Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for inserting a watermark into a document page, which enables a user to quickly check an effect of inserting the watermark into the document page.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for inserting a watermark into a document page, including:
s101, acquiring information of target pages to be inserted with watermark identifications in a document, wherein the number of the target pages is at least one;
in this step, the document may be a document having a page number or configurable page number, such as Word, PDF, Excel, PPT, and the like; the information of the target page can be the page number of the target page, and the information of the target page can be configured by a user, for example, the user sets pages 10-50 in the document as the target page; when the document is an Excel document, a user can set the target page after adding page numbers to the Excel document.
The watermark identification can be elements which can play a role in identification, such as pictures, characters, animations and the like, and can be configured by a user or provided by a system. The pictures, the characters and the animations can float above the document content or line below the document content.
S102, judging whether the current display page of the document is the target page or not;
in this step, the currently displayed page of the document refers to a page of the document currently displayed on the electronic screen, and the number of the currently displayed pages of the document on the electronic screen may be 1 or more, for example, a Word document may only display 1 page or two or more pages in a computer display. When a certain page of the document is displayed only in a part of the electronic screen, the page can also be considered as the current displayed page of the document.
When the number of the current display pages of the document is 1, judging whether the page is the target page; and when the current display pages of the document are two or more, respectively judging whether each display page is the target page.
S103, if the current display page of the document is the target page, inserting the watermark identification into the current display page;
in this step, when the number of the current display pages of the document is only 1, if the display page is the target page, the watermark identification is inserted into the display page; and when the number of the current display pages of the document is two or more, inserting the watermark identification into the display page judged as the target page.
Optionally, the document may correspond to a page display element maintenance library, where the page display element maintenance library is configured to maintain display elements, such as characters and pictures, of each page of the document, and the page display element maintenance library may exist in a list form, and when a page of the document is displayed, a page element corresponding to the displayed page in the display element maintenance library is displayed on the electronic screen. At this time, the inserting the watermark identifier into the current display page may specifically include: and inserting the watermark identification into a display element list corresponding to the current display page in the page display element maintenance library.
Optionally, after the watermark identifier is inserted into the current display page, the method may further include adjusting a position where the watermark identifier is inserted according to a user instruction. Therefore, when the user is unsatisfied with the position where the current watermark identifier is inserted, the self-adjustment can be carried out, the participation degree of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
And S104, inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier is not inserted according to the instruction for storing the document.
In this step, since some target pages in the document may not be displayed on the electronic screen, the watermark identification is not inserted into the part of the target pages. At this time, after the instruction for saving the document is obtained, the watermark identifier is inserted into the part of the target page.
In the method for inserting the watermark identifier into the document page provided by the embodiment, the information of the target page to be inserted with the watermark identifier in the document is obtained, and the number of the target page is at least one; judging whether the current display page of the document is the target page or not; if the current display page of the document is the target page, inserting the watermark identification into the current display page; and inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier is not inserted according to the instruction for storing the document. Therefore, when the watermark identifier is inserted into the target page of the document, the watermark identifier is inserted into the target page currently displayed by the document, and for other target pages, the watermark identifier is inserted into the target page when the document is stored, so that compared with the method that the existing PDF editor performs the watermark adding operation on the whole document at one time after receiving the operation instruction of confirming the watermark insertion by the user, the waiting time of the user can be reduced, the user can quickly check the effect of the document page after the watermark identifier is inserted, and the user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, optionally, after inserting the watermark identifier into the current display page, before inserting the watermark identifier into a target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted according to an instruction to store the document, the method may further include:
a1, monitoring whether the current display page of the document is updated;
in this step, the current display page of the document may be updated, for example, when a user performs operations such as page turning, page mode switching, page jumping, and the like on the document, the current display page is updated. The updating of the current display page at least comprises one of the following: the new display pages are added, the original display pages are reduced, and the new display pages are added and the original display pages are reduced.
Optionally, the document may correspond to a display page maintenance library, where the display page maintenance library is configured to maintain information of a current display page of the document, and the information of the display page in the display page maintenance library and the information of the target page obtained in step 101 may be used to describe the same feature of the page, for example, the information of the display page in the display page maintenance library and the information of the target page obtained in step 101 may be page number information at the same time.
The display page maintenance library may exist in the form of a list. At this time, the monitoring whether the current display page of the document is updated may include: and monitoring whether the information of the display page stored in the display page maintenance library corresponding to the document is updated or not.
In this embodiment, it is only necessary to monitor whether the information of the current display page of the document maintained in the display page maintenance library is changed, and it can be determined whether the current display page of the document is updated.
A2, if the current display page of the document is updated, judging whether the updated display page is the target page;
in this step, when the document corresponds to the display page maintenance library, and the information of the display page in the display page maintenance library and the information of the target page acquired in step 101 are used to describe the same feature of the page, the information of the current display page in the display page maintenance library may be compared with the information of the target page, and when the information of the current display page in the display page maintenance library is the same as the information of the target page, it may be determined that the updated display page is the target page.
A3, if the updated display page is the target page, inserting the watermark identification into the updated display page.
In this step, the inserting the watermark identifier into the updated display page may further include: and judging whether the target page is inserted with the watermark identification or not, and if not, inserting the watermark identification into the updated display page. Therefore, the watermark identification can be prevented from being inserted into the same target page for multiple times.
In this embodiment, when the current display page is updated, the system may automatically detect whether the updated display page is a target page, and if so, insert the watermark identifier into the target page, so that the watermark identifier may be flexibly inserted according to a requirement (for example, page turning) for viewing a document by a user, and influence on the user's impression may be almost ignored, and especially when the document is large, the experience of viewing the insertion effect by the user may be greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 3, optionally, after inserting the watermark identifier into the current display page, before inserting the watermark identifier into a target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted according to an instruction to store the document, the method may further include:
b1, monitoring whether an operation instruction for the document exists;
in this step, the monitoring may be performed in real time, that is, after the watermark identifier is inserted into the current display page, the monitoring may be performed all the time before the watermark identifier is inserted into the target page into which the watermark identifier is not inserted according to the instruction for storing the document.
The operation instructions may include editing a document, turning pages, switching page modes, zooming pages, and the like.
B2, if there is no operation instruction for the document, inserting the watermark identification into the target page into which the watermark identification is not inserted.
In this step, optionally, the inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted may include: and if an operation instruction aiming at the document is monitored in the process of inserting the watermark identifier into the target page, suspending the insertion of the watermark identifier into the target page in which the watermark identifier is not inserted.
Optionally, after suspending the insertion of the watermark identifier in the target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted, the method may further include: and according to the message notification that the execution of the operation instruction is finished, continuously inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier is not inserted.
According to the embodiment, the watermark identifier can be inserted into the target page into which the watermark identifier is not inserted under the condition that the document does not need to execute any operation instruction, so that the watermark identifier can be inserted into the target page in a 'joint pin mode' on the premise that the viewing or editing of the document by a user is not influenced, the waiting time of the user during the final saving of the document is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, in the above embodiment, the inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted may include: and sequentially inserting the watermark identifications into the target page according to the adjacent relation between the target page into which the watermark identifications are not inserted and the current display page.
In this embodiment, the sequentially inserting the watermark identifier into the target page according to the adjacent relationship between the target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted and the current display page may specifically include: and sequentially inserting the watermark identifications into the target page according to the position relationship from near to far between the target page into which the watermark identifications are not inserted and the current display page.
Therefore, the probability that the target page closer to the current display page is firstly checked by the user is higher, and therefore the watermark identification is sequentially inserted into the target page according to the sequence, and the user experience can be improved.
Optionally, the obtaining information of the target page to be inserted with the watermark identifier in the document may include: acquiring information of a target page to be inserted with a watermark identifier in a document; and storing the information into an information maintenance library. At this time, after inserting the watermark identifier into the current display page, the method may further include: marking the information corresponding to the current display page in the information maintenance library; therefore, whether the watermark identification is inserted into the target page corresponding to the information can be judged according to whether the information stored in the information maintenance library is marked or not.
As shown in fig. 4, optionally, in the above embodiment, the inserting the watermark identifier into the target page into which the watermark identifier has not been inserted according to the instruction to save the document includes:
c1, according to the instruction of saving the document, searching unmarked information in the information maintenance library;
and C2, inserting the watermark identification into the target page corresponding to the unmarked information.
In this embodiment, the target page without the inserted watermark identifier can be found by searching the unmarked information in the information maintenance library, which greatly facilitates the maintenance work of the target page.
