Description

Transaction method based on block chain and related equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of blockchain technologies, and in particular, to a blockchain-based transaction method and related devices.
Background
In modern life, item transaction has become an indispensable part of people's life, and most of the existing transaction systems are intermediary platforms which associate buyers and sellers who trade items and related institutions and organizations involved in the transaction process, and frequent interactions among different organizations are often involved on the intermediary platforms in the transaction process, for example: in the process of releasing the information of the commodities to be sold and searching the intention of the buyer, the interaction between the buyer and the seller and the intermediary platform is involved. In the transaction process, the intermediary platform is used as a transaction platform trusted by both the buyer and the seller, so that the seller can release the information of the articles to be sold on the intermediary platform, and the buyer is provided with the intention article to search and purchase, thereby the transaction intention achieved by both the buyer and the seller is realized, and the transaction is completed.
However, in the prior art, the intervention of the intermediary platform complicates the whole transaction process, and each transaction-related institution involved in one transaction only holds partial data of the whole transaction, so that the transaction data held by the transaction participants of each transaction is missing and incomplete, but if all transaction information is disclosed to all transaction participants of each transaction at the same time, it is likely to cause leakage of user privacy information, so how to provide a convenient, efficient, transparent and safe transaction method is a problem to be urgently solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application is proposed to provide a blockchain-based transaction method and related apparatus that overcome or at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for block chain based transaction, where the method includes:
the block chain trading platform receives a target trading request sent by a first block chain node, wherein the target trading request comprises identity information of the first block chain node and identity information of a second block chain node; the blockchain transaction platform verifies whether the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal or not; and if the transaction authority is legal, the block chain transaction platform grants the transaction authority between the first block chain node and the second block chain node, wherein the transaction authority comprises the access authority of the first block chain node to the identity information of the second block chain node and the access authority of the second block chain node to the identity information of the first block chain node.
According to the method and the device, the block chain trading platform receives the target trading request sent by the first block chain node, and after the identity information of the first block chain node and the identity information of the second block chain node contained in the target trading request are verified to be legal, the trading authority is granted to the first block chain node and the second block chain node, so that the first block chain node has the access authority to the identity information of the second block chain node, and the second block chain node has the access authority to the identity information of the first block chain node. Therefore, the block chain-based transaction method can grant the transaction authority of the buyer and the seller after verifying that the identity information of the buyer and the seller is legal, not only can utilize the characteristic that the block chain removes the distributed account book to disclose the whole transaction flow and the transaction information to the transaction participants of the transaction, but also can keep the transaction address or the identity information and the like which are sensitive to the transaction participants secret, so that only the block chain link points with the authority can perform the transaction and mutually access the identity information and the like. Therefore, a convenient, efficient, transparent and safe transaction method can be provided for the users of the buyer and the seller.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: and if the target transaction request is legal, the blockchain transaction platform broadcasts the target transaction request to each blockchain node in the blockchain transaction platform. According to the embodiment of the application, after the blockchain trading platform verifies that the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal, the target trading request is broadcast to each blockchain node in the blockchain trading platform, the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node of each blockchain node in the blockchain trading platform can be informed that the trading interest of the target commodity is achieved about the target commodity, the blockchain trading platform does not receive trading requests sent by other blockchain nodes aiming at the target commodity any more, the trading state of the target commodity is locked, and the trading rights and interests of both the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node are protected.
In one possible implementation manner, the target transaction request further includes commodity information of the target commodity; before the blockchain trading platform receives the target trading request sent by the first blockchain node, the method further includes: the blockchain trading platform receives selling information of the target commodity sent by the first blockchain node, wherein the selling information comprises privacy information and commodity information, and the privacy information comprises one or more of identity information of the first blockchain node, proof information that the first blockchain node holds ownership of the target commodity, and proof information that the first blockchain node holds tradable right of the target commodity; the blockchain trading platform broadcasts the sale information to each node of the blockchain trading platform. According to the embodiment of the application, before receiving a target transaction request sent by a first blockchain node, a blockchain transaction platform needs the first blockchain node (namely, a seller user) to upload sale information of a target commodity, wherein the sale information includes privacy information and commodity information, and the privacy information and the commodity information enable users of other blockchain nodes to conveniently and efficiently retrieve the intended commodity.
In one possible implementation, the broadcasting, by the blockchain trading platform, the sale information to each node of the blockchain trading platform includes: the block chain trading platform verifies whether the commodity information is real or not, and determines whether the first block chain link point holds the ownership and/or tradeable right of the target commodity or not according to the privacy information; if the commodity information is real and the first block chain node holds the ownership and/or the tradable right of the target commodity, the block chain trading platform broadcasts the selling information to each block chain node of the block chain trading platform. In the embodiment of the present application, before the blockchain trading platform discloses the selling information of the target commodity, it is further required to determine whether the first blockchain link point has ownership and/or tradable right of the sent target commodity, so as to ensure that the target commodity can be legally traded, for example: if the first block chain link point does not have ownership and/or trade right of the target commodity, the block chain trading platform cannot broadcast the selling information, so that the selling information of illegal commodities is prevented from being retrieved by an unknown buyer user or even purchasing illegal commodities after appearing on the block chain trading platform, the legal interest of the buyer is guaranteed, the risk that illegal persons use the trading platform to conduct illegal activities is greatly reduced (for example, stolen commodities cannot be traded), and the trading process is safer.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: the block chain transaction platform receives transaction requests sent by one or more block chain nodes, wherein the one or more block chain nodes comprise the second block chain node, the transaction request sent by any one block chain node comprises identity information and a product identifier of the corresponding block chain node, and the product identifier is used for uniquely identifying the target commodity; and the blockchain trading platform forwards the trading request sent by the one or more blockchain nodes to the first blockchain link point. In this embodiment of the present application, the target transaction request is one of the transaction requests determined by the first blockchain node from the one or more transaction requests, and is a target transaction request, for example: the first blockchain link point can determine that one transaction request with the earliest time, the highest credit of a buyer user or the highest bid price in the transaction requests is a target transaction request, so that the blockchain transaction platform discloses the transaction requests initiated to the target commodity by other blockchain nodes to the first blockchain link point, the first blockchain link point can be guaranteed to know all information about the market conditions of the target commodity, the legal rights and interests of a seller are guaranteed, and the transaction process is also transparent.

Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
As used in this specification, the terms "component," "module," "system," and the like are intended to refer to a computer-related entity, either hardware, firmware, a combination of hardware and software, or software in execution. For example, a component may be, but is not limited to being, a process running on a processor, an object, an executable, a thread of execution, a program, and/or a computer. By way of illustration, both an application running on a computing device and the computing device can be a component. One or more components can reside within a process and/or thread of execution and a component can be localized on one computer and/or distributed between 2 or more computers. In addition, these components can execute from various computer readable media having various data structures stored thereon. The components may communicate by way of local and/or remote processes such as in accordance with a signal having one or more data packets (e.g., data from two components interacting with another component in a local system, distributed system, and/or across a network such as the internet with other systems by way of the signal).
It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
First, some terms in the present application are explained so as to be easily understood by those skilled in the art.
(1) The block chain is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence, and is a distributed account book which is guaranteed in a cryptographic mode and cannot be tampered and forged. Generally, the blockchain system has a plurality of blockchain nodes, and since there is no centralized management mechanism in the blockchain, it is necessary to ensure that all blockchain nodes have a consistent consensus for each blockchain information, i.e. each blockchain node stores the same blockchain information.
(2) Smart contracts, which are a computer protocol intended to propagate, validate or execute contracts in an informational manner. An intelligent contract is a set of commitments (commitments) defined in digital form, comprising an agreement on which a contract participant can execute these commitments.
(3) Mortgage refers to the situation where a mortgage and a creditor make a written contract to secure a mortgage property without transferring possession of the mortgage property. When the debtor does not fulfill the debt, the creditor is entitled to be paid by priority with the price of the property discounted by law or with the price of the property changed for sale by auction.
(4) The intermediary service is a general term for providing consultation, price evaluation, brokerage and other behaviors for trading activities. The intermediary service organization refers to an organization which is between a production operator and a consumer and is specially qualified according to law to provide services for the production operator and the consumer. For example, a consumption broker creates revenue for a consumer, creates profits for a manufacturer, and acts as an intermediary service between the consumer and the manufacturer. The consumption brokerage limited is such an intermediary service.
Secondly, the technical problems to be solved by the present application are analyzed and presented. In the prior art, the technology related to the trading system includes the following scheme, and the scheme specifically may include the following steps 1 to 3. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a transaction system architecture in the prior art, which is suitable for the transaction steps of the scheme according to an embodiment of the present application.
Step 1, the transaction seller registers the information of the article to be sold and the user information of the seller on the intermediary platform.
Step 2, the transaction buyer searches the required goods information on the intermediary platform, and carries out screening according to the search result, and simultaneously needs to provide the user information of the buyer.
And 3, determining the transaction by the buyer and the seller of the article to achieve the primary transaction intention.
If during the transaction of some valuables, mortgage articles, etc., it may be necessary to go to the national register to verify the authority of the transaction article, go to the bank to verify the mortgage state of the article, manage the transaction fund, etc. Therefore, the scheme may further include the following steps 4 to 8.
And 4, sending a request to a national registration authority to verify the ownership and tradable right of the article.
And 5, sending a request to a bank to verify the mortgage information of the article.
And 6, after the verification of the step 6, the step 4 and the step 5 is passed, sending a request to a bank, and making payment to the seller by the buyer.
And 7, simultaneously sending a request to the national registration agency to change the ownership information of the article.
After step 8, step 6 and step 7 are completed, a certain service fee (generally shared by both buyer and seller) is paid to the intermediary organization, and the whole transaction is completed.
The scheme is suitable for the transaction process based on the intermediary organization or the platform, meets most transaction requirements in the current life, but has the following defects:
shortcoming 1, the creation of intermediary platforms makes the transaction more complex. As described above, the buyer and the seller publish/search the information of the article to be sold on the intermediary platform, and facilitate the smooth progress of the whole transaction based on the trust of the two transaction parties on the intermediary platform, and at the same time, pay a certain service fee to the intermediary platform. Because the information of the transaction buyer and the transaction seller is not equal and the buyer and the seller are not mutually trusted, the formation of a transaction intermediary platform is promoted. The generation of the intermediary platform makes the transaction more complicated, and further has adverse effect on the inequality of transaction information.
And 2, the transaction information between each transaction participant is unequal. As described above, a complete transaction involves multiple organizations or institutions, but each organization only stores partial transaction data related to itself, that is, each transaction-related institution only holds partial data of the whole transaction, so that the transaction data is incomplete and is not beneficial to maintaining the complete transaction data; meanwhile, the possibility of tampering the transaction data is increased, and the transaction data is unsafe.
And 3, if all transaction information is disclosed, privacy information of the user can be leaked. As described above, each transaction participant only holds partial data of the whole transaction process, and if all transaction information in the whole transaction process is disclosed to the transaction participants, privacy information of users may be revealed, and illegal activities (e.g., fraudulent users) may be performed because lawless persons steal all data of the whole transaction process, so that the possibility of stealing transaction data is increased, and the transaction data is unsafe.
In summary, in the conventional transaction method, the buyer and the seller disclose their identity information on the basis of trust of the intermediary platform, but since the intermediary platform cannot ensure the security of the information stored on the intermediary platform when providing the intermediary service, any user on the intermediary platform may be able to easily obtain the identity information of another user; furthermore, if the intermediary platform cannot confirm the validity of the identity information of both transaction parties, even lawless persons can carry out illegal transactions on the intermediary platform, which seriously harms the benefits and safety of users on the intermediary platform; moreover, the intermediary platform generally does not publish all data of the whole transaction process to the buyer and the seller, further increasing the possibility that the transaction data is tampered, and causing insecurity of the transaction data. Therefore, the blockchain-based transaction method provided by the application can be used for solving the problems of how to protect the privacy of the user, how to ensure the validity of the identities of the two transaction parties when the user carries out transaction, and how to make the user know all information in the transaction process.
Based on the above technical problems, and in order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, a description will be given below of one architecture of a transaction system based on a blockchain, which is based on the embodiments of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a transaction system architecture based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present application, including: the blockchain trading platform 201, the first blockchain node 202 and the second blockchain node 203 may further include a third blockchain node 204. Wherein
The blockchain transaction platform 201 may be a node device in a blockchain system, where the blockchain system includes a plurality of node devices that are not trusted with each other, all the node devices commonly maintain data records in the blockchain, and each node device locally stores a complete piece of blockchain data. The blockchain transaction platform is a transaction security guarantee platform, and mainly functions to guarantee information security, integrity and other problems of other node devices during transaction, for example: the blockchain transaction platform 201 may be a server, a server group, a cloud server, and may also be referred to as a system, a user unit, and the like. For example: when the blockchain transaction platform 201 is a server, the blockchain transaction platform 201 may receive a target transaction request sent by the first blockchain node 202, where the target transaction request includes identity information of the first blockchain node and identity information of the second blockchain node; the blockchain transaction platform 201 verifies whether the identity information of the first blockchain node 202 and the identity information of the second blockchain node 203 are legal; if the transaction authority is legal, the blockchain transaction platform 201 grants the transaction authority between the first blockchain node 202 and the second blockchain node 203, wherein the transaction authority includes the access authority of the first blockchain node 202 to the identity information of the second blockchain node 203 and the access authority of the second blockchain node 203 to the identity information of the first blockchain node 202.
The first blockchain node 202 is another node device in the blockchain system, and the node device may be a terminal held by a vendor user, for example: when the first blockchain node 202 is a smart phone, first, the first blockchain node 202 may send a target transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform 201; then the first blockchain node 202 receives the transaction right granted by the blockchain transaction platform 201 to the second blockchain link node 203, wherein the transaction right includes the access right of the first blockchain node 202 to the identity information of the second blockchain node 203 and the access right of the second blockchain node 203 to the identity information of the first blockchain node 202; finally, the first blockchain node 202 may complete the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request with the second blockchain node 203 according to the transaction right.
The second blockchain node 203 is another node device in the blockchain system, and the node device may be a terminal held by the buyer user, for example: when the second blockchain node 203 is a smart phone, firstly, the second blockchain node 203 may receive a target transaction request broadcast by the blockchain transaction platform 201, where the target transaction request includes identity information of the first blockchain node 202 and identity information of the second blockchain node 203; then the second blockchain node 203 receives the transaction authority granted by the blockchain transaction platform and the first blockchain node 202; and finally, the second blockchain node 203 completes the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request with the second blockchain node 202 according to the transaction authority.
The terminal may be a communication terminal, a mobile device, a User terminal, a mobile terminal, a wireless communication device, a portable terminal, a User agent, a User Equipment, a service device, or a User Equipment (UE) located at the outermost periphery of a network in a computer network, and is mainly used for data input, output or display of a processing result, and may also be a software client installed or running on any one of the above devices, an application program, and the like. For example, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a cordless phone, a smart watch, a wearable device, a tablet device, a handheld device with wireless communication capabilities, a computing device, a smart meter or other processing device connected to a wireless modem, and so forth.
The third blockchain node 204 is another node device in the blockchain system, and the node device may be a service device held by a country related organization, such as a server, a server group, a cloud server, and the like. When the third blockchain node 204 is a server of a bank, it can be used to complete a monetary transaction of the target product between the second blockchain node and the first blockchain node. When the third blockchain node 204 is a service platform of a public security organization, it can be used for the blockchain transaction platform to verify the identity information of the first blockchain node 202 and the identity information of the second blockchain node 203.
It will be appreciated that blockchain nodes for a plurality of buyers or sellers may also be included in a blockchain-based transaction system architecture. It is further understood that the blockchain-based transaction system architecture in fig. 2 is only an exemplary implementation manner in the embodiment of the present application, and the transaction system architecture in the embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above transaction system architecture.
Based on the block chain-based transaction system architecture provided in fig. 2, the technical problem provided in the present application is specifically analyzed and solved in combination with the block chain-based transaction method provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a blockchain-based transaction method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to the blockchain-based transaction system architecture described in fig. 2, where a blockchain transaction platform 201 may be configured to support and execute the method flow steps S302-S303, S305, and S308-S310 shown in fig. 3, a first blockchain node 202 may be configured to support and execute the method flow steps S301, S306-S307, and S311 shown in fig. 3, and a second blockchain node 203 may be configured to support and execute the method flow steps S304 and S311 shown in fig. 3. A description will be made below with reference to fig. 3 from three ends of the blockchain trading platform 201, the first blockchain node 202, and the second blockchain node 203. The method may include the following steps S301 to S311.
Step S301: and the first blockchain node sends the selling information of the target commodity to the blockchain trading platform.
Specifically, it should be noted that the first block link point may be a first terminal held by a user of the vendor, where the first terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a smart band. Therefore, it may be considered that the first terminal sends the selling information of the target product to the blockchain trading platform, where the selling information includes privacy information of the first blockchain node and the product information, and the privacy information includes one or more of identity information of the first blockchain node, proof information that the first blockchain node holds ownership of the target product, and proof information that the first blockchain node holds tradable right of the target product.
Optionally, the identity information of the first blockchain node may include identity information of the seller user and/or identification information of the first terminal, where the identification information is used to uniquely identify the first terminal; the proof information that the first block link point holds the ownership of the target commodity can be understood as the proof information that the seller user holds the ownership of the target commodity; the first block link may point the proof information of the tradable right of the target product, which is understood as the proof information of the tradable right of the target product held by the seller user. For example: if the target commodity sent by the seller user is a commodity (such as a house, an automobile, a patent and the like) which requires the seller to prove that the owner and/or the trade right of the target commodity is/are available, the privacy information needs to include proving information which can prove that the owner and/or the trade right of the target commodity is/are available for the seller user (such as a house property certificate, a purchase record of the target commodity, a patent certificate and the like) so as to ensure the validity of the trade of the target commodity.
Optionally, the identity information of the first blockchain node may be identity information of the seller user, where the identity information may include one or more of an identity number of the seller user, a user account number (such as a naughty code, a jingdong code, and the like in the prior art) corresponding to the blockchain transaction platform, a driver's license number, and a passport number; the commodity information may be information for actually describing a target commodity, which is broadcast on a blockchain transaction platform, and may be conveniently retrieved by a buyer user to know the target commodity, so that the commodity information may include one or more of name, price, category, efficacy, appearance, damage information, photo information, and video information recorded with the target commodity, for example: the target commodity is a mobile phone, the commodity information can be HUAWEI P20Pro blue, the purchase date is 2019, 6 months, 10 days, Monday, three years in warranty period, the screen is intact, the purchase evidence information and the photo of the mobile phone, and even the commodity information can also comprise video information recorded with a HUAWEI P20Pro mobile phone used or displayed.
Optionally, before the first blockchain node sends the selling information of the target product to the blockchain trading platform, the method further includes: the blockchain trading platform also needs to broadcast the smart contracts to each blockchain node in the blockchain trading platform. The intelligent contract may include transaction steps and transaction rights between blockchain nodes in the blockchain transaction platform. The trading step can be that the product traded on the blockchain trading platform needs to comply with the trading step in the intelligent contract. For example: according to the intelligent contract blockchain trading platform, after the selling information of the target commodity sent by the first blockchain node is received, whether the commodity information is real or not is verified. The transaction authority may be that privacy information of both transaction parties is authorized access information, and only both transaction parties and authorized blockchain nodes (e.g., banks, transaction platforms, national registration institutions, etc.) can access the information, for example, according to an intelligent contract blockchain transaction platform, only a blockchain link point having an access authority of a first blockchain node can access or acquire identity information of the first blockchain node, and a blockchain link point not having an access authority of the first blockchain node cannot access or acquire identity information of the first blockchain node. Through the intelligent contract characteristic of the block chain, each step of the transaction is carried out according to a set program, so that the safety and credibility of the transaction process are ensured; and each block on the block chain node comprises the operation information and the time information of the previous block, so that each step of the transaction process is ensured to be publicly supervised, and the fairness of the whole transaction is ensured.
Step S302: after receiving the selling information of the target commodity sent by the first blockchain node, the blockchain trading platform verifies whether the commodity information is real, and determines whether the first blockchain node has the ownership and/or tradeable right of the target commodity according to the privacy information.
Specifically, after receiving the selling information of the target commodity sent by the first blockchain node, the blockchain trading platform verifies whether the commodity information is real, and determines whether the first blockchain link point holds the ownership and/or the tradable right of the target commodity according to the privacy information. The selling information includes one or more of identity information of the first block chain node, proof information that the first block chain node holds the ownership of the target commodity, and proof information that the first block chain node holds the tradable right of the target commodity, so that the block chain trading platform can verify whether the commodity information is real according to the received selling information, and determine whether the first block chain node holds the ownership and/or tradable right of the target commodity. Optionally, before the seller user wants to sell the target product, the seller user needs to go through verification of the authenticity of the target product, ownership and/or trade right of the target product held by the seller user through the blockchain trading platform, and only the target product passing the verification can continue trading. The commodity information may include one or more of a name, a price, a category, an efficacy, an appearance, damage information, photo information, and video information recorded with the target commodity, so that the blockchain transaction platform may verify whether the target commodity really exists according to the commodity information, and if the item described in the commodity information is the target commodity, the blockchain transaction platform may determine whether the target commodity is real. For example: the commodity information describes a HUAWEI P20Pro yellow mobile phone, but the blockchain transaction platform determines that the HUAWEI P20Pro series does not have a yellow mobile phone, so that the blockchain transaction platform can consider that the mobile phone information is unreal, and further the HUAWEI P20Pro yellow mobile phone can not perform transaction on the blockchain transaction platform.
Optionally, the blockchain trading platform may send one or more of the proof information that the first blockchain link point holds the ownership of the target product and the proof information that the first blockchain link point holds the tradable right of the target product to a country-related organization (e.g., a housing administration, a vehicle administration, etc.), and the country-related organization verifies the ownership and/or tradable right of the seller user on the target product: after the verification of the country-related institution is passed, the country-related institution sends confirmation information to the blockchain trading platform, wherein the confirmation information comprises information of ownership and/or trading right of the target commodity held by the seller user, and then the blockchain trading platform determines whether the first blockchain link point holds the ownership and/or trading right of the target commodity according to the confirmation information.
Step S303: if the commodity information is real and the first block chain node holds the ownership and/or tradeable right of the target commodity, the block chain trading platform broadcasts the selling information to each block chain node of the block chain trading platform.
Specifically, if the blockchain trading platform verifies that the commodity information is real, and the first blockchain link point holds the ownership and/or tradable right of the target commodity, the blockchain trading platform broadcasts the selling information to each blockchain node of the blockchain trading platform. If the blockchain trading platform verifies that the commodity information is not true, or the first blockchain link point does not hold the ownership and/or tradeable right of the target commodity, the blockchain trading platform does not broadcast the selling information to each blockchain node of the blockchain trading platform, that is, the target commodity cannot be traded on the blockchain trading platform. It can be understood that the blockchain trading platform broadcasts the selling information to each blockchain link point of the blockchain trading platform to prove that the target product is real, and the first blockchain link point holds the ownership and/or tradeable right of the target product, and the target product can be legally traded.
Optionally, the blockchain trading platform may further broadcast verification information that the commodity information is real and the first blockchain node holds the ownership and/or tradable right of the target commodity together with the selling information to each blockchain node of the blockchain trading platform.
Step S304: and the second blockchain node sends a transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform.
Specifically, it should be noted that the second block link point may be a second terminal held by the buyer user, where the second terminal may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a smart band. Therefore, the second blockchain node sends the transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform, and may send the transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform for the second terminal, that is, after the buyer user browses the goods on the blockchain transaction platform and determines the target goods to be purchased, the second terminal is used to send the transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform, where the transaction request includes the identity information of the second blockchain node and a product identifier, and the product identifier is used to uniquely identify the target goods, where optionally, the identity information of the second blockchain node may include the identity information of the buyer user and/or the identity information of the second terminal, and the identity information is used to uniquely identify the second terminal. For example: the transaction request may be the user account number plus the product identification of the target good. Optionally, the identity information of the second blockchain node may be identity information of the buyer user, and the identity information may include an identity number of the buyer user and a user account corresponding to the blockchain transaction platform (e.g., a naughty number, a kyoto number, etc. in the prior art). Optionally, the transaction request may further include price information of the target product, and the price information may be price information determined by the buyer user and different from that of the seller user.
Step S305: the blockchain trading platform receives one or more trading requests sent by one or more blockchain nodes.
Specifically, the blockchain transaction platform receives one or more transaction requests sent by one or more blockchain nodes, where the one or more blockchain nodes include the second blockchain node, and the transaction request includes identity information and a product identifier corresponding to the blockchain node, where the product identifier is used to uniquely identify the target product, for example, each product to be sold on the blockchain transaction platform has a unique product code corresponding thereto, and the product identifier may be a unique product code used to identify the target product on the blockchain transaction platform, where the product code may be generated or allocated by the blockchain transaction platform for the target product when a seller user wants the blockchain transaction platform to send sale information. It is to be understood that the blockchain trading platform may receive one or more trading requests for a target commodity sent by one or more blockchain nodes, each of the one or more trading requests corresponds to one blockchain node, and each of the one or more trading requests may include the identity information and the product identifier of the corresponding blockchain node. It will be appreciated that each of the remaining blockchain nodes on the blockchain trading platform, except for the first blockchain node, may send a trade request to the blockchain trading platform before the trade for the target commodity is locked.
Step S306: the first block link point receives one or more transaction requests sent by the block chain transaction platform to one or more block chain nodes forwarded by the first block link point.
Specifically, after receiving one or more transaction requests sent by one or more blockchain nodes, the blockchain transaction platform needs to send all transaction requests received by the blockchain transaction platform to the first blockchain node, and the first blockchain link point may receive the one or more transaction requests sent by the blockchain transaction platform to the one or more blockchain nodes forwarded by the blockchain transaction platform to the first blockchain link point. Optionally, the transaction request received by the first blockchain node may be a transaction request immediately sent by the blockchain transaction platform after receiving the transaction request, or a transaction request sent by the blockchain transaction platform according to a preset period after receiving the transaction request, or a plurality of transaction requests sent by the blockchain transaction platform to the first blockchain node when the number of transaction requests received by the blockchain transaction platform reaches the preset number of the first blockchain node.
Step S307: the first blockchain node sends a target transaction request to the blockchain transaction platform.
Specifically, after the first block link node receives one or more transaction requests sent by the block chain transaction platform to one or more block chain nodes forwarded by the first block link node, one transaction request may be selected from the received one or more transaction requests to serve as a target transaction request of a target commodity, and then the first block chain node sends the target transaction request to the block chain transaction platform, where the target transaction request includes identity information of the first block chain node and identity information of the second block chain node. Optionally, the first blockchain node may determine that the target transaction request is the one of the plurality of transaction requests that is the earliest (e.g., the earliest is sent to the blockchain transaction platform), that is, that the buyer has the highest credit (e.g., the highest credit in the historical shopping records of the blockchain node or the users to which the blockchain node belongs), or that the bid is the highest (e.g., the highest bid for the target commodity).
Step S308: after receiving a target transaction request sent by a first blockchain node, a blockchain transaction platform verifies whether the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of a second blockchain node are legal or not.
Specifically, the target transaction request includes identity information of a first blockchain node and identity information of a second blockchain node, so that the blockchain transaction platform can verify whether the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal or not through the received target transaction request. For example: when the identity information of the first block chain node comprises the identity card number of the seller user and the identity information of the second block chain node comprises the identity card number of the buyer user, whether the identities of the seller user and the buyer user are real can be directly verified, and whether the seller user and the buyer user are legal citizens can be verified. Optionally, if the blockchain transaction platform cannot directly verify whether the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal, the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node may be sent to a national relevant organization (e.g., a public security organization) for further verification, and then the blockchain transaction platform may determine that the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal according to the information that the national relevant organization passes the verification.
Step S309: and if the first block chain node is legal, the block chain trading platform grants the trading authority between the first block chain node and the second block chain node.
Specifically, after the blockchain trading platform verifies that the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal, the blockchain trading platform grants a trading right between the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node, wherein the trading right includes an access right of the first blockchain node to the identity information of the second blockchain node and an access right of the second blockchain node to the identity information of the first blockchain node.
Optionally, the granting, by the blockchain trading platform, the trading right between the first blockchain node and the second blockchain link point includes authorization information of sending, by the blockchain trading platform, the trading right to the first blockchain node and the second blockchain link point, respectively; the method can also comprise that after the block chain transaction platform sends authorization information of transaction authority to the first block chain node, the first block chain node forwards the authorization information of transaction authority to the second block chain node; the method may further include that after the blockchain transaction platform sends authorization information of the transaction right to the second blockchain link point, the second blockchain node forwards authorization information of the transaction right to the first blockchain link point, where the authorization information may be determined by the blockchain transaction platform according to an intelligent contract, the authorization information may enable the first blockchain link point to access or acquire identity information of the second blockchain node, and the second blockchain link point may access or acquire access right of the identity information of the first blockchain node, and the authorization information may be, for example, an access address, a key, and the like. The access authority of the first block link point to the identity information of the second block link node may be to allow the first block link point to access or acquire a private block chain on the second block link point, where the private block chain may be used to store the privacy information of the second block chain node; the access right of the second block link point to the identity information of the first block link node may be to allow the second block link point to access or acquire a private block chain on the first block link point, where the private block chain may be used to store the privacy information of the first block chain node. It can also be understood that, if the blockchain trading platform does not grant the trading authority between the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node, the first blockchain node cannot view the identity information of the second blockchain node, and the second blockchain node cannot view the identity information of the first blockchain node.
Step S310: if the target transaction request is legal, the blockchain transaction platform broadcasts the target transaction request to each blockchain node in the blockchain transaction platform.
Specifically, after the blockchain transaction platform verifies that the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal, the blockchain transaction platform broadcasts the target transaction request to each blockchain node in the blockchain transaction platform, and can inform each blockchain node in the blockchain transaction platform that the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node have achieved transaction intention about the target commodity, and the blockchain transaction platform no longer receives the transaction request sent by a third party blockchain node for the target commodity, so that the transaction state of the target commodity is locked, and the transaction rights and interests of both the first blockchain node and the second blockchain node are protected.
Step S311: and the first block chain node completes the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request with the second block chain node according to the transaction authority.
Specifically, after the blockchain transaction platform verifies that the identity information of the first blockchain node and the identity information of the second blockchain node are legal, the first blockchain link point can complete the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request according to the transaction authority and the second blockchain link point, and the transaction authority can allow the first blockchain and the second blockchain to perform transactions in the forms of money, points and the like. For example: the block chain transaction platform can send money transaction information to the banking institution, and the money transaction information can be used for transferring funds corresponding to the target commodity from an account corresponding to the second block chain link point to an account corresponding to the first block chain link point.
Optionally, before the first block link point completes the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request with the second block link point according to the transaction right, the method further includes that the first block link point sends logout information to a related mechanism (such as a bank) through a block chain transaction platform, and the logout information is used for logging out the mortgage of the target commodity on the related mechanism. And the target commodity can continue to carry out the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request after the target commodity cancels the mortgage.
Optionally, after the first block link point completes the transaction corresponding to the target transaction request according to the transaction permission and the second block link point, the method further includes that the second block chain sends first mortgage information to a related mechanism (such as a bank) through a block chain transaction platform, the first mortgage information includes identity information of the second block chain and commodity information of the target commodity, and the first mortgage information is used for the second block link point to mortgage the target commodity to the related mechanism.
Optionally, the method further includes sending, by the second blockchain, second mortgage information to a relevant institution (e.g., a bank) through the blockchain trading platform, where the second mortgage information includes identity information of the second blockchain and article information of the target article, and the mortgage information is used for the second blockchain to mortgage the target article to the relevant institution, where the target article is an article for which the second blockchain has a trading right and/or a trading right.
According to the method and the device for processing the block chain transaction requests, the block chain transaction platform firstly receives the target transaction request sent by the first block chain node, then verifies the identity information of the first block chain node and the identity information of the second block chain node contained in the target transaction request, if the block chain transaction platform verifies that the identity information of the first block chain node and the identity information of the second block chain node are both legal, the block chain transaction platform grants the transaction permission of the first block chain node and the transaction permission of the second block chain node, so that the first block chain node has the access permission to the identity information of the second block chain node, and the second block chain node has the access permission to the identity information of the first block chain node. Therefore, the transaction method based on the block chain can grant the transaction authority of the buyer and the seller after verifying the identity information of the buyer and the seller is legal, not only can disclose the whole transaction flow and the transaction information to the participant of the transaction, but also can keep the privacy information (such as identity information, transaction address, certification information and the like) which is sensitive to the participant at the same time, so that only the participant with the authority can check the privacy information Transparent and secure transactions.

application scenarios: the seller A and the buyer B trade target commodities on the trading platform C, the target commodities are mortared by the seller A, and the buyer B mortises commodities which have trading rights and/or can trade rights.
1. And the trading platform C issues a trading system intelligent contract and informs all the block chain nodes to update through a broadcast message.
2. The transaction seller a issues a request for product sale information to the transaction platform C.
3. The transaction platform C first verifies the product information of the seller a.
4. And after the transaction platform C passes the verification, the transaction platform C issues the product sale information of the seller A through the broadcast message, and after the verification message passes all other blockchain nodes, the other blockchain nodes are updated to respective local accounts.
5. Thereafter, the national registration agency E needs to verify the ownership and tradable rights of the seller a for its sold items.
6. After the verification is passed, E confirms ownership and transaction right of the seller A to the sold article through broadcast information, and after the verification information is passed, all other blockchain nodes are updated to respective local accounts; at this point, the item formally enters a state to be sold.
7. The transaction buyer B inquires the information of the product to be sold on the platform transaction platform C and sends a transaction request to the transaction platform C.
8. After receiving the message requesting purchase, seller A selects to confirm sale and sends a confirmation request to the transaction platform C.
9. Upon receiving seller a's confirmation to recognize the sale message, the transaction platform C first verifies the buyer's seller a and buyer B information of both buyer and seller.
10. After the verification is passed, the transaction platform C confirms the transaction through the broadcast message, and after all other blockchain nodes receive the broadcast message, the message passing the information verification of the buyer and seller A and the buyer B is updated to respective local account book; at this point, the primary purchase intent between seller A and buyer B is reached.
11. If the article to be sold of the seller A is mortgaged, the article mortgage needs to be cancelled first; a request to deregister an item mortgage is initiated by seller a to platform trading platform C.
12. And the transaction platform C issues a request for canceling the mortgage of the article through the broadcast message, and after the verification message passes, all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts.
13. The bank D firstly verifies the information of the mortgage articles and all the people, and accepts the mortgage logout after the verification is passed.
14. And the bank D issues a broadcast message after processing the object mortgage logout, and all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts after passing the verification message.
15. The national registration agency E confirms the mortgage cancellation and updates the mortgage registration information of the article.
16. The national registration agency E issues a broadcast message, and after the verification message passes, all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts; at this point, seller a successfully logs out the mortgage on the item for sale.
17. Meanwhile, if the buyer B applies for the mortgage of the goods with the transaction right and/or the transaction right, the mortgage application is also required to be submitted to the platform transaction platform C.
18. And the transaction platform C issues a request for mortgage through the broadcast message, and after the verification message passes, all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts.
19. The bank D firstly verifies the information of the mortgage articles and the owner of the mortgage articles, and receives the mortgage application after the mortgage articles pass the verification.
20. And the bank D issues a broadcast message for accepting the mortgage application, and after the verification message passes, all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts.
21. The national registration agency E confirms the mortgage application and updates the mortgage registration information of the mortgage article.
22. And the national registration mechanism E issues a broadcast message after mortgage registration information, and all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts after verification information passes.
23. Bank D processes the subsequent flow of the mortgage of the goods and deposits a fee to buyer B.
24. The bank D issues a broadcast message to confirm the payment is successful after the payment is successfully placed, and all other blockchain nodes are updated to respective local accounts after the verification message passes; at this point, buyer B completes the item mortgage and obtains the mortgage money successfully.
Then, repeating the steps 5-10, such as the authentication of the national registration agency E on the article authority, the verification of the platform transaction platform C on the information of the buyer and the seller, the transfer of the fund from the buyer B to the seller A by the bank D and the like, and informing all other block chain nodes to update to respective local accounts in a mode of issuing broadcast messages after the verification messages pass after each step is completed; after the above operations are completed, the national registration agency E refreshes ownership information of the transaction article (the original owner seller A is changed into the current owner buyer B, and sends a broadcast message, and all other block chain nodes are updated to respective local accounts after the verification message passes, so that the whole transaction process is successful and finished.
