In this embodiment, the gateway performs the configuration update operation, which may be running a gateway control program that is downloaded by the smart home service host from the cloud server and matches with the first gateway configuration information.

The smart home control device depicted in fig. 3 is suitable for the smart home system depicted in fig. 1, and specifically, the smart home control device is disposed on the smart home service host. As shown in fig. 3, the smart home control apparatus may include an obtaining module 301, a determining module 302, and a sending module 303;
the acquiring module 301 is configured to acquire statistical information of the smart home devices, where the statistical information includes power consumption statistical information, and the power consumption statistical information includes power consumption metering information corresponding to a certain smart home device at a certain time;
a determining module 302, configured to determine a target intelligent scenario according to the statistical information;
the sending module 303 is configured to send a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scenario, so that the gateway controls the intelligent home device to execute an operation corresponding to the target intelligent scenario.
It can be seen that, by implementing the intelligent home control device described in fig. 3, the target intelligent scene can be determined according to the statistical information, and the control instruction is sent to the gateway, so that the gateway controls the intelligent home device to execute the operation corresponding to the target intelligent scene, which is beneficial to controlling the operation of the intelligent home device according to the daily habits of the user of the intelligent home device, thereby being beneficial to changing the operation state of the intelligent home device in the intelligent scene mode of the intelligent home system more conveniently, meeting the personalized requirements of the user on home life, and further being beneficial to the intelligent development of the intelligent home system.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the specific manner for the obtaining module 301 to obtain the statistical information of the smart home device is as follows:
and determining electricity consumption statistical information of the intelligent household equipment according to the first electricity consumption information of the intelligent household equipment counted by the gateway in the preset time period.
Therefore, some specific embodiments of the present invention can also determine the electricity consumption statistical information of the smart home devices according to the first electricity consumption information of the smart home devices obtained by the gateway, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the electricity consumption statistical information, and is beneficial to the smart home service host to control the operation of the smart home devices, thereby being beneficial to improving the intelligence of the smart home system.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the determining module 302 determines the target intelligent scenario according to the statistical information in a specific manner:
obtaining an intelligent scene prediction result according to the statistical information and a predetermined intelligent scene prediction model, wherein the predetermined intelligent scene prediction model comprises a predetermined LSTM neural network and a predetermined weight function corresponding to the LSTM neural network, and the intelligent scene prediction result comprises an intelligent scene type predicted by the intelligent scene prediction model and a confidence coefficient corresponding to the intelligent scene type;
and determining the target intelligent scene according to the intelligent scene prediction result.
Therefore, some specific embodiments of the invention can also determine the target intelligent scene based on the predetermined intelligent scene prediction model, which is beneficial to more scientifically and effectively determining the target intelligent scene, thereby being beneficial to the intelligent home service host to control the operation of the intelligent home equipment, and further being beneficial to improving the intelligence of the intelligent home system.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the smart home control apparatus further includes a first forwarding module 304,
the obtaining module 301 is further configured to send a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scenario by the sending module 303, so that after the gateway controls the intelligent home device to execute an operation corresponding to the target intelligent scenario, obtain first feedback information for the control instruction sent by the gateway, where the first feedback information includes type information of the target intelligent scenario and/or execution operation information of the intelligent home device according to the control instruction.
The first forwarding module 304 is configured to forward the first feedback information to the owner service terminal, so that the owner obtains the first feedback information through the owner service terminal.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the owner may obtain the first feedback information through the owner service terminal, which is beneficial for the owner to obtain the type information of the target intelligent scenario and/or the execution operation information of the intelligent home device according to the control instruction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the smart home control apparatus further includes a first determining module 305 and a second forwarding module 306,
the obtaining module 301 is further configured to, after the sending module 303 sends a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scenario, so that the gateway controls the intelligent home device to perform an operation corresponding to the target intelligent scenario, obtain the management authority information for the gateway,
the first judging module 305 is configured to judge whether the property service terminal has a right to acquire second feedback information according to the management pipe right information, where the second feedback information includes a target intelligent scene and/or execution operation information of the smart home device acquired by a property manager authorized by a proprietor according to the control instruction;
the obtaining module 301 is further configured to, after the determining module determines that the property service terminal has the right to obtain the second feedback information, obtain the second feedback information sent by the gateway,
and the second forwarding module 306 is configured to forward the second feedback information to the property service terminal, so that the property manager can obtain the second feedback information through the property service terminal.
Therefore, in some specific embodiments of the invention, the property management staff may obtain the second feedback information through the property service terminal, which is beneficial for the property management staff to obtain the type information of the target intelligent scene and/or the execution operation information of the intelligent home equipment obtained by the property management staff authorized by the owner according to the control instruction, and is beneficial for the property management staff to provide better service on the premise of protecting the privacy of the owner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the smart home control apparatus further includes a second determining module 307;
an obtaining module 301, further configured to obtain a first gateway configuration information sent by the cloud server and obtain a second gateway configuration information sent by the gateway,
a second judging module 307, configured to judge whether the first gateway configuration information matches with the second gateway configuration information,
the second judging module 307 is further configured to trigger the sending module 303 to start up when the first gateway configuration information is judged not to match the second gateway configuration information,
the sending module 303 is further configured to send a configuration update instruction to the gateway after the second determining module 307 determines that the first gateway configuration information is not matched with the second gateway configuration information, so as to control the gateway to execute an operation of configuration update according to the first gateway configuration information.
Therefore, in some specific embodiments of the present invention, the gateway can be controlled to execute the operation of configuration update according to the first gateway configuration information, which is beneficial to optimizing the performance of the gateway, and is further beneficial to optimizing the control on the smart home device.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating another smart home control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The smart home control device depicted in fig. 5 is suitable for use in the smart home system depicted in fig. 1, and in particular, the smart home control device is disposed on the smart home service host. As shown in fig. 5, the smart home control apparatus may include:
a memory 501 in which executable program code is stored;
a processor 502 coupled to a memory 501;
further, an input interface 503 and an output interface 504 coupled to the processor 502 may be included;
the processor 502 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 501 for executing the steps of the intelligent context-based home device management method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium which stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program enables a computer to execute the steps of the intelligent-scene-based household equipment management method.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product, which comprises a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is operable to make a computer execute the steps of the intelligent scene-based household equipment management method of the embodiment of the invention.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Claims (10)

1. A home equipment management method based on intelligent scenes is applied to an intelligent home system and is characterized in that the intelligent home system comprises intelligent home equipment, a gateway and an intelligent home service host, wherein the gateway is respectively in communication connection with the intelligent home service host and the intelligent home equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
the intelligent home service host acquires statistical information of the intelligent home equipment, wherein the statistical information comprises power consumption statistical information which comprises power consumption metering information corresponding to certain intelligent home equipment at a certain moment;
the intelligent home service host determines a target intelligent scene according to the statistical information;
and the intelligent home service host sends a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scene, so that the gateway controls the intelligent home equipment to execute the operation corresponding to the target intelligent scene.
2. The intelligent-scenario-based home device management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring, by the smart home service host, statistical information of the smart home device includes:
the intelligent home service host determines electricity consumption statistical information of the intelligent home equipment according to the first electricity consumption information of the intelligent home equipment counted by the gateway within a preset time period.
3. The intelligent context-based home device management method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, by the smart home service host, the target intelligent context according to the statistical information comprises:
the intelligent home service host obtains an intelligent scene prediction result according to the statistical information and a predetermined intelligent scene prediction model, wherein the predetermined intelligent scene prediction model comprises a predetermined LSTM neural network and a predetermined weight function corresponding to the LSTM neural network, and the intelligent scene prediction result comprises an intelligent scene type predicted by the intelligent scene prediction model and a confidence coefficient corresponding to the intelligent scene type;
and the intelligent home service host determines a target intelligent scene according to the intelligent scene prediction result.
4. The smart-context-based home device management method according to claim 1, wherein the smart home system further comprises an owner service terminal in communication connection with the smart home service host,
the intelligent home service host sends a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scene, so that after the gateway controls the intelligent home device to execute the operation corresponding to the target intelligent scene, the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent home service host acquires first feedback information aiming at the control instruction and sent by the gateway, and forwards the first feedback information to the owner service terminal so that an owner can acquire the first feedback information through the owner service terminal, wherein the first feedback information comprises type information of the target intelligent scene and/or execution operation information of the intelligent home equipment according to the control instruction.
5. The intelligent-scenario-based home device management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent home system further comprises a property service terminal in communication connection with the intelligent home service host,
the intelligent home service host sends a control instruction to the gateway according to the target intelligent scene, so that after the gateway controls the intelligent home device to execute the operation corresponding to the target intelligent scene, the method further comprises the following steps:
the intelligent home service host acquires the management authority information aiming at the gateway;
the intelligent home service host judges whether the property service terminal has the authority to acquire second feedback information according to the management pipe authority information, wherein the second feedback information comprises the target intelligent scene and/or execution operation information of the intelligent home equipment, acquired by property management personnel authorized by a proprietor according to the control instruction;
when the property service terminal is judged to have the authority to acquire second feedback information, the intelligent home service host acquires the second feedback information sent by the gateway and forwards the second feedback information to the property service terminal so that property management personnel can obtain the second feedback information through the property service terminal.
6. The smart-context-based home device management method according to claim 1, wherein the smart home system further includes a cloud server in communication connection with the smart home service host, and the method further includes:
the intelligent home service host acquires first gateway configuration information sent by the cloud server;
the intelligent home service host acquires second gateway configuration information sent by the gateway;
the intelligent home service host judges whether the first gateway configuration information is matched with the second gateway configuration information;
and when the first gateway configuration information is judged not to be matched with the second gateway configuration information, the intelligent home service host sends a configuration updating instruction to the gateway so as to control the gateway to execute configuration updating operation according to the first gateway configuration information.

The intelligent-scenario-based home device management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the intelligent home device comprises one or more of a door and window, a lamp, a curtain, an air conditioner, a water heater, a lighting detection device and a human body detection device.
8. An intelligent home control device is applied to an intelligent home system and is characterized in that,
the intelligent home system comprises intelligent home equipment, a gateway and an intelligent home service host, wherein the intelligent home control device is arranged on the intelligent home service host, the gateway is respectively in communication connection with the intelligent home service host and the intelligent home equipment, and the intelligent home service host comprises an acquisition module, a determination module and a sending module;
