An alarm system, a corresponding vehicle, a method, a computer device and a computer-readable storage medium for monitoring the safety of a person. Technical Field

Background
The turning women, children and the old are great social problems and also very concerned by parents and policemen. At present, no widely-used technical scheme for effectively helping monitoring personnel safety exists aiming at the problems.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved alarm system and method for monitoring personnel safety.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an alarm system for monitoring the safety of a person, wherein the alarm system comprises:

The invention can use vehicles on the road, mobile terminal equipment and/or cameras on the road image acquisition device to identify/track people (especially children) possibly in danger, and provides a solution to the social problem of people losing or being sold. Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an alarm system 100 for monitoring personnel safety according to one embodiment of the invention.

By utilizing the scheme of the invention, the safety condition of the personnel to be monitored on the road can be identified more quickly through the vehicle, the mobile terminal equipment and/or the camera on the road image acquisition device, and the alarm information is sent to the legal guardian, other contacts and/or the police station in time so as to provide more measures for protecting the safety of the personnel to be monitored.

and when the safety state level of the person to be monitored is judged to be lower than a preset threshold value, sending alarm information to the legal guardian, other contacts and/or the police station of the person to be monitored.
Additionally, it should be understood that the various units in the alarm system 100 described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The units can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the units.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of the above embodiments when executing the computer program. The computer device may be a mobile terminal device, a server or a vehicle mounted device. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. Which computer program is executed by a processor for implementing the alarm method for detecting the safety of a person of the invention.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagram of the alarm system 100 shown in fig. 1 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present solution and does not constitute a limitation on the computer apparatus to which the present solution is applied, and a particular computer apparatus may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the method according to the above embodiments of the present invention may be indicated by the relevant hardware to be completed by a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and which, when executed, may implement the steps of the above embodiments of the method. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory.
The features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be construed as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the features.
While the invention has been described in connection with the embodiments, it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description and drawings are merely illustrative and not restrictive of the broad invention, and that this invention not be limited to the disclosed embodiments. Various modifications and variations are possible without departing from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (15)

1. An alarm system for monitoring the safety of personnel, characterized in that it comprises:
the monitoring system comprises an image acquisition unit, a monitoring unit and a monitoring unit, wherein the image acquisition unit is configured to acquire an image of a person to be monitored, and the image also comprises the surrounding environment and/or a partner of the person to be monitored;
an image processing unit configured to process the image to identify identity characteristic information of the person to be monitored and to analyze the surrounding environment and/or a companion;
the safety judgment unit is configured to send the identity characteristic information of the person to be monitored to a database for identity confirmation, and judge whether the safety state level of the person to be monitored is lower than a preset threshold value according to at least the result of the identity confirmation and the analysis result of the surrounding environment and/or the accompanying person; and
and the alarm unit is configured to send alarm information to the legal guardian, other contacts and/or the police station of the person to be monitored when the safety judgment unit judges that the safety state level of the person to be monitored is lower than a preset threshold value.
2. The alarm system of claim 1, wherein the alarm unit is further configured to: after sending alarm information to the legal guardian and/or other contacts of the person to be monitored, receiving feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts, and if the feedback information indicates that the alarm information needs to be sent to a police station, sending the alarm information to the police station by the alarm unit according to the feedback information.
3. The alarm system of claim 1, wherein the alarm unit is further configured to: after sending alarm information to the legal guardian and/or other contacts of the person to be monitored, the alarm unit sends alarm information to a police station if no feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts is received within a threshold period of time.
4. An alarm system as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the feedback information comprises a combination of any one or more of:
confirming whether the personnel to be monitored is in a dangerous condition;
confirming whether the companion is trustworthy;
confirming whether alarm information needs to be sent to a police station; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and confirming whether the tracking of the personnel to be monitored needs to be started or not.
5. The alarm system according to claim 1, wherein the alarm system is mounted on a vehicle, a mobile terminal device and/or a road image capturing device, the image acquisition unit being configured to acquire an image of the person to be monitored by means of a camera on the vehicle, the mobile terminal device and/or the road image capturing device.
6. The warning system according to claim 5, wherein the warning unit is further configured to send shared information to neighboring vehicles, mobile terminal devices and/or road image gathering devices to request the neighboring vehicles, mobile terminal devices and/or road image gathering devices to track the person to be monitored in one or more of:
receiving no feedback information from the quorum guardian and/or other contacts within a threshold period of time;
the feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts confirms that the tracking of the personnel to be monitored needs to be started; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts confirms that the person to be monitored is in a dangerous condition and that the person to be monitored is not currently out of danger.
7. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises an alarm system for monitoring the safety of persons according to any one of claims 1-6.
8. An alarm method for monitoring the safety of a person, the method comprising:
acquiring an image of a person to be monitored, wherein the image also comprises the surrounding environment and/or an accompanying person of the person to be monitored;
processing the image to identify identity characteristic information of the person to be monitored and analyzing the surrounding environment and/or a companion;
sending the identity characteristic information of the person to be monitored to a database for identity confirmation, and judging whether the safety state level of the person to be monitored is lower than a preset threshold value or not at least according to the result of the identity confirmation and the analysis result of the surrounding environment and/or the accompanying person; and
and when the safety state level of the personnel to be monitored is judged to be lower than a preset threshold value, alarm information is sent to the legal guardian, other contact persons and/or the police station of the personnel to be monitored.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said sending alarm information to legal guardians, other contacts and/or police stations of the person to be monitored comprises:
after alarm information is sent to the legal guardian and/or other contacts of the personnel to be monitored, feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts is received, and if the feedback information indicates that the alarm information needs to be sent to a police station, the alarm information is sent to the police station according to the feedback information.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein said sending alarm information to legal guardians, other contacts and/or police stations of the person to be monitored comprises:
after sending alarm information to the legal guardian and/or other contacts of the person to be monitored, if the feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts is not received within a threshold time period, sending alarm information to a police station.
11. The method of claim 9 or 10, wherein the feedback information comprises a combination of any one or more of:
confirming whether the personnel to be monitored is in a dangerous condition;
confirming whether the companion is trustworthy;
confirming whether alarm information needs to be sent to a police station; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and confirming whether the tracking of the personnel to be monitored needs to be started or not.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein the acquiring an image of a person to be monitored comprises:
the method comprises the steps that images of a person to be monitored are obtained through a camera on a vehicle, a mobile terminal device and/or a road image acquisition device.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the method further comprises: sending sharing information to an adjacent vehicle, a mobile terminal device and/or a road image acquisition device to request the adjacent vehicle, the mobile terminal device and/or the road image acquisition device to track the person to be monitored under one or more of the following conditions:
receiving no feedback information from the quorum guardian and/or other contacts within a threshold period of time;
the feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts confirms that the tracking of the personnel to be monitored needs to be started; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the feedback information from the legal guardian and/or other contacts confirms that the person to be monitored is in a dangerous condition and that the person to be monitored is not currently out of danger.
14. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any one of claims 8 to 13 when executing the computer program.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 8 to 13.
