The inventor provides the following scheme after research, and can be applied to the intelligent home control system shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, the smart home control system may include a main control smart control panel 11, a smart device 12, and a mobile terminal 13. The main control intelligent control panel 11 can perform information interaction with products such as the intelligent device 12 and the mobile terminal 13, and realize functions such as system information acquisition, information input, information output, centralized control, remote control and linkage control. The user can directly control the smart home device 22 through the main control smart control panel 11; alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the user may also control the main control intelligent control panel 11 through the mobile terminal 13 to control the intelligent device 12. The smart device 12 may be a smart control panel 121, a smart home device 122, and the like. The smart home devices 122 may be a smart television, a smart refrigerator, a smart electric cooker, a smart speaker, a smart curtain, etc., and the mobile terminal 13 may be a mobile phone, a tablet, a smart watch, a smart band, other wearable smart devices, etc.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 1, the main control intelligent control panel 11 may perform information interaction with products such as the intelligent device 12 and the mobile terminal 13 through communication modes such as Wireless-Fidelity (WiFi for short), bluetooth, zigbee, and hot spot. As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a device location detection method, which is applicable to a main control intelligent control panel 11, and this embodiment describes a flow of steps at the side of the main control intelligent control panel 11, where the method may include:
s11, when a detection request of the intelligent equipment is received, the identity and the installation position of the intelligent equipment are obtained.
When a user purchases a new smart device 12 and installs the new smart device 12, a request for detecting the installation location of the smart device 12 may be initiated through the main control smart control panel 11, a request for detecting the installation location of the smart device may be sent to the main control smart control panel 11 through a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, or the smart device 12 may autonomously initiate a request for detecting the installation location of the smart device 12 to the main control smart control panel 11. After receiving the detection request of the intelligent device 12, the main control intelligent control panel 11 can obtain the identity and the installation position of the intelligent device 12. For example, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the main control smart control panel 11 obtains the identity and the installation location from the smart control panel 121 and the smart home device 122, respectively. As shown in fig. 6, taking the installation location of the main control intelligent control panel 11 acquiring the intelligent control panel a, the intelligent control panel b, the intelligent control panel c, and the intelligent control panel d as an example, the user may initiate a request for receiving and detecting the installation location of the intelligent device 12 through the mobile terminal 13, after the mobile terminal 13 sends the request to the main control intelligent control panel 11, the main control intelligent control panel 11 may send an acquisition instruction to the intelligent device 12, so that the acquired installation area of the intelligent control panel a is a living room, the installation area of the intelligent control panel b is a main lying place, the installation area of the intelligent control panel c is a balcony, and the installation area of the intelligent control panel d is a secondary lying place.
In some embodiments, the id at least includes a local area network (Media Access Control Address, MAC) Address and/or a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) and/or other Unique preset id.

In some embodiments, the smart device 12 corresponding to the identity may be determined according to the identity in the lookup table and the obtained identity; the installation area of the smart device 12 is then looked up in a look-up table. Wherein the installation area may be, for example, a living room and the installation location may be, for example, a location in the living room.
For example, if the smart device 12 corresponding to the obtained identification is found in the lookup table as the smart control panel c, the installation area of the smart device 12 corresponding to the obtained identification should be the second level.
In some embodiments, taking the example where the identification includes a MAC address, the installation area of the smart device 12 corresponding to the MAC address may be looked up in a lookup table according to the MAC address. Taking the case that the identity includes a UUID as an example, the installation area of the smart device 12 corresponding to the UUID may be searched in the lookup table according to the UUID. When the identity identifier includes a MAC address and a UUID, the corresponding smart device 12 may be determined according to the MAC address and/or the UUID, and the installation area of the smart device 12 may be searched in the lookup table.
And S13, when the installation position of the intelligent equipment is not matched with the corresponding installation area, displaying a prompt of installation error.
In some embodiments, the smart device 12 may directly display an installation error when the installation location of the smart device 12 is not in the corresponding installation area. In other embodiments, the installation positions of the smart devices 12 may also be obtained again for comparison, and if the obtained installation positions still exceed the corresponding installation areas, or the comparison times reach the preset times, the installation positions all exceed the corresponding installation areas, and a prompt of installation error is displayed.
For example, if the smart device 12 determined according to the obtained identification and the lookup table is the smart control panel c, as shown in fig. 2, the installation area of the smart control panel c in the lookup table is the secondary horizontal position, and as shown in fig. 6, the obtained installation position of the smart control panel c is the balcony, it may be determined that the installation position of the smart control panel c exceeds the corresponding installation area.
