Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oil extraction engineering, and belongs to a mechanical horizontal well inter-fracture alternate injection-production oil extraction process. The invention also discloses a mechanical alternate injection-production oil extraction process among horizontal well fractures, and the mechanical alternate injection-production oil extraction process has the advantages of simple and reasonable process structure, simple and convenient construction steps, safe and reliable string tripping, no need of an injection well and the like.

Background
At present, the oil field difficult-to-recover reserve is mainly transformed by means of fracturing measures to realize short-time enhanced oil recovery, after natural energy is exhausted, follow-up energy cannot be effectively supplemented, and a conventional injection-production mode cannot play a role in the difficult-to-recover reserve utilization, so that the yield is reduced quickly. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the mechanical alternate injection and production device between horizontal well cracks consists of a well mouth sealing device, an oil extraction well mouth, an oil pipe, a conventional oil well pump, an anchoring and releasing device, a safety joint, a packer, a ball-throwing type one-way injection allocation device, a one-way production allocation device, a differential pressure type one-way injection allocation device and a plug; the mechanical horizontal well inter-fracture alternate injection and production oil extraction process is realized by the following steps:
a. firstly, a pipe column consisting of an anchoring releasing device, a safety joint, a packer, a ball-throwing type one-way injection allocation device, a one-way production allocation device, a differential pressure type one-way injection allocation device and a pipe plug is put into a preset position of a horizontal well;
b. the setting anchoring releasing device and the packer are pressed in the oil pipe;
c. the pressure of the oil pipe is increased, and a sliding sleeve switch in the sliding sleeve type one-way injection allocation device is opened to enable the sliding sleeve type one-way injection allocation device to be in an injectable state;
d. after soluble balls with corresponding sizes are thrown from an oil extraction wellhead, an oil pipe is pressed, and a sliding sleeve switch in the ball throwing type one-way injection allocation device is opened to enable the ball throwing type one-way injection allocation device to be in an injectable state;
e. after steel balls with corresponding sizes are thrown from an oil extraction wellhead, an oil pipe is pressed, a releasing sliding sleeve in the anchoring releasing device is activated, and a pipe column is released in the well;
f. the releasing pipe column is taken out and put into a conventional oil well pump, and then a wellhead sealing device is installed;
g. injecting a displacement fluid from the casing, wherein the displacement fluid enters the corresponding fracture from the one-way injection allocation device and drives the oil in the reservoir to the adjacent fracture;
h. after stopping injecting and soaking for a period of time, the petroleum enters the oil pipe from the one-way production allocator;
i. after blowout, disassembling a wellhead sealing device, and turning to normal production;
j. when the sand blocking phenomenon occurs, the fishing device is used for fishing the tool string in the well, the pipe column above the blocking point can be lifted out at the position of the safety joint, and the remaining pipe columns are fished through well washing treatment.
The ball-throwing type one-way injection allocation device can be used in multiple stages, and an internal sliding sleeve is opened in a pressing mode after ball throwing, so that an injection passage is opened.
The differential pressure type one-way injection allocation device opens the inner sliding sleeve in a pressurizing mode so as to open the injection channel.
The anchoring mechanism in the anchoring releasing device is activated in a pressing mode, and the releasing mechanism is activated in a pressing mode after the ball is thrown.
