Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention is built in a vehicle-mounted terminal, and includes: a schedule creating unit 101, a reminding broadcasting unit 102, a schedule managing unit 103 and a schedule synchronizing unit 104. The functions of each module unit are as follows:
and the schedule creating unit 101 is used for triggering and executing schedule creation according to the voice instruction of the schedule created by the user when the vehicle-mounted terminal is awakened or not awakened. As shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a wake-up processing method is shown, when the vehicle-mounted terminal is woken up and interacts with a user, the user can directly issue a schedule creation instruction through voice, a Natural Language Processing (NLP) system recognizes and determines the intention of the user and then activates a schedule transaction management system to create a schedule, and the function can also be woken up and activated through a set voice instruction. When the vehicle-mounted end is not awakened, the system provides local awakening capability, instructions such as 'open schedule' and 'create schedule' can be set in advance to directly awaken the function, and the vehicle-mounted end does not need to be awakened first and then sends out the instructions to enter the schedule transaction management system.
And the reminding broadcasting unit 102 is used for triggering broadcasting of the created schedule when the reminding time node is reached or responding to a voice instruction of a user for inquiring the schedule. A plurality of trigger nodes can be set according to needs, for example, 2 trigger nodes are set, one trigger node is set at a schedule time point, and the other trigger node can be 15 minutes ahead of the schedule point, and when the set prompt time node is reached, the prompt broadcasting unit 102 can automatically trigger to perform voice prompt.
And the schedule management unit 103 is used for responding to a voice instruction of the user for managing the schedule to trigger schedule management. The invention can be managed in a vehicle-mounted graphical interface directly, preferably in a voice interaction mode, and can execute operation instructions of schedule affair deletion, modification, query and the like.
A schedule synchronization unit 104, configured to establish a data synchronization channel between the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus and the mobile terminal, and synchronize schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus with schedule data stored by the mobile terminal; or the data synchronization channel is also used for establishing a data synchronization channel between the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the cloud end, and schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device is synchronized with schedule data stored by a cloud end system backup.
The application program used by the mobile terminal to create and manage schedule data may be an APP, an applet, an H5 application, or the like. Taking a smart phone as an example, the smart phone stores relatively complete user schedule data due to high use frequency. When a user drives a vehicle, the mobile phone cannot be used in view of the driving safety problem, and the complete schedule data on the mobile phone is synchronized through the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the user can inquire and broadcast the schedule more conveniently. Meanwhile, the schedule created by the user on the automobile can be synchronized to the mobile phone in real time, so that the user can still effectively obtain the schedule reminding based on the mobile phone after leaving the automobile.
Compared with the existing schedule memorandum technical scheme that either the schedule is fully manual or the voice is manually combined, the intelligent vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device frees the hands of a user, does not disperse the visual attention of the user, ensures the driving safety, and can be activated by voice without waking up the vehicle-mounted end, so that redundant operation is not needed. In addition, the schedule operation of the vehicle-mounted space and the daily working and living space (the mobile terminal) is synchronously connected, redundant operation of a user is reduced, good experience is brought, and the method and the system are particularly suitable for vehicle-mounted driving scenes.
Based on the first embodiment, in the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the schedule creating unit 101 includes: a text conversion sub-unit 1011, a semantic analysis sub-unit 1012, and a schedule creation sub-unit 1013, in this embodiment, the schedule creation flow is as follows:
step 1, a user creates a schedule through voice input, voice information is converted into text information through the text conversion subunit 1011, and the voice input needs to include a specific time point of the schedule and an event to be executed.
And 2, performing semantic analysis on the text information through a semantic analysis subunit 1012 to acquire schedule time for creating a schedule and an event to be executed. In this embodiment, the schedule information may be spoken by the user once, for example, "remind me to start a meeting at 3 pm on a friday afternoon"; the schedule function can also be started through voice, the voice instruction is used for establishing a schedule, and then the vehicle-mounted terminal feeds back a user through the linguistic data to continue establishing the schedule, for example, the vehicle-mounted terminal asks the user what to do at what time, such as reminding the user to run at 8 pm.
Step 3, a schedule is created by the schedule creating subunit 1013.
In order to avoid insufficiency of the voice instruction information, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the schedule creating unit 101 may further include a condition determining subunit 1014, referring to fig. 3, configured to determine whether the schedule creating information meets a preset condition. When the preset schedule creating condition at least comprises a schedule time point and an event to be executed, if the schedule creating instruction received by semantic analysis lacks one condition, the reminding broadcasting unit reminds the user to supplement the schedule creating information. At this point the system may enter into a multi-turn dialog process, requiring the user to complete based on the missing information. For example, the user says "remind me to play basketball", in this step, the system requests the user to "please tell me what time to remind you" according to the semantic analysis result, and then performs the step of semantic identification again.
Based on the first embodiment, in the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the schedule management unit 103 includes a schedule viewing subunit 1031, as shown in fig. 4, for responding to a voice instruction of querying a schedule from a user. After a user sends a voice instruction for inquiring schedules, the system converts the voice instruction into text information and then carries out semantic analysis to identify the intention and conditions of inquiry, such as 'inquiring all schedules today'. The system searches whether the schedule information meeting the conditions exists in the schedule storage unit, and if so, the inquired schedule information is broadcasted one by one through the reminding broadcasting unit 102; if not, voice feedback is given to the user, for example, informing the user that "no schedule is found, and an item needs to be added", and the schedule query flow refers to fig. 5.
In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the schedule management unit 103 may further include a schedule deletion subunit 1032, refer to fig. 4, configured to respond to a schedule deletion voice instruction of the user; the prompt broadcasting unit 102 is further configured to prompt the user whether the deletion is successful through voice.
In the sixth embodiment of the present invention, the schedule management unit 103 can further include a schedule modification sub-unit 1033, referring to fig. 4, for responding to a schedule modification voice instruction of a user; the prompt broadcasting unit 102 is further configured to broadcast the modified schedule information in a voice.
In the invention, the schedule management mode can comprise two modes, one mode is to enter a corresponding operation interface through a vehicle-mounted end screen and manually perform operations such as addition, deletion, check, modification and the like. The second is to perform schedule management in a voice form, and referring to fig. 6, specifically: the user sends out voice management instructions, such as 'looking up my schedule today' and 'adding a schedule'; the system converts the voice instruction into a text, performs semantic analysis to obtain a corresponding intention, enters an operation step corresponding to the schedule, and requests the user to speak again by feeding back the corpus if the voice management step information sent by the user is missing and the system does not recognize the voice management step information, and enters multiple rounds of conversations until the operation intention of the user is understood.
Based on the first embodiment, a schedule synchronization unit 104 in the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 7, and includes: a binding subunit 1041, a communication connection subunit 1042, and a schedule synchronization subunit 1043. Firstly, the operation is performed on the mobile phone APP, the vehicle to be synchronized is bound through the binding subunit 1041, and the code for binding and identifying the uniqueness of the vehicle may be a VIN code of the vehicle or a unique identification code provided by a vehicle-mounted end system. Specifically, the mobile phone enters a vehicle bound with the mobile phone and is connected with local WiFi or Bluetooth; the vehicle-mounted end system performs rapid identity authentication, the vehicle-mounted end verifies the mobile phone APP and determines whether the binding relationship between the vehicle-mounted end and the mobile phone APP is established, if the binding relationship between the vehicle-mounted end and the mobile phone APP is established, local bidirectional communication is established through the communication connection subunit 1042, schedule data of the vehicle-mounted end and the mobile phone APP are synchronized through the schedule synchronization subunit 1043, a specific synchronization flow refers to fig. 8, and a synchronization scene diagram is shown in fig. 9.
Based on the first embodiment, an eighth embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle-mounted voice schedule management method, including the following steps:
step 801, when the vehicle-mounted terminal is awakened or not, schedule creation is triggered and executed according to the voice instruction of the schedule created by the user.
And step S802, triggering broadcasting of the created schedule when the reminding time node is reached or a voice command of a user for inquiring the schedule is responded.
Step S803, responding to the voice instruction of the user for managing the schedule to trigger schedule management; and
step S804, a data synchronization channel is established between the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the mobile terminal, and schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and schedule data stored by the mobile terminal are synchronized; or a data synchronization channel is also established between the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the cloud end, and schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device is synchronized with schedule data stored by a cloud end system backup.
Establishing a data synchronization link in the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the cloud system, and performing backup and data synchronization on schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device in the cloud system; when the mobile terminal is not carried about, the schedule data of the mobile terminal backed up in the cloud system can be synchronized to the vehicle-mounted computer system.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: establishing a synchronous link between a cloud system and a vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device in an account login mode, and respectively backing up and synchronizing schedule data from a vehicle end and a mobile end based on the same user account mechanism; and according to schedule synchronization or backup instructions of a corresponding user, backing up the schedule stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device to a cloud system, or synchronizing the schedule data of the vehicle end and the schedule data of the mobile terminal which are stored and backed up by the cloud to the cloud end to the vehicle end. Therefore, if a relatively important schedule is created on the mobile phone, but the mobile phone is forgotten to be taken after getting on the bus, the schedule on the mobile phone is acquired at this time, and the method can be used for synchronizing through the cloud system. In addition, a characteristic of schedule data backup storage of the cloud system is that schedule data of the mobile phone end and schedule data of the vehicle end are separated, and when operations such as being out of work are performed, the schedules can be recovered through the cloud respectively.
A more detailed schedule data synchronization method includes:
and S8041, binding the mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device.
And S8042, establishing two-way communication between the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the mobile terminal.
Step S8043, responding to a schedule synchronization instruction of a user, and synchronizing schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device with schedule data stored by the mobile terminal; or the schedule data stored by the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device and the schedule data stored by the cloud end are synchronized.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of implementing the above-described voice schedule management method for a vehicle may be implemented by a program instructing associated hardware to complete, and the program may include one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments when executed.
Based on the embodiment of the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device, the invention also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle-mounted terminal is internally provided with the vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device.
As can be seen from the above description, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: compared with the existing schedule memorandum technical scheme that either the schedule is fully manual or the voice is manually combined, the intelligent vehicle-mounted voice schedule management device frees the hands of a user, does not disperse the visual attention of the user, ensures the driving safety, and can be activated by voice without waking up the vehicle-mounted end, so that redundant operation is not needed. In addition, the schedule operation of the vehicle-mounted space and the daily working and living space is effectively and synchronously connected, redundant operation of a user is reduced, good experience is brought, and the method is particularly suitable for vehicle-mounted driving scenes.
