Specifically, the invoicing condition refers to a condition that the payment order identifier can issue an electronic invoice, and may be: whether it is in line with the type of service issuing the electronic invoice or whether it is a premium payment at the time of payment or whether the payment order has already been invoiced or whether it is in line with a gray scale restricted area, etc. The grayscale restricted area refers to an area where payment orders are within an area where electronic invoices cannot be placed. The step of verifying whether the payment order identifier is generated by the first application means that whether the payment order identifier is generated by the server is verified in the server which sends the payment order identifier to the first application. And when the verification is passed, obtaining the payment information according to the payment order identification. When the verification fails, a thank you use page is returned to the first application.
Examples are as follows: the electronic invoice is made through the WeChat billing applet after the WeChat payment is passed, when the WeChat billing applet server receives a payment order identifier, a verification request is sent to the WeChat server, the WeChat server verifies whether the payment order identifier is paid through WeChat payment, when the verification is passed, goods verification passing information is returned to the WeChat billing applet server, then the WeChat billing applet server verifies whether the billing condition is met, and when the verification is passed, the payment information is obtained according to the payment order identifier.

The electronic invoice platform is a server used for verifying invoicing information and generating an electronic invoice according to the invoicing information. Whether the billing information is wrong or not, whether electronic invoices can be made or not and the like can be verified.

The invoice number is distributed by adopting national uniform coding and a uniform anti-counterfeiting technology. The electronic invoice signature is a signature mechanism of an electronic tax bureau and is used for ensuring that the electronic invoice is not tampered.
In one embodiment, the second application server receives the electronic invoice generation request sent by the second application, analyzes the electronic invoice generation request to obtain invoicing information, and sends the invoicing information to the electronic invoice platform.
And S408, acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the electronic invoice platform, generating the electronic invoice according to the invoicing information, and returning the electronic invoice to the terminal.
Specifically, the server acquires the electronic invoice returned by the electronic invoice platform, and returns the electronic invoice to the terminal for display.

In one embodiment, the second application server receives the two-dimensional code generation request sent by the first application, and the second application server analyzes the two-dimensional code generation request to obtain the payment order identifier. And the second application server acquires the preset two-dimensional code, generates the two-dimensional code according to the payment order identification and the preset two-dimensional code, and returns the two-dimensional code to the first application for display.
In the embodiment, the two-dimensional code is generated by presetting the two-dimensional code and the payment order identifier, and the two-dimensional code is preset to have a valid period, so that the safety risk of the two-dimensional code can be avoided.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step S402 of receiving a payment order identifier sent by a terminal and acquiring payment information according to the payment order identifier includes the steps of:
s602, receiving a payment order mark sent by the terminal, and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code corresponding to the payment order mark.

The preset two-dimension code is valid, namely the preset two-dimension code is within the valid time limit.

In one embodiment, the second application server receives a payment order identifier sent by the first application, acquires a corresponding preset two-dimensional code according to a stored association relationship between the payment order identifier and the preset two-dimensional code, verifies whether the preset two-dimensional code is within an effective time limit, and queries corresponding payment information according to the payment order identifier when the preset two-dimensional code is within the effective time limit, namely the preset two-dimensional code is effective. And when the preset two-dimensional code is not in the valid time limit, the preset two-dimensional code is invalid, and prompt information of overdue two-dimensional codes is returned to the first application.
In the embodiment, the electronic invoice is generated within the valid period by verifying whether the preset two-dimensional code is valid, so that the generation safety of the electronic invoice can be improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Also, at least some of the steps in fig. 6-7 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided an electronic invoice generating apparatus 700, comprising: a scanning module 702, a page receiving module 704, an invoice generating module 706, and an invoice obtaining module 708, wherein:
the scanning module 702 is configured to receive a scanning instruction for the two-dimensional code, analyze the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction, obtain a server address and a payment order identifier, and send the payment order identifier to the server according to the server address;
a page receiving module 704, configured to receive and display an invoicing page returned by the server, where the invoicing page is generated by payment information corresponding to the payment order identifier,
the invoice generation module 706 is used for acquiring invoice information through an invoice page, receiving an electronic invoice generation instruction, and sending an electronic invoice generation request to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, wherein the electronic invoice generation request carries the invoice information;
and the invoice obtaining module 708 is used for obtaining the electronic invoice returned by the server.
In one embodiment, the electronic invoice generating apparatus 700 further comprises:
the request sending module is used for receiving a payment completion instruction, carrying a payment order identification, and sending a two-dimensional code generation request to the server according to the payment completion instruction;
and the two-dimensional code acquisition module is used for acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, and the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address.
Specifically, the scanning module, the page receiving module, the invoice generating module, the invoice acquiring module, the request sending module and the two-dimensional code acquiring module of the electronic invoice generating apparatus 700 are all implemented by an invoicing Application (APP, Application), which may be for paying a transaction and generating a payment order identifier while generating a two-dimensional code according to the payment order identifier for generating an electronic invoice.

the first application module 802 is configured to receive a scanning instruction for the two-dimensional code, analyze the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction, obtain a server address and a payment order identifier, and send the payment order identifier to the server according to the server address;
the second application module 804 is used for receiving and displaying a billing page returned by the server, the billing page is generated through payment information corresponding to the payment order identifier, the billing information is acquired through the billing page, an electronic invoice generation instruction is received, an electronic invoice generation request is sent to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, and the electronic invoice generation request carries the billing information; the second application module runs in the first application module;
the first application module 802 is further configured to obtain an electronic invoice returned by the server.
In one embodiment, the first application module 802 is further configured to receive a payment completion instruction, where the payment completion instruction carries a payment order identifier, and send a two-dimensional code generation request to the server according to the payment completion instruction; acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, wherein the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address
Specifically, in the electronic invoice generating apparatus 800, the first application module is implemented by a payment Application (APP), and the second application module is implemented by a billing applet running in the payment application. The payment application refers to an application for implementing a first application module, and the application needs to be downloaded and installed. The billing applet takes the payment application as an operation environment, and can be directly operated in the payment application by scanning the two-dimensional code of the billing applet without downloading and installing. For example, the electronic invoice generating device comprises a WeChat application and an invoicing applet in the WeChat application.
In one embodiment, there is provided another electronic invoice generating apparatus, including:
the identification receiving module is used for receiving a payment order identification sent by the terminal and acquiring payment information according to the payment order identification;
the page generating module is used for generating an invoicing page according to the payment information and returning the invoicing page to the terminal;
the information obtaining module is used for receiving an electronic invoice generating request sent by a terminal, analyzing the electronic invoice generating request to obtain invoicing information and sending the invoicing information to an electronic invoice platform;
and the invoice generating module is used for acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the electronic invoice platform, and the electronic invoice is generated according to the invoicing information and is returned to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the electronic invoice generating apparatus further includes:
the analysis module is used for receiving a two-dimensional code generation request sent by the terminal, analyzing the two-dimensional code generation request and obtaining the payment order identification;
and the two-dimension code generating module is used for acquiring a preset two-dimension code, generating the two-dimension code according to the payment order identification and the preset two-dimension code, and returning the two-dimension code to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the identification receiving module is further configured to: receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code corresponding to the payment order mark; and verifying the preset two-dimension code, and inquiring corresponding payment information according to the payment order identification when the preset two-dimension code is valid.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing data such as two-dimensional codes, payment information, payment order identification and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements an electronic invoice generation method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements an electronic invoice generation method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 9 or 10 are only block diagrams of some of the configurations relevant to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the computer apparatus to which the present application is applied, and a particular computer apparatus may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving a scanning instruction of the two-dimensional code, analyzing the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction to obtain a server address and a payment order mark, and sending the payment order mark to the server according to the server address; receiving and displaying an invoicing page returned by the server, wherein the invoicing page is generated through payment information corresponding to a payment order identifier, the invoicing information is obtained through the invoicing page, an electronic invoice generation instruction is received, an electronic invoice generation request is sent to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, and the electronic invoice generation request carries the invoicing information; and acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the server.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a payment completion instruction, wherein the payment completion instruction carries a payment order identification, and sending a two-dimensional code generation request to a server according to the payment completion instruction; and acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, wherein the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a scanning instruction of the two-dimensional code, analyzing the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction to obtain a server address and a payment order mark, and sending the payment order mark to the server according to the server address; receiving and displaying an invoicing page returned by the server, wherein the invoicing page is generated through payment information corresponding to a payment order identifier, the invoicing information is obtained through the invoicing page, an electronic invoice generation instruction is received, an electronic invoice generation request is sent to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, and the electronic invoice generation request carries the invoicing information; and acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the server.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: receiving a payment completion instruction, wherein the payment completion instruction carries a payment order identification, and sending a two-dimensional code generation request to a server according to the payment completion instruction; and acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, wherein the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the following steps when the processor executes the computer program: receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring payment information according to the payment order mark; generating an invoicing page according to the payment information, and returning the invoicing page to the terminal; receiving an electronic invoice generation request sent by a terminal, analyzing the electronic invoice generation request to obtain invoicing information, and sending the invoicing information to an electronic invoice platform; and acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the electronic invoice platform, generating the electronic invoice according to the invoicing information, and returning the electronic invoice to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a two-dimensional code generation request sent by a terminal, and analyzing the two-dimensional code generation request to obtain a payment order identifier; and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code, generating the two-dimensional code according to the payment order identification and the preset two-dimensional code, and returning the two-dimensional code to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code corresponding to the payment order mark; and verifying the preset two-dimension code, and inquiring corresponding payment information according to the payment order identification when the preset two-dimension code is valid.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: receiving a two-dimensional code generation request sent by a terminal, and analyzing the two-dimensional code generation request to obtain a payment order identifier; and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code, generating the two-dimensional code according to the payment order identification and the preset two-dimensional code, and returning the two-dimensional code to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code corresponding to the payment order mark; and verifying the preset two-dimension code, and inquiring corresponding payment information according to the payment order identification when the preset two-dimension code is valid.

Claims (10)

1. A method of electronic invoice generation, the method comprising:
receiving a scanning instruction of the two-dimensional code, analyzing the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction to obtain a server address and a payment order mark, and sending the payment order mark to a server according to the server address;
receiving and displaying an invoicing page returned by the server, wherein the invoicing page is generated through payment information corresponding to the payment order identification,
acquiring billing information through the billing page, receiving an electronic invoice generation instruction, and sending an electronic invoice generation request to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, wherein the electronic invoice generation request carries the billing information;
and acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the receiving a scan command for a two-dimensional code, parsing the two-dimensional code according to the scan command to obtain a server address and a payment order identifier, and sending the payment order identifier to a server according to the server address, the method comprises:
receiving a payment completion instruction, wherein the payment completion instruction carries a payment order identification, and sending a two-dimensional code generation request to the server according to the payment completion instruction;
and acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, wherein the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address.
3. A method of electronic invoice generation, the method comprising:
receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring payment information according to the payment order mark;
generating an invoicing page according to the payment information, and returning the invoicing page to the terminal;
receiving an electronic invoice generation request sent by a terminal, analyzing the electronic invoice generation request to obtain invoicing information, and sending the invoicing information to an electronic invoice platform;
and acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the electronic invoice platform, generating the electronic invoice according to the invoicing information, and returning the electronic invoice to the terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein before the receiving terminal sends the payment order identifier and obtains the payment information according to the payment order identifier, the method further comprises:
receiving a two-dimensional code generation request sent by the terminal, and analyzing the two-dimensional code generation request to obtain the payment order identification;
and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code, generating the two-dimensional code according to the payment order identification and the preset two-dimensional code, and returning the two-dimensional code to the terminal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 3 or 4, wherein the receiving the payment order identifier sent by the terminal, and obtaining the payment information according to the payment order identifier, comprises:
receiving a payment order mark sent by a terminal, and acquiring a preset two-dimensional code corresponding to the payment order mark;
and verifying the preset two-dimension code, and inquiring corresponding payment information according to the payment order identification when the preset two-dimension code is valid.
6. An electronic invoice generating apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the scanning module is used for receiving a scanning instruction of the two-dimensional code, analyzing the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction to obtain a server address and a payment order mark, and sending the payment order mark to the server according to the server address;
a page receiving module for receiving and displaying the invoicing page returned by the server, wherein the invoicing page is generated by the payment information corresponding to the payment order mark,
the invoice generating module is used for acquiring invoicing information through the invoicing page, receiving an electronic invoice generating instruction and sending an electronic invoice generating request to the server according to the electronic invoice generating instruction, wherein the electronic invoice generating request carries the invoicing information;
and the invoice acquisition module is used for acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the server.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, the apparatus further comprising:
the request sending module is used for receiving a payment completion instruction, carrying a payment order identification, and sending a two-dimensional code generation request to the server according to the payment completion instruction;
and the two-dimension code acquisition module is used for acquiring and displaying the two-dimension code returned by the server, and the two-dimension code is generated according to the payment order mark and the server address.
8. An electronic invoice generating apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the first application module is used for receiving a scanning instruction of the two-dimensional code, analyzing the two-dimensional code according to the scanning instruction to obtain a server address and a payment order mark, and sending the payment order mark to the server according to the server address;
the second application module is used for receiving and displaying an invoicing page returned by the server, generating the invoicing page through payment information corresponding to the payment order mark, acquiring the invoicing information through the invoicing page, receiving an electronic invoice generation instruction, and sending an electronic invoice generation request to the server according to the electronic invoice generation instruction, wherein the electronic invoice generation request carries the invoicing information; the second application module runs in the first application module;
and the first application module is also used for acquiring the electronic invoice returned by the server.

The device of claim 8, wherein the first application module is further configured to receive a payment completion instruction, where the payment completion instruction carries a payment order identifier, and send a two-dimensional code generation request to the server according to the payment completion instruction; and acquiring and displaying the two-dimensional code returned by the server, wherein the two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment order identification and the server address.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
