The second clip 210 is located in the second sound outlet channel 220 and has elasticity due to a soft structure, when the first earplug 200 is mounted in the main body 100, as the first earplug 200 approaches the main body 100, the second clip 210 contacts with the first clip 127, the first clip 127 is made of a hard material, the second clip 210 is made of a soft material, the second clip 210 is deformed by extrusion, and a channel is provided for the first clip 127 so that the second clip 210 can move to a side of the first clip 127 facing the front cover 120, the first clip 127 is engaged with the second clip 210, and an interference fit is formed between the surfaces of the second clip 210 and the sound outlet nozzle 126, thereby preventing air from flowing between the surfaces of the second clip 210 and the sound outlet nozzle 126. In an embodiment, the material of the first earplug 200 may be a soft material such as rubber, and the first earplug 200 is an integrally formed structure.
In one embodiment, the second earplug 300 is attachable to and detachable from the body 100, as shown in fig. 13 and 14. The second earplug 300 has a third sound outlet channel 320 formed therein, and when the second earplug 300 is mounted on the main body 100, the first sound outlet channel 128 is communicated with the third sound outlet channel 320, so that the sound emitted from the speaker 130 can be emitted through the first sound outlet channel 128 and the third sound outlet channel 320. The second earplug 300 is provided with a third detent 320, and the third detent 320 can cooperate with the first detent 127 such that the second earplug 300 is mounted on the main body 100 and cannot fall off the main body 100. The third detent 320 is located in the third sound outlet channel 320 and has a soft structure and elasticity, when the second earplug 300 is mounted in the main body 100, as the second earplug 300 approaches the main body 100, the third detent 320 contacts with the first detent 127, the first detent 127 is made of a hard material, the third detent 320 is made of a soft material, the third detent 320 deforms by extrusion, and a channel is provided for the first detent 127, so that the third detent 320 can move to the side of the first detent 127 facing the front cover 120, the first detent 127 and the third detent 320 are engaged, and an interference fit is formed between the surfaces of the third detent 320 and the sound outlet nozzle 126, thereby preventing air from flowing between the surfaces of the third detent 320 and the sound outlet nozzle 126. In an embodiment, the material of the second earplug 300 may be a soft material such as rubber, and the second earplug 300 is an integrally formed structure.
As shown in fig. 11, in an embodiment, the front cover 120 is provided with a relief hole 122, and the relief hole 122 extends to the end surface 121, that is, the relief hole 122 penetrates through the front cover 120 in the thickness direction of the front cover 120, so that the air inside the main body 100 can flow out. The venting holes 122 are located close to the mouthpiece 126 and at a distance from the mouthpiece 126. In a state where the first earplug 200 is mounted on the body 100, the contour of the edge of the first earplug 200 coincides with the contour of the edge of the end surface 121, the first earplug 200 and the body 100 form an integral shape, and the first earplug 200 covers and closes the air release hole 122. The end of the first earplug 200 remote from the body 100 is at a distance L1 from the end face 121. When the user wears the earphone 10 with the first earplug 200, the first earplug 200 enters the ear canal 20 and has a shallow depth into the ear canal 20, and the rest of the earphone 10 is located outside the ear canal 20. The first earplug 200 is relatively attached to the ear canal 20, and can deform along with the shape of the ear canal 20, so that the sealing performance between the earphone 10 and the ear canal 20 is relatively good, the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone is superior to that of a conventional half-in-ear earphone, the sound insulation effect of the earphone 10 is relatively good, and the low-frequency response in the acoustic performance is relatively good. Different sizes of the first earplug 200 may be designed for different populations depending on the size of the ear canal 20, such that the earphone 10 of the present application can accommodate different populations.
As shown in fig. 13, in an embodiment, in a state where the second earplug 300 is mounted on the body 100, an area of an area surrounded by an outline of an edge of the second earplug 300 is smaller than an area of an area surrounded by an outline of an edge of the end surface 121, and a gap exists between the second earplug 300 and the end surface 121, the end surface 121 is not covered by the second earplug 300, so that the air release hole 122 is exposed. The distance between the end of the second earplug 300 distal from the body 100 and the end face 121 is L2, and L2 is greater than L1. When a user wears the earphone 10 with the second earplug 300, the second earplug 300 enters the ear canal 20 and enters the ear canal 20 to a greater depth, with the remainder of the earphone 10 being outside the ear canal 20. The second earplug 300 can be relatively fitted to the ear canal 20 and can deform along with the shape of the ear canal 20, which improves the comfort of the user. The air release hole 122 of the earphone 10 is not covered by the second earplug 300, so that the air inside the main body 100 can flow out from the air release hole 122, the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone can be reduced, the problem of poor wearing experience caused by the difference between the internal air pressure and the external air pressure of the ear canal 20 when the in-ear earphone is worn can be solved, meanwhile, the air tightness and the acoustic characteristic of the earphone 10 under the in-ear form are closer to the half-in-ear earphone, and the tone quality experience substrate of the earphone 10 under the half-in-ear form and the in-ear form is unchanged. The second earplug 300 may be designed in different sizes for different populations depending on the size of the ear canal 20, so that the earphone 10 of the present application can accommodate different populations.
In another embodiment, relief hole 122 is located on a wall of sound outlet nozzle 126 and is located at an end of sound outlet nozzle 126 adjacent to end surface 121. In a state where the first earpiece 200 is mounted to the main body 100, the air release hole 122 is covered and sealed by the second stopper 210, and the air tightness of the earpiece front cavity 40 is superior to that of a conventional half-in-ear type earpiece, so that the earpiece 10 has a good sound insulation effect and a good low frequency response in acoustic performance. Under the state that the second earplug 300 is installed in the main body 100, the air release hole 122 is located on one side of the third clamping position 320 close to the end surface 121, so that the air release hole 122 is not sealed by the third clamping position 320, that is, the air release hole 122 is not covered or sealed by the second earplug 300, so that the air inside the first sound outlet channel 128 can flow out from the air release hole 122, the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone can be reduced, the problem of poor wearing experience caused by the difference of the internal and external air pressures in the ear canal 20 when the in-ear earphone is worn can be solved, meanwhile, the air tightness and the acoustic characteristic of the earphone 10 under the in-ear form are closer to the half in-ear earphone, and the sound quality experience substrate of the earphone 10 under the half in-ear form and the in-ear form is not.
As shown in fig. 15, in an embodiment, the front cover 120 is not provided with the air release hole 122, the second earplug 300 is mounted in the main body 100, the third detent 320 is engaged with the first detent 127, and a gap 123 exists between the third detent 320 and the sound outlet nozzle 126, so as to form an air release channel of the earphone 10, reduce air tightness between the second earplug 300 and the sound outlet nozzle 126, enable air inside the main body 100 to sequentially flow out through the first sound outlet channel 128, the third sound outlet channel 320 and the gap 123, reduce air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone, solve a problem of poor wearing experience caused by a difference in air pressure inside and outside the ear canal 20 when the in-ear earphone is worn, and enable air tightness and acoustic characteristics of the earphone 10 in the in-ear form to be closer to those of the half in-ear earphone at the same time, so that the sound quality experience substrate of the earphone 10 in the half in-ear form and the in-ear form does not change.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the front cover 120 does not have the relief hole 122 and the third detent 320 of the second earplug 300 has the notch 124. The second earplug 300 is installed in the main body 100, the third clamping portion 320 is clamped with the first clamping portion 127, the notch 124 in the third clamping portion 320 forms an air leakage channel of the earphone 10, so that the air in the main body 100 can sequentially pass through the first sound outlet channel 128, the third sound outlet channel 320 and the notch 124 to flow out, the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone is reduced, the problem of poor wearing experience caused by the difference between the internal air pressure and the external air pressure in the ear canal 20 when the in-ear earphone is worn can be solved, meanwhile, the air tightness and the acoustic characteristic of the earphone 10 in the in-ear form are closer to those of the half in-ear earphone, and the sound quality experience substrate of the earphone 10 in the half in-ear form and the in-ear form is unchanged.
The earphone 10 of the present application can change the in-ear depth of the earphone 10 by detachably mounting the first or second earpieces 200 or 300 of different sizes and shapes on the main body 100, so that the earphone 10 can be switched between a half in-ear type earphone and an in-ear type earphone, and the acoustic characteristics of the earphone front cavity 40 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the acoustic performance of the earphone 10. The first earplug 200 is installed in the main body 100, the earphone 10 is a half-in-ear earphone, and when the user wears the earphone 10, the first earplug 200 enters the ear canal 20, so that the ear canal 20 is not oppressed and is not easy to fall off, and the wearing feeling of the user is better. The first earplug 200 enters the ear canal 20, can be well attached to the ear canal 20, and has a good sound insulation effect, so that the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone is good, and the acoustic performance of the earphone 10 is improved. The second earplug 300 is installed in the main body 100, the earphone 10 is an in-ear earphone, and when the user wears the earphone 10, the second earplug 300 enters the ear canal 20, so that the ear canal 20 is not pressed and is not easy to fall off, and the wearing feeling of the user is better. The second earplug 300 can reduce the air tightness of the front cavity 40 of the earphone through the air release hole 122 or the air release channel, and avoid forming air pressure difference between the inside of the ear canal 20 and the outside, thereby avoiding that the sound during speaking forms echo in the ear canal 20, and improving the open feeling of the sound quality of the earphone 10. The second earplug 300 is assembled to the body 100 with a smaller depth of insertion than the conventional in-ear type earphone, so that it is possible to improve the problem of the intrusion feeling when the user wears the earphone 10. The air tightness of the earphone front cavity 40 is substantially uniform in a state where the first earplug 200 is mounted to the body 100 and in a state where the second earplug 300 is mounted to the body 100, so that the earphone 10 has similar acoustic characteristics in both states, and the sound quality of the earphone 10 in both states is not easily affected.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (21)

1. An earphone, usable for wearing to an ear canal, the earphone comprising:
a main body provided with an air release hole;
a first earplug, which can be arranged on the main body to cover the air leakage hole and is circumferentially fitted with the ear canal when the earphone is worn on the ear canal; the first earplug is further detachable from the body; and
the second earplug can be arranged on the main body so that the air release hole is exposed, when the earphone is worn in the ear canal, the air release hole is positioned on one side of the main body facing the inside of the ear canal, and the circumference of the second earplug can fit with the ear canal; the second earplug is also detachable from the body.
2. The earphone according to claim 1, wherein the main body comprises a front cover provided with a first sound outlet channel; the first earplug is provided with a second sound outlet channel, and the second sound outlet channel is communicated with the first sound outlet channel when the first earplug is arranged on the main body; a third sound outlet channel is formed in the second earplug, the second earplug is installed in the main body, and the third sound outlet channel and the air leakage hole are communicated with the first sound outlet channel respectively.
3. The earphone according to claim 2, wherein the front cover comprises a sound outlet nozzle, the first sound outlet channel is positioned on the sound outlet nozzle, and a first clamping position surrounding the periphery of the sound outlet nozzle is arranged at the end part of the sound outlet nozzle; the first earplug comprises a second clamping position, the first clamping position can be clamped with the second clamping position, so that the first earplug is installed on the main body, and the second clamping position is in interference fit with the sound outlet nozzle; the second earplug comprises a third detent, and the first detent can be engaged with the third detent so that the second earplug is mounted to the body.
4. The earphone of claim 3, wherein the main body comprises a rear housing, the front cover covers the rear housing, an end surface is formed at an end of the front cover far away from the rear housing, and the sound outlet protrudes from the end surface.
5. The earphone according to claim 4 wherein the relief hole is located in the front cover; the first earplug is arranged in the main body, the whole structure of the sound outlet nozzle is positioned in the first earplug, the edge contour line of the first earplug is superposed with the edge contour line of the end face, and the first earplug is covered and seals the air leakage hole; the second earplug is installed in under the state of main part, the partial structure of sound outlet mouth is located in the second earplug, just the second earplug with there is the clearance between the terminal surface, the hole that loses heart exposes.
6. The earphone according to claim 5, wherein the air release hole is provided on a wall of the hole of the mouthpiece, and the air release hole is provided on a side of the third click section near the end surface in a state where the second earplug is mounted to the main body.
7. The earphone according to claim 5 wherein the relief hole is located in the end face and a gap exists between the relief hole and the mouthpiece.
8. The earphone according to claim 4, wherein the rear case forms a receiving space together with the front cover, and a speaker is provided in the receiving space.
9. The earphone according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the first earplug and the second earplug are made of rubber.
10. An earphone, usable for wearing to an ear canal, the earphone comprising:
a body including an end surface and a side surface connected to an outer periphery of the end surface;
a first earplug, which can be mounted on the main body and protrudes from the end surface, and one end of the first earplug facing out of the ear canal is jointed with the side surface; the first earplug circumferentially fits the ear canal when the earpiece is worn therein; the first earplug is further detachable from the body; and
a second earplug, which can be arranged on the main body and protrudes outwards from the end surface, wherein the circumferential width of the second earplug is smaller than the width of the end surface; the second earplug is circumferentially conformable to an ear canal when the earpiece is worn therein; the second earplug is also detachable from the body.
11. The earphone of claim 10, wherein the end of the first earplug facing away from the body protrudes outwardly of the end face a distance L1, and the end of the second earplug facing away from the body protrudes outwardly of the end face a distance L2, L2 being greater than or equal to L1.
12. The earphone according to claim 10, wherein the main body comprises a front cover and a rear shell, the front cover covers the rear shell, one end of the front cover far away from the rear shell forms the end face, and the front cover is provided with a first sound outlet channel and a gas release hole; the first earplug is provided with a second sound outlet channel, and the second sound outlet channel is communicated with the first sound outlet channel when the first earplug is arranged on the main body; a third sound outlet channel is formed in the second earplug, the second earplug is installed in the main body, and the third sound outlet channel and the air leakage hole are communicated with the first sound outlet channel respectively.
13. The earphone of claim 12, wherein the front cover comprises a sound outlet nozzle protruding from the end surface, the first sound outlet channel is located at the sound outlet nozzle, and a first detent surrounding the outer periphery of the sound outlet nozzle is arranged at the end of the sound outlet nozzle; the first earplug comprises a second clamping position, the first clamping position can be clamped with the second clamping position, so that the first earplug is installed on the main body, and the second clamping position is in interference fit with the sound outlet nozzle; the second earplug comprises a third detent, and the first detent can be engaged with the third detent so that the second earplug is mounted to the body.
14. The earphone according to claim 13, wherein the entire structure of the sound outlet nozzle is located in the first earplug when the first earplug is mounted in the main body, an edge contour line of the first earplug is overlapped with an edge contour line of the end face, and the first earplug covers and closes the air release hole; the second earplug is installed in under the state of main part, the partial structure of sound outlet mouth is located in the second earplug, just the second earplug with there is the clearance between the terminal surface, the hole that loses heart exposes.
15. The earphone according to claim 13, wherein the air release hole is provided on a wall of the hole of the mouthpiece, and the air release hole is provided on a side of the third click section near the end surface in a state where the second earplug is mounted to the body.
16. The earphone of claim 13, wherein the relief hole is located on the end surface, and a gap exists between the relief hole and the mouthpiece.
17. An earphone, usable for wearing to an ear canal, the earphone comprising:
a main body;
a first earplug mountable to the body such that an end of the first earplug facing out of the ear canal is joined to a circumferential side surface of the body; the first earplug circumferentially fits the ear canal when the earpiece is worn therein; the first earplug is further detachable from the body; and
the second earplug can be arranged on the main body, a gas leakage channel is formed between the second earplug and the main body, and the circumference of the second earplug can fit with the auditory canal when the earphone is worn to the auditory canal; the second earplug is also detachable from the body.
18. The earphone of claim 17, wherein the main body comprises a front cover and a rear shell, the front cover covers the rear shell, and the front cover is provided with a first sound outlet channel; the first earplug is provided with a second sound outlet channel, and the second sound outlet channel is communicated with the first sound outlet channel when the first earplug is arranged on the main body; a third sound outlet channel is formed in the second earplug, the second earplug is installed in the main body, and the third sound outlet channel and the air leakage channel are communicated with the first sound outlet channel respectively.
19. The earphone of claim 18, wherein the front cover comprises a sound outlet nozzle, the first sound outlet channel is located on the sound outlet nozzle, and a first clip position surrounding the periphery of the sound outlet nozzle is arranged at the end of the sound outlet nozzle; the first earplug comprises a second clamping position, the first clamping position can be clamped with the second clamping position, so that the first earplug is installed on the main body, and the second clamping position is in interference fit with the sound outlet nozzle; the second earplug includes the third screens, first screens can with third screens block, just the third screens with go out the sound mouth clearance fit, make the second earplug install in the main part, the third screens with play clearance between the sound mouth forms the passageway loses heart.
20. The earphone of claim 18, wherein the front cover comprises a sound outlet nozzle, the first sound outlet channel is located on the sound outlet nozzle, and a first clip position surrounding the periphery of the sound outlet nozzle is arranged at the end of the sound outlet nozzle; the first earplug comprises a second clamping position, the first clamping position can be clamped with the second clamping position, so that the first earplug is installed on the main body, and the second clamping position is in interference fit with the sound outlet nozzle; the second earplug comprises a third detent, and the first detent can be engaged with the third detent so that the second earplug is mounted to the body.
21. The earphone of claim 20, wherein the third detent defines a gap, the gap allowing a gap to exist between the third detent and the mouthpiece, the gap forming the air release channel.
