the air inlet device can isolate the roasting pot 9 from the outside air, and the inlet fresh air is hot, so that the coffee beans are not suddenly cooled during roasting, the temperature stability of the coffee beans during roasting is ensured, which is the problem that the common small coffee roasting machines can not be realized, the common household coffee bean roasting machines are not thermally isolated but communicated with the outside, so that the temperature of the coffee beans during roasting can not be ensured at all, and the roasting effect can not be controlled, the device solves the problem that the temperature control is more accurate, no cold air enters during roasting, the effect is better, the temperature and the humidity in the roasting pot 9 can be known at any time through the sensor display 26 according to the monitoring of the temperature and humidity sensor 56, so as to control the firepower and the wind power, and the timer 27 can constantly record the time when the coffee beans start to be roasted and the roasting duration time, if the humidity is too high, the air suction power of the air suction device 8 can be increased through the air pressure regulator 25, and the water vapor in the baking pan 9 can be taken away more quickly; if the temperature is too high, the wind power of the air suction device 8 can be increased, and the heat productivity of the electric heater 71 can be properly reduced at the same time, so that the temperature and the humidity in the roasting pot 9 can be controlled to be kept stable, the roasting humidity and the temperature can be adjusted according to different roasting requirements of coffee beans, the coffee beans with proper taste can be roasted, and the coffee beans with different tastes can be roasted according to personal preferences by adjusting the roasting temperature, the roasting humidity and the time;
the flip cover 11 of the device is connected to the shell 1 through the hinge, can be opened, and after the flip cover is opened, the flip cover has an opening communicated with the inner cavity of the shell, so that the roasting pot 9 and the transmission shaft 44 can be detached, then the roasting pot 9 is taken out from the flip cover 11, the roasting pot 9 is cleaned and is stored after being cleaned when not in use, and the device is suitable for household design, and the large coffee bean roasting machine does not need to be provided, and sundries in the shell 1 can be cleaned through the flip cover 11.

Coffee beans used for making coffee are actually seeds inside coffee fruits, and have structures such as an exocarp, a pulp, a pectin, an endocarp, and a silverskin on the outer layer of the seeds, and the purpose of processing is to remove these external structures to obtain coffee seeds inside, and the silverskin (Silver Skin/Chaff): a thinner film is also arranged in the parchment paper to wrap the coffee beans, and people are habitually called as 'silvery skin' because the color of the parchment paper is rich in luster and silvery. The silvery skin can fall off during roasting, and usually, when the coffee is ground, a little silvery scraps in the coffee powder are found, the scraps are the silvery skin which cannot be peeled from coffee beans during roasting, and the silvery skin can bring astringent taste, if the quantity of the silvery skin is not large, the influence is not great, and if the quantity of the silvery skin is too large, the taste of the coffee is sour and astringent, so that the taste of the coffee beans is not good;
the air suction device 8 of the device is a general fan with blades, not a turbine fan, the large-opening fan with the blades is convenient for removing the silvery skin which is removed when the coffee beans are roasted, the blades are large, the silvery skin is not easy to hang on the blades, and the turbine fan is easy to hang the silvery skin and is difficult to clean.
The base 2 is provided with a stir-frying switch 21, a fire switch 22, a fan switch 23, a fire adjuster 24, an air adjuster 25, a sensor display 26 and a timer 27, the fire adjuster 24 and the air adjuster 25 are arranged on a conventional electric appliance, the fire adjuster 24 can control the power of the electric heater 71, and the air adjuster 25 can control the wind power of the fan of the air suction device 8.
