the response unit is used for the soft switch platform to respond to the call request of the mobile terminal;
a call unit, if the number is on-line and suitable for call, the intelligent electronic terminal answers the call, the mobile terminal and the intelligent electronic terminal realize IP call,
wherein, when the intelligent electronic terminal is not in communication, only the communication service platform is connected, but not the soft switch platform,
the response unit specifically comprises the following units:
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the called number is on-line by the soft switch platform or not by the SIP, and if the called number is on-line by the SIP, the called number enters the call unit;
and the outbound unit is used for initiating a call request to the communication service platform by the mobile terminal if the SIP is not online, and requesting the communication service platform to inform a called intelligent electronic terminal to be connected with the soft switch platform.
5. The device according to claim 4, wherein the call unit specifically comprises the following units:
a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the called intelligent electronic terminal allows incoming call if the number is online,
the initiating unit is used for automatically connecting the soft switch platform and initiating SIP registration to the soft switch platform if the number is online and incoming call is allowed, the soft switch platform informs the online state of the SIP to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal initiates an outbound call to the intelligent electronic terminal to realize IP voice or video call,
and an ending unit, which is used for ending the call if the incoming call is not allowed.

The device according to claim 4, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a smart phone, the smart electronic terminal comprises a positioning card and a positioning bracelet, the communication service platform comprises a 4G service platform, the soft switch platform comprises a VOIP software switch module, and the mobile terminal is only connected with the communication service platform and is not connected with the soft switch platform when not in a call.

A system for calling between terminals, comprising at least a mobile terminal and an intelligent electronic terminal, a communication service platform and a soft switch platform wirelessly interacting with both the mobile terminal and the intelligent electronic terminal, characterized in that the system has the apparatus of any one of claims 4 to 6.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the system comprises a controller connected to the mobile terminal, the intelligent electronic terminal, the communication service platform, and the soft switch platform, and the device is disposed in the controller.
