In one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the public emergency facility device may include at least one of the following devices: fire engine, fire station, municipal fire hydrant.
In one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the social emergency facility device includes at least one of the following devices: fire alarm system, automatic spray system, prevent discharging fume and air supply fan, fire control water pump.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the resource information management device 130 may include: the resource archiving component, the resource updating component, the resource maintaining component, the resource viewing component and the resource calling component. Therefore, management operations such as filing, updating, maintaining, checking, calling and the like can be implemented on the emergency resource information in the emergency resource database in the resource information storage device 120.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the external device may include at least one of the following devices: emergency resource information state display equipment, emergency resource distribution display equipment and outbound reminding equipment.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the resource information docking device 140 is connected to an external platform, and invokes resource information through the resource information management device 130 and provides the resource information to the external platform for processing. In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the social emergency resource information is acquired by at least one of a sensor arranged on the social emergency facility device, a device interacting with the social emergency facility device, an interface device interacting with a platform for managing the social emergency facility device, a capturing device for network data related to the social emergency facility device, and an information acquisition interface for a person related to the social emergency facility device.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the public emergency resource includes: public emergency facility equipment; the public emergency facility equipment comprises at least one of the following: fire engine, fire station, municipal fire hydrant.
In one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the social human resources include at least one of the following resources: a person in charge of a social entity, a person trained in fire fighting skills, a social volunteer, a non-governmental organization, a non-governmental group.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the external device includes at least one of the following devices: emergency resource information state display equipment and emergency resource distribution display equipment.

In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the receiving module 240 is further configured to receive a scheduling request of an emergency resource scheduling platform or an emergency resource demand prediction platform, where the request includes: identification of emergency resource information to be called; and inquiring the emergency resource database according to the identification to acquire the emergency resource information corresponding to the identification, and providing the corresponding emergency resource information to an emergency resource scheduling platform or an emergency resource demand prediction platform for corresponding processing.
It should be noted that, for the description of each module in the present application, reference may be made to the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and a detailed description thereof is omitted here.
The emergency resource management device of the embodiment of the application, through gathering emergency resource information, wherein the emergency resource information includes: social emergency resource information, public emergency resource information and social human resource information; storing the social emergency resource information, the public emergency resource information and the social human resource information to an emergency resource database; and at least one of the following processes is carried out on the emergency resource information in the emergency resource database: filing, updating and maintaining; receiving an emergency resource information display request sent by external equipment, wherein the request comprises: identification of emergency resource information to be displayed; and inquiring the emergency resource database according to the identification to acquire the emergency resource information corresponding to the identification, and providing the corresponding emergency resource information for the external equipment for display. Therefore, social emergency resource information, public emergency resource information and social human resource information can be synchronously monitored and managed, so that social management of emergency resources can be realized, resource management service is provided for social emergency service, and the function of the emergency resources in emergency rescue is fully exerted.
Reference is now made to fig. 5, which illustrates a schematic diagram of an electronic device suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application. The electronic devices in the embodiments of the present application may include, but are not limited to, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 501 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)502 or a program loaded from a storage means 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM503, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus are also stored. The processing device 501, the ROM 502, and the RAM503 are connected to each other through a bus 504. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 504.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 505: input devices 506 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 507 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), speakers, vibrators, and the like; storage devices 508 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 509. The communication means 509 may allow the electronic device to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 5 illustrates an electronic device having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 509, or installed from the storage means 508, or installed from the ROM 502. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present application when executed by the processing device 501.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium mentioned above in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
acquiring emergency resource information, wherein the emergency resource information comprises: social emergency resource information, public emergency resource information and social human resource information;
storing the social emergency resource information, the public emergency resource information and the social human resource information to an emergency resource database;
and at least one of the following processes is carried out on the emergency resource information in the emergency resource database: filing, updating and maintaining;
receiving an emergency resource information display request sent by external equipment, wherein the request comprises: identification of emergency resource information to be displayed;
and inquiring the emergency resource database according to the identification to acquire the emergency resource information corresponding to the identification, and providing the corresponding emergency resource information for the external equipment for display.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the emergency resource management method as described above.

Claims (10)

1. An emergency resource management method, comprising:
acquiring emergency resource information, wherein the emergency resource information comprises: social emergency resource information, public emergency resource information and social human resource information;
storing the social emergency resource information, the public emergency resource information and the social human resource information to an emergency resource database;
performing at least one of the following processes on the emergency resource information in the emergency resource database: filing, updating and maintaining;
receiving an emergency resource information display request sent by an external device, wherein the request comprises: identification of emergency resource information to be displayed;
and inquiring the emergency resource database according to the identification to acquire emergency resource information corresponding to the identification, and providing the corresponding emergency resource information for the external equipment for displaying.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the social emergency resource comprises: social emergency facility equipment and personnel related to the social emergency facility equipment;
the social emergency facility device comprises at least one of the following devices: fire alarm system, automatic spray system, prevent discharging fume and air supply fan, fire control water pump.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the social emergency resource information is collected in a manner,
the social emergency resource information is collected through at least one of a sensor arranged on the social emergency facility equipment, equipment interacting with the social emergency facility equipment, interface equipment interacting with a platform for managing the social emergency facility equipment, capturing equipment of network data related to the social emergency facility equipment and an information collection interface of personnel related to the social emergency facility equipment.
4. The method of claim 1,
the public emergency resources include: public emergency facility equipment;
the public emergency facility equipment comprises at least one of the following: fire engine, fire station, municipal fire hydrant.
5. The method of claim 1,
the social human resources include at least one of the following resources: a person in charge of a social entity, a person trained in fire fighting skills, a social volunteer, a non-governmental organization, a non-governmental group.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the external device comprises at least one of: emergency resource information state display equipment and emergency resource distribution display equipment.
7. The method of claim 1 or 6, wherein the external device further comprises: and the outbound reminding equipment is used for carrying out reminding operation when the emergency resource information meets the reminding condition.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a scheduling request of an emergency resource scheduling platform or an emergency resource demand prediction platform, wherein the request comprises: identification of emergency resource information to be called;
and inquiring the emergency resource database according to the identification to acquire emergency resource information corresponding to the identification, and providing the corresponding emergency resource information to the emergency resource scheduling platform or the emergency resource demand prediction platform for corresponding processing.
9. An emergency resource management apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring emergency resource information, wherein the emergency resource information comprises: social emergency resource information, public emergency resource information and social human resource information;
the storage module is used for storing the social emergency resource information, the public emergency resource information and the social human resource information to an emergency resource database;
the processing module is used for performing at least one of the following processing on the emergency resource information in the emergency resource database: filing, updating and maintaining;
the receiving module is used for receiving an emergency resource information display request sent by external equipment, wherein the request comprises: identification of emergency resource information to be displayed;
and the query module is used for querying the emergency resource database according to the identifier so as to acquire the emergency resource information corresponding to the identifier and providing the corresponding emergency resource information for the external equipment for display.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the program, implements the method for emergency resource management according to any of claims 1-8.
