Technical Field

The water transfer printing sticker is a sticker which can be used after being soaked in water, is a brand-new transfer printing technology which takes water as a carrier to separate a pattern from a base paper and transfer the pattern to a printing stock, and is suitable for products such as glass, ceramic stickers, sports equipment, artware, toys, vacuum cup plastic shells and the like.
In order to enable the patterns to have a light reflection effect, light reflection powder can be added to the water transfer printing paster on the market at present, but the water transfer printing paster has the defects of poor light reflection degree, rough surface, easy falling, short service life, no touch paint effect, unreasonable preparation method and poor timeliness.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a water transfer printing type reflective mark and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing a water transfer printing type reflective mark, comprising the steps of:
(1) printing an icon: printing a preset pattern on the surface of the water transfer paper to form a label paper with a pattern layer, and standing the label paper in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment after printing is finished; the pattern layer is formed by sequentially superposing and printing a bottom glue layer, a color ink layer, a protective layer and an adhesive layer;
(2) hot stamping the reflective film: covering the reflective film on the label paper processed in the step (1), putting the label paper into a hot stamping machine, transferring the reflective beads on the reflective film onto the pattern layer of the label paper through the pressure and the temperature of the hot stamping machine, and then putting the hot stamped label paper into a curing chamber with a preset temperature for curing, thereby forming a reflective bead layer on the surface of the adhesive layer;
(3) printing gloss oil: printing gloss oil on the label paper processed in the step (2) to enable the gloss oil to cover the surface of the reflective bead layer, and then putting the label paper back into a curing chamber with a preset temperature for curing to form a gloss oil layer for protecting the reflective bead layer;
(4) printing a tearable film: and (4) printing a layer of tearable film on the label paper treated in the step (3) to cover the surface of the gloss oil layer, and standing at normal temperature to obtain a finished product of the water transfer printing type reflective label.
Preferably, in a technical scheme of the method, the water transfer paper needs to be dried for 1-3 hours in a drying rack in a constant temperature and humidity environment before printing the pattern so as to keep the paper from stretching and deforming.
Preferably, in the technical scheme of the method, in the step (1), the standing time of the printing paper in the environment with constant temperature and humidity is at least 24 hours after the printing is finished.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the above method, the primer layer is printed from a mixture of an epoxy resin and an auxiliary agent.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a water transfer printing type reflective mark, which includes a water transfer printing paper 1, a pattern layer 2, a reflective bead layer 3, a gloss oil layer 4, and a tear film 5, which are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, and the following describes each component in detail with reference to the drawings.
The water transfer paper 1 may be a water transfer paper with a base film, which is imported from korea.
The pattern layer 2 is formed by sequentially superposing and printing a base glue layer 21, a color ink layer 22, a protective layer 23 and an adhesive layer 24 on the water transfer printing paper 1 layer by layer through a printing screen. In the present embodiment, the primer layer 21 may be printed by a mixture of epoxy resin and an auxiliary agent; the color ink layer 22 can be formed by printing a mixture of polyurethane ink, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and phenolsulfonic acid, and the proportion of the mixture is (3-10): (0.5-5): (0.1-3) (preferably 5: 1.5: 0.2); the protective layer 23 may be printed from a mixture of epoxy resin and auxiliaries; the adhesive layer 24 may be printed from a mixture of epoxy and auxiliaries.
The reflecting bead layer 3 is formed by transferring reflecting beads on a reflecting film to the surface of the adhesive layer 24 through a hot stamping process. The reflecting film adopts a high-strength grade reflecting film imported from Japan, and needs to reach a new national standard grade 3 (white 0.2/-4, angle requirement 250).
The gloss oil layer 4 is printed and covered on the surface of the light-reflecting bead layer 3, and the gloss oil of the gloss oil layer 4 can be prepared from epoxy resin and phenolsulfonic acid according to the following formula (80-150): 1 (preferably 100:1) was prepared. The gloss oil layer 4 can protect the lower reflective bead layer 3 from being scratched and damaged.
The tearable film 5 is printed and covered on the surface of the gloss oil layer 4, and the tearable film 5 can be formed by printing acrylic acid glue and then drying. The tear film 5 is used to prevent the pattern from unraveling when the retroreflective sign is dehydrated.
The preparation method of the water transfer printing type reflective mark of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) printing an icon: printing a preset pattern on the surface of the water transfer paper 1 to form a label paper with a pattern layer 2, and placing the label paper in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment for standing after printing; wherein, the pattern layer 2 is formed by sequentially superposing and printing a bottom glue layer 21, a color ink layer 22, a protective layer 23 and an adhesive layer 24;
before printing patterns, the water transfer printing paper 1 needs to be dried for 1-3 hours (preferably 2 hours) by a drying rack in a constant temperature and humidity environment so as to keep the paper from stretching and deforming. The printing ink needs to be adjusted in proportion, and the proportion error needs to be controlled within the range of 0.1g so as to ensure the product performance.
The size of the bottom glue layer 21 is controlled within 0.1mm, the color ink layer 22 must be controlled within 0.1mm of deviation, and each layer of color ink must be printed accurately. The adhesive layer 24 must be overprinted with the ink layer 1:1 without misalignment.
In the step (1), the printing is finished, and the printing paper is placed in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment for standing for at least 24 hours before entering the next process.
(2) Hot stamping the reflective film: covering the reflective film on the label paper processed in the step (1), putting the label paper into a hot stamping machine, transferring the reflective beads on the reflective film onto the pattern layer 2 of the label paper through the pressure and temperature of the hot stamping machine, and then putting the hot stamped label paper into a curing chamber with a preset temperature for curing, so as to form a reflective bead layer 3 on the surface of the adhesive layer 24;
before the reflective film is thermoprinted, the machine needs to be opened 1 hour in advance, the thermoprinting temperature is adjusted, and thermoprinting can be started when the temperature is raised to the corresponding temperature. During hot stamping, the label paper covered with the reflective film is sequentially placed from the middle of a heated roller of a hot stamping machine one by one, the pressure of the hot stamping machine is kept at 4.5KG, the deviation is not more than 0.5KG, the stress is uniform, the temperature is 85-125 ℃, and the temperature can be adjusted according to the dryness of printing ink.
After finishing hot stamping, the label paper is placed back to the drying rack and then placed into a curing chamber, the temperature of the curing chamber is 35-50 ℃ (preferably 40 ℃), and the curing time is 1-5 hours (preferably 3 hours).
(3) Printing gloss oil: printing gloss oil on the label paper processed in the step (2) to enable the gloss oil to cover the surface of the reflective bead layer 3, and then putting the label paper back into a curing chamber with a preset temperature for curing to form a gloss oil layer 4 for protecting the reflective bead layer 3;
printing specially-adjusted gloss oil on the surface of the label paper cured in the step (2) by a printing technician, and then putting the label paper back to a curing chamber, wherein the temperature of the curing chamber is 35-50 ℃ (preferably 40 ℃), and the curing time is 1-5 hours (preferably 3 hours).
After the gloss oil is printed, the inspection personnel can inspect the label paper one by one, and defective products need to be marked by a marking pen.
(4) Printing a tearable film: and (4) printing a layer of tearable film 5 on the label paper processed in the step (3) to cover the surface of the gloss oil layer 4, and standing at normal temperature to prepare a finished product of the water transfer type reflective label.
In the step (4), a printing technician can print each pattern of each label paper by using a specially-adjusted tearable film, and after the printing is finished and the pattern is kept standing for 15 hours at normal temperature, the inspector can perform the last inspection to finally finish the preparation of the finished product of the reflective mark.
In conclusion, the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and the prepared reflective marker has the advantages of high brightness, good reflective effect, flat and smooth surface, difficulty in falling off, scratch resistance, long service life, touch paint effect and the like by adopting the steps of printing icons, thermoprinting reflective films, printing gloss oil, printing tearable films and the like.
