With the popularization and the deepened development of the modern enterprise system in China, the informatization construction of the enterprises is deepened continuously, and the construction of an information network platform is accelerated by each enterprise, particularly large and medium-sized enterprises; enterprises are gradually turning to the utilization of networks and computers to centrally process a large amount of data in important links such as management, production, sales, logistics, after-sales service and the like. The traditional workshop perimeter safety precaution system is used for establishing high enclosing walls, iron fences and the like, if illegal invasion exists, the illegal invasion cannot be found and processed in time, meanwhile, the problems that the information of the existing workshop manufacturing process cannot be obtained in time, the feedback of the real-time production information is not in time, the abnormal conditions occurring in the workshop cannot be responded in time and the like are solved; in addition, some workshops are harmful to human health due to working environment, unmanned operation needs to be realized, the production process needs to be monitored remotely, some equipment is not easy to approach due to installation positions, the danger of manual inspection operation is high, a camera is needed for remote monitoring, enterprise leaders use desktop microcomputers in offices, real-time production conditions of all main production links need to be known at any time, emergencies are processed, bidirectional voice communication with the site is carried out, and the production conditions can be known at any time by inputting passwords on the internet when going out to log in a system. These problems are all urgently needed to be solved.

the equipment tag identification subsystem writes codes of all equipment, products, vehicles and personnel in a workshop into corresponding radio frequency tags, and uploads codes and data information stored in corresponding micro tags to the monitoring machine room management subsystem in real time; the monitoring machine room management subsystem draws a workshop electronic map, positions equipment, products, vehicles and personnel according to the codes of the radio frequency tags, corrects positions on the electronic map, monitors working conditions in the workshop in a linkage manner according to data information and video monitoring, and updates information of the electronic map;
the vehicle access management subsystem comprises a ground induction coil for detecting a vehicle, a license plate recognition camera, a barrier gate device and a controller, the ground induction coil is triggered to recognize the license plate when the vehicle enters and leaves, the vehicle is released by a workshop barrier gate after information matching is successful, and the barrier gate is controlled to drop after the condition that the vehicle passes through the barrier gate is monitored;
the monitoring machine room management subsystem comprises a video acquisition unit, a monitoring center and data acquisition modules of all equipment machine rooms, and is used for monitoring the operation parameters of public places and electric power, water conservancy and heat energy equipment in a workshop in real time.
Preferably, the monitoring center comprises a monitoring center comprising an application server, a cabinet, an LED display, a PC workstation, a switch, an optical transceiver, a printer, and an audible and visual alarm device.
