Fig. 5 is an exemplary diagram for explaining a consultation activity of an evaluation offer enterprise terminal according to an evaluation unit in the creative prototype development and financing platform server of fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 5, the evaluation unit may acquire any one of an identification code 500, ultrasonic information 501, and optical communication information 502 from the counseling house terminal 40 provided at the counseling house and perform authentication. The development enterprise terminal 10 senses and authenticates the identification code 500 output from the counseling institute terminal 40. The authentication is for prompting the development enterprise to directly interview the development principal. The development enterprise terminal 10 provides at least one of the identification code 500, the ultrasonic information 501, and the optical communication information 502 acquired from the counseling house terminal 40 to the creative prototype development and financing platform server. In this case, the identification code 500, the ultrasonic information 501, and the optical communication information 502 output by the counseling house terminal 40 may also be changed at a predetermined cycle. Thus, the development enterprise can obtain certification of the fact that it has visited the consulting place and has interviewed the development offeror.
Fig. 6 is an exemplary diagram for explaining a financing page in the creative prototype development and financing platform server according to fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 6, the financing page 600 displays financing link information 601 enabling the financing participant to conduct financing. At this time, a link address such as a global resource locator (URL) may be generated in the financing link information 601. The financing participant may communicate information about creative archetypes in which the participant is interested to third parties. For example, the financing page 600 may be shared with a circle of friends on an SNS account on a user terminal of a financing participant. In this case, if a third party enters the financing page 600 of the creative prototype through the financing page 600 and ends the financing, the dialog information 603 may be generated in the form of a message on the financing page 600.
Further, if a third party finishes financing after confirming the financing information 602 through the financing page 600 and entering the financing page, a predetermined credit may be given to a financing participant who provides the financing page 600 or an offer to discount the financing fee in a certain proportion may be provided. In this case, the third party may also obtain a certain credit or a discount for discounting financing costs. Thus, creative prototypes may be promoted through social media and financing participants summoned.
In addition, financing page 600 may provide financing information 602, which financing information 602 is provided in a group that is set as friends through the SNS address book of the financing participant. At this time, the financing information 602 of the members joining the platform server may be provided by linking with the address book. In this case, the financing information 602 identifiable by the third party is partially disclosed information of the creative prototype being financed, and the like. In this case, the financing participant can confirm the financing information 602 of acquaintances connected to his own SNS, thereby improving the reliability and obtaining a financing opportunity for participating in a new creative prototype. In this case, the more acquaintances who have a connection with the SNS of the financing participant, the amount of financing may be adjusted upward accordingly.

Claims (3)
1. An creative prototype development and financing platform server, comprising:
a development information management unit which receives and manages development information inputted by a development enterprise developing a creative prototype;
an advertisement information management unit that provides the development enterprise with advertisement information represented in images of different sizes;
a development request management unit that receives and manages development request information issued by a development client to the development enterprise;
a quotation information management unit which receives and provides quotation information corresponding to the development request information input by the development enterprise;
a matching unit configured to match the development enterprise with the development client and manage the development record information; and
a financing unit that provides financing information for the development request information based on the offer information.
2. The creative prototype development and financing platform server as claimed in claim 1, wherein the offer information managing unit encrypts the offer information using first identification information of the development enterprise and second identification information of the development offeror.
3. The creative prototype development and financing platform server as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an evaluation unit which receives and manages evaluation information of the development enterprise and the development offeror, and changes an image size of the advertisement information according to the evaluation information of the development enterprise.
