal information of pre-departure staff.
For specific limitations of the system authority management device of the pre-separation staff, reference may be made to the above limitations of the system authority management method of the pre-separation staff, and details are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the system authority management device of the pre-departure staff can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, the computer device may be a server or a system of a plurality of servers, and the internal structure of the server may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer equipment is used for being connected with an external terminal and receiving related job leaving data of pre-job leaving personnel input by the terminal. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of system rights management for pre-empted staff.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring position information of pre-departure personnel, and determining a first system of authority to be closed and a second system of authority to be closed of the pre-departure personnel; determining a first time of a first system and a second time of a second system according to the position information; generating first indication information containing the first time according to the first time, and issuing the first indication information to a first system, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the first system to close the system authority of the pre-separation staff at the first time; and generating second indication information containing the second time according to the second time, and issuing the second indication information to the second system, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating the second system to close the system authority of the pre-departure staff at the second time.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of: acquiring the information of the leave type of the staff who leave the job in advance; when the processor executes the computer program to realize the step of determining the first time of the first system and the second time of the second system according to the position information, the following steps are specifically realized: if the pre-separation staff is determined to be a high-level manager according to the position information, determining the first time to be the current time, and determining the second time to be the separation day time of the pre-separation staff; and if the pre-job leaving personnel are determined to be non-high-level managers according to the job position information, determining the first time and the second time according to the job leaving type information.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of determining the first time and the second time according to the information of the type of the job leaving, the following steps are specifically implemented: and when the job leaving type of the pre-job leaving personnel is determined to be the job stop survey type according to the job leaving type information, determining the first time to be the current time, and determining the second time to be the time of the day of the job leaving of the pre-job leaving personnel.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of: reading configuration information of a pre-configured system configuration table, wherein the configuration information comprises system information of a third system, third time of the third system, system information of a fourth system and fourth time of the fourth system; when the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the first system for determining the to-be-closed permission and the second system for determining the to-be-closed permission of the pre-departure staff, the following steps are specifically realized: determining the third system as the first system according to the system information of the third system and determining the fourth system as the second system according to the system information of the fourth system from the system configuration table; when the processor executes the computer program to realize the step of determining the first time and the second time according to the information of the job leaving type, the following steps are specifically realized: and when the type of the job leaving of the pre-job leaving personnel is determined to be a friendly job leaving type representing that the pre-job leaving personnel does not have dispute and leaves according to the type information of the job leaving, determining the third time as the first time and determining the fourth time as the second time from the system configuration table.

Claims (10)

1. A method of system authority management for pre-empted staff, the method comprising:
acquiring position information of pre-departure staff, and determining a first system of authority to be closed and a second system of authority to be closed of the pre-departure staff;
determining a first time of the first system and a second time of the second system according to the position information;
generating first indication information containing the first time according to the first time, and issuing the first indication information to the first system, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the first system to close the system authority of the pre-departure staff at the first time;
and generating second indication information containing the second time according to the second time, and issuing the second indication information to the second system, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating the second system to close the system authority of the pre-departure staff at the second time.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: acquiring the information of the leave type of the staff who leave the job in advance;
the determining a first time of the first system and a second time of the second system according to the position information includes:
if the pre-job leaving personnel are determined to be high-level managers according to the job information, determining the first time to be the current time, and determining the second time to be the time of the day of leaving of the pre-job leaving personnel;
and if the pre-job leaving personnel are determined to be non-high-level managers according to the job information, determining the first time and the second time according to the job leaving type information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first time and the second time based on the type of departure information comprises:
when determining that the job leaving type of the pre-job leaving personnel is the job stop survey type according to the job leaving type information, determining that the first time is the current time, and determining that the second time is the time of the day of job leaving of the pre-job leaving personnel.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
reading configuration information of the pre-configured system configuration table, wherein the configuration information comprises system information of a third system, third time of the third system, system information of a fourth system and fourth time of the fourth system;
the first system for determining the to-be-closed authority and the second system for determining the to-be-closed authority of the pre-departure staff comprise:
determining the third system as the first system according to the system information of the third system and determining the fourth system as the second system according to the system information of the fourth system from the system configuration table;
the determining the first time and the second time according to the type of the job leaving information includes:

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the job leaving state information of the staff who are expected to leave the job, wherein the job leaving state information comprises a job waiting state and a non-job leaving state;
when the information of the job leaving state of the pre-job leaving personnel is the job waiting state, executing the step of acquiring the position information of the pre-job leaving personnel;
when the information of the job leaving state of the pre-job leaving personnel is the non-job leaving state, determining a system with closed system authority corresponding to the pre-job leaving personnel, and opening the system authority of the system with closed system authority of the pre-job leaving personnel.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging authority information of a user inputting the personal information of the pre-departure staff;
when the authority information of the user meets a preset condition, receiving personal information of the pre-departure staff, which is input by the user;
the position information of the staff who leaves in advance is obtained, including: and acquiring the position information from the personal information of the pre-departure staff.
8. A system authority management apparatus for pre-departure staff, the apparatus comprising:

the first sending module is used for generating first indication information containing the first time according to the first time and issuing the first indication information to the first system, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the first system to close the system permission of the pre-departure staff at the first time;
and the second sending module is used for generating second indication information containing the second time according to the second time and issuing the second indication information to the second system, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating the second system to close the system permission of the pre-departure staff at the second time.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
