The method for issuing the labor cost of the electronic bidding system comprises the following steps:
step 201, a first server acquires a budget value of a project;
step 202, the first server obtains incomplete real name information of the user A and sets an issuing value for the user A;
because the incomplete real-name information is used for matching the complete information of the user, the incomplete real-name information may be partial real-name information in the real-name information of the user, or may be information having a correspondence relationship with the real-name information of the user.
Specifically, the incomplete real-name information may include at least one type of incomplete real-name sub-information, each type of incomplete real-name sub-information being partial real-name information of the corresponding type of real-name sub-information in the user real-name information. For example, the real name sub-information included in the user real name information is name information and identification certificate number information, one type of incomplete real name sub-information is partial name information, and the other type of incomplete real name sub-information is partial identification certificate number information. Thus, at least one type of incomplete real name sub-information includes partial name information and partial identification document number information.
Step 203, the first server sends the incomplete real name information of the user A to the terminal;
step 204, the terminal acquires the real-name authentication information of the user A, and performs real-name authentication with the user real-name information which is sent by the first server and matched with the incomplete real-name information;
the terminal can search the user real-name information matched with the incomplete real-name information in at least one piece of user real-name information sent by the first server to obtain the matched user real-name information.
Step 205, the terminal sends the user real name information of the user A matched with the incomplete real name information to the first server;
specifically, sending the user real name information matched with the incomplete real name information to the first server includes:
and when the at least one type of incomplete real name sub-information is a part of content of the corresponding information in the user real name information, the terminal sends the user real name information to the first server.
The terminal can match each user real-name information with the incomplete real-name information respectively and send the completely matched user real-name information to the first server.
Step 206, the terminal acquires the electronic sign-in information of the user A;
step 207, the terminal acquires the electronic labor service agreement signed by the user A;
step 208, the terminal generates an attachment a by the electronic sign-in information and the electronic labor agreement of the user A;
step 209, the terminal checks whether the accessory a is complete, and if the accessory a is complete, step 210 is executed;
step 210, the terminal sends the attachment a to the first server;
step 211, the first server checks whether the issue value is not greater than a budget value; if yes, go to step 212; if not, executing step 212, otherwise, executing steps 201 and/or 202;
step 212, the first server sends the indication information of the service fee capable of releasing the user A to the terminal;
step 213, the terminal acquires the service charge receiving indication information of the user A;
step 214, the terminal issues labor cost to the user A;
step 215, the terminal sends the payment status of the user a to the first server;
step 216, the first server creates an actual payment report form of the user A;
and step 217, the first server sends the actual payment report and the accessory a to a second server.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of another method for issuing a service charge of an electronic bidding system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
The method for issuing the labor cost of the electronic bidding system comprises the following steps:
step 201, a first server acquires a budget value of a project;
step 202, the first server respectively obtains incomplete real name information of a user B, a user C and a user D, and respectively sets issuing values Bv, Cv and Dv for the user B, the user C and the user D;
because the incomplete real-name information is used for matching the complete information of the user, the incomplete real-name information may be partial real-name information in the real-name information of the user, or may be information having a correspondence relationship with the real-name information of the user.
Step 203, the first server sends incomplete real name information of any user of the users B, C and D to the terminal; here, the user B, the user C, and the user D may share one or more terminals, or may use different terminals correspondingly, where the example that the user B corresponds to the terminal B, the user C corresponds to the terminal C, and the user D corresponds to the terminal D is taken as an example for explanation, that is, the first server correspondingly sends the incomplete real name information of the user B, the user C, and the user D to the terminal B, the terminal C, and the terminal D, respectively.
Step 204, the terminal B acquires the user real-name authentication information of the user B, and performs real-name authentication with the user real-name information which is sent by the first server and is matched with the incomplete real-name information of the user B; the terminal C acquires user real-name authentication information of the user C, and performs real-name authentication with the user real-name information which is sent by the first server and matched with the incomplete real-name information of the user C; the terminal D acquires user real-name authentication information of the user D, and performs real-name authentication with the user real-name information which is sent by the first server and matched with the incomplete real-name information of the user D;
step 205, the terminal B sends the user real name information matched with the incomplete real name information of the user B to the first server; the terminal C sends user real name information matched with the incomplete real name information of the user C to the first server; the terminal D sends user real name information matched with the incomplete real name information of the user D to the first server;
specifically, taking the user B as an example, sending the user real name information matched with the incomplete real name information of the user B to the first server includes:
and when the at least one type of incomplete real name sub-information is a part of content of corresponding information in the user real name information of the user B, the terminal B sends the user real name information of the user B to the first server.
The following steps 206 to 217 of sending the user real name information matching with the incomplete real name information of the user B to the first server will be described in detail by taking the user B as an example.
Step 206, the terminal B acquires the electronic sign-in information of the user B;
step 207, the terminal B acquires the electronic labor service agreement signed by the user B;
step 208, the terminal B generates an attachment B by the electronic sign-in information and the electronic labor agreement of the user B;
step 209, the terminal B checks whether the accessory B is complete, and if the accessory B is complete, step 210 is executed;
step 210, the terminal B sends the attachment B to the first server;
step 211, the first server checks that the sum of the issued values of all users B, C, D is not greater than the budget value;
if yes, go to step 212; if not, executing step 212, otherwise, executing steps 201 and/or 202;
step 212, the first server sends the indication information of the labor cost of the issuable user B to the terminal B;
step 213, the terminal B acquires the indication information of the user B for getting the service charge;
step 214, the terminal B issues the labor cost to the user B;
step 215, the terminal B sends the payment status of the user B to the first server;
step 216, the first server creates an actual payment report form of the user B;
in step 217, the first server sends the actual payment statement of user B and the attachment B to the second server.
It can be understood that similar operations are performed on the user C and the user D between the terminal C and the first server and between the terminal D and the first server, and are not described herein again.
