And wireless communication transmission is performed between the two by using 433MHz or 2.4G wireless Radio Frequency (RF) communication devices. The wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 transmits a small part of energy to the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 above, the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 senses energy and uses the received energy for operation, meanwhile, detection communication is carried out on the wireless communication device 36 at the transmitting end below, after the wireless power supply receiving end is confirmed to exist through communication, data of energy control is transmitted to the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 below, and then the temperature value is used as an energy control basis, so that the related control of the transmitting energy of the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 is achieved. In the communication method, the upper receiving wireless communication device 16 notifies the lower transmitting wireless communication device 36 of the heating related data in a digital communication manner, so as to increase or decrease the power of the wireless power transmitting device 30 to achieve the effect of stabilizing the heating temperature. The digital communication may be one-way or two-way. When the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 transmits a small part of energy to the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving pot 10 above, if the response of the wireless communication device 16 of the receiving end is not received, but the metal object above is sensed, the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 below is changed into an induction cooker mode, and the pot made of the metal material above is directly heated.
As further illustrated in fig. 4, the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 is configured to convert an AC power source 371 (such as a power source of AC commercial power) into a DC power source via a rectifying unit 372, and convert the DC power source into a low voltage through a low voltage power source control unit 378 for supplying to a microcontroller unit 376 and a transmitting wireless communication device 36, wherein the microcontroller unit 376 controls the operation process of the whole system, and includes: detecting heated objects, switching heating modes, measuring system information, protecting circuit and driving inverter signals, and the like. The microcontroller unit 376 transmits a PWM signal with a specific frequency to the driving inverter unit 377, the driving inverter unit 377 amplifies and converts the PWM signal into a signal capable of driving the inverter power unit 373, so that the inverter power unit 373 performs switching on the input DC to convert the DC power of the rectifying unit 372 into an ac power with the same frequency as the driving signal, the ac power with the specific frequency drives the energy transmitting unit 374 composed of a transmitting coil and a resonant capacitor to generate a phenomenon of alternating variation of the upper magnetic field so as to achieve energy transmission to the upper energy receiving end, which may be a general ferromagnetic pot or an inductive coil wound by a copper wire for receiving energy, such as the receiving end coil 18 installed in the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 of the present invention.
In fig. 6, a circuit configuration related to the receiving end controller 17 in the wireless power receiving end health preserving kettle 10 is disclosed, which includes: a temperature heating device 171, an AC switch controller 172, a voltage control unit 173, a microcontroller device 174. One end of the temperature heating device 171 is coupled to one end of the receiving end coil 18. One end of the AC switch controller 172 is coupled to the other end of the receiving end coil 18, and the other end of the AC switch controller 172 is coupled to the other end of the temperature heating device 171. Two input terminals of the voltage control unit 173 are respectively coupled to one end of the receiving-end coil 18 and the other end of the receiving-end coil 18, as shown in fig. 6. The micro-controller device 174 is bi-directionally coupled to the receiving wireless communication device 16, and is coupled to the output signal of the voltage control unit 173, and outputs a control signal to the AC switch controller 172. In addition, the input end of the temperature sensor 19 is coupled to the temperature heating device 171, and the output end of the temperature sensor 19 is coupled to the microcontroller device 174, so as to be used for detecting the temperature value of the wireless power receiving end health preserving kettle 10.
Furthermore, the microcontroller 174 and the temperature sensor 19 of the wireless power receiving terminal health preserving kettle 10 in fig. 6 are mainly used for temperature sensing and wireless communication transmission. When the wireless power supply energy emitting device 30 below emits energy to the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10, the electromagnetic signal of the emitting end generates power to the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10, so that the microcontroller device 174 will start to detect the temperature through the temperature sensor 19. When the temperature is above a predetermined set point, the microcontroller 174 transmits a message to the transmitter coil 38 via the receiving wireless communicator 16, thereby informing the lower wireless power transmitter 30 to reduce the power transmission. In addition, when the temperature is lower than the set value, the micro-controller device 174 transmits information to the wireless power transmission device 30 through the receiving wireless communication device 16, thereby informing the transmitting end of increasing the transmission power to achieve the effect of stabilizing the temperature.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an operation timing sequence of the wireless power supply according to the embodiment of the invention. Which comprises the following steps: the energy transmitting end transmits an energy driving signal, the energy transmitting end wirelessly communicates a signal, the energy transmitting end transmits energy, the energy receiving end wirelessly communicates a signal, and the energy receiving end receives energy. The receiving end coil 18 of the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 of the invention adopts the non-contact close-range electromagnetic induction and inductance-capacitance resonance principle to transmit energy. There is one coil (i.e. the transmitter coil 38 and the receiver coil 18) at each of the wireless power transmitting end and the wireless power receiving end, and the energy is transmitted to the receiving end by using the alternating magnetic field of the transmitter. In addition, the signals of the actual system operation are executed by the timing sequence and flow shown in fig. 7. Wherein the micro controller unit 376 at the end of the wireless power transmitting device 30 will send out a PWM signal with a short specific frequency at a fixed interval to drive the inverter to operate and transmit energy, which is used as an object detection, when any receiving end (ferromagnetic pot and coil inductor) capable of performing heating is placed, the system power at the end of the wireless power transmitting device 30 will change during the energy transmission detection, and after the heater is placed on the wireless power transmitting device 30 at the time point t1 in fig. 7, the system current will increase due to electromagnetic induction at the end of the wireless power transmitting device 30, at this time, it represents that a heating object is placed on the end of the wireless power transmitting device 30, but we need to perform the confirmation that the object is a general pot or an energy receiving end with communication control function, a wireless power receiving end health preserving kettle 10 according to the present invention.
Therefore, at the time point t2, the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 starts to transmit the PWM signal with the specific frequency to drive the inverter, and the transmitted energy is used for identification detection (e.g., identification detection of the driving signal of the energy transmitting end transmitting energy at the time point t2 in fig. 7), and the transmitted energy of the identification detection is smaller than the energy in the energy detection stage, but sufficient for the microcontroller device 174 and the receiving end wireless communication device 16 of the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 such as the health preserving kettle to operate. After the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 receives the identification detection energy, the receiving end wireless communication device 16 of the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 is used for sending a signal to the transmitting end wireless communication device 36 at the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 within the time of the agreement. Then, at the time point t3, the microcontroller unit 376 at the end of the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 receives the identification signal transmitted from the wireless communication device 36 at the transmitting end, and the end of the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 confirms the device placed above, which is the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving pot 10 according to the present invention, and then starts to adjust the PWM frequency to drive the inverter to continuously transmit energy, and the receiving end coil 18 generates power to convert the power into heat energy by inducing the electromagnetic field of the transmitting end coil 38, so as to perform heating.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a signal timing sequence flow of the wireless power receiving end health preserving kettle according to the embodiment of the invention when heating. The method also comprises five running time sequences and flows of a driving signal for transmitting energy by an energy transmitting end, a wireless communication signal of the energy transmitting end, energy transmitted by the energy transmitting end, a wireless communication signal of an energy receiving end, energy received by the energy receiving end and the like. Fig. 8 mainly shows that after the wireless power receiving end health preserving kettle 10 enters the continuous heating program, the receiving end wireless communication device 16 must send heating information to the transmitting end wireless communication device 36 according to a fixed time period agreed in advance, and the heating information disclosed in fig. 8 is sent by the energy receiving end wireless communication signal, and then the energy transmitting end wireless communication signal is used as a response message. Then, the microcontroller unit 376 controls the PWM frequency and the duty ratio of the inverter to adjust the transmitting energy after receiving the heating information at the wireless power transmission device 30. Therefore, the receiving energy of the wireless power supply receiving end health preserving kettle 10 can be adjusted towards the set target. The energy receiving end receives the time sequence of energy, the energy is increased at a time point ta, and the state is a continuous heating state; at time tb, the energy is increased again due to the continuous heating, and the heating is also continued. Then, at time tc, the energy transmitting end stops transmitting energy, so that the energy received by the energy receiving end also decreases, i.e. stops heating to maintain a constant temperature. On the contrary, if the temperature is lower than a set value, the energy transmitting end starts to transmit energy, so that the energy receiving end can receive the energy again to perform heating.
Fig. 9 is a timing diagram illustrating the operation of the electromagnetic oven mode according to the embodiment of the present invention, in another embodiment, when the wireless power transmission apparatus 30 detects the transmission energy, the situation as shown in fig. 9 is generated, that is, if the placed receiving end apparatus is a pot for a general electromagnetic oven, the energy transmission end consumes more power due to electromagnetic coupling, if the consumed power is large enough or the number of times of resonance of the energy transmission unit is small enough, the pot presence detection communication confirmation is expected, after t2 the microcontroller unit 376 starts to transmit the identification detection energy with less power, and if the communication signal of the receiving end wireless communication apparatus 16 is not received after several consecutive times, the wireless power transmission apparatus 30 of the present invention is changed to the electromagnetic oven mode at t3, that is, the wireless power transmission apparatus 30 of the present invention can be used for a pot, the electromagnetic oven can be used as an electromagnetic oven, and a user can control the heating intensity of the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 through a button or a touch screen on a man-machine interface of the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30.
In summary, in the present invention, the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 and the upper wireless power supply energy receiving end sampler 10 are used to transmit energy by inductive coupling, so that the two devices do not need to be connected by using a connector, thereby effectively improving the defects in the prior art. Therefore, when the device is actually manufactured, the wireless power supply energy transmitting device 30 and the wireless power supply energy receiving end bionic pot 10 and other devices which are arranged above the wireless power supply energy transmitting device can be exposed without conductive contact points. Compared with the existing contact type health preserving kettle, the cleaning and washing work of the health preserving kettle is safer and more convenient. Meanwhile, the number of the joints is reduced, the integral appearance is more attractive, and the expensive cost of the patent connector can be greatly saved. In addition, the lower wireless power transmitting device 30 can also be used for heating a common pot, i.e. the upper device can be a common pot, and the wireless power transmitting device 30 can be used as a small-sized induction cooker. Obviously, the technical content of the invention has extremely strong patent application requirements.
However, the above description of the present invention is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited by the description, and any local variations, modifications, or additions may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
