It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present application, the term "comprising" is used to indicate the presence of the features stated hereinafter, but does not exclude the addition of further features.
At the present stage, people live in a network era, and most of things in life can be handled through the network, such as riding a network car, riding a shared bicycle and the like. However, in order to avoid that too many applications are downloaded by people and the load of the mobile terminal of people is increased, technical personnel continuously improve the applications, so that one application can integrate multiple functions, and people can handle many things through one application.
The most common application program is to display an interface with a fixed function in a display interface, and no matter which user opens the application program, the user sees what the same function corresponds to, as shown in fig. 3, but the function may not be a function that the user needs to use at present, in this case, the user needs to find the function needed by the user in navigation, and after the user performs trigger operation on the function needed by the user, the interface corresponding to the function needed by the user is displayed in the display interface, and in the interface of the function needed by the user, the user can complete the order placing action. The display mode of the service order issuing interface in the application program can increase the order issuing process of the user and reduce the use efficiency of the user.
Based on the above defects, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for displaying an order page, as shown in fig. 1, which is applied to a mobile terminal, and includes:
s101, responding to the login operation of a target user, and determining the historical use condition of the target user for each service function;
s102, selecting at least one service function from the plurality of service functions as a first target service function needing to be highlighted in a service order placing interface according to the historical use condition of each service function;
s103, when the service order issuing interface is switched to, displaying a first display area and a second display area in the service order issuing interface; an input control used for guiding a target user to input service order information of a first target service function is displayed in the first display area; and a switching control for guiding the target user to change the first target service function is displayed in the second display area.
In step S101, the target user is a user who uses an application in the mobile terminal and also a user who logs in the application. The login operation can be the login operation realized by triggering a login control after a target user inputs a user name and a password on a login interface; or at the moment that the target user clicks the application program, the mobile terminal directly logs in the application program through the user name and the password of the application program stored in the background, and the user does not need to manually input the user name and the password. The service function refers to a function which is convenient for a user to go out and can be embodied in an application program, such as a taxi taking service function, a car sharing service function, a windward service function, a cycling service function, a real-time bus service function, a self-driving navigation service function, a freight service function, a taxi service function, an oil filling and charging service function and the like. The taxi taking service function means that a target user places a taxi taking order on a taxi taking service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy taxi taking service. The car sharing service function means that the target user places a car sharing order on the car sharing service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy car sharing service. The windward service function means that the target user places a windward order on the windward service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy the windward service. The cycling service function means that the target user places a cycling order on the cycling service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy cycling service. The real-time bus service function refers to the real-time condition that a target user can inquire buses on a real-time bus service function display interface. The self-driving navigation service function means that the target user can view the navigation result at the self-driving navigation service function. The freight service function means that the target user places a freight order on the freight service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy the freight service. The car renting service function means that a target user places a car renting order on a car renting service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy car renting service. The refueling and charging service function means that a target user issues a refueling and charging order on a refueling and charging service function display interface, and the target user can enjoy refueling and charging service. The historical use case refers to historical data generated when the target user operates each service function. The historical usage is determined from any one or more of the following: the number of service orders issued by the target user for each service function, the stay time at the interface of the issuing, the input time at the interface of the issuing, the time of the service order issuing, and the service position. The number of service orders of the service function refers to the number of successful orders of the service orders corresponding to the service function in a preset time period. The preset time period may be manually specified, for example, one month. The stay time of the interface reached at the end refers to a time period from the time when the target user opens the display interface corresponding to the service function to the time when the service order of the service function is successfully placed. The input time of the down interface refers to a time period of performing touch operation in the display interface after the display interface corresponding to the service function is opened by the target user. The time for placing the service order in the interface is the time when the target user successfully places the service order after opening the display interface corresponding to the service function. The service position refers to a starting position and an ending position in a service order corresponding to the service function.
In specific implementation, the mobile terminal responds to the login operation of the target user, and the historical use condition of the target user for each service function can be determined after the login operation. The historical usage may be provided by the mobile terminal or by the server. The mobile terminal can store historical operation data of the user aiming at the application program, and the mobile terminal screens out information contained in the historical application condition from the historical operation data. Or, historical operation data operated by the user in the mobile terminal are all acquired by the server, and after the server receives a login request in the mobile terminal, the server screens out information contained in the historical use condition based on the historical operation data and then sends the information contained in the historical use condition to the mobile terminal.
In step S102, the service order placing interface is an interface capable of guiding the user to place a service order, and the service order placing interface includes a first display area and a second display area; an input control used for guiding a target user to input service order information of a first target service function is displayed in the first display area; and a switching control for guiding the target user to change the first target service function is displayed in the second display area. The service order information refers to information that needs to be input when the first target service function places an order. An input control refers to a control that can input information, such as an input box. The switching control refers to a control which can control the display content in the first display area to be changed. The first target service function refers to a service function that best conforms to a user's usage habit. For example, if the user frequently uses the taxi taking service function, the first target service function is the taxi taking service function.
In specific implementation, each application program may include a plurality of service functions, and in order to provide convenience for a target user, a first target service function that best meets the use habit of the user may be selected according to the historical use condition of the user for each service function. The first target service function selected in this way is more in line with the use habits of the target users.
In the step S103, the service order issuing interface is switched to at the moment of triggering the application, and the interface includes two parts, one is a first display area and the other is a second display area, where the first display area is mainly used for displaying the input control of the service order information of the service function, and the second display area mainly displays the switching control corresponding to each service function. That is, at the moment of opening the application program, the first target service function is displayed in the first display area, so that the first target service function is highlighted, the target user can place an order quickly, the required service function can be provided for the target user to the greatest extent, and the order placing efficiency of the target user is improved.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, if the first target service function is the windward service function, the input control of the service order information corresponding to the windward service function is displayed in the first display area.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, through the three steps, the first target service function which is in line with the use habit of the target user can be determined according to the historical use condition of the target user for each service function, the application program is switched to the service order issuing interface in the moment of opening the application program, the service order information corresponding to the first target service function is directly displayed in the service order issuing interface, the required service function is quickly provided for the target user, the time for the target user to find the required service function is shortened, and the order placing efficiency of the target user is improved.
The first target service function is determined according to historical use conditions, the information contained in the historical use conditions is many, therefore, the first target service function can be determined according to any one or more kinds of information in the historical use conditions, and the determination of the first target service function comprises the following modes:
the first method is as follows:
step S102, comprising:
step 1021, selecting the service function with the largest number of service orders from the plurality of service functions according to the historical service condition of each service function;
in step 1022, the service function with the largest number of service orders to be placed is determined as the first target service function to be highlighted in the service order placing interface.
In step 1021, the service function with the largest number of service orders placed refers to the service function that is actually used by the target user the most times, that is, the service function that is most needed by the target user.
In specific implementation, according to the historical use condition of each service function, the maximum value of the assigned quantity is selected from the assigned quantities corresponding to the service functions, and the service function of which the assigned quantity is the maximum value is determined as the first target service function.
In the step 1022, the first target service function with the greatest demand for the target user is directly displayed in the service order issuing interface, so that the situation that the target user finds the service function required by the target user again is reduced, and the efficiency of finding the service function required by the target user is improved.
The second method comprises the following steps:
step S102, comprising:
1023, calculating the use probability of each service function by using a trained use probability calculation model according to the historical use condition of each service function and the environmental information of the current position of the target user;
and 1024, selecting the service function with the highest use probability from the plurality of service functions as a first target service function which is highlighted in the service order placing interface.
In the above-mentioned step 1023, the environment information may be acquired by the mobile terminal in response to the login operation of the target user, and the environment information may be information of an area where the mobile terminal is located. The environmental information may include any one or more of the following: the mobile terminal comprises coordinate information of the current position of the mobile terminal, information of the current geographic functional area of the mobile terminal and weather information of the current position of the mobile terminal. The coordinate information of the current position of the mobile terminal refers to geographical position information of the current position of the mobile terminal, such as longitude and latitude information. The information of the geographic functional area where the mobile terminal is currently located refers to a geographic functional area where the mobile terminal is currently located, such as a business area, a residential area, an airport, and the like. The weather information of the current position of the mobile terminal refers to weather conditions of the position of the mobile terminal, such as cloudy days, rainy days, sunny days, and the like. The trained usage probability calculation model may determine a probability value for each service function being used by the target user.
During specific implementation, the historical use condition of the target user for each service function and the environmental information of the current position of the target user are obtained, and the historical use condition of the target user for each service function and the environmental information of the current position of the target user are input into the trained use probability calculation model, so that the use probability of the target user corresponding to each service function can be calculated.
Specifically, the trained use probability calculation model is obtained by training through the following steps:
step 10231, a probability training sample set is obtained; the probability training sample set comprises at least one training sample; the training sample comprises historical input information of the bubbling behavior, environment information corresponding to the bubbling behavior and a ordering label of the bubbling behavior; the order label includes any one of the following information: ordering success information and ordering unsuccessful information; the historical input information includes any one or more of the following: the stopping time, the operating time, the issuing time, the starting position and the ending position of the service order issuing interface;
and 10232, aiming at each training sample, inputting historical input information and environmental information of the bubbling behavior as positive samples into the to-be-trained use probability calculation model, inputting the ordering label of the bubbling behavior as a negative sample into the to-be-trained use probability calculation model, and training the to-be-trained use probability calculation model.
In the above-described step 10231, the bubbling action refers to an action of opening a service order placing interface.
In step 1024, the service probability calculated by the trained service probability calculation model may represent the probability value of the target user using the service function, so that the service function with the highest service probability may be the service function required by the target user, that is, the service function corresponding to the maximum value of the service probability is the first target service function, and the first target service function needs to be displayed in the service order issuing interface for highlighting, so that the target user can quickly find and issue the first target service function, and the travel efficiency of the target user is improved.
Of course, in addition to the above-described two ways of determining the first target service function, the first target service function may be determined using information other than the number of service orders placed by the target user for each service function in the historical use case. Such as: if the historical use condition includes the stay time of the target user for each service function in the interface, determining the service function corresponding to the maximum sum of the stay time of the interface in the interface as a first target service function; if the historical use condition includes the input time of the target user for each service function under the interface, the maximum value of the sum of the input time of the interface under the interface can be determined to be the first target service function.
The input control of the service order information of the service function can be displayed in the service order placing interface, however, only the input information cannot be placed, so that the placing control needs to be displayed in the first display area in order to successfully place the service order of the service function, and the placing control can trigger a generation program of the service order, so that the scheme further comprises the following steps:
104, displaying a ordering control in a first display area;
step 105, responding to the triggering operation aiming at the ordering control, and generating a service order about the first target service function according to the service order information input by the target user aiming at the service order;
step 106, sending the service order of the first target service function to the server.
In step 104, a placing control is displayed in the first display area for triggering a generation procedure of the service order.
In step 105, the order placing control is triggered in the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal generates a service order of the first target service function according to the service order information input by the target user for the service order in the first display area. The service order information is information entered in the input control.
In step 106, even if the mobile terminal generates a service order, no staff will serve the service order, and only after the service order is sent to the server, the server allocates staff to the service order according to the information in the service order, so that the service order is executed. The operator may be a driver of a tailgating service, a driver of a carpooling service, etc.
The first target service function displayed in the first display area is not constant, and the first target service function displayed in the first display area may not be a service function currently required by the target user, so that the target user is required to reselect a service function and display the reselected service function in the first display area, where the scheme further includes:
step 107, responding to a trigger operation aiming at the switching control in the second display area, and selecting a second target service function from the plurality of service functions;
and 108, re-displaying an input control used for guiding the target user to input the service order information of the second target service function in the first display area.
In step 107 above, the second target service function refers to a service function other than the first target service function. The second display area is used for displaying and replacing the switching control of the display content of the first display area. Each toggle control corresponds to a service function. And the second display area displays switching controls corresponding to all the service functions, including the switching control of the first target service function and the switching control of the second target service function. The second display area is provided with a switching control with any one or more of the following service functions: the system comprises a taxi taking service function, a taxi sharing service function, a tailgating service function, a cycling service function, a real-time bus service function, a self-driving navigation service function, a freight service function, a taxi renting service function and an oil filling and charging service function.
In step 108, after the second target service function is selected, the second target service function needs to be prominently displayed, so that the input control of the service order information of the first target service function displayed in the first display area needs to be replaced by the input control of the service order information corresponding to the second target service function.
In the foregoing solution, a method for displaying an order is mainly applied to a mobile terminal, and the present application also provides a method for displaying an order, as shown in fig. 2, which is applied to a server, and includes:
s201, obtaining a login request sent by a mobile terminal, and determining the historical use condition of a target user for each service function;
s202, according to the historical service condition of each service function, selecting at least one service function from the service functions as a first target service function needing to be highlighted in a service order placing interface;
s203, sending the first target service function to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal displays the first display area and the second display area in the service order issuing interface when switching to the service order issuing interface; an input control used for guiding a target user to input service order information of a first target service function is displayed in the first display area; and a switching control for guiding the target user to change the first target service function is displayed in the second display area.
In step S201, the target user is a user who uses an application in the mobile terminal and also a user who logs in the application. The login request is sent to the server when the target user logs in the application program in the mobile terminal.
In specific implementation, the mobile terminal responds to the login operation of the target user, and the login operation sends a login request to the server. The server acquires the historical operation data corresponding to the target user after receiving the login request of the mobile terminal, screens out information contained in the historical use condition based on the historical operation data, and then sends the information contained in the historical use condition to the mobile terminal. The server may obtain the history data corresponding to the target user according to the identity information of the target user carried in the login request.
In the step S202, the service order placing interface refers to an interface capable of guiding the user to place the service order, and the service order placing interface includes a first display area and a second display area; an input control used for guiding a target user to input service order information of a first target service function is displayed in the first display area; and a switching control for guiding the target user to change the first target service function is displayed in the second display area.
In step S203, the application program is switched to a service order issuing interface at the moment of triggering the application program, where the interface includes two parts, one is a first display area and the other is a second display area, the first display area is mainly used for displaying an input control of service order information of the service function, and the second display area is mainly used for displaying a switching control corresponding to each service function. That is, at the moment of opening the application program, the first target service function is displayed in the first display area, so that the first target service function is highlighted, the target user can place an order quickly, the required service function can be provided for the target user to the greatest extent, and the order placing efficiency of the target user is improved.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, through the three steps, the first target service function which accords with the use habit of the target user can be determined according to the historical use condition of the target user for each service function, and the service order information corresponding to the first target service function is directly displayed in the interface at the moment of opening the application program, so that the required service function is quickly provided for the target user, the time for the target user to find the required service function is shortened, and the order placing efficiency of the target user is improved.
